A slight tug, a warm embrace, and then a heavy feeling of being smothered. Kilian's eyes shot open as he came to, realizing that his Pokemon were just trying to relax too; even if that meant using their trainer as a couch. Of all places to rest, like say their actual individual beds, they choose to use their trainer as furniture. Nonetheless, the main problem was the fact that Kilian's 170 or so pound Aron was just casually relaxing on his chest and given that excessive weight, that wasn't going to do him any good. "Alright, alright... Shoo." Kilian muttered while lifting his head, watching as his golden hued Charmander hopped off, followed by Granmarg. Only Keter remained, and his descent was followed by a loud thud as his feet touched the ground. Kilian sighed as there was a weight that was lifted from his chest; and proceeded to sit up on the couch. He looked around, it was bright as the windows were open; and though it was apparent that it was day time, Kilian couldn't find a clock in this damn house with the correct time; and he still had to change over the time on his phone because apparently his phone didn't do that. "I guess I'll just have to ask Thadeus at some point later on..." Kilian said as he shifted his legs, his feet touching the ground as he got up.

Rubbing his eyes, Kilian looked around again as he slowly made his way to the small kitchen. His throat was dry and with any hope, he'd be able to find something both flavorful and thirst quenching; but alas; in terms of what there was to drink, there was only an unopened gallon of water and some bottles of wine. "There's absolutely nothing good to drink here..." Kilian muttered as he closed the fridge. "Guess I'm going to have to go shopping soon..." he thought as he whipped his phone out of his right pant pocket. Kilian then clicked on the small power button on the side, and his phone's screen brightened as it responded and awoke. He entered in his small four digit code and the phone responded with revealing the main screen. Kilian then accessed his text message inbox and clicked on his brother's name. In the message he typed 'Heading out to get groceries soon, need anything specific?' and then Kilian sent it, the phone confirming that the message was sent. With that being done, he turned the screen off and slid the phone back into the pocket he had retrieved it from.

"Alright lovelies, let's get ready to head out!" the up n' coming trainer exclaimed as he moved out from the kitchen and moved to the nearby bathroom. He looked in the mirror to make sure his hair was proper and then turned on the sink; making sure the water was cold. He gathered some water in his hands and then leaned his face over the sink; splashing the water on his face and then wiping it off with a nearby hand towel. Kilian proceeded to leave the bathroom and return to the couch, grabbing his wallet and house key. There was nor response yet, but even then, that didn't mean he wouldn't get one eventually. So without hesitation, Kilian walked up to the front door and opened, the fall wind blowing into the house as he watched his Pokemon trip over each other trying to run out of the door. Kilian just sighed as he adjusted his black, long-sleeved over shirt before leaving the house and closing the door behind him. Kilian then slid the key into the lock and flipped it, sliding the key out and testing the door by trying to open it. It didn't budge. "Good shit..." Kilian thought as he clipped the key to his belt loop and continued onward, his team of three following shortly behind.

Only several steps out of the front yard did his pocket vibrate with the sign that Kilian had received a text or alert, hopefully it was a text from his brother. He took out his phone, turned on the screen and input the code again, and low and behold, there was indeed a text waiting for him and it was from his older brother. "Go to Jubilife city... head to the Super store there... Get a bag of white rice." Thadeus read to himself as he squinted trying to read the text what with the brightness of the sun. "Alright, Jubilife... that's the closest city over actually." Kilian said as he picked up Ladon and placed him on his shoulder. The Pokemon responded by smiling before he was sat down on his trainer's shoulder. "Alright crew, let's go. With any luck, we can pick up some dinner and maybe some treats." Kilian said trying to recall the preferences for his older brother's Pokemon as well; and with that the team of four left on their way to Jubilife city in search of getting some groceries. "I might have to drop by the closest corner store to actually pick up something for myself to drink first." he thought, making that top priority above all else.

Clara Lorenka | Route 218 | Fennekin, Marill, Ralts, Eevee

"Welcome to Canalave City! Enjoy your stay!"

The cheery stewardesses waved the passengers of the ferry onto the pier, before closing the gates and preparing for the next group of people to travel. Clara walked off the pier and into the city, which was small but very beautiful, in her opinion. She wandered around, noticing the similarities to her home region of Unova. The Pokemon Centres, Stores, and Gyms looked much like what she was used to, and she was definitely thankful for that. It would have been much harder to get used to completely new surroundings. Her partner Pokemon, Fennekin, hopped along beside her, sniffing at flowers and homes as they walked past. Her other Pokemon, Eevee, Marill and Ralts were safe inside their Pokeballs, waiting patiently for her to let them out for their first glance of Sinnoh.

Clara looked around, wondering if there was anywhere she could stay, like a hotel or something similar. She did find a place called Harbour Inn, but it was closed, and when she asked a passerby about it, they seemed very nervous and walked away quickly. She shrugged and decided to travel to another town or city, as it was still morning after all. If she couldn't find a hotel of some sort, she would just have to ask around and see if anyone was willing to rent a room for the night. She was sure someone would, as she knew that even in regions other than Unova, townsfolk were kind and welcoming to Trainers, and often helped them out, giving them gifts, healing their Pokemon, and just chatting to them in general.

