welcome to pantheon academy, where young immortal beings learn how to rule over their domains and control their unearthly powers.
these young immortal beings are teenagers, and like other teenagers (namely, humans), they are prone to betrayal, heartbreak, mischief, and all those other things those darn teens are always up to.
but, unlike human teenagers, these young gods have some unstable powers. at this stage in their life, there's only one they fully know about, but as they make their way through the academy, they will start to unlock their full abilities.
like any other school full of teenagers, there is bound to be drama.
this is the stuff of greek myths, after all.

Relationships can be worked out when characters are accepted. But here are some guidelines so we don't get mired in the awkwardness of greek mythology...
1. Siblings don't have to be siblings. Unless they are Artemis/Apollo or Zeus/Poseidon/Hades, because those two sets are important to the mythology itself. Let me repeat, siblings don't have to be siblings. Then we can avoid some of the gross incest-type themes...
2. If your god's parent is another character in the RP... don't mention the name in their bio. Just say "an adult god" instead. If you don't have this problem, go crazy with the name-dropping. (for example, Artemis and Apollo need not mention Zeus as their characters' father... because that's a little weird.)
