Personality: Cerian is quiet preferring to let his music do the talking. He is quick to anger and greedy. He expects to receive what he is promised or expects you will accept the consequences doubly. Other than this not much is known about his personality.

Appearance: His hair is an ashy white and his eyes are pitch black through and through. Mr. Law has a very strong jaw line, thin red lips and shinning white teeth. He has a dense build otherwise and a stout upright posture almost appearing pompous. He can be found wearing a variety of colors but is usually wearing a white button up with a messed up collar, a red scarf that hangs to about his waist, black pants and shoes, finally followed by a black and red over coat with torn coat tails. He has long fingers and a pale complexion which makes him appear as though he is always cold. Lastly, he always carries his piccolo, flute and pipes, despite being able to play them without the instruments present.
