Subject ID: SCX-015

Classification: Extremely Dangerous

Description: SCX-015 appears as a black haired girl with red eyes. It wears a black dress, that has bloodstains on it. SCX-015 stands at 1,71 meters height and weighs 45 kilogram. When enraged, SCX-015 has been seen to be able to expand its jaw to the double of its width. Further, in that form, it has shown two razorsharp rows of teeth, one at the top, one at the bottom. SCX-015 further extends the nails of its fingers to claws when enraged.

Its movements are fluent and appear too smooth to be done by legs. However, it could yet not be discovered, if SCX-015 moves by other ways than feet. Her body movements usually appear slow and weak, drained.

Containment:
SCX-015 is to be contained in a 5x5x3m cell, that is made purely of XC15, the material especially created to negate its powers. The cell is kept at a temperature of 0°C and has to be monitored through the cameras at all times. The cell is to be cleaned once a week, as SCX-015 does not appear to excrete. SCX-015 has been shown to eat human flesh, alive or dead, but it does not appear to need food as tool of survival and is therefore not to be fed. The cell may under no conditions be opened by groups of less than four trained guards that are equipped with freeze tasers.

Behaviour:
In normal state, SCX-015 is docile and has shown to prefer standing movelessly in a corner. It can oftenly be found singing a certain melody, which could not be identified as affiliated to any melody or song known. Origin of the tune SCX-015 sings are unknown. SCX-015 does oftenly not react to attempts of communication, sometimes it does. Interviews with it have been pointless yet, as no real information could be gained by its answeres.

In yet incomprehensible patterns, SCX-015 can leave the docile state and randomly attack humans in its sight. It displays strong aggression and brutality, especially towards males. Further, certain sentences, words and actions can trigger that enragement. Due to the fact that the patterns that lead towards that extreme aggression are not fully clear, SCX-015 is classified as highly dangerous and may not be approached in groups below 4 people and without freeze-tasers.

Abilities
- Direct contact to the hands of SCX-015 has shown to start a lethal process. It applies a paralizing effect to the victim as well as slowly starting to kill them, visible in the contraction of the skin around the skeleton and the disappearing of any organs and muscles, as well as body fluids. THe skin takes on a blue color, the longer the process goes. Later obductions have shown high amounts of sulfur within the corpses.
(Addendum 1.1: Not all touches have shown to trigger said effect, apprantly, SCX-015 has control over when it applies.)

- SCX-015 has shown the ability to dissolve into a smoke-like state, that has proven unfazed by enviornment, be it solid, like walls, or not, like wind. SCX-015 has full control of where to move, when in this state.
(Addendum 1.2: Recently a material has been found to effectively disable SCX-015 from passing, that has been used to contain the creature.)

- SCX-015 has demonstrated the ability to mimic the voice of its victims. To do so, it opens its mouth. It does not actively speak, it just keeps its mouth open, however, the speech of the chosen victim is still heard. A difference to the original can not be told. Apperantly, it can only use words and sentences that she has heard the victim say. It uses those voices and words to communicate, if it communicates.

- SCX-015 has shown the ability to voice its thought in the mind of chosen people. The voice sounds, according to test subjects, like a pained echo of a female teenager voice. SCX-015 however appears to lack the ability of physical speech.

- Despite its disability to speak, SCX-015 can produce a loud screech, that will physically hurt victims in an area of about 50m around it. The range may differ. Staying within its range for too long duration can severly hurt the ears.

-SCX-015 has proven very resistant to physical damage, like gunshots, impact and explosions, as well as high temperatures, however weak towards very low temperatures.
(Addendum 1.3: Temperatures below 0°C slow down SCX-015´s movements. That effect is stronger, the lower the temperature gets. Below -15°C, all movements of SCX-015 have shown to stop.)
Addendum 1.4: It is currently unknown if SCX-015 posses more abilities, that have yet not been discovered.