She continuing looking around for a little while, peeking inside the Gym (but of course she wouldn't battle it just yet; while she had defeated all the Gyms in Unova, her current Pokemon were nowhere near skilled enough to jump in at the middle), checking out the Canalave Library, and stocking up on Potions and Poke Balls at the Store. After sightseeing, Clara decided that Canalave City, while beautiful and quite calm, wasn't going to cut it just yet, and she set off down a path with the sign 'Route 218' on it, which seemed to be the only way out of the city. Another sign told her she was on her way to Jubilife City, a place she had remembered reading about as a bustling city full of life, containing the TV central for the whole region, and even the Global Terminal, a place to interact with Rangers all over the world. It was the perfect place to spend a few days, and she hoped she could train her Pokemon there as well.

~Robin Eucalyptus|Age: 10|Route 202~

The sun was just rising over the horizon, bringing a new day.  A new day of hopes and dreams.  A new day of adventures.   A lone figure stood on Route 202 connecting Sandgem Town to Jubilife City, holding a Poke ball containing her new Pokemon.  A flame sticker was on the Poke ball along with the five other Poke balls at the girl's waist, the stickers so the figure could identify her Pokemon if their Poke balls were ever stolen.  Beside her stood her partner, the Chimp Pokemon, Chimchar.   She wasn't due to start her journey until tomorrow, yet hadn't been able to wait another day.  She had been dreaming of being a trainer and coordinator since she had seen an interview with Nando on the program Sinnoh Now and already knew the Pokemon she would choose. Unwilling to wait and risk arriving late to Sandgem Town or to find out that her intended starter had been chosen by another beginning trainer of Sinnoh, the girl had left her home in Eterna City and set off immediately for Professor Rowan's lab.

Despite being a day early, Professor Rowan had agreed to give Robin her starter.   Minutes after entering Route 202 she had spotted a Gible who was a dual-type Pokemon, and couldnt resist trying to capture it.  After a hard fought battle that had lasted ten minutes, Chimchar had managed to weaken Gible and she had caught it.   The Chimp Pokemon pumped his fist into the air as a sign of success at beating  his opponent in his first ever battle.   "Chimchar!"

"Good job Chimchar," said the girl as she slipped Gible's Poke ball at her waist beside Chimchar's.  She walked over to her partner and put her and on his head.  Chimchar was covered in orange fur though his face, outer ears, belly, hands and feet were yellow.   It's rear was covered in a small, round, red patch that was at the moment concealed by flames.  It had large ears in comparison to its head size and were red inside.  Two pointed teeth were in its upper jaw and it had red markings surrounding its eyes, a swirl-like symbol on its chest, five fingers on its hands and three toes on its feet; complete with a swirly crest of hair on its head.   "I think Jubilife City is where we register for the Sinnoh League and the Sinnoh Grand Festival," she said.

"Char," said Chimchar.

The girl recalled Chimchar to his Poke ball and set it beside her five other Poke balls.   Giving a quick look around her to make sure nothing was missing, she picked up her bag and headed through the winding route to Jubilife City.   Her backpack rested on her back, containing money, some clothing, her sleeping bag, her tent, ball capsules and seals for contests, and a few medicines for her Pokemon.

August sat upon a rock by a waterfall and river with his eyes closed.

"Breathe in . . . and breathe out." He instructed.

"Meeeeedi . . . . tiiiiiiite." His friend mimicked.

"Block out all else. Feel the harmony within." He said. Then something pushed him in the back of the head. Waving his arms comically for a bit he tumbles into the river.

"Med?"

"Floon?"

August's head pops out of the river and he spits some water out.

"Lift! I said I'd play with you later." He berated.

"Drifloon! Drif. Drif." The drifloon spun and bobbed.

"I just caught Zazen and he needs training. The meditite stuck his tongue out to the ghost type pokemon who began to cry. August climbed his way out of the water. "All right, hold up both of you." He said and they both looked up to their trainer. "Zazen, just because I'm giving you attention doesn't mean you get to make fun of Lift, okay?" The psychic type nodded. "And Lift?" He brought the pokemon into a hug. "Just because I'm giving Zazen some attention doesn't mean you're not special to me. He just requires a very different kind of teaching. Got it?" The drifloon nodded and August dried his friend's tears. "Tell you what? Why don't we all?-" Suddenly August felt something, a kind of chill that shot up his spine.

"Med?"

"Floon?"

"Return, both of you." August put both his friends back in their pokeballs. The pokemon trainer plucked a seed growing from a tree, tied it to a loose thread from his robes, dipped it in the water, and said a quick prayer. He pulled the now purified object out of the stream and spun it. It pulled August in a direction up stream. There he found an odd keystone.

"Spiiiiiiritomb . . . . Spiiiiiritomb." The sensation August felt before was now very strong, this object was tainted. Any traveler who passed it may become hexed. He took a step back. The ghost pokemon made itself known, a wild spiritomb appeared.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_hAZEQ94plA

"Lift, I choose you!" Agust threw out his pokeball.

"Drifloon!" Spiritomb attacked with shadow ball. Drifloon was knocked back.

