Magical skills: Magic comes in so many different types, from Elemental magic, to Necromancy, Holy and Light to Darkness and Nether. Technomancy, to blood craft, what can you do? (Again if you want to make something up go for it! Just nothing tooo crazy like controlling time)
Personality: What are you like as a person. Are you the fiery type that acts before they think or are you a more laid being? Kind, thoughtful, willing to help others? Or perhaps you have a slightly twisted side only helping other to help yourself?
Bio: What's your story? Did you come from humble beginnings? Perhaps your parents are in a circle and you want to follow in their footsteps? Did you learn your craft or are you a natural talent. Whatever your story this is where it's told
 
Appearance: Deadlock looks like a very skinny ghastly man with over grown chaotic black hair and dark green bloodshot eyes. His eyes are very round making it uncomfortable when he stares at you and his skin is a dark mud colored brown. His skin looks like its melting sometimes when he is using his powers and he looks like a writhing mass of rotting sewage when he moves his body parts around himself. Deadlock is skinny and long.

Race: Rotten Sludge Man (Deadlock is composed of rotten materials. He is constantly decaying and therefore needs to eat constantly in order to disolve and decay more things. Deadlock can also withstand many injuries that would normally be lethal due to his unique composition. His body can also contort and rearrange at his will but it is a slow uncomfortable process. He also only needs an hour or two of sleep now.)

Infection Belt (Silly String)-His belt is a sentient weapon that enters his enemies wounds and amplifies any magical or non-magical de buffs and ailments they have.

Skills: Deadlock is exceptionally stealthy, can pick locks, is renowned for his twisted bipolar behavior. He loves to sing but very rarely does it. Can eat mountains of food. He could clear a buffet out by himself.
Magical skills: Deadlock is a master of diseases and poisons and loves to use rot and decay as well.
Immunity- Is immune to all diseases and poisons
Resonate- If Deadlock eats a deadly disease or poison his entire body becomes infectious/poisonous and becomes a carrier of whatever deadly substance he just ate.
Rotten Blows- Is he decides he can cause every attack to cause rapid decay and fungal infection that will turn the infected person or creature into an undead servant.
Hijack- Deadlocks can grab undead things' brains and can take control of the creature if it was under someone else's control. He can only do this one at a time.
Rotten Horrors- Deadlock can create giant horrific creatures that are extremely strong and powerful but because they now have Deadlock's curse they die within half an hour. This short period of time is made up for in massive strength.
disgusting Travel- Deadlock can morph into and travel almost instantly through sewage and disgusting swamp water/mud.
Feast- Deadlock can continuously consume anything biological and will continue to grow in power and size the more he eats. He doesn't have to directly eat through his mouth; Deadlock could shove a steak into his chest and it would sink in and he would have "eaten it". He prefers eating through the mouth so he can taste his food.
Decay- Deadlock is continuously dying and decaying. If he uses "feast" to get bigger he will then decay faster for a time. The more powerful and prolonged magic he uses the faster he decays.

Personality: Deadlock is extremely mentally twisted. Deadlock loves to creep people out and has no sense of personal space. Deadlock frequently has to clarify who he can eat, and who he can't. Despite all of this, Deadlock cares very deeply about those he considers friends and longs for love and friendship. Deadlock doesn't mind killing and consuming adults but would fight the forces of heaven and hell to defend any child and is readily willing to die in order to save any kids life. He does go to far on his revenge though. Deadlock won't just kill someone who hurts a kid, e will tie them down in a vat of wast, turn them insane, torture them until they are completely broken, then kill them.