Backround:
SCX-015 was found in York, Yorkshire, Britain at the 17.2.93. It was found by an police officer in the remains of the Derway Orphanage. The police had been called to the orphanage, as a terrorist had entered and taken the children inside as hostages at the 14.2.97. A major police operation had been started. After 48 hours, the police had developed a plan to storm the building and executed said plan. However, the terrorist had a bomb, which was not known to the officers. The orphanage was destroyed and there were no official survivors. At lager investigation work however, officer Jonathan Biggons found a girl, standing in the remains of a room, singing a unknown song. She appeared oblivious to all communication attempts. The officer called a ambulance and the girl, stained in blood and her eyes red, was taken to a hospital. However, at the attempt of diagnosis, the girl broke into rage and "became a monster, a ghost, an unstoppable machine of slaughter", quoted from a nurse. The X-Ceed Containment Foundation was sent and managed to contain the girl. No name or heritage has been found, however it is assumed she was a kid that lived within the orphanage. Experiments have been started, however with enormous caution. The subject appears very strong.

Subject ID - SCX-008

Classification - Extremely Dangerous

Description - SCX-008 is a seemingly male being with short, dirty blonde hair and typically green eyes. It's clothing, the only items in 008's cell that are combustible, consists of black athletic pants and a deep grey sleeveless shirt. 008 stands at 5'9, or 1.75 meters, and weighs 163 pounds, or 74 kilograms. 008 boasts a slim build and doesn't appear to have much muscle, but it can be much stronger than it appears to be. 008's skin complexion is best described as light. When aggravated, 008's irises have been noted to shift into a bright red-orange color. Though it's exact age is unknown, it appears to be around 18.

Behaviour - 008 is typically docile. It is usually found either sitting Indian style on the floor or walking aimlessly around the wall. At random times, it is heard mumbling something almost incomprehensible. Another thing that it does at random is softly sing. It has been heard singing songs from multiple groups with genres ranging from soul music to heavy metal. 008 is typically compliant with testing and interviews, but when it is asked about it's past and origins it quickly becomes unresponsive and silent. The only times 008 has been seen to be aggressive is after provocation. Once provoked, it becomes very violent and it's victims are gruesomely killed or incinerated.

Containment - SCX-008 is to be held in a 5x5x3 cell made of tungsten to prevent it from melting the walls. The cell must be equipped with a sprinkler system to neutralize 008 if it is to become aggressive. Camera's must be placed in the cell to monitor 008 at all times. The cell is to be cleaned three times a week as it does excrete. 008's diet is similar to that of a human', but it can not consume anything with a high concentration of H2O. 008's cell is to opened by no less than 5 trained guards at a time with at least 2 of them armed with WRD2's, or better known as "waterthrowers".

Powers - 008's appears to hold pyrokinetic abilities. It can shape and form flames through two known areas of it's body. One of those areas are it's hands and the other is it's mouth. Flames produced by 008 can reach estimated temperatures 900 degrees Celsius. In addition to it's pyrokinesis, 008 is highly resistant to heat. It can withstand the heat of it's own flames with comfort. 008 has been found to have an extremely high pain tolerance as well, with the exception of direct contact to H2O. When aggravated, 008 has been found to gain superhuman strength and speed as well. 008 can be affected by weapons, but its biggest weakness is H2O. Anything with high concentrations of H2O inflicts excruciating pain onto 008. It doesn't appear to have any long-term effect on 008.

Backround - SCX-008 was Discovered in New York City at the site of an apartment fire. The entire apartment had been destroyed. When clean-up crews arrived to remove the debris, they found 008 resting in the ashes, completely unharmed and appeared to be in shock. Emergency services had been contacted and arrived on scene shortly. After many failed attempts to remove it peacefully, the emergency services resorted to attempting to remove the boy by force. 008 became hostile and attacked the responders. XCF had been contacted after 008's supernatural abilities were seen as it incinerated several people. It was restrained when one of the XCF agents used a fire hose to suppress it. When 008 began screaming out in pain, begging operatives to stop, it was secured and taken to the containment facility in Europe. No information was found of it. No identity, no relatives, nothing was given about its further history.

