Kiara-Latverivin
She swallows hard at the mention of her parents. She has no idea where her father was even in her world, and recently even her prayers to Hecate go unanswered. She’s frankly rather terrified about if they’re alright or not. She gives a forced smile, trying to hold up her mask of everything being alright. “Oh, I’m sure they’re around somewhere.” She says vaguely, getting to her feet.

“Thank you all so much for taking care of me… I hope I see you again.” She murmurs, bowing her head politely. She can’t stay. She can never stay, and it hurts.

The had dropped down from the vents after Magnus, only for him to run off. "Magnus, wait!" Filia yelled before she and the team ran after him. After some time, they find the Scotsman gripping the head of a cybernetic assassin to which the later removes his gauntlet to reveal a wrist-mounted gun and aim it at the former's face. "Magnus, no!" The schoolgirl yelled as she goes on to save the Scotsman. However, as she took a step midway towards Magnus, she somehow gets herself instantly towards the assassin and throw a staight punch to his face with the force so strong enough to push him away and send him crashing to a wall.

Cerebella, Nadia, and Carol are all in shock by the sudden increase of Filia's power, and even she too is shocked. She looks at her hands and thought to herself "Did I...do that?" As she is near to Magnus, he would notice that her hair has changed from black to golden yellow, and she is comepletely unaware of this. Indeed, from what Carol has thought, Filia is 'evolving' thanks to the strong bond between her and Samson.

"Well, I was able to stop the bleeding..." the Autobot Medic said, "You should be fine as long as the badges stay on."

Star's eyes gleamed as she looked at her friend, "Did you hear that Komaru! Good as new!"

Komaru put on a smile, but it obviously came on as pretty forced. ”Doesn’t stop how much it hurts, though...” Komaru said, her tone of voice coming across as an awkward mix of half-joking and genuine complaining. With her now all patched up, she apprehensively stood back up, her eyes scanning everything but Star and the Autobot. ”I really don’t like this place...” the high-school girl muttered mostly to herself as she shook her head.

"Yeah, she's human," Rodimus answered, "Her name's Shaoshao Li and thankfully I know she's safe with the other in the Lost Light, and I aim to make sure I can say the same with all of your friends."

"Pretty sure, Star can handle herself but I'm more worried about Kyoko's friend," Marco spoke up.

Kyoko’s apparently deadpan gaze fell upon the boy stranger, Marco, as the topic of conversation shifted from Rodimus’ friend to her own. The detective relaxed back in her seat a little. If Marco listened carefully, he might have heard something like a light chuckle come from the stoic woman in the driver’s seat next to him. ”She may not have your friend’s gift for the supernatural, but Komaru is clever in her own ways. I have plenty of faith in her,” Kyoko commented, as if to debunk the preconceived notion that Marco thought of Komaru as a schoolgirl with no experience out here in the real world. Kyoko knew Marco probably didn’t actually think that about Komaru, but it never hurt to give credit where it was due. In actuality, Komaru wasn’t as helpless as she presented herself. In just one strenuous week of life spent in Towa, that ordinary, scared little first-year girl was transformed into someone with triple the courage and determination that a girl her age should have. It seemed like the Naegi family had always been full of exceptional people, even in their normalcies...

Karla and Venkman: The Wasteland
Karla smashed the head of a Vortex drone into a wall and continued to make her way towards the command room, watching as two Mages stepped in front of the door and bombard it with magic, creating a gaping hole large enough for the group to push through.
Other Mages acted as the rearguard, moving the metal in the room to form barriers as any remaining drones pushed towards them. A golden portal appeared in front of one drone as it launched a grenade, with another portal opening just behind the crowd of units and destroying part of the cluster.

Vortex stared down the group.
"You fu..." He paused "Breach detected." He said in a monotone voice "What did you do!?" He shouted at the group "What's inside of me!?" There was genuine panic in his voice as his mechanical form stepped back and swayed from side to side "Initiate quarantine protocol." His voice switched back to monotone "Quarantine unsuccessful, breach detected."

The swarm continued to eat away at his circuits, managing to make their way towards his cybernetic body. From inside his metal shell, Vortex started to scream and thrash around wildly. In a desperate attempt to get the swarm away from him, he started to open back up, revealing his human body.
The wires and circuits connected to him blocked the swarm somewhat but did nothing to protect him, only slowing it down.

