Bacon Bits
Pocket Sand
Hey! Thanks for popping in. Before I got started, I figured I’d include a little about me.
- I’m 18+ and I operate very loosely on EST (typically like 1 pm- 2 am).
- I’m in college right now (on break for the winter) so I will get busy soon, just a heads up. I’m going to try and let you know once that happens, and reply at least once a week.
- I’ve been roleplaying for 7 or so years now. I’ve only been on this site since quarantine, and I’m still not 100% used to the layout, so please bare with me.
- I usually prefer M// or F// shippings, but I’m not opposed to M/NB, F/NB, NB// or M/F. I tend to write more male characters, but this isn’t exactly a rule or anything. Romance is rarely required (unless it’s clearly a romance plot, obviously), but I sure am a sucker for it.
- Very ghost friendly! If you ever want to pick up a roleplay 7-8 months later, I’m all for it! Take your You Time, you deserve it.
- I’m not the best at coding/layout/aesthetics, mostly because I’m just now learning it, but I’m also just very unorganized in general. If this is non-negotiable to my future writing partner, I’ll work on it.
- I tend to write about 2-4 decent sized paragraphs per focus character. I’ll reflect what my partner is writing, whether that is more or less, to the best of my ability. I use past tense third person.
- I REALLY enjoy having more than just one character per partner in each roleplay (my plots probably show that off). I love creating characters, working on their interactions and slowly developing them in each plot. I can also do solely 1-to-1 plots, but I really prefer having at least two main characters and a few side ones.
- For roleplaying, I’m on discord the most so you’re most likely to catch me there. However, I will write in PMs here as well.
****I LOST TRACK OF A FEW ROLEPLAYS ON HERE. IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE WAS IMPACTED BY MY GETTING BUSY, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION. Seriously though, please tell me if you want to continue. I may ask for a restart or something, though, just a heads up.
What I’m looking for in a writing partner is:
- Someone preferably 18+, especially for darker plots and themes.
- Mutual respect. I’m usually okay with whatever, but if I’m not, please don’t push me. If anything makes you uncomfortable, please tell me and I will avoid the subject
- Someone comfortable with roleplaying multiple characters (preferred, definitely not a requirement!)
- OOC chatter for planning, memes, music, etc. I love chatting and being nerds about everything, but if that isn’t your thing, I understand! The only thing I ask is that you are there for planning when necessary.
- The usual, no over powered characters, that’s just boring.
- Someone willing to write 2+ decent sized paragraphs. If you’re not feeling the roleplay that much, I understand and won’t come after you for even a sentence or two, especially if they leave room for response too. (NOTE: If things get boring, please let me know and I’ll try and help work towards something more interesting!)
- Third person past tense, please.
Some of the fandoms listed below I’m only really comfortable roleplaying OCs in. I’ll give a canon a go, but it probably won’t be great. These are marked with ^. For every *, that shows how much I crave this fandom.

Fandom Plots:
ATLA/Legend of Korra****
Not really a plot idea, or necessarily original as I actually got the idea from a tumblr post, but the idea of a Dark Avatar of some caliber is interesting. Whether that’s like two Avatars, like kinda what happened season two of LoK, or if it’s just a normal Avatar who has decided to use their powers for something else. Maybe the Avatar decides humans are the issue, and to create balance, the Avatar destroys. Who knows, I just like that concept. Also have a few different bending ideas that I could explain if anyone’s interested.
Outpost 62: Sector 3
A handful of talented individuals have been selected to continue the outpost program in Sector 3. An established living space is provided, and the planet is relatively stable and reliable for life supports. This would be an optimal posting, if they weren’t part of the fifth group to be posted there in a year’s time. The crew must survive and prosper on the planet’s surface. Not only this, they must also find out what happened to the other crew members, and prevent it from happening to them. (I have some ideas for what caused this. I’d also like to add in some corruption that I can discuss further. Romance can be applicable or not, and multiple characters are necessary)
It’s A Mistake
On an away mission to unexplored space, a crew member of a small starship makes an irreversible mistake. This mess up, intentional or not, takes the life of several essential crew mates. Now, too far into space for any help, the remaining crew must find a way to survive. At launch, the crew consisted of a pilot, a commander, an engineer, a medic, a combatant, a scientist and a supplier/nutritionist. (We can decide who survived and who plays what characters when we plan. I’m thinking 4/7 survive, if even that, but it doesn’t necessarily matter who. Romance can be applied, definitely isn’t necessary.)
Arctic (Test) Monkeys
In a race to solve the worsening climate change across the world, scientists found a quick fix which may be more trouble than its worth. Instead of letting the seas wash into cities, they have found a way to put the world in a semi-permanent freeze. But can the majority of the world handle this extended cold? Or is this just bringing the end date closer up? To figure this out, scientist across the world select citizens at random from several nations. They are each to be housed in conditions hypothetically similar to the conditions they may run into. There are several test groups, but this roleplay will focus on one. Test groups can consist of small communities of close housing units, or one or two housing units distanced from each other, in an attempt to represent several types of communities. Will the test subjects make it, proving this to be a decent fix, or will they fail and send scientists back to the drawing board? (This doesn’t necessarily have to be a roleplay with anymore than one character for each of this, but it can also consist of several. Left that open for us to discuss.)
Unfinished
Even in space, espionage fines a way. In fact, it thrives in the dark silence. Even the most structured, organized forces can be infiltrated. (This idea is not fully formed at all. Basically space spies, probably two warring factions set up spies for each other. I really wanna sketch this out with whoever I roleplay with
Take This Job and Shove It (Modern)
Muse A was one of the most influential individuals in their career. Was. That was a long time ago, two hours ago to be exact. Why give all that up? To regain what Muse A had been working for to begin with. A life with Muse B.
Rumor Has It (Historic or Modern Setting)
Did you hear the news? The Police Commissioner is soon to be married to the child of a wealthy local accountant. Rumor has it, the Commissioner’s future father-in-law is on the Mafia payroll. In fact, he organizes the payroll. Some people will even say they’ve seen the Accountant’s kid spend an awful lot of time with the Mafia Boss’ right hand. Shouldn’t matter to the Commissioner, they’ve been so soft on organized crime, some people say they’re a good friend to the Family. People talk though, don’t they? (The Mafia’s Accountant’s child is going to marry the Police Commissioner, but they have feelings for the Right Hand of the Mafia, someone they’ve known for some time, or perhaps has just happened to catch their attention. The Commissioner should be heartbroken, except, they’re in love with the Mafia leader. Just kinda follow that, maybe have some extra drama that I have a few ideas for.)
Trinity: Titoli (Western/Song Plot)
Two strangers ride into a small, dusty town. One stranger is a talkative, almost charming, individual, while the other is more of an observer. Other than that, and the Colt 45s they possess, little is known of them. They quickly become the talk of the town, as it is rare for the small community to have any sort of excitement. Who are these strangers? Villains of some sorts, like the few outlaws they had before? Or something else entirely? Whoever they are, the mayor sure doesn’t like them... (This is kind of a loose plot. We could roleplay it as the town’s reaction to these strangers, or it could be more specific individuals. Perhaps it’s the mayor, someone who has information on the mayor, or another criminal. Romance of some sort would be acceptable. Regardless, I’d like some form of doubling, because I don’t want to play both bounty hunters or all of the townspeople.)
