For years the human race has been diminishing due to a rapid spreading disease, when scientists found out that pets, mostly canines, were a massive carrier for the virus, cities went under marshal law and pets were banned from the cities.
Humans are becoming extinct, and their former companions were kicked out into the wild to fend for themselves. The former house canines are forced to become a pack and survive. Yet they aren't the only pack trying to survive. After months of traveling the domestic dog pack found land suitable for most of their needs, Until the small group's first leader was found dead by his mate. The dane's blood dripped from the maw of a savage wolf with fur as black as a night without stars and his eyes a deep shade of crimson, Turns out.. the innocent domestic dog pack had trespassed onto a massive wolf pack's territory, The Vertiron.
Ten years later the two packs still battle to defend their families, or possibly to satisfy their blood lust. The domestic dog pack was re-named the Aldmoor. The former leader of Vertiron who was known for brutally slaughtering the domestic dogs, their apprentices, and even young pups, recently died from black cough. His son has taken his place, and in doing so, he has already slaughtered one pregnant Aldmoor she-mutt.
Can the two settle their differences to end the war, or will the lush forest run red with blood as the two packs destroy one and other.
