Peak human condition (Well atleast for her age), trained by deathstroke: Mastery over stealth, Expert Sword and Gun Training, Martial Arts training, and gadget training, as well as inoculation against intimidation or underhanded tricks.
Strengths: (2-3) Rose Wilson is extremely tactically intelligent, able to plan out situations and catches on to things quickly. Rose is determined and will do everything in her power to do a mission or task.

Weaknesses: (2-3) Rose has to wear an eyepatch over her left eye, so she is vurnerable from attacks coming from the left. Rose doesn't communicate well with others, She prefers to remain alone and ignore everyone and do things her way
Personality: Rose is abit of a icequeen, thinking less of others and preferring to be alone most of the time. She often ignores other's opinions and focuses on her mission or task rather than people.

Personality: If you were to use one word to define Alice that word would be “lazy” Alice is a lazy person but that’s not to say she doesn’t do anything. In fact she doesn’t like leaving things undone or giving up all it means is she hates using more effort than needed. There is no 110% 100% is all you’ll get out of her at most. This desire to do things with the minimal amount of effort has lead her to attempt to view all problems like puzzles. Attempting to find the easiest solution or at least a way to do it without going above and beyond. Alice even goes as far to act this way with other people interacting them to make sure all encounters are as simple and use the least amount of effort.

Power: Blood Oath-Alice is capable of creating a small red dagger which can kill anything. It doesn't just one-shot people of course it still is just a knife but if Alice was to stab into the heart of some sort of supernatural being or deal what would normally be a fatal wound to something not human it would die. This doesn't factor in healing factors so if someone is able to heal from fatal wounds they will still heal.

Killer Presence-Be it a power or maybe just her overwhelming bloodlust Alice at times will cause those around her to freeze with fear or tense up ready to fight. She can hold this presence in yet at times of stress or simply when she isn’t paying attention it will leak out. It is visualized by a dark aura that radiates from Alice

Born Killer-Alice is a prodigy amongst her family of assassins and as such has no problem adapting to a situation her brain is hardwired to think one thing with an opponent. “How do I kill them?” Alice will not hesitate to use underhanded tactics or sacrifice an ally or even a limb to take out an opponent, she’d even sacrifice an organ and die to finish off a target.

Solva Style Creeping Shadow-Alice can hide her presence so long as she is in a dark area, even if the spot is not pitch black Alice will completely vanish into the darkness when in the spot. She can still be heard if she makes a sound it simply only makes her hard to sense and see.

Solva Style Hidden Fangs-Alice has been trained to hide weapons anywhere on her person no matter how little the clothing she is capable of hiding at least a dagger on her.

Strengths-Has training with a wide selection of close and long ranged weapons.
Has been training to assassinate metahumans since she was born.

Weaknesses-Despite her knife and assassination training Alice is still a mortal human, thus she can be killed just like any other human.
Her knife only does the same amount damage as a regular knife thus is an enemy is wearing armor or has tough skin she won't be able to cut them.

Powers:
•She has the normal Lantern abilities of flight and creation of constructs.
•She can see the current emotions of those around her, in the form of light of the corresponding corps.
•Her ring offers her regenerative powers, meaning that she’ll eventually recover from pretty much any wound.
•She is capable of creating other black lanterns, in generic zombie fashion.
•She charges her ring by ripping out the hearts of people with strong emotions. Every heart taken charges each Black Lantern ring by 1%.

Strengths:
•Extremely good at convincing others that she has emotions/that she is normal.
•Good at disguising herself and others.

Weaknesses: (Black lanterns have a lot more than this, so I’ll just go with her personal ones).
•No actual combat training as of yet.
•If her ring is removed (Difficult as it is physically a part of her body) or destroyed, she’s dead. Literally, that moment, she ceases to exist.

Personality: Victoria was a fairly snarky, fun young woman, who got along with most people that understood her sense of humor. She enjoyed getting out on the town by herself, and collecting a group of strangers to hang out with. She was going for a career as a theater makeup technician, which means she has quite some skill in shifting her appearance or those of others.

Note the past tense. As with all black lanterns, any emotion displayed is false, something used to evoke an emotional response in those around her. Normally, this ability would be used to fill her prey’s heart with emotion before she takes it from them, but Nekron has instructed her to use it to put her teammates at ease for the purpose of this alliance.

  • With all she can do Loa is very versatile

  • She absolutely needs her familiar if it is injured to much or even killed she will be banished until a new one can be found.
  • Her chaotic nature means she isn't trust worthy
  • She has no real skill with physical combat
Personality: Loa is something of an oddity among the lords more interested in the small picture over the big when it comes to chaos. Loa enjoys watching someones life crumble around them until they snap and she loves watching this become a plague that breaks down order. Massive destruction isn't her goal chaos that hurts on a personal level is. Loa is a sociopath she really doesn't care about the pain she causes and enjoys, the more it hurts the more fun things are for her. All this is wrapped up in the attitude of a playful silly child easily bribed and even more easily able to go back on her word unless entertained. On a side note Loa tends to like musicals, and may or may not break into a song from time to time.