Bio: Deadlock was originally a human living is Tomb Dealer territory. He was a noble man who fought for the safety of his town, and for the girl he loved. The first tragedy hit when his town was attack and his parents and family were killed by Black Rose assassins. Deadlock was injured himself and ended up becoming partially undead himself in order to survive. His undead side made him a little crazy but not too bad. Deadlock became a fearsome warrior and master of poisons that he would put on arrows and blades to help defend his town and beloved wife. Deadlock's second tragedy hit when he caught his Wife cheating on him with a Death Weaver Necromancer. Deadlock tried to kill the necromancer but ended up only getting humiliated and captured by him. Deadlcok was tortured and messed with. He began to beleive that maybe he wasn't a good enough friend and husband, and that those around him were destined to leave, Deadlock grew to accept the pain as punishment for his crimes. The Necromancer didn't realize how powerful of a being he had turned Deadlock into until he made a fateful mistake. the Necromancer tried to hurt his former wife, Deadlock broke out, ate the Necromancer, freed his wife, and appolagized to her for not being the best husband he could have been. deadlock has been roaming around for the last several hundred years acting as a half Vigilant half Serial Killer in the land of the Tomb Dealers.
 
Do you have an established map of the setting? Or, what I'm really trying to say is do you mind if we add to the setting through our character sheets?
 
Appearance: A short humanoid with carefully coiffed hair and mustache, which maintain their shape through the day through the use of magic. He takes care every morning to appear his best and dresses to the nines for every occasion, even where it may be inappropriate. He has dark skin, brown hair, and green eyes which constantly glimmer with a scheme.

Height: 3'5

Name: Milbreth Zincorum

Age: 73, though he appears to be around 30 by human standards.

Gender: Male

Race: Gnome, a close relative of the dwarves with a higher propensity for magic and a lesser one for physical work.

Circle of magic: Grand Wizardry

Equipment:
A half-liter flask of water, used for water manipulation. It has a pinprick hole in the lid for quick actions, but he would normally unscrew the top for more options.
An amulet he wears under his suit which buzzes when magic is present. Necromancy causes it to shake harder, but either way the sound and movement is unnoticeable to anyone but him.
A dagger he wears at his hip. Seems decorative, but he is able to channel his magic through it. Normally used as a last resort.

Skills: Milbreth excels at political manipulation and always strives to know everyone's position in the political spectrum. His memory is fantastic and he's very good at reading people and understating his own role. He also enjoys sharpening his skills at the piano and constantly seeks new intellectual challenges.

Magical skills:
Micromanagement: Milbreth has supreme micro-control over water in a volume of a half-liter or less. He can move the whole as a ball, or control individual drops. He can shift his power between water molecules as he has access to more, but must release control over a lesser portion. The more water he controls after a half-liter, the less control he has over it. In addition, the water must be exposed to the open air and within a five-meter radius of himself, making him a mid-range fighter.

Icy-hot: Milbreth can change the temperature of the water in his domain to the point of freezing to boiling. At that point he can still manipulate the water to attack or defend.

Swordplay: In a traditional combat setting, Milbreth can channel his magic through his dagger to create an ice sword or a boiling water-whip. The enchantment on the dagger ensures the water keeps its shape.

Drain: If Milbreth draws blood, he can use that cut to draw out as much blood as can be drawn out of the wound. Convergently, he can stop someone's wound from bleeding and freeze the wound over using ice magic, though obviously this is not a permanent solution and the wounded must still seek medical care.

Other Elements: As a graduate of the Halls of Grand Wizardry, Milbreth has some rudimentary knowledge of magic pertaining to other elements, though he is not nearly as capable in those as he is in his specialty.

Personality: Milbreth is coldly ruthless in both politics and in combat. He is fiercely competitive and seeks above all else to triumph over those he deems his adversaries. He is willing to seize any opportunity which comes to him, regardless of how it may affect his relationships. He is calculating and precise, and never does more than is necessary. He is also dedicated to maintaining his outward image as that of a cheery gentleman scholar, and in the presence of company mainly uses his water powers for parlor tricks. This has fooled more than a few ambitious fellow mages into underestimating him, which leads us to one final attribute of his personality, and one not to be forgotten: he is unforgiving.