"Hang in there! Attack with gust!" August ordered and Lift spun in place rapidly, sending a torrent of wind at the blight. The Spiritomb then attacked with spirit sneak. It attacked like a shadow. "Gust again, this time straight down." Lift once again spun like a top and rose up. When the wild pokemon attacked it was buffeted back. It was reeling over the keystone now. "Finish this with astonish." Lift sent out a spectral wave that caused the Spititomb to faint and disparate. "Good job Lift!" August said giving his friend a quick hug that it bounced a little after receiving. August then took out a paper talisman and held it between his two fingers, he said an incantation and slapped it on the keystone. Nothing visually happened but he could sense the hex departing.

"Come on, Lift. I promised you we'd play and I'm sure there's a place where we can nearby."

"Drifloon!"

~Robin Eucalyptus|Route 202~

The ten-year-old budding trainer and coordinator continued on her way to Jubilife City where she would register for the Sinnoh League and the Grand Festival.  Knowing there was a contest hall in Jubilife City, but unsure when the date was, she hoped it was later for she would be able to concentrate on raising her Pokemon a bit before heading to Oreburgh City for her first gym match.   Deep red hair fell down past her shoulders as she walked along the road.  Azure blue eyes stared out of the girl's face as she looked around at her surroundings.  Passing through one of the fields she stopped as she saw a Pokemon on the ground ahead of her and began walking across it, stabbing its beak into the earth to look for food.

The bird-like Pokemon was primarily of a grayish-brown plumage covering its body.  There were two white markings on its frame, a small white mark on its chest and a small white marking that resembles a mask on its face.  The rest of the Pokemon's head and lower half of its wings were black.  Starly had a long, orange beak with a black tip and oval, black eyes with white pupils.  A small pointed ruff was around its neck and a small tuft of feathers curled back on its head.  The ruff on its neck was almost like an old-fashioned collar.  It had two black tail feathers with a white tail feather between them and orange feet with three toes in the front and one toe on the back.

Looking around, she didn't see any other Starly in the area, having seen one in a contest in Flamora Town when she was younger, her parents having taken her to the contest because Nando was there judging.  Robin pulled out her pokedex, a red piece of technology whose top and bottom halves were connected by strong hinges.  The top half of the Pokedex could be flipped up to scan a Pokemon and show its image.   A speaker was on the left side of the upper screen that was framed in two thick black stripes.  The bottom of the Pokedex contained a control pad with four arrows on the left, another screen in the bottom middle of the 'Dex and the right housed a green button surrounded by two gray rings and also on a black circular disc that was normally concealed in the 'Dex, sliding out when the Pokedex was open.  When closed, the Pokedex was red on the left but the right was light gray with a black stripe in the middle and three green dashes in the center of the black line.   A green circle around the control pad was also visible when the Pokedex was closed.

"Starly, the Starling Pokémon. Starly normally travels in a flock, but when alone, it is hard to notice.  This Pokemon is female and is at Level 4," spoke the female voice from the Pokedex.

"Gible on stage," said Robin as she removed Gible's poke ball.

"Gible."

"Gible use Tackle."

Gible launched itself at Starly and hit the Pokemon in its side, causing it to shriek in pain and surprise at the attack.  "Starly!"

"Gible try Dragon Breath," said Robin.

Gible opened his mouth, a light blue light forming  within yet Starly flew up into the air, her body becoming surrounded in a white aura and dove down, tackling Gible dead center and sending him flying across the ground.  The attack went wild, flying up straight into the air from Gible's mouth as he landed on his back.   Starly then flew straight up and as she shot past Gible, a rush of air flowing over the Dragon/Ground-Type Pokemon before she circled around, tucked her wings at her side and then dove straight for Gible.   "Gible!" Gible shouted as he was hit again, skidding backwards but managing to stay on his feet.

"Gible are you alright?"

"Gible."  Gible nodded at his master.

"Okay...Gible try Dragon Tackle!"

"Gible?"  Gible shook his head, not understanding the attack and Robin's cheeks flushed pink.   Before she could call another attack, Gible was knocked off his feet again and fainted.

"Gible return," said Robin.   "Good job Gible.  Chimchar, on stage!"

Returning Gible's Poke ball to the belt at her waist while throwing Chimchar's Poke ball with her other hand and a white light appeared as the Poke ball opened, revealing Chimchar.

"Chimchar!"

"Chimchar can you battle?"  Robin asked.

"Char!"

"Okay, use Ember."

Chimchar opened his mouth and fired bolts of fire at the Starly.  The attack hit dead on and the Starly cried out in pain again.   "Chaaaar!" Chimchar shouted as he attacked the Starly.

"Follow with Scratch."

Chimchar ran at the opponent before scratching Starly across her chest with his nails, leaving white trails behind him.  "Star!" Starly cried in pain before it fell to the ground, Chimchar sinking to the ground exhausted by Starly.

Robin unhooked a Poke ball and threw it at the Starly which turned the Pokemon into a red light that was drawn into the empty Poke ball.  It rattled side to side for a minute before digning.  Robin then ran over to her partner.  "Great job Chimchar.  You alright?"

"Char," Charmander said weakly but nodded.

Robin returned Chimchar to his Poke ball and put the two Poke balls at her waist before setting off at a run to Jubilife City, eager to get her Pokemon healed and find out where the first contest was located.  She saw other Pokemon as she ran towards Jubilife City but didn't stop to look at them, knowing she had to get her Pokemon to Nurse Joy.  Finally she neared the city, a sign before her saying, "Jubilife City.  City of Joy."