Personality: Dominick is easy-going and a bit of a goof. Rarely taking anything seriously, he has a habit of cracking jokes at the worst of times. Constantly looking for the next thrill, he's easy enough to get along with and enjoys any combination of fighting, drinking, and flirting. In fights he's stubborn to a fault, refusing to drop until he's physically unable. Despite this thrill seeking attitude however he does have certain code of honor he strictly follows, willing to disobey direct orders if they contradict.

  • Bio-Electrokinesis: Dominick can generate and manipulate his own supply of Bio-Electricity, granting him a variety of abilities. The most basic of which being able to apply a powerful taser like shock from his hands.

  • Bio-Electric Aura: Due to his powers, Dominick is constantly projecting an invisible low powered aura just over the surface of his skin. This aura does little else but to make him somewhat more resistant to physical attacks.

  • Electrically Enhanced Condition: Dominick's body has been considerably enhanced by the constant flow of electricity. Improving his speed and reaction time to superhuman levels.

  • Static Cling: With his powers Dominick can use static electricity to stick himself, others, or objects to various surfaces. However he usually just uses it as a way to scale walls.

    Gadgets
    Web-Slingers: Twin wrist mounted devices that Dominick wears beneath the gauntlets of his costume that can shoot out a special "web fluid" at high pressure from the palms of his hands. This web fluid is tough and flexible, with extreme adhesive properties. Usually used as a way of harmlessly subduing enemies or as a mode of transport. As an added bonus, Dominick can use his powers to run an electric current through this webbing to shock foes.
Strengths
Indomitable Will: An exceptionally strong willed individual, Dominick is fearless and not one to back down in most situations. Allowing him to go on fighting through extreme pain and fatigue.

Unpredictable: Used to going up against people stronger than him, Dominick has developed an unorthodox way of fighting used to catch opponents off guard.

Weaknesses
Lone Wolf: Due to his immense pride Dominick will refuse to ask for help even in the most dire of situations, preferring to handle most things on his own.

Kind Hearted: Despite his villainous occupation, Dominick is still somewhat of a decent person and follows his own set of morals and principles. Such as, refusing to kill or harm innocent bystanders, such as normal people of the public or cops if he can help it. He tends to act on his gut and there are just certain lines he refuses to cross.

Species: Modified Puppet (Created by the infamous Puppet Master by performing a dark magic ritual)

Powers:
-Enhanced Intelligence: Damien possesses a high intellect regarding biology, thanatology, eugenics, and even possesses a bit of knowledge regarding black magic. He puts this intellect to use by performing a number of experiments regarding deceased metahuman corpses.
-Doll Physiology: Due to Damien's unique physiology he does not possess human organs, tissue, or blood. Due to this he doesn't require the necessary needs of others such as eating, drinking, sleeping, or even breathing. He is also immune to telepathy given his lack of a brain, however he can be sensed by those who can sense magic. His body was created specifically out of a flexible type of Promethium. It is much weaker then pure Promethium but does grant him enhanced strength and endurance.
-Necromantic Bonding: Damien can bond with the bodies of the deceased and gain complete control over their being. He creates a link with the victims soul giving the body life for a temporary time. However, this power has a strict limitations. The body can only be deceased for up to six weeks, meaning if Damien has not bonded with the body before it will be forever lost to him. If the body of the deceased also possessed a will stronger then Damien's in their time of being alive he cannot bond with the body. Though if Damien does bond with the body before the sixth week the body will forever be his.

Strengths:
-Damien is used to letting others fight for him and over the years has become a strong tactician because of it
-Damien's physiology allows him to outlast others. Never growing tired and never feeling fatigue allows him to continue on without being slowed down.
-Can't be detected by telepaths, heat sensors, and a number of other things.

Weaknesses:
-Should his body take too much damage he will not be able to repair himself and will require the aid of others
-Damien sees himself as the king of a chess game and thus, while the most important, to be one of the more weaker pieces on the table. His fighting skills are mediocre at best.
-Like chess he can only move one piece at a time. If he stops controlling a certain piece that puppet will cease all movement and remain stationary until their master once again takes control of them.

Personality:
Damien possesses a cheerful and overexcited persona that often makes him seem like an innocent little kid. While he may seem quite immature at times his intellect regarding certain subjects is unmatched against most around his age. While talkative and outgoing he prefers to spend most of his time working on his experiments. He loathes his current body and always dreams of what it might feel like to be human, but sadly he has never discovered how to transfer his conscious into the body of another, nor has he found a body that would be suitable for his taste. While his experiments may make him seem to be a bit of psychopath he is actually quite the gentleman. He treats his allies with the upmost respect and sees them all as one giant family. Though should one of them become deceased he wouldn't hesitate to use their body for future experiments.

Damien's puppets:

Rook- Rook is the largest of the three possessing immense strength, durability, and regeneration. He is also incredibly slow and susceptible towards ice based attacks.

Bishop- Bishop is the only winged puppet that possesses flight, superhuman speeds, and razor sharp talons and claws. However, he is also the physically weakest of the three and can is susceptible to electricity based attacks

Knight- Knight is the lightest in color and is Damien's personal favorite. He is the perfect medium between Rook and Bishop. Possessing great speed and strength (though not to the levels of the other two) he can cling to any solid surface and possesses a personal radar that can notify him of anyone's presence within twenty meters. Though his radar can be jammed through sonic based attacks and is susceptible to fire based attacks.