Subject ID - CX-007

  SCX-007 has a deceivingly youthful and approachable face, which it appears to use to it's advantage. It has brown eyes and long orange hair and a pale complexion. It is 5'1", and weighs 110 lbs. There is very little visible muscle mass, but when provoked it displays an unusual amount of force for it's size. It attempts to grow out it's fingernails consistently to use as a defense.

Behaviour - 007 is extremely volatile. It has a very short temper, and is unpredictable in it's behavior. It's most common tactic is to provoke and sweet talk guards, and wait until they get close enough to attack. It is erratic in it's moods. Most of the time it is manic and has an excessively buoyant personality. When upset it has been known to shrilly weep for hours on end. That quickly shifts to senseless screaming and a loss of control. It belligerently slams on the walls and floors without regard for rationality. 007 is rarely lucid enough to have a meaningful conversation with but attempts to be witty and charming most of the time.

Containment - 007's containment is similar to a regular jail cell, except it is void of anything besides a sleeping platform and toilet. The walls and floor are padded due to it's tendency to strike them repeatedly until it bleeds. It is soundproof to cut off the constant shrieking and general chatter that 007 produces. 007 seems to function as a regular human in regards to nutrition, so it is delivered meals twice daily. Guards must be accompanied by at least one other partner when interacting with 007. It is not an extremely high-risk subject, but having it's full attention on you is dangerous. Left alone in the cell it can not do much damage, so it is not monitored by cameras.

Powers - One of 007's abilities is enhanced flexibility. It can contort it's body out of almost anything, including most restraints, handcuffs, and the hold of another person. It's body can bend far beyond the natural limits of physiology.
It's most concerning power is empathetic manipulation. It is able to sense and influence the emotions of others, and positively or negatively impact what someone is feeling. It uses this mostly to exploit people into giving it what it wants. It makes them pity it, admire it, or whatever will work to it's advantage. 007 needs to make direct eye contact with someone this power to be effective, so guards are trained to not look at it in the face.
Other than those powers, 007 functions as a normal human being with the exceptions of slightly enhanced speed and strength.

Background - 007 was discovered in Moscow, Russia. It had been accompanying a suspected member of the mafia to a warehouse where an ammunition deal was taking place. The deal went sour and 007's acquaintance was killed. Enraged 007 open fired on the men present, using her abilities to come out relatively unscathed. The X-Ceed Containment Foundation was contacted after the police, baffled at how such a harmless looking person had gone ballistic, failed to restrain it. It was thrown into a heavy-duty SUV after being confined in an exceptionally durable straight jacket.

Subject ID - CX-011

Classification - Dangerous

Description - CX-011 is a large humanoid lupine creature. On hind legs, which it has been seen to walk on for short periods of time, it stands at 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 meters). This is measured at the shoulders of course. It's last recorded weight was 314 lbs (142.43) kilograms). When in a quadrupedal stance, CX-011 stands at 3 feet 5 inches (1.35 meters) at it's shoulder. It's tail is measured to be 3 feet 2 inches (0.96 meters) long. Evidence shows that CX-011 is still growing. CX-011 body is completely covered in thick, but short, black fur. It's irises are dull yellow in color. CX-011 possess humanoid hands in place of front paws, giving it opposable thumbs, but still possess lupine paws on hind legs. CX-011 is typically seen walking in a quadrupedal stance. Something that should be noted is that CX-011 is very powerful. It possess a large amount of muscle and is very strong.

CX-011 also has a secondary form. This form is more human in appearance. It takes on the appearance of a younger male, approximately 14. In this form, CX-011 possess reddish-brown hair, pale skin complexion, and a smaller build. It stands at 5 feet 1 inch (1.55 meters) and weighs a considerable amount less at 154 pounds (69.85 kilograms). The only trait CX-011 carries over into this form is it's eye color.

