Turning around to the sound of movement, Mia was surprised as she saw the tail of the female leave the den. The small wolf poked her head out, the female seemed to be looking for someone. Did she share her den with someone else? No it only smells of her. Maybe she had met someone... Mia walked out and sat withe the wild one. She whimpered in simpithy, even rubbing her head on the others arm. This female had helped her, granted it was because she looked like a puppy, but still. The wolf stood and gave a nod, she would help the female. But how?

Kage listened intently, his eyes open and gazing up towards the ceiling; all of this new information was very interesting, especially about the ranking and the human mates. He furrowed his brow and shifted to look down at the smaller male. "Human mates? They were allowed to live with your pack?" He asked, sounding surprised. "I never knew of a pack that actually had regular wolves, werewolves, and humans; that's amazing!" His tired eyes now seemed lively with excitement. "So, they did most of the smaller chores? Huh," he nodded slowly before resting back down. "I never really thought about a pack being able to have such things included with them."

Dakala gave a small wave to Zenro before dismissing herself to start dinner. She waltzed into the kitchen and began getting out some meat to cook on the stove since the grill wasn't an option at the moment. The female practically danced across the room, gathering a skillet and needed utensils. Soon enough, she had the house smelling like steak and vegetables.

Adam nodded tiredly, sensing more than feeling Kage look down at him when before he had been somewhat...silent and still. "Human mates rarely turned...only if they wanted it. Not everyone wanted to be a werewolf so the alpha, father and uncle decided they could remain in the pack as they were, the pack taking precautions to avoid turning them during sex and the full moon," he said with a shrug. Hearing Kage ask about the females doing smaller chores he nodded. "Yeah...the cooking and gardening, tending crops, watching pups. Male omegas and subordinates did the heavier chores...making sleds to pull prey back or belongings when we moved every two seasons following the big prey. Most of the subordinates were the regular wolves though some of the werewolves were also subordinates as they didn't want a rank at all and wanted to help out wherever. Father has mother whose human and a werewolf mate. Alpha has a human mate, a werewolf mate and two wolf mates and uncle has a wolf mate and a werewolf mate. Our siblings from the regular wolves can't turn but they are our size and have human intelligence...enough to understand the human mates and the werewolves of the pack. Adam sleep Kage now," Adam spoke tiredly before yawning and closing his eyes, not moving from where he was resting on the older and larger omega as he drifted off to sleep.

Kage listened, intrigued by the idea of human mates. He nodded slowly and fumbled with the sheets idly as he listened; he could tell the male was beginning to get sleepy as he spoke just by the soft slurs of his voice and the subtle yawn. With a soft chuckle, he made sure he provided enough heat for Adam and closed his own eyes to rest. "Alright, get some sleep. I'll wake you whenever dinner is done," he murmured quietly and rubbed his back comfortingly to help him sleep; it was something that his mother would do to comfort him and help him sleep.

The wild continued to stare out before looking back with a confused and slightly pained look, growling and snapping at her hands, still feeling odd from the salve as she sat slowly, body covered in goosebumps from the cold and mud, slowly she squinted her eyes at the other, "A-…. Arrrrrr" she began trying to stutter out in a more human sense, pressing her face so close it almost touched the others, still seeming hesitant and scared, but for some reason trying, as though finally somewhat trusting the other.

Is this rain ever going to stop? Glory stared out the window as the rain continued coming down, eating a slice of eating pizza as she kept the wrapped subs in a bag for a later meal. Just in case the rain didn’t let up or she had to find a cave to rest in fir the evening, the woman not having much cash on her. So boooorrreed, she thought to herself as she munched on the pizza. At least she would have a full stomach. Around Glory, she could pick up chatter of when the rain was going to stop as the sound of another bus pulled in and a few minutes later more people came into the station.

Samuel sipped the Mountain Dew as he pulled out a newspaper he’d purchased at the gas station on the edge of Wolf Pine, spreading it out in the table to begin reading as the boy sipped his milk through a straw. “You will be going back to work tomorrow,” said Samuel without looking over his paper at the boy. “After dinner we will head to our new home where we’ll have some fun planned for the rest of the evening.”