Jubilife City was the largest City in the region, carved out of mountains by residents of Oreburgh City which lay to the west of Jubilife City off of Route 203.   It was west that Robin would need to go to begin battling for the Sinnoh League.  Walking into Jubilife City there were a lot of buildings and in the distance were mountains.  She knew that Jubilife City had its own Contest Hall but wasn't sure if she had to go to the Contest Hall or the Pokemon Center to sign up for contests and the league.   The girl began to head for the Pokemon Center to get her Pokemon healed up while registering for the league and grand festival.  If there were other trainers about, they were bound to come to Jubilife City to register for the league if nothing else.

August looked up at the gate, it dominated his view. Beyond that wasn't much better, towers of steel and glass. He wasn't some floozy anti-tech type but he was a country bumpkin at heart and the sight of a decidedly large and industrial city such as Jubilife did intimidate him a bit. He would look especially out of place wearing his traditional robes. Life, havering beside him as always mirrored this nervousness.

"Don't worry buddy. We're here for a reason . . . exactly what that reason is I don't know." He said as he proceeded onward and into the city.

~Robin Eucalyptus|Jubilife City~

She stared around her at the tall buildings, the houses, the skyscrapers that stretched to the skies above as she walked, taking in the sights and sounds of the city.  Far bigger than her own hometown, there was a lot more noise and more people about in the streets, making it difficult for the ten-year-old to navigate with having to weave around people who were or standing within the street talking with their friends.  Not only were adults there but also Pokemon Trainers in the city, just as Robin had thought there would be.    None that were age of course, but it was neat to view the different Pokemon, some she hadn't seen before.

Weaving through the crowds of people, she slowly made her way towards the center of Jubilife City and finally got into an area that was thin enough to see the Pokemon Center ahead of her.  A large white building with a red roof on top and a large letter 'P' above the door.   Taking a deep breath, she walked into the Pokemon Center through the double glass doors that slid open automatically. Inside the Pokemon Center was a lounge area with tables, couches and chairs.  One wall housed Video Phones with chairs in front of little cubicles that housed the phones.  A counter was opposite the double set of glass doors, a Poke ball transporter beside it so Poke balls could be transported to one's regional professor if one needed to switch out Pokemon for a battle.   To the left was a set of double doors with a needle above it where recovery and operating rooms were for injured and sick Pokemon.   Another hallway led to the cafeteria which housed booths for Trainers to eat meals and rooms on the second floor for trainers to stay in for the night while in Jubilife City.

As she moved away from the doors, after looking around the lounge before her, they slid shut behind her but she continued across the room to the counter where Nurse Joy was speaking to someone on the video phone.  She waited patiently though could hear chatter coming from the cafeteria down the hallway from other trainers who were already here at the Pokemon Center.   After a few minutes Nurse Joy looked up to see a young trainer waiting as the video call ended.  "Welcome to the Pokemon Center.  May I help you?"  Nurse Joy asked.

Robin  gave a shy smile to the woman with pink hair and nodded.  "I'd like to have my Pokemon healed please," she said.

"Of course."  Nurse Joy reached down and pulled out a tray for holding Poke balls.  "Just set your Pokemon here and we'll get them healed up for you.  Are you just starting out on your journey?"

Robin removed the Poke balls containing Chimchar, Gible and Starly before setting them in the blue tray one-by-one, the tray having six slots for the six Pokemon a trainer could carry at a time.  "Yes.  I was supposed to start tomorrow with the other two trainers of Sinnoh but I couldn't wait. Professor Rowan let me have Chimchar a day early."    She then removed her Pokedex and set it on the tray as well.  "I'd also like to register for the Sinnoh League and the Sinnoh Contests please," said Robin.

Nurse Joy took the Pokedex and then the tray containing the Pokemon the girl had caught, possibly a person from a different region or just starting out in Sinnoh.  "Of course but you'll have to get your contest pass and ribbon case in the Contest Hall in Jubilife City.   Are you planning on becoming a trainer and coordinator?" she asked as she put Robin's Pokedex into the computer slot and Robin's picture with her three Pokemon appeared on screen.

"Yes.  I've wanted to do both ever since I saw Nando on television," Robin said.  She was too shy to admit that Nando was her idol and she hoped to battle him one day.

"This Pokedex belongs to Robin Eucalyptus of Eterna City, Sinnoh," spoke the voice of the Pokedex.

Nurse Joy typed in a few notes on the computer before 'OK' appeared on the screen and the Pokedex popped out.  Nurse Joy then removed the Pokedex and handed it and a pink badge case to Robin.  "There you go.  You're all set for the Sinnoh League.  The badge case is where you can store your badges that you earn.  To get into the Sinnoh League, you need to challenge all eight gyms in the Sinnoh region and get badges as proof of your victories over them.  Then you'll be able to take on the League.  The Contest Hall is a couple of blocks down and you'll receive information about contests there.  You're welcome to do that while your Pokemon are being healed."

Robin nodded and thanked Nurse Joy before turning and making her way outside.  Back on the street she moved to the sidewalk and began walking to the Contest Hall in the direction indicated, not really paying much attention to where she was going.    Gazing at the different stores around her, it would be easy for her to bump into someone on her way to sign up for the Grand Festival.

(Whoever wants to bump into her can.)

