Personality: Cold & calculating, Alexander rarely loses his cool. His nonchalant demeanor usually masking his growing temper. If something isn't working to benefit himself, he sees it as a waste of both time and effort, but when he has set his mind to something; he ensures that nothing will stand in his way. He takes pleasure in getting under peoples skin, finding out what makes them tick, what their weaknesses are and exploiting them for his own amusement. Fear, helplessness, are two things he rarely feels and knowing that someone is capable of causing him to feel such things; only drives him mad. He feels that he is superior to all others, and anyone that makes him doubt his own abilities...he swiftly cuts them down to size.
Biography: Being born heir to one of the most successful companies in the world, Acme Industries; Alexander grew up wanting for nothing. From an early age he was taught that compassion, love and other such emotions only made a person weaker. That the only way to make it anywhere in this world was through ones own ruthlessness and cunning. He considered his father one of his greatest teachers. He also grew up hating meta-humans, since he was told that his mother died in an incident involving one, although he was never given all the details. He hated them up until the point in time where he found out...he was one. His father found out as well, and at the age of 18 he found himself stripped of his inheritance, and living out in the streets. He joined a gang, quickly working his way up through the ranks, and has become a prominent figure in New York's criminal underworld.
When a vaccine that could cure those with superhuman abilities began to be distributed in NYC, he made his way over to the hospital giving out the vaccine, with one goal in mind: to destroy the building and the vaccine along with it. Of course things didn't't go exactly as planned, as all hell broke loose, and he now finds himself trapped within a dying city.
No law. No order. Total Anarchy. While others cowered in fear at the events taking place around them, he only saw this as just another...opportunity.

Fear Inducement- The ability to look someone in the eyes for the briefest of moments, and bring their worst fears to life. As he enters their mind and discovers their fears, he is able to create complex illusions of whatever the person fears most. Only the victim of this power can see it, and the power is especially potent for those who are weak minded, who believe the illusion is real to the point that whatever injuries are inflicted upon them in the illusion; their brain registers it as reality, and their body actually begins to take the damage in real life as well. The longer he makes eye contact, the more powerful this ability becomes, to the point where he can break even the most strongest of people if he holds their gaze long enough.
Shadow Manipulation- He can solidify and shape shadows, or darkness itself, into any form he chooses. Without him saying a word or even issuing a command, the darkness around him will come to his defense, shielding him from any attacks even he might not see coming. He can also teleport by stepping into one shadow and appearing in another.
