Well my idea was more of a replacement team in case the league ever got decommissioned or defeated.

So then they're more of a Justice League B Team than just a Titan or a Y.J team, I mean if this is your idea then they should be adults ?

Right I guess I'll mess around with the concept sines it's not set yet really. I'll start working on it as soon as I finish up the marvel rp I'm working on with someone else.