(Honestly I hate this cliche but because she didn't stick around in the pokemon center for us to meet in a non-rom-com fashion and I don't want this RP to grind to a halt again . . .)

WHAM!

August was knocked off his feet, he had run into someone while in awe at the city around him.

"Oh gosh! I'm so sorry!" He scurried over to attend to the person he bumped into. As stated before, he would be an odd type, wearing a kimono while most were dressed in more modern dress. He offered a hand nonetheless and Lift floated by, offering his namesake as well.

(I'll keep that in mind and sorry.)

~Robin Eucalyptus|Jubilife City|Heading to Contest Hall~

Robin collided hard with someone, sending the person she had crashed falling onto the ground while she fell back onto the seat of her pants as well.  Thankfully she hadn't hit her head or seemed to injure herself much, except for her embarrassment at making a fool of herself and causing someone else to fall because she'd been busy looking around her at all the activity and stores.    The person who had been knocked to the ground came over to help her up with a Pokemon floating by their side as well.  The girl reached out a hand and allowed the stranger to pull herself to her feet.

Looking at him, she could see that the person was older and male, wearing odd clothing,  before her eyes went to the Pokemon, trying to place it in her mind.    She shook her head upon realizing she'd never seen the Pokemon before.   As the older...teenager?...adult?...apologized, she focused her attention on him before giving a shake of her head.    "No, it was my fault.  I wasn't paying attention," she admitted.   "Or we can say we were both distracted?"   If she had been then maybe she wouldn't have crashed into this stranger.   "Are you looking for the Pokemon Center?" she asked.    He could be someone who was from a different region or from somewhere else in Sinnoh...perhaps a town in the rural regions of Sinnoh?    "Oh, I'm Robin," she said as she took her gaze from him.   Her mother's voice in her head, saying it was rude to stare at people, made her grimace at her second lapse of judgement.  "Hi there," she said to the Pokemon.    It didn't appear to have any wings so it wasn't an avian Pokemon.   "What's your name?" she asked, both August and the Driftloon.   Perhaps it was a Ghost-type Pokemon?  Didn't all Ghost-type Pokemon...float? @Steel Accord

"Sure, but again I am sorry. I'm August and this is Lift, my drifloon."

"Floon!" Both pokemon and trainer bowed at their new friend. "I was kind of looking for the pokemon center, I've only just arrived and could use a place to rest for awhile, been on the road for a long time, right Lift?"

"Driiiiifloon." Lift wiped it's head with a stringy tentacle, despite not possessing sweat glands, he'd just learned the behavior from August over the years.

~Robin Eucalyptus|Jubilife City|Heading to Pokemon Center~

Robin couldn't help smiling at the name of the Pokemon and it mirroring a human action, waving off his apology while still smiling.    All Chimchar did was put his fist into the air whenever there was a new friend added to the team.  "Nice to meet you both," Robin said genuinely before turning around to face where the Pokemon Center was again.  "Sure, I'll be happy to take you there.  It's a couple blocks from the Jubilife City Contest Hall," though she was unaware of August's chosen path, of which there were many.  Maybe it was best to wait for her Pokemon to be healed and get them all something to eat before heading over the contest hall, in case she needed to show her Pokemon to the registrar.  "Are you taking the Sinnoh League or doing contests?" she asked curiously as she led the way to the Pokemon Center, this time paying attention to where she was going though keeping an ear on August for an answer.   Perhaps they might travel together if they were doing almost the same thing, assuming he was okay with traveling with a kid.  But if not, she was sure she could have fun and adventures on her own, though human company would be nice.  @Steel Accord

"No not really my thing." August thought for a moment on how exactly to explain what he did. At least in a way that would not sound stupid when summarized or would take all day to explain in detail. "I guess you could call me sort of an unofficial specialist pokemon ranger, I remove tricky kinds of pokemon when they become a threat to people." Not the entirety of his goal, but it was a start. He had found some people tend to have a negative reaction when you brought up your vocation as a medium who communes with ghost type pokemon and from his own experience he could hardly blame them so he thought it best not to mention it unless the matter was directly addressed. "I'm also what you might call a legendary seeker." Again, a concise way to convey exactly what his aim was without alienating his new friend. @eclipsehowls

~Robin Eucalyptus|Jubilife City~

Leading August and Driftloon to the Pokemon Center, she listened to his words.   She knew a small bit about Pokemon Rangers, they tended to have a partner Pokemon they worked with and had a device they used to temporarily capture Pokemon.   While such an occupation had intrigued her it seemed to be too difficult to really grasp for the child and her leanings had been elsewhere.   "Being a ranger must let you have your own adventures," she said as they were nearing the Pokemon Center.  When he mentioned that he was a legendary seeker, she nearly halted before continuing on their way to the PC and it was with relief that the girl saw they were at the Pokemon Center after a while.  That was surprisingly a short walk, she thought to herself.   "You hunt for legendary Pokemon?" she asked, turning to look at August curiously.   She then let her eyes settle on the Driftloon.   "You must be strong to face down legendaries," she said to it, her tone growing quieter.