"Why!?" He screamed, tears flowing out of his eyes. Although, rather than genuine human tears it was a thick, black and metallic liquid that smeared his cheeks. "All I wanted to do was make a better world! I wanted to help people! Follow my programming!"

The human body thrashed around violently, starting to contort as the swam ate into his flesh. Any normal victim of the Vashta Nerada would have been killed by now as the piranhas ate away at vital organs but due to a combination of wires connected to Vortex and machinery blocking them, the Commander was kept alive.
Most of his body was gone, leaving nothing but a head connected to wires and a few organs impaled by tubing. He had no voicebox or lungs to speak of, or if he had they had been consumed by the swarm and yet Vortex was still able to scream.
"I followed my programming! Why am I being punished!?"

A Twilight Gate opened up and a bloodied Venkman stepped out behind the group, clutching his left arm. He opened his mouth to say something but shook his head and turned away for a moment.

"Help me!" Vortex screamed "Venkman!"
The Death Mage looked back, staring into the eyes of the teenager as the swarm continued to work. "No." He muttered

With the human body consumed, the swarm returned to Cortova right as the now empty metal husk of Vortex started to close up. It marched in front of the group.
"I won't let you win!" It shouted in a spiteful, yet purely robotic voice "All units, initiate white doomsday protocol."

Part of the command centre opened and a swarm of hardened bombers flew out. Thirty-four in total.
"What the hell did you just do?" Venkman snapped
"You mean, what did you make me do? I had an arsenal I wasn't willing to use until now. I'm used to dealing with other machines. That was until I arrived on this planet. So many organics...I had to resort to a weapon that would only affect organic life and due to wanting to help people. I was only going to use it as a deterrent. That is, until now."

Venkman's eyes widened in horror "Vortex...Vortex! You can't!" He yelled
"What is it?" A Mage asked
"Chem..."
"It's name is White Phosphorus." Vortex explained, cutting Venkman off "I saw it's affect on humans in a simulation." He chuckled

Rather than go for the battlefield, the bombers turned tail and started to fly away from the command centre.
"Diamond City. Delhi. Whiterun. Haven's Spear." Vortex said "Even if they get shot down before they reach their targets, my chemical will be released into the air somewhere over civilisation."

The sound of giggling was heard from behind the group as Karla stepped into the room, armed with a Fat-Man launcher.
"Did you get all of that?" Karla asked
"What is this?" Vortex demanded
"In typical megalomaniac fashion, you told the good guys your plan...And despite how much I wanna nuke your genocidal, racist ass I listened in...And I hit the record button, sending it to baldie himself." She grinned

Pulling her tail in front of her body, Karla produced a tablet. Ghandi's face was on the other side.
"I am grateful. You listed the targets so I know exactly where to deploy fighters." Ghandi said with a smile "You have lost."
"You!" Vortex snapped. He attempted to march towards the Tiefling, but one of his legs collapsed and he fell onto one knee.

"Hey, don't get pissy with me." Karla shrugged. She looked through the sights of the Fat-Man, shutting her other eye "It was Gunther's idea..."

As Karla's finger went for the trigger, Venkman opened a Twilight Gate while a few of the other Mages opened Golden portals. One was deployed right behind Karla and stared to move towards her, teleporting her away right as the Mini-Nuke flew at Vortex.

The group consisting of Mages, Cortova and Karla was dropped down away from the command centre, allowing them to watch as a mushroom cloud rose from the now burning remains of the place Vortex had called home. While Venkman looked on with tired, yet determined eyes Karla stared into the explosion with wonder. It was a thing of beauty to her.

Throwing her arms into the air, Karla let out a cheer and started to giggle
"Ding dong the wicked witch is d..."
A shape started to rise from the wreckage, covered in flames
"His body was eaten by shadow monsters and I nuked him! How is this motherfucker still going!?" Karla shouted

He stared out at the incoming army, the factory at at the heavy-hitters squad.
"Who the fuck do you people think you are? Look at what you've done!" Vortex yelled. His computer-like voice had been corrupted and damaged, interrupting his speech with the occasional sound of crackling
"Is that all you've got...Y-You ain't shit! Just a bunch of noobs! Just wait till my bombers come back and you'll all b-b-b-b-be f-f--f-f-f--fu-u-u-u!"