“Yes sir,” said Shiva, bowing his head as he lifted a hand to scratch at at his neck, the collar around his neck moving slightly as it rested above his collar bone. “What will I be doing?”

“I believe your old job of guarding and possibly helping in the kitchen with meal preparation and cleaning up, janitorial things and occasionally servicing is what I agreed on with the man.” Samuel finally raised his eyes over the newspaper. He watched his slave nod without a word spoken. “All money will be turned into me at the end of the week including tips for services rendered. You will be getting cash weekly.”

“Yes sir,” said Shiva. Sipping from the milk, he then went to coloring on the children coloring book children twelve and under got with their menu, opening the pack of crackers that also came with the child menu and coloring book with a package of crayons. He didn’t mind guarding the women and male servants in a brothel, the child had done so before until Master bought him. But he was surprised that Master would consent to him servicing customers and taking human form to help in the kitchen as well. Still, the child did not ask why Master was allowing this, the boy knew Master didn’t have to explain his reasonings towards the young child.

Tes had taken the towels from the other female, blocking out the sounds of other talking as she carefully wiped the forehead of the pregnant girl. Sharp amber eyes narrowed as she looked up once more. She rested her gaze on Artemis, who stood stock still like a deer in the headlights. “Go to my room. It’s unlocked. I have various painkillers in the top right drawer of my desk. I should hope you know what to do with them when you find them. And do not touch anything else. If I find one other thing missing...“ she trailed off, leaving the punishment the omega would face to the imagination.

She had just turned back to Arisa when a male voice spoke. Tesák turned, muscles tensing subconsciously as she caught the edge in his voice. He was right, of course. Tesák paused for the slightest moment, a hint of regret entering her eyes. She had left her pup with his cousins. Her heart had wrenched when she left, and Tesák bit her lip. But when she looked up, she caught the glare of defiance in Drew’s eyes. He was tricking her.

“Get out of my face, traitor,“ she spat. Her anger returned, boiling and rushing out. “I know you’re conspiring with the enemy, and I cannot wait to rip off your flesh.“ She shot a glance at Miley. Get Styx. “That’s it. Everybody get out! Now!“ she barked, slim finger pointed to the door. She put out a hand to keep the members of the pack away from Arisa.

She remained attentive as the female turned toward her and, from the sound of it, began to try to speak. The small wolf wagged her tail as she waited for the other to continue.

Arisa could only watch as everything unfolded, Drew's threats, Tesak's snapping, the small omega's panicking and the arrival of Miley even, Styx's new- friend? Yeah, friend. She couldn't help but smile a little at the thought of him having one, he needed more people he could trust…. Everyone here needed that. It was then everything began to blur as Tesak's loud voice called out demanding everyone left, things lost their shape as her body tensed in unbelievable pain, the wolf was winning- as a half blood it had more control than a pureblood did, and in a moment of weakness such as this, it was desperate to seize control and run rampant with its instincts.

Her pupils slit in a moment, bones cracking audibly as pained screams turned to loud growls, body shifting till the white wolf stood panting and teeth bared where the innocent young girl once sat, a small line of blood trickling from her mouth from resistance to her bodies shift, she wolf was shaky, but determined, that much was clear as it stumbled backwards towards the wall in fear, haunches up and fur spiked along her back, large midsection swollen like a water balloon, carrying lower from the babies dropping into birth position. This wasn't Arisa in control, that much was very clear, at least until the beast started bashing its head against the wall, snowy white fur standing out in the otherwise dimness of the room.

He cursed under his breath. His plea hadn’t worked- he could see that something he said had stuck in Tesák’s head, but she was too stalwart in her loyalty to a tyrant to let him go. In his desperation he was about to start threatening and bargaining, but... she also did what he asked anyway? She had told everyone to leave the room. Did she in fact intend to let them go, whilst trying to save face?