Behaviour - CX-011 is variable. It is typically found in it's lupine form, but there are some times where it has been seen in it's humanoid form. There are some days when it is calm and docile, but others where it is extremely hostile. He isn't typically too aggressive until provoked, which in some cases is just by entering it's cell. CX-011 is usually seen lying down in it's cell or pacing the perimeter of it. Not much can be done as far as determining CX-011's behavior, as it is rather simple, even in human form it barely does anything. Something to be noted about CX-011 in it's lupine form is that it appears to have some amount of intelligence. It seems to understand basic English as far as commands go. Dr. Duncan Walace discovered that when speaking to CX-011 aimlessly, asking it random questions. When asked to nod yes if it understood, it replied with a nod. Further testing is to be conducted on this. It is unknown whether it speaks in it's human form.

Containment - CX-011 is to be held in a 6x6x4 meter cell made of reinforced concrete and a large iron door operated from command. It is not mandatory to monitor CX-011, but two guards armed with high-powered tranquilizer guns loaded with horse tranquilizers. CX-011 does eat, primarily meats, so it needs to be fed twice a day. It's cell needs to be cleaned twice a week as it does excrete. Promptly after opening CX-011's cell, it must be tranquilized before anyone enters unless told otherwise. When taken to the common area, it must be sedated before a high-intensity shock collar is put on.

Powers - CX-011 has the ability to shift into a secondary form resembling a young boy. It suffers a lack of physical strength, but still keeps the physical resistance in this form. This is presumably why it prefers it's primary form. In it's wolf-like form is very strong physically and possess the heightened senses that any lupine creature would. It's hide is very tough however. Lower caliber bullets will not puncture.

Backround - CX-011 was found near the town of North Andover, Massachusetts. Residents say that CX-011 had been spotted many times roaming the forest outside of town. Hunters had deemed it far too big to be normal. When authorities were contacted about the absurdly large wolf-like creature and went to investigate, they too stated it was too large. XCF was contacted to investigate. It didn't take too long for CX-011 to catch on to the investigation. It fled towards the town, where it was discovered that it had two forms. It had shifted into its human form to hide from the XCF. The foundation promptly moved in to secure it, and after a 'small' battle with it in it's wolf-like form, they did. It was taken to the containment facility and placed in its cell. To this day, it has earned the simple title of "The Wolf" by many of the staff.

Subject ID: SCX-027

Classficication: Extremely Dangerous

Description:
SCX-027 appears to have two different forms. The first of those appears as a human girl with red hair and green eyes, skincolor is pale. The human female stands at 1,64 meters height and weighs 43kg. The female appears to be fully aware of its appearance and can be talked and interacted with like any other human. Apprerantly, the name of the human is "Katarina".

In her second appearance, SCX-027 is a creature that is almost fully concealed by clothes. Black robes cover its body, that however still appears female. A hood and a mask, that is shaped like a skull and white in color, cover its head, however, the mask has a piece broken out of it at the left eye, where a green human eye, similar to the one´s of "Katarina". It is unclear, whether the mask was that way from the start or if it suffered damage that caused this hole. The hands are covered in gloves and look a bit skeletal. The gloves end into metallic claws. These clothes appear to be part of SCX-027´s body and cannot be removed. SCX-027 emits a black smoke in its direct surrounding.

Containment:
SCX-027 is to be contained within a 5x5x5 m cell, made of TJ-027, an metal alloy made to negate its powers. Further, it is to wear a CF-21 shock collar during all times. The cell has to be monitored at all times, 4 hour shifts. Should any aggression or breach attempt be displaye by the subject, the collar is to be activated for two (2) minutes.
Food is to be delivered two times a day, however on plastic plates. No fork or knife are to be given. The cell may not be opened by groups of guards below 5 men. The cell is to be cleaned twice a week.