Robin didn't think she could do what August did.  Knowingly looking for legendary Pokemon though she wondered what it would be like to meet Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, the three legendaries of Sinnnoh that were also known as the Creation Trio.   It would likely be frightening and yet awe inspiring as well to even get a glimpse of them.   Dialga sounded the most interesting of the three to her, the thought of a dual Dragon/Steel legendary on her team would be interesting.  Yet wouldn't it give an unfair advantage in battle?  Turning, she looked at the Pokemon Center.   "...Anyway, here's the Pokemon Center," she said to August, an attempt to get her mind off of the things seen and dangers experienced while seeking out legendary Pokemon.  She then hurried inside so August wouldn't think she was being nosy or asking a lot of questions, taking into consideration that he had said he wanted someplace to rest after being on the road for a long time.   As she walked through the double set of glass sliding doors, she went to a couch around a table and slid her backpack off her shoulders to wait for her Pokemon to be healed.  @Steel Accord

Clara Lorenka | Jubilife City Pokemon Center | Fennekin, Marill, Ralts, Eevee

Clara smiled triumphantly as Fennekin delivered the final hit to the Pidgey, her Pokedex informing her of the EXP bonus her Pokemon had received. "Nice one! You're almost halfway to the next level now. A few more battles and you'll be on your way to an evolution!" She ruffled Fennekin's fur, and noticed she seemed a bit weary. "Ah, we should probably get a move on to Jubilife City. You guys need a bit of healing."

She continued walking, avoiding the taller grass where she knew Pokemon would probably be lurking, and finally made it into Jubilife City. "Wow, this place is huge, way bigger than what I was expecting, that's for sure." She took in the tall buildings and bustling crowds of people, before finally remembering her purpose and looking around for the Pokemon Centre. "Aha! This way, it seems."

She started to walk to the Pokemon Centre, finally reaching it and heading inside. It was a bit bigger than the one in Canalave City, and Clara was pleased to see that there were signs advertising rooms in the centre itself of trainers to stay in. She walked up to the counter, where a nurse was waiting patiently, and smiled. "Hey, I was wondering if this was where I should heal my Pokemon?"

The nurse smiled cheerfully. "Yep! I'm Nurse Joy, and I'll heal your Pokemon in no time. If you could just give me your Poke Balls...?" Clara handed over her four Pokemon, and Nurse Joy put them onto the machine. A few seconds later, she handed them back, all healed once more. "There you go! Are you a newcomer? I haven't seen you around before," the nurse asked.

Clara nodded. "I'm from Unova, actually. I thought I might come and make a bit of a new start over here. I've gotten all the Unova Gym badges, but I've started anew with my Pokemon, so going to a new region seemed like the best bet."

Nurse Joy smiled. "That sounds like a good idea! Sinnoh is very nice, I'm sure you'll find lots of ways to train and improve. Have you taken a look at the Contest Hall in Jubilife City?"

"No, actually. But I would like to register for the Sinnoh League." She asked.

"The Contest Hall is definitely a great place to train and improve yourself and your Pokemon." the nurse said. "I definitely recommend checking it out. Nevertheless, I can certainly register you to the Sinnoh League now, if you like."

"Will I be able to be registered in both the Unova and Sinnoh Leagues?" she asked. "I don't want to lose my previous Gym badges."

"Of course! Just give me your Pokedex." After a few minutes, she handed the Pokedex back to its owner. "There you go! See, the new Gym badge section is right underneath the Unova section."

Clara smiled. "Thank you so much!"

"Not a problem, feel free to take a look around and enjoy your travels!"

@eclipsehowls "First of all, I said like a pokemon ranger, I'm not one. Second of I'm not particularly strong as a pokemon trainer and I have yet to even see a legendary pokemon myself. I'm sure you know they aren't a terribly pedestrian sight. This is why I thought it was hard to describe exactly what it is I do but thank you for showing me to the pokemon center. I'll be staying here for a few days if you want to meet back up." He offered as he gave his farewell and walked in.

@A Mysterious Figure As he entered, he was sure he raised a few eyebrows with his traditional robes and ghost pokemon floating next to his head. Nurse Joy nevertheless gave him the same warm welcome she did all trainers and August gave over Lift to be looked after. He sat in the section with Clara and pulled out an old rolled up scroll, his eyes danced across it.

Clara Lorenka | Jubilife City Pokemon Center | Fennekin, Marill, Ralts, Eevee

Clara looked up from where she was sitting and looking through her Pokedex when the doors to the Pokemon Centre opened, revealing a guy with what looked like a kimono on and a Ghost Type Pokemon floating beside him. She recognised the Pokemon as... Driftloon? It looked a bit too small to be Driftblim, at least. Nevertheless, she watched curiously as the trainer sat down near her, pulling out an old looking scroll to read. He seemed like someone who knew what was up, at least around this region. "Um, excuse me?" she ventured, hoping he wasn't an unfriendly person and would be fine with talking to her. "I was wondering, are you from Sinnoh? You seem like an experienced trainer, at least from appearance alone."

Robin didn't notice the other girl in the Pokemon Center as she opened her backpack and pulled out a sketchpad before flipping it open and began sketching her Chimchar as he had been in the Pokemon Center with the Piplup and Turtwig as they had been within Professor Rowan's laboratory.    Her mother had bought her the sketchbook before she started out on her journey as Robin liked drawing.    She worked quietly, her mind now focused on her task at hand as the pencil moved on the sketchpad, her head bent over her work.   Once she was registered for the contests in Sinnoh, she would likely continue on her journey, as Jubilife City was only a temporary stop in the long road of things.