“What are you even talking about?” He huffed incredulously, knowing everyone would hear, “What enemies?! You’re mumbling like a crazy person!” He was about to continue smearing the woman as best he could, despite his misgivings about the behavior, when he suddenly glanced over found Arisa replaced with a wolf. Oh boy. That couldn’t be good.

“Hey, Hey!” He urged, wanting to reach out and touch her, but he was unsure how she would react. Instead, he crawled around so Arisa could see his face and reached his hands out to shield her head from the wall, he leaned in and started to mutter in a low whisper, “it’s okay, it’s okay, just let it happen. It’s okay, shhh, just... let it happen. You’ll only hurt yourself if you keep refusing it. Just... let go, I guess. Shhhh.” He tries to urge her to lay down, his mind working overtime to figure out the best way to do this. It seems he’d have to wait this out, at the very least. Once Arisa was ... “done”, he shuddered uncomfortably at the thought, he’d have to figure things out from there.

The female hummed softly as she moved around the kitchen, practically dancing as she cooked; this was where she loved being, this was where her element lied. Grabbing a wooden spoon, she began stirring the pot of noodles that she'd prepared and which was now cooking. She heard a small voice of a child and looked down to find the Alpha's daughter, Dani, staring up at her with stuffy in hand and a pout on her lips.

Setting down the wooden spoon, she knelt down and smiled affectionately. "Well, hello there Miss Dani!" The warrior greeted and glanced back at the food before answering the little pup. "Oh! I'm cooking up some spaghetti and some yummy meatballs, would you like to see real quick?" She asked, extending her hands out to pick her up. With a careful grip, she picked up the little girl, resting her against her hip and allowed Dani to look at the food but kept her out of reach of getting hurt.

Once the young pup was satisfied with the site of the food, she carried her down the hallway. "Let's gather whoever is left to have some dinner!" She chuckled and gently knocked on the bathroom door to inform their guest. "Hey, dinner is almost ready!" She called through the door and headed down the hallway further to Adam's room, smelling both teens inside. Knocking on yet another door, she called that dinner was ready once more to the two boys before she headed back to the kitchen to start making the plates. She set Dani down and smiled brightly. "Would you grab a few napkins from the bottom drawer over there, darling?" she pointed to the cabinet near the fridge. "Just grab a bunch."

Jumping at the sudden command, Hana slowly backed away and swallowed quietly; she didn't want to get in anyone's way. She froze when she saw that Arisa had shifted, in which she was trying to fight but shifting would help the delivery of multiple pups, especially due to the pain of delivering a couple pups in human form. "Are..Are you sure you won't need some help?" She asked the beta, her voice timid but filled with concern.

The male soon woke up due to the knock on the door, his eyes cracking open; he hadn't slept that heavy since he could remember. He slowly stretched out his large body, a yawn escaping his lips before he realized Adam had his nose buried in his chest and his body snuggled tightly against Kage's. With a smile, the Kage carefully shifted and lifted a hand to Adam's shoulder, giving it a light squeeze.

"Hey," he murmured to him softly, "dinner is ready."

Adam had been sleeping soundly, not even stirring when there was a knock on the door of what was apparently his room. Whether that was due to the bed being nice as Kage had said, being exhausted or Kage’s presence and feeling somewhat comfortable with something familiar in a modern pack, was unknown. The teen grumbled in his sleep as something touched his shoulder. “Go ‘way pup. Sleep high ones eat,” he mumbled. Adam did not open his eyes as he said this, burying his face further into Kage.

His chest rumbled deeply with a chuckle before he carefully slid his hair through Adam's soft locks. "Come on, Adam." He murmured in his ear and combed his fingers through his hair once more. "If you don't get up, I'll just carry you in there." Kage joked lightly, his arm shifting and wrapping around the younger male loosely over his torso.

“Pup not...” Adam grumbled in his sleep, his words falling silent as something tickled his hair and then shifted under him. The movement caused one eye to peel open....a curse on his tongue for pup bothering him while sleeping...only to find Kage next to him. The younger teen stared at Kage in confusion before remembering where he was. He wasn’t home...he was in some other place with attractive omega alpha son...the boy’s cheeks flushed in embarrassment. Reluctantly his other eye peeled open, somethiubv in his hair. Lifting a hand, he ran his fingers through his hair until he hit Kage’s own fingers threaded through short locks. “Kage wake me for?” The boy questioned, yawning. “Kage say food?” Not that the teen was making any point of getting up, even though he was starving.