The mechanical body collapsed into the destroyed command centre and a split-second later, every single unit across the battlefield collapsed. Tanks fell to the ground, bombers simply fell from the sky and drones hit the ground like metal rag-dolls.

There were a few cheers from across the crowd, from the Raider-Minutemen alliance, to the two XCOM squads, to the Mages all the way from the South who's country Vortex had threatened with news of Ghandi.
Karla reached into her bag of holding, taking out Gino and letting him rest on her shoulder as she, Gunther and the Dassie she called a friend watched the flames like a firework display, resting on top of a hill.

Venkman, on the other hand turned away with his hands in his pockets and Preston also remained silent, a look of relief on his face. Noose, who had lost many friends to the metal tyrant was also silent, holding the hand of Gary as medics tended to his wounds. Both of them smiled, despite Gary being unconscious.
Rex was a little more enthusiastic, giving Dallas a friendly thump on the back.

Vortex was gone, his fleshy core eaten alive while his mechanical shell, that had continued to fight and command his army lay in flames.
Aside from the Indian forces already deployed to the battle, nobody knew of what was to come. Some may have suspected it, such as Snake who hadn't trusted from the beginning, Venkman, who had seen the files Vortex had recovered or even Lex, who needed the files stored on a stolen hardrive to guarantee that Metro-Gotham would go untouched by India

For as those in the wasteland celebrated, and with the eyes of the world focused on the Wasteland or on their own affairs the Indian military made it's move. As a scientist moved in on the military capital of Xing, the Indian naval fleet continued it's journey.
Some ships had gone to the North, while others went East. Only one ship went to the south, just outside of the borders of the Southern continent.

All the while, Ghandi sat in his throne room and waited.

Cortova watches as her swarm devours what flesh exists inside the husk, her eyes holding a hint of something she’s trying to hold back. Sympathy, perhaps. She panics a bit as she hears about the chemical attack though, not knowing how the hell to save anyone.

That’s dealt with soon enough though, as Karla relays her message, and Cortova relaxes. The rest of the fight doesn’t spark much fear in her. They have all the firepower they need to take care of this… kid. She shakes her head to clear it. She can’t be thinking like that.

As he finally falls, destroyed, she simply stands there, listening to Queen report about how much of the swarm was lost, and how much time and food they will need to restore it.

Kiara takes the card happily, despite knowing that she will never call these people. That would be incredibly dangerous for them as well as her. But she’ll keep it anyway, add it to her small bag of mementos. She waves, and leaves their home, only to be approached by a pair of Jedi.

She tries to hide how tense she gets, hoping they didn’t see her during the short battle. “Oh, Yeah, I’m all good!” She says brightly, lying through her teeth. She has to get back to the place she’s been hiding, so she can get her things together. Also hide her sword.

She seriously envies Percy for having his so easy to hide. She doesn’t know what hers looks like through the mist, but it’s gotta be conspicuous as Hades. Wait… does the mist even affect these guys? Guess who just got a lot more tense.

Shogo Makishima
Gladius-II Council Chambers
Makishima very quickly noted of the 2 vacant seats, and listening to the other members of the council speak it definitely appeared they contributed to what was necessary for what that council had created for itself, he found it interesting seeing as they would all carry on so casually without them. Nonetheless, the matter at hand for Makishima's sake and his countries sake as well as the whole multiverse and what they all needed.

Those leaders and emissaries were all clinging to the hope that through their efforts, they could save the multiverse, Makishima knew this quite well, and part of that was what he intended to exploit, he knew the technological prowess of Japan under the Sybil System, they knew part of it, and he knew they wanted a piece of that pie.

After Doom spoke Makishima looked back at him. "But not Japan... In the end they aren't apart of this council, nor are they helping out this planet, only remaining in their little bubble self-sustaining itself... Even though they reside on the same planet." Emphasizing the point that Sybil Japan has not been a help whatsoever.

Once Varys spoke up, Makishima's eyes fell on the bald eunuch, the Master of Whisperer's for the Queen in Westeros, known as 'the Spider' a perceptive one, definitely rang a familiar tune.

Before he could respond however, a voice whispered something that obviously everyone knew, which drew slight ire from Makishima, but it dissipated quickly as he was quite patient and calm, showing no sign of ever showing such a feeling.