Bio: Milbreth Zincorum showed up at the Halls of Grand Wizardry looking ragged and soaked, with a puddle of water trailing behind him. He had been cast out by his family and village for seeming to bring misfortune and frost everywhere he went. During his travels, he had met a wizard who recognized that what followed him was not bad luck, but a latent talent for the arcane arts that had yet to be honed. On that wizard's advice, he made his way to the school and banged on the door until they let him in and agreed to teach him. Once in the Halls, he dedicated himself relentlessly to his studies, striving to be ever higher in both position of his class and esteem of his superiors. After he graduated from the halls, he was granted the title of Emissary of the Halls of Grand Wizardry and was given the task of promoting the school's interests among the kingdoms of Yskera. He takes this task as seriously as he takes any other which he has been given, and is well acquainted with every high-ranking noble on the Continent, to the point where no one could imagine he was not high born himself. His ultimate goal is to become Master of the Halls of Grand Wizardry, and only a few rivals remain that can still pose a challenge to him for that title. For now.

Race: A Divine God - An Angel being born into the rank of Divine rather than granted it. The only one of her kind.

Equipment:
Storm Bringer - A Divine Holy Sword forged in the Sky Forge of Heaven. Can be used to channel magic through.
Divine Armour - Is said to rival Dwarven Metal in strength.
Skills: Jas having been around for quite some time is renowned for her swordsmanship having spent hundreds of years training in the art of the blade. Being part of The White Flower Church, she is also an exceptional healer along with having very good diplomatic skills.
Magical skills:

Immortal - Jas does not age, and she cannot become ill or sick.

Healing Magic - Jas is able to heal most ailments, illnesses and wounds. Wounds or injuries inflicted by certain means such as unholy, dark or demon can harm her however.

Divine Magic - Jas is able to release/use divine energy to attacks of various shapes or forms such as a large beam of divine energy which explode upon impact.

A Gods Wrath - A large circle forms behind Jas in the sky which proceeds to rain down multiple Blue -coloured lightning blasts towards her opponents.

Blades of Light - Numerous swords of holy magic appear in the sky before raining down piercing those in their path. Even if it does not hit you they explode after a few seconds.

Light Magic - Being an Angel Jas can create and control Light magic. This an used for simple things such as a light source, to more "Destructive" measures..

Personality: Jas having lived for many many MANY years growing up with her mother and being taught the ways of a God and the Angels, is a very curious person even having lived for quite some time she is technically still seen as a "child" Intelligent and inquisitive Jas has grown to love Yskera and it's people, having lived amongst them for thousands of years, becoming a member of The White Flower Church and then the eventual leader. Kind and ever loving she helps those in need. She has fought in many wars and has ended wars before they began, learning diplomacy at a quick pace at an early age, so as to try and keep peace between the many kingdoms and empires that rose and fell through her life. When it comes to fighting however Jas will become different, a stone cold tactician who become ruthless on the battlefield.

Bio: Jas has was born eons ago and has lived with her mother Yless for longer than she can remember in the Sky Kingdom of Heaven. As a child she was full of life and wonder, her mother Yless doting on her and teaching her the ways of the world and the history of Yskera. She was also told of her father later on in life as Yless did not want to keep any secrets from her. As she grew older she became more and more curious of the world below, eventually asking her mother to visit Yskera. Granting it Jas left and settled in Havenguard where she a been growing up until this day. She joined The White Flower Church, rising through the ranks with ease and eventually became it's leader, leading it into a Golden Era, however this was not without it's difficulty with some of the Council members resenting her for just joining in and becoming the leader rather quickly. Corruption was deep seated in The White Flower Church some of the older members wanting power and influence over kingdoms and unfortunately it's still there, Jas not being able to pinpoint on just who is corrupt...

Fast forward to present time Jas has been invited by the Emperor and Empress to attend a meeting, other invites having been sent out to various VIP's and representative of the different Circles.

