How to make a new forum?

I'm having trouble creating another forum in my roleplay, I have created forums in the past, but for some reason my ability to create forums disappeared.

If you have five sections, you'd need to contact an admin. We are not currently handing out forums unless its an emergency until all RPs are where they belong.

So does that mean I'll just have to wait awhile before I can create a new forum?

Yes. The limit is 5. Each forum lets you have unlimited threads.