The hustle and bustle of the town had her feeling a little unsteady on her feet, bumping into the occasionally stranger, and losing her balance then running into someone else, and on occasion she would find a nice, quiet place to sit and relax. Letting out a sigh as she sat down a metal bench, she laid back, her hat blocking the rather bright sun. Her Light brown hair hung to the side, her bangs covering an eye, lifting a hand she brushed it out of the way, and looked up to the sky, a smile on her face. Resting her hand on a Poke-ball on her belt, she plucked in of and threw it into the air. "Charmander come on out!" She yelled out, catching the ball as it fell back down, not much later did she see Charmander jump at her and land in her arms. "Hey buddy! It's nice to see you to!" She said rather cheerfully, she had just gotten them back From nurse Joy the day before, and she let them rest in there balls for a day to rest. "Alright Char, you wanna see the others?" Char gave a nod and jumped off her lap and landed on the ground, she smiled once more and grabbed the other two pokeballs on her belt, one in each hand she threw them into the air. "Froakie, Growlith, Come on out!" With that her whole team sat in front of her, all giving her a smile and nosies of happyness.

After a few moments of a get together with a team,

((Belgh alright, im just leaving this here, I WILL edit it later, i know it sucks, but in study hall and cant be on phone, i will make it a lot more organized when i can later today))

~Robin Eucalyptus|Jubilife City|Pokemon Center-Heading to Contest Hall~

"Robin Eucalyptus, your Pokemon are ready," came Nurse Joy's voice over the loudspeaker.

The red-haired girl looked up from her sketchbook as her name came over the loudspeaker and she packed her sketchbook and pencil away in her backpack.  Rising to her feet, her hair like flames about her head, she left her backpack by the table she was using and made her way to the emergency room doors where Nurse Joy was coming out with the tray that housed her Pokemon.   "Thank you Nurse Joy," said Robin as she reached the nurse who had stopped outside the emergency room doors.

"You're welcome Robin.  Your Pokemon are all healthy and ready to go.  Will you be staying in Jubilife City then?"

Robin shook her head.    "No, it was only a temporary stop so I could register for the Sinnoh Festival and the Sinnoh League," Robin said.

Nurse Joy gave the new trainer a smile.  "Well then good luck on your journey."

"Thank you," said Robin as she took her Poke Balls one-by-one and clipped them to her belt.   As Nurse Joy headed back to the counter until someone else needed assistance,  Robin made her way back to the table she had been sitting at and grabbed her backpack.  Slipping it on both shoulders, she left the Pokemon Center and made her way towards the Jubilife City Contest Hall which didn't take long as she knew some of the way now.

Entering the Contest Hall, she looked around her, again taken by the beauty of the place and walked up to the counter, which like the Pokemon Center, stood opposite the automatic sliding doors.   "Good morning.  How may I help you?"

"Hello.   I'm here to register for the Sinnoh Festival please," said Robin.

"Alright.  Just give me your Pokedex and we'll get you registered," said the woman at the counter.

Robin handed over her Pokedex and the woman put the Pokedex into a slot in the computer.   The trainer's name came up with the three Pokemon in her possession and said her name, age and hometown/region.    "Ah, you're from Sinnoh and also participating in the Sinnoh League?"

Robin nodded, giving a shy smile at the mention of her becoming a coordinator and trainer.   "Well you're all registered," said the woman as she tapped a couple of buttons on the computer and the girl's Pokedex came out.  It was handed back to Robin who took it and put it in one of her pockets.  The woman also gave Robin a pink contest ribbon cause, ball capsules and seals that were used in the Sinnoh Festival along with an information booklet about the contest locations and the rules.

Putting those into her bag, Robin thanked the woman and left the Contest Hall.  Her parents' had given her an information book on the Sinnoh League gyms as well as other information on Sinnoh, including sights to see on her journey, where Poke Marts were and little towns.   Smiling she headed west towards Route 203 and the start of her own adventure.

As Kilian continued on his path towards Jubilife City, he noticed that the day was receding a lot fast than usual. "Must be daylight savings time..." he muttered as he kept his gaze up at the sky whose color reminded him of orange sherbet ice cream. However, he only continued to look until he realized that the was slowly leaving route 204 and entering Jubilife city. Had he really been unaware of how close the two places were or was he just staring into space for a longer undetermined time than originally expected. It wasn't an actual problem, it just surprised Kilian was all. He decided to pull the phone out of his pocket  and with a quick click and swipe, he was at his main screen yet again. He texted his brother of course, asking what his Pokémon would've preferred in terms of treats be it Poffins, Pokéblock, or what have you. He didn't bother putting  his phone away this time nor did he bother turning off hi screen, because he knew his brother would reply quickly. Surprisingly enough, Kilian's prediction was right because Thadeus had replied instantly with, 'Ebi knows. I'll send her to meet you at Jubilife.'.

