The New Guy! Full of 2000s comedy

Overambitious, lovingly rendered but ridiculous scifi films. Like Jupiter Ascending or the adaptation of Valerian. Camp and silly, plots which are full of gaps or bland, but fun. And, importantly, require no more than 30% brainpower to watch and enjoy.

Also, of course, Dude, Where's My Car?.. Surprised nobody's mentioned that yet... but then again, it's not a bad film. It knows exactly what it is.