To move things back on the course it should have, Tyrion Lannister, spoke up, after obviously having taken a drink, he had read up on him as well, due to his height Tyrion had to deal with quite a lot of hardship, and had to use his wits and intelligence and perceptiveness to get to where he was. Makishima definitely had to give credit in that regard.

"Well now, to answer both of you're questions," Glancing at Varys who spoke first, Makishima's fair smile never wavering, answered. "The country never did send me, I came here on my own volition, as that's the only way things will ever change. No matter how much you try to diplomatically make the Sybil System open up the country, it won't listen. And that brings us to what Tyrion mentioned. I've done my homework, so I know pretty much who all of you are, but aside from that." Briefly pausing before speaking again to answer Tyrion as it pertained to what Varys asked as well.

"Stating that the Sybil System is too stubborn for it's own good is far too simple and quite the understatement, I'm afraid. The Sybil System as we know it was designed to be an entity to be preserved and utilized forever, it's caused it the delusion of godhood, it desires power, and to maintain its reign over the country forever... The reason why the country is closed off is part of that, to prevent outside ideas that could endanger its integrity... I wouldn't be coming here, risking my life to leave that country, merely to complain and state the obvious about what little you all know of the country and of the Sybil System, for like I said earlier. I have no intention of wasting all of your precious time with such. I know just about everything you all need to know about the country, and the Sybil System. For you all to understand where I am coming from, and to truly understand what I plan to do and where you all fit in the picture, I need all of your undivided attention as there is a lot to digest. For by the end of this, I truly hope that I can show you all that this is something that we will all benefit from. For if nothing is done, you won't have the opportunity to get close to Sybil Japan, and I will be stuck with what little I can do..." As he spoke, Makishima still showed no signs of being concerned that the council would shut him down, he had a self-assuredness to him confident that he would be able to get them to listen and then get them to follow into the end goal.

Abolition Block
As Douglas would walk down the streets, he'd see although it was the early morning the sky's would be incredibly vibrant, and bright, radiating from the various skyscrapers and other locations, spotlights also lighting up the sky, it felt as if the city never truly slept. Much like the reputation New York City held, for the time being however it appeared Douglas had avoided high traffic areas, therefore he didn't really experience what walking down a normal area was like.

Eventually in time, Douglas through all of his pondering, would start walking into a more dark part of the city, it was becoming much seedier than it was before. Obviously it didn't provide an escape from the rest of the city and it's overwhelming light, but it appeared he was entering an Abolition Block, an area normal police drones couldn't enter in due to no relays, nor were any Psycho-Pass scanners in the area. Which meant Douglas entered unimpeded, however it was a spot where many homeless individuals resided in, therefore him being so well dressed, and him looking like a westerner in an almost homogeneous Japanese country due to it being closed off, made him completely stand out and caused him to get quite a lot of dirty looks. As well as seeing many passed out drunk, or drugs nearby made the risk of getting jumped quite likely.

After some time wandering through it however, and avoiding direct conflict, a voice coming from the side an older one by the sound of it.

"Hey kid, you look like a god damn fish out of water, don't worry, I don't want to rob you or anything like that, you look like you would easily kick my ass either way." It was a man in his 50's, he was quite dirty, and had a grizzled look to him, not being able to take care of himself appearance wise, but even then, there was still a hint left of a dignified, more intelligent person underneath it, even though he reeked of alcohol. Looking Douglas over again, he immediately figured out he truly didn't belong.

"Actually you pretty much literally are, I've seen your type before, let me guess you popped in this place one day almost suddenly? Anyway word of advice, you need to be very careful in this country, too often I've seen people from other places pop in suddenly, and not understanding the gravity of this place got swallowed up by it and lost their lives or got sent for whatever the hell 'Therapy' in this country has become..." The man was quite serious about what he stated, showing a bit of genuine concern, as he would've hated to see what had happened to so many other happen here.

The world tended to greet Polibias in the most vile of manners. He assumed it was something to do with the.. less then pleasant objectives his kind usually had, as if the world itself was trying to get some sort of personal vendetta on demons for their actions above ground. Or it could be his rotten luck, which tended to follow him as intensively as fleas (How they found him everytime he was sent up in mere minutes, he had no idea). Regardless, His method of escape from the rather unpleasant, if homely vile and revolting Hell this time was through a rather foul-smelling drainpipe.

