Realistic or Modern With In the hedge.

It all started thirteen years ago of a small band of people kidnapping young girls all over the region of japan. Kidnapping around twenty  of them and trapping them with in a large garden maze with in a tall cement barrier surrounded by trees . It at first was a scam to get a bunch of money from the families of the girls but the kidnappers decided against it getting a change of mind they ended up keeping  them with in the hedge. They girls were put into groups of three and assigned to one "parent" inside the maze after having athe memories of their past families drained and put into a secured factor of the hedge.  But it was normal to live in a hedge? Right?

Once outsiders stumbled over the wall of the hedge, finding some of the girls playing together. They tried to take the girls out of the hedge to return them to their families but before they could even reach them the rescuers were gone, their presence no longer of the world, only thing of them were their cold lifeless bodies lying on the ground. But it was normal to find dead bodies in a hedge maze right? Thats what the girls thought as they appeared rather often for a time, the people in charge of them said the people were bad and that the hedges of the maze protected them .

As they grew the  kidnappers supposedly ‘hired’ a few teachers along  so "their kids" would learn and flourish into young mature women. The made  a single outdoor classroom with in the maze, the desks were carved out of the shrubs with a smoothed wood surface attached onto the shrubs making them able to do work the chairs made out of benches. But it was normal for a school to be in a maze made out of hedges right?