Behaivour:
SCX-027 usually tries to take on its "Grim" form, in which it displays strong aggression towards all humans in its reach. It does not appear to show any signs of natural aggression towards X-Ceed, however will do so if provoked. In its Grim form SCX-027 will actively try to terminate all humans that it can detect. At first, it was assumed SCX-027 is unable to speak, but as it got contained in "Grim" form before the human appearance was discovered, it started to actively communicate with the XCF personel(see " SCX-027-1 incident, attachments). In its various breach attempts, it never displayed the attempt to flee, but instead appeared to intend on fully exterminating XCF personel and other humans in the facility.

In its human appearance, SCX-027 is docile. It appears to lack its powers in that form. It showed strong verbal aggression, but after a while, it started gaining a resigned nature.

Abilities:
-SCX-027 has displayed the ability to teleport to any location it has sight of in little time. How that teleport is achieved is currently unclear. It does not appear to matter how the location is seen, be it direct, through a window or even on a screen.

- SCX-027 appears to be able to emit a black mucus from its hand, reffered to as "corruption". Anything that comes in contact with this mucus, will start to transmorph into a new version of what it originally was, however customized and enhanced to SCX-027 current needs. Already morphed objects can be morphed again. Morphed objects have shown to disappear if not in direct contact to SCX-027, making research very difficult. When in contact to humans, the mucus will try to enter the body through any opening it finds. If successful, it appears to replace the victims mind, making it slave to SCX-027, which appears to function as hive mind. However, body-functions appear to die down slowly, making controlled victims unable to perform more than simple physical tasks.

- SCX-027 appears to be able to induce strong hallucinations and paranoia to people nearby the subject. It is currently unclear how it does that.

- SCX-027 has proven resistant to every kind of harm. However, direct attacks to the eye that shows below the mask appear to stun the subject.

Backround:
The original heritage of SCX-027 is unknown. It was discovered as it suddenly engaged on a group of humans during a rock and roll event in Berlin, Germany on 25.07.98, killing [restricted Data] visitors. XCF-personel was send out to contain the subject, which was successlful, however [deleted] casualties of personel were suffered.

SCX-027 attempted to breach [restricted data] times, [restricted data] of those being sucessful.

Recently, a new way to contain and interview SCX-027 has been found through the humanoid appearance the subject showed to posses.

During normal shift, verbal communication attempt by SCX-027 has been recorded.

The guard, from now reffered to as SCX-027-1 ignored any further attempts of communication during his shift.

Log 21547; 24.05.02
During the shift of the SCX-027-1 , SCX-027 did again attempt communication, threatening SCX-027-1 if he was not to set it free. SCX-027-1 ignored the creature.

SCX-027-1 did not appear to work next day. To the medics, he reportet terrible nightmares.

Log 21548; 30.05.02
SCX-027-1 did work as guard at SCX-027 containment cell again. Monitoring was enhanced. SCX-027 attempted to persuade SCX-027-1 to set it free again, promising the nightmares would end. SCX-027-1 appeared tempted, resisted however and ignored subject for the remaining shift. SCX-027-1 is to be kept under strict watch.

Log 21549; 02.06.02
SCX-027-1 reported to the medic with strong pain in the chest, as well as migraine and hallucinations. Was given sedative. Monitoring is to be kept up.

Log 21550; 04.06.02
SCX-027-1 managed to slip out of the monitored zone. Shortly after, SCX-027 managed to breach out of its cell, [restricted data] casualties were suffered in the process of recontaining subject. SCX-027-1 was later found as a corpse. Skin was colored black like tar, so were the eyes. A hole was in the chest, where the heart was, leaking a black mucus.
Ingredients are unknown. Obduction showed that the whole inner body was replaced by the mucus. Containment security protocolls for SCX-027 were enhanced.
