Personality: Friendly and eccentric. She seems like just a normal human woman who is particularly motherly but sometimes she slips up... Like, catching things without her hands before they fall or.... brewing potions during a harvest moon...


History: As far as anyone knows Clare has owned the house for ever... in reality its only been a couple of hundred years. not that they will think long enough about it to know that. But the whole town knows that anyone is welcome to stay even some of the strangest clients

Personality: Shy, but if you become her friend she is your friend for life, Likes to listen since she hasn't mastered english yet.


History: Was captured by a fisherman and fell in love with him, but he only wanted her for her voice and to sell her. She ended up trying to get away when they were traveling through town and ended up in the middle of the street with her tail out and was found and rescued by Clare. Now she lives in the Koi pond in the back yard.

Personality: Super friendly. A little too friendly, he doesn't have any real social skills so Claire keeps him in the basement where he folds the laundry because he loves the Laundry. He likes that it comes out of the washing machine cold and wet and it comes out of the drier warm and dry. Washing blankets is the best. but if he really likes something that comes out of the drier he will keep it for himself, It's usually socks becuase he likes all the patterns they come in.


History: Claire found him as a baby at the magical black market chasing around rats. She took him home and fed him real food. He grows faster phisically than humans but mentally slower. So he doesn't realize how much of a danger he can be... it's why Claire usually tells him to stay in the basement but she lets him out at night to take care of the yardwork. She doesn't really enforce it so if he ever REALLY wanted to leave and do what he wants as long as he came back home she would be fine with it... as long as he had a chaperone.

History: Alez and Amie were born 1993, Amie did not make it due to complications with their mums pregnancy. Throughout life Alez grew up knowing that she lost her sister, but she did not know her sister didn't pass completely, she was linked to her, she hated her. On their 18th birthday Amie had had enough and set fire to the family home, Alez was the only one left. Her aunty took her in, but could no longer live with Alez as they fought a lot, being her only option Alez was sent to a boarding house.

He's also known to have a temper if someone snoops through his notebook, which contains all his fanfiction ideas and chapters. He also loves Manga, Cards, video games and tabletops and absolutely LOVES the internet to the point where he would stay on his laptop all day if no one stopped him.


Biography:


Chuck was just your average geeky boy. Playing video games, on the internet constantly, and would've had his own tabletop group if he had any friends back in america. But one day, his dad had found an old merchant who gave him admission to a boarding house for a low price and thanks to his dad's cheap personality, immediately took the offer and move in with his son.

Her moral compass is faulty at most since she has proven to feel completely unaffected by the chaos and pain she can sometimes cause, however from time to time she will take pity and try help others (“try” being the key word). Deep down she is capable of kindness, clumsy as it might be. Being a scheming witch who tricks her victims into making deals with her, she isnt exactly dishonest as she does give them exactly what she promises, even though it isn't what they had in mind.

History:

Not much is know from her past, aside from the fact that it appears that she learned everything she knows from her mother. Most would call this an ironic turn of events, since Simone's mother was a white witch who specialised in healing, and Simone...well, she basically does the opposite. Always moving from town to town, Simone is not know for staying in the same place for two long (mostly because wherever she goes, chaos ensues). However these days she has found her place in a unexpected and yet fitting spot: a small bakery just across the boarding house. So now she calls herself a kitchen witch...but, everyone with a bit of common sense knows that the seemingly innocent bakery is mostly a front for the real business. If you walk into the shop, ignore all the delicious treats, and instead walk up to the counter and ask for something more “specific” Simone is the exact girl for the job: poisons, hexes and sometimes even a small curse are always on the menu.

While that's mostly true, she does have a bit of a mean streak and worry about things, she's just very good at hiding it. All throughout her life she's unintentionally been labeled as a "cool kid" because she's low key and she jokes around a lot and she definitely knows how to party. However, she can be slightly obsessive when she finds something that interests her.


History: Lorelei was born a werewolf, and so it's never really been a big deal to her. She grew up in her pack and lived a semi-normal childhood, of course she had to keep her identity a secret, but it was just something she lived with. When she and a few other of her pack mates were around 18 they decided to split off, go to college together, and form their own pack. Which was fine for a while, but they were just as stupid and reckless as most young adults, and they all kind of had a falling out. Lor transferred to a different college and as been kind of a lone wolf ever since then.


A few weeks ago Lor discovered the boarding house, and figured it would be less expensive than paying for an apartment by herself, so she decided to give it a try.

History: Vince is a run of the mill human. His life is completely uninteresting and devoid of adventures. This is mostly because Vince is a very "stay in the box" kind of guy. He never went out of his comfort zone, or if he did it was probably like half a centimeter, and as soon as he realized it he quickly put an end to it. The only semi-adventurous thing he's done is decide to move into this boarding house, and that's only because the company he worked at had to make some cutbacks and he got fired.


So in order to save money he decided to move into this boarding house, but right now the plan is for it to be temporary. Once he has a job he's gone and back to living on his own, in his safety bubble.

Even though she’s young (for a fairy from the sacred forest), she’s actually quite bright. Loves reading and will read anything she gets her hand on.


History: Hailing from the sacred forest of Arcadia, a world filled with creatures of magick and no humans, Taliyah is actually the third princess (fourth in line) to the kingdom of Teraxisos (tare-axe-ee-sohs), the kingdom that stands guard over the magical grove of trees. Her father, the kind, gentle, and highly beloved scholar kingDraxi made it law that all Fairy children, when they come of age (which is 75 in human years), should spend time both in the other three kingdoms of Arcadia, and in the world of Man so as to get a better understanding of the workings of the world, in all its aspects. Taliya had spent the last twelve years in each of the other kingdoms, four years each, and now her time is to be spent in the world of Man getting firsthand experience. The fact that her search for reasonable housing led her to one with other supernaturals is pure coincidence. She works at the local library. She often carries with her a small stuffed bear that fits in the side pocket of her backpack. What it is in reality is a weapon made from a limb from the Mother Tree in the sacred forest. Her father insisted that she carried a weapon as things could get dangerous in this world, much to her protests. Due to its magical properties the weapon has seven different forms, each with it’s own unique qualities. The bear is just a stuffed animal, and its disguise. It also has a knife form (will upload when/if necessary, an energy shield (creates healing magic to cure any wound or illness of those inside but would leave her completely defenseless as it saps her own energy to stay active if she is not inside) and a wand with which she can cast rudimentary spells (the other two I've yet to come up with, I just wanted the number seven). Spells and curses were her weak point in her studies, though she did enjoy the combat. Occasionally forgets to keep her Glamour up, particularly when she gets super excited about something.