The large omega furrowed his brow, gazing down at him with an amused smile splayed on his lips; was Adam blushing? With a pleased look in his eyes, Kage brushed his thumb gently across Adam's hand before raking his fingers through his hair once more. "It's time for dinner," he repeated and slowly, his lips tugged up into a smirk, "and if you don't get up, I'll pick your lazy rump up and carry you into the kitchen." Kage threatened playfully, moving his body into a position to pick him up, a hand under his legs and one around his shoulders. "3..." "2..." "2 1/2..."

Adam whined in protest and pouted like a pup at being told he had to get up, the younger male taking small note of the amused smile on the older male’s face and huffed as he lifted his head. “Kage stubborn,” Adam muttered but hearing the boy would pick him up if he didn't get up made him actually consider whether to let the male carry him down. However, he wasn’t sure Kage would actually do it. He was about to lay his head back down when Kage began counting and moved to pick him up, just as he said, causing Adam’s mouth to drop open before scrambling out of the bed and falling on the flooor as he literally climbed over the large omega.

Adam picked himself up off the floor, brushing himself off. A habit he’d had most of his life, it never paid to have leaves and dirt and twigs stuck on one’s body. As he turned back to Kage and yawned again, he scowled briefly. “I’m up,” said Adam with another yawn. “High one eat quick...other wolves eat quick,” the teen concluded, still under the assumption that they are like any normal pack or at least like his pack. Adam fully expected there to be a mostly picked clean carcass in the kit’hen with bones and maybe some fat and gristle...perhaps a few scraps of meat for the three omegas. “Kage get other omega?” Not knowing the female might have left with high one.

Kage chuckled as Adam scrambled away and fell onto the floor, a sparkle of amusement and laughter in his eyes as he gazed at him. Watching as he picked himself up and scowled at the older Omega, he pushed himself off the bed. "Ah, well, we all eat at the same time." He corrected Adam, squeezing his shoulder before heading towards the door and opening it. "She went out with the others, I think." The male pondered out loud and motioned him to follow him to the kitchen.

Kage pack weird, Adam thought to himself. As Kage pushed himself off the bed, Adam
could have sworn the older omega was laughing at him. Tilting his head as Kage said they all ate at the same time, Adam furrowed his brows as the other passed him and squeezed his shoulder gently before answering about the other omega going out with the others. He assumed Kage meant high ups. “Not need Den Mother okay to go out?”

Adam looked ariund before slinking close to Kage’s heels and following him out into the hallway, sniffing the air and fighting the urge to shift so he could protect himself. He looked to Kage who seemed calm as Adam paused briefly to shut the door, hurriedly racing to catch up. Those who fall behind get left behind. You’ll have to make it on your own because we don’t stop. Adam whined at the words of his father echoing in his ears and stumbled, the boy catching himself against a wall. Shaking his head, the younger teen looked down at the floor before hurrying on, pausing repeatedly as he scented the air but Adam couldn’t tell if there were enemies or not in this pack. Alpha rarely let outside blood in, just enough to keep the pack from incest and inbreeding and then, only in the warmer months or cold months when prey was plentiful.

Dani was just holding onto her stuffy while she was picked up by the lady she just smiled a little she didn't trust the others she only trusted a few people" whoa it looks amazing" she says to her she just felt her stomach was growling" can I have cookies and milk later daddy promised me we have some but he left with mama" she said. Dani was holding onto her as she smiled while Dakayla was knocking on doors she was happy when she was asked to set the table" okay auntie" she says she liked calling people she trusted calling them auntie or uncle she just looked for the napkins as she found it she just sit the napkins at the table" okay auntie Daka I'm done" she said happily. Hearing scrambling coming from behind him, Kage stopped and turned, seeing a bit of a panicked look on Adam's face. He furrowed his brow and reached out, gently intertwining his hand in Adam's. "It's okay; you have freedom here." He assured the omega before smiling and led him towards the kitchen where Dani and Dakala were. The female was tall, busty, and busy with making plates while the young pup was moving around, setting things up happily.

