History is written by the victors... And the Truth lies always in the shadows...
This story begins in 18th century France (think AC: Unity) during the turmoil of the French Revolution. But this revolution is not the only war taking place. Behind the scenes the battle between the Templars and Assassins is boiling to a peak with much loss of life on either squad. This story will follow the actions of a single unit of Templars called the Covenant and the opposing group of Assassins named Nightshade.
As more history is written it yet remains to see which hand will come to write it. Who will fall into obscurity and who will rise victorious?