Circle of magic: The Dark Rose Church

Equipment:
Cloak of Passion: The cloak has two sides. A black side that she wears most of the time. It can release billows off smoke that she can use in various ways. The cloak also has a red side. At will she can cause the red side to burst into fiery hot flames that cause everything in her wake to burn. Both sides protect her from all fire and heated attacks and give her resistance to lightning and lava attacks.
Coals of the Eternal Flame Armor- All her clothes can burn without burning up. She can be set on fire and it would do nothing to her even though she would be a massive ball of flame. She uses these flames to concentrate the heat in her gloves and boots for close combat.
Guns of the flame: The guns of the flame is a pair of pistols, one red representing fire, and one dark grey to represent ash and smoke, the aftermath of the fire.
Red Gun: Shoots concentrated bullets of explosive magical energy. She shoots it and wherever the bullets hit, it explodes, a large explosion.
Grey Gun: It shoots out smokey bullets that when they hit someone cause a plume of poisonous ash to appear.
Each Gun has 6 bullets and she can replace them only once a day.
2 Golden rings: Her and her Ex-husband's wedding rings
Right Heart Pendent & Left Heart Pendent: An elaborate set of necklaces that are hearts that interlock. Only when the hearts are locked can they releasee the gem in the middle which will revive one person the user truly loves.

Skills: She is a fabulous singer with an extremely unique voice. She is artsy and crafty and knows how to knit, sow, make baskets, and bake, although she rarely shows these skills.

Magical skills:
Fire Affinity: Bell can minorly manipulate and control fire, she usually absorbs the fair to gain power and energy and to remake her bullets which she can only do with a blazing fire. The Hotter the Fire, the Stronger and more explosive her attacks and bullets become.
Ash Step: When ample fog, smoke, or ash is present she can magically shift through it. If there is a major gust of wind or a disturbance in the air while she is doing this she is pulled back into the world.
Vampiric Flames: She can magically change the fire to burn a dark maroon color and anyone burning inside restores her health. She can also make one explosive bullet do this a day.
Ashes of Dreams- She can spew out an enormous cloud of ash at will that is enough to make it hard to breath and extremely difficult to see. The cloud is gigantic in size and can easily cover her escape.
Vampire Physiology- She is a vampire and is therefore very fast and strong.

Personality: She is passionate, headstrong, and very caring. She would undergo the pains of hell for a mere acquaintance, and search the seven seas for one wrong doer. She is haunted by her past and becomes uncharacteristically very shy when asked to explain her feelings or history many times resulting in tears.

Bio: Isabelle was born to the Finks family in a small town amidst the Tomb Dealer swamps. She was clever, smart, and the most beautiful girl in town. Although many tried to sway her affection, only one man owned her heart, Sander Grenseon. Sander and Bell got married at a young age and became the resident happy young couple. Sander was hit with tragedy when Black Rose church assassins killed is family and injured him. Although undead magic held his body together, it was Bell who marveled and his strong will and who caressed away the pains of his mind. One day a Death weaver Necromancer ambushed bell and gave her two options, come and be his "Wife" or watch as her whole town and precious husband was murdered. Thinking of her husband's fierce will she decided to endure the first option, undergoing personal punishment for the life of those she loved. Sadly Sander, her beloved husband, caught the man taking and ... using his wife. In a furious rage he attacked the Necromancer who promptly defeated him. Bell begged for the evil magician to spare his life only barley convincing him not to kill the interruption. Bu the fate Sander would endure would be much worse. The Necromancer used Sander as an experimental toy, one day Bell had enough of watching the love of her life get tortured day after day, and year after year. The Necromancer, who had by now turned her into a vampire, struck her in a fit of rage and beat her severely. Sander, who had been only enduring the torture out of self-loathing, promptly broke from his chains and not only killed ,but ate the culprit. Bell rushed to hug and love an her long lost husband but not before he apologized for not being good enough, for not being worthy of her love, all falsehoods in her eyes, but before she could rebuttal, he was gone. Bell combined her passion, and her vampiric magic, to create a vampiric fire that was unique to her. She remembered the Black Rose church that had acted with such stealth and intelligence all those years ago, and decided she would join them in hoped of finding and reuniting with her husband from all those years ago.