Dakala looked down at Dani and nodded. "Of course! We can have some cookies and milk for desert, how does that sound, dear?" She chuckled, fixing up the last plate. "You did a wonderful, Dani!" Dakala praised the young girl and smiled before setting down plates at the table with silverware. Noticing Kage and the new Omega, Dakala smiled invitingly.

"Hello! You must be Adam," she inquired, "I'm Dakala, and this little one is the Alpha's daughter, Dani." The female warrior quickly picked up Dani and helped her into a seat. "We're having spaghetti and meatballs! I hope you like it, though Kage makes it better." She winked at Kage playfully before sitting down at her own spot at the table. Kage's ears began burning at the compliment and he shook his head. "Nah, Dakala just tries to play down her cooking." Kage chuckled, leading Adam to the table and pulled out his chair. Once the male was sat down, the omega sat in his own chair, next to Adam.

Kage seemed to notice a lot for he turned and made his way back to the scrambling younger omega, entwining his fingers with Adam’s and saying he was free here in this pack. Maybe alpha pups had eyes in the back of their heads, hidden by fur. Alpha seemed to know when someone was being disobedient. Adam only nodded, glancing down briefly at their hands, again for some reason not pulling away from the contact. When they got to the kit’hen, though he certainly didn’t see any hens, he looked around as he was led to a table. “No hunt kill,” said Adam, face twisting into confusion as he looked around for a carcass, turning his gaze on Kage when he didn’t find an approriate familiar meal. Maybe it was outside? But Adam didn’t want to get wet again.

Wondering where the food was they were supposed to eat, a voice made the omega jump and he turned his head sharply to see a woman standing at a...at first he thought it was a sled and he looked to Kage in confusion, but looking closer he couldn’t see runners. Adam had to search his memories before getting that it was a table. He looked at the pup as it was introduced as the alpha’s, but unable to place when she had been born.

Kage pulled out a chair, something Adam had only seen in picture books human mates and Den Mother read. Chairs were an unneeded thing in the wilderness and took up room that could be used for hauling food, prey, clothes, things human mates insisted on having that alpha would allow like matches and oil lamps, big pots and tea kettles. “H...hello.” The female seemed nice, Adam incorrectly assuming the female was the pack’s Den Mother and the young male quickly bowed to her so as not to appear rude and as he had been taught, then turning his head to show Den Mother, or try to show, his throat. Of course he didn’t understand why Kage and alpha daughter weren’t showing same respect and submission to Den Mother and he looked down at his feet. Had he done something wrong again?

Adam ducked his head even lower, trying to think of an appropriate response, or even if he was supposed to answer Den Mother. However, hearing the pup talk of a story, Adam perked up at reading before moon sleep, and looked at Kage pleadingly. Would they get to listen to story or did Den Mother only read story to pups here? He looked uncertainly at the chair before finding something he thought was respectful enough to say. “Spaghetti good with...omega Den Mother,” said Adam, hoping he had said the right thing.

Adam had only had spaghetti twice in his life, once when a child and then when he was branded and became a full member of his pack with the other pups his age. He shuffled towards the chair that Kage pulled out and sat down, noticing Kage didn’t sit until he had done so and listening as Den Mother said Kage made better spaghetti than her. For some reason it made Kage embarrassed as Adam turned his head to look at the older teen, Kage saying Den Mother liked downplaying her own cooking.

The alpha’s daughter seemed to enjoy the food, Adam not touching his plate or silverware as the pup ate. Adam listened absently to the pup talking of sleeping with its parents and then asking Den Mother to sleep with it because it’s parents were out. Adam waited patiently until Den Mother and Kage got their food, the beta son only serving himself a little of the spaghetti that didn’t even cover half his plate.