Ebirah, Thadeus's enormous, red colored Clawitzer. The 'Living Sniper Rifle', Thadeus called her. "How the hell is Ebi supposed to make it all the way to Jubilife...? Whatever, I'm sure Thadeus knows what he's doing. He's gotten this far on anything but luck." Kilian muttered as he continued on his way down route 204, when it dawned on him that he didn't know where to wait for Ebi. "... Damn it!" Kilian exclaimed, grabbing the attention of his small party of Pokémon as he texted his brother almost immediately with a 'Have her meet me at the Pokémon center.'. Of course, Thadeus's reply was instant, and came with the message, 'Already one step ahead of you.'. "Of course he is..." Kilian muttered as he turned off the screen and returned his phone to his pocket. Surprisingly enough, his Pokémon were pretty tame throughout most of this little trip, since Kilian would generally have to run after Granmarg who'd wander off looking for berries or some sort of food.

Just a ways away from Oreburgh Town was Hearthome City, and that was where Kilian's older brother Thadeus was sending off his Clawitzer to head over to Jubilife City. Here eyes changed to a bright blue before her body became enveloped in water, then with a quick rotation of her more dominant claw, a powerful torrent blasted out and ejected her into the air. When crawdads fly Thadeus would jest, well there was a prime example. Within a matter of minutes Ebirah was already closing in on Oreburgh and then continued over that town and flew into Route 203. However, the overuse of this alternative move started to take its toll as one could see even from the ground, that her claw was starting to glow red from overheating. Steam billowed from the torrent of water Ebirah was encased in until it slowly started to fade, and with that so did her level of elevation. She ultimately crashed into one of the nearby ponds located just a moments notice away from the path which connected Jubilife City and Route 203 together.

The crash was big enough to gain the attention of nearby trainers and even scatter the nearby Starly and Bidoof that were taken by surprise. Nonetheless, Ebirah emerged out of the pond as if nothing had happened, though her claw was still glowing red from overuse, but that didn't stop her from making her way into the city. She slowly scuttled the rest of the way from Route 203 and slowly but surely, into the entrance that connected Jubilife City and Route 203. Ebirah continued to scuttle as she made her way towards the Pokémon center, gaining some eyes from those that passed by. Her trip in comparison to that of Kilian's was much, MUCH shorter, and in the end, she ended up waiting in front of the red roofed care place for her trainer's younger brother. Hopefully he'd have his Pokémon with him, so at least that way she'd be able to revel in some intelligible conversation. Well, intelligible for children anyways.

Kilian continued his predetermined path towards the city before actually getting to the point that connected Route 204 to Jubilife city. "Geez, my feet are killing me..." Kilian thought to himself as he stretched out, his hands reaching far into the air before returning back to the pockets they slipped out of. With any luck, he wouldn't have to wait long for his brother's Pokémon to show up. Little did he know however, Ebirah had beat him to their rendezvous point.

~Robin Eucalyptus|Route 203~

Route 203 was surrounded by trees and grass, a short path connecting Jubilife City to the tunnel at the other end.  At the end of the tunnel, known as Oreburgh Gate, one would be in Oreburgh City. She was glad to be out of Jubilife City and on her journey.  Pulling out her pamphlet on the contest locations of the Sinnoh Region, she opened the pamphlet up and saw the first contest was in Floraroma Town which was connected via Route 204 to the south of the town or Route 205 to the west of it.  But the contest wasn't for a week so she would have time to go through the first two gyms hopefully before heading to Floraroma Town to try to win her first contest ribbon.  Before that though, she had to train her Pokemon to be able to battle and use moves in contests.  One she wanted to work on with Gible was the Dragon Tackle that she had commanded him to use before.   She didn't notice the Pokemon soaring overhead  as she walked  along the route, looking for Pokemon and admiring the scenery.    As she was heading towards Oreburgh Gate she saw a Poke ball left on top of a rock as she passed.  Curiosity caused her to stop and turn around as she went towards the Poke ball.    Tapping the Poke ball it enlarged in her hand and a white beam of light shot out before a Pokemon revealed itself, the Pokemon rather starved looking.

"Shinx..." it said weakly.   It was a quadruped, feline Pokemon that resembled a lynx kitten.  Its front half was light blue while its rear was black with blue hindpaws, a short small tuft of fur lay atop its head and smaller tufts of fur on its cheeks.  Large, oval ears with yellow, star-shaped markings sat atop its head and it had yellow eyes with a tiny red nose.  Two yellow bands circled around its front legs and a small black marking circled its neck like a collar.  Spiked fur surrounded the base of its long tail, which was tipped with a yellow star shape.

Robin pulled out her Pokedex to examine the injured Pokemon.  "Shinx, the Flash Pokémon. When it senses danger, the hairs on its body light up and it runs away, leaving its opponent dazed.  This Pokemon is Female.  It knows the moves Tackle, Double Team, Thunderbolt, and the egg move Ice Fang."

Robin looked at the Pokemon as it cowered away from her before slipping off the rock.   Her father had said some trainers would abandon weak Pokemon or Pokemon that had lost a battle and the girl felt anger rise up in her at the injustice towards this Pokemon.  Not only did it have a starved appearance about it, upon closer inspect it looked as if it had been attacked by other Pokemon as she could see a burn mark on its back and a freeze mark on its chest as if from an ice attack.   The girl shook her head as angry tears welled up in her minds and crouched down beside the Pokemon, trying to get it to let her take it back to the Pokemon Center so it could be healed.   When talking to the Pokemon didn't work she brought out Chimchar and sat back to see if the Chimp Pokemon could talk to the lynx-kitten Pokemon instead.