"I swear - this place becomes filthier and filthier every time. Next time I'm here they'll have regressed back to throwing their feaces out the windows again..."

Polibias paused, his feline-like nose detecting something amiss in the air. It was like the madjicks of old were in use, something humans had become incapable of millennia ago....Curious. Tentatively, Polibias got up and out of his cursed eruption point, insuring that he'd left no trail. Five hundred years he'd been counting and not one head to corrupt? He'd thought he'd been forgotten.. And yet when he emerged from the crypts his kin were stored in the deepest layers of the underworld were.. Empty. Unsettling. Dead - even for hell. Not a soul moaning, not a scream heard. He could find nobody. Was he forgotten, and his body sent to rot in the bedrock of the underworld, trapping him into his own nightmares? And yet he could escape- something he'd yearned for so long. A fluke, a trick or some cruel game of Anubis's making aside, Polibias had escaped from his personal confinement and had the whole world to himself it seemed - And something in the air was.. Strange.

Polibias, his long metallic 'claws' clicking on the ground moved forward, adjusting and contorting his limbs to seem more feline. After all the over-world shared no lack of activity - and soon enough as he'd entered the drainpipe the world around him began to bustle with urban workers, going about their day as though the very air didn't reek of anticipation, old and new Madjicks and the "Magic" of faeries, a mythical little nuisance that Polibias was sure had been gone for many a century. Thus, looking like a regular, if clean stray (His second eyes were closed, something that he'd learnt to do for long periods out of necessity) he followed the scent, the crowds clearing as he ran to a more and more empty area of the city. Finally skidding to the right of an abandoned T-junction, he froze, spotting something that in his decades of manipulation above ground he had never spied before.

"That's... IMPOSSIBLE."

A human with MAGIC... talking to a strange mechanical humanoid.

Polibias froze. What- this- Humans didn't and DON'T have magic. Plain and simple. Magic users had long been wiped out, by practice and by demonic intervention. Even if they were to learn it, they had long since lost the power to control it - They couldn't manipulated the forces of that power anymore. And yet this premature female reeked of it. It lingered off her like great tendrils, and even her footsteps were tainted with it. It was magic not of humans bygone or faeries.. It was different, yet similar. And whatever it was Polibias didn't like it one bit. He needed to know more, and he needed to know this.. -Girl... more.

And thus his journey began.

There was every chance, at least in Douglas' mind that the alcho was working against him or that people working for the government were listening in to the conversation. Choosing what he said carefully was essential, and he wasn't actually lying.

Magnus Burnsides: En-Route to Gladius-II
Hearing the cries from his allies, Magnus immediately spun around. His hand was still gripped on the assassin's throat, but his wide eyes were now fixed on Fillia
"Samson!" He yelled, tightening his grip and turning back to face the assassin "What the hell did you do!?"
"Hey!" He chocked "I was only paid to kill the scientist. Rest of you guys are just acceptable losses...
Magnus gripped both hands around the cyborg's throat
"But I never laid a hand on her!"
"Are you alone?"
"You mean aside from the creatures I released?"

He shook his head and started to choke
"Oh God, no! No, I didn't tell them anything! You can't do thi..."

Loosening his grip, Magnus saw that the cyborg was frothing at the mouth and thrashing around wildly. He started to yell for help, but all the group would be able to make out were nonsensical ramblings, made even harder to understand by the frothing.
"Hy..." The Assassin spat. He collapsed into Magnus' arms and his arms went limp.

Ramil prepared to charge the Samurai, only to hear the clicking of several rifles, a dog growling and a few blades being drawn. He scanned the room
"You're all monsters!" He shouted "I'm trying to save..."

Stein took a few steps forwards, Chica and Tim at his side.
"I understand that you're in pain, but this isn't the way to deal with it." He said, calmly "Sacrificing Mark won't bring Fate back."
"Get the hell out of my way, old man!" Ramil screamed "You don't understand my pain!"
"Listen to me!" Stein snapped "I know what makes a Philosopher's Stone. There is no way of bringing Fate back, not now."

He gestured towards the door to Mark's room
"Not like this." He shook his head "So please, s...

Ramil lunged towards Martin, only to take a bullet to the shoulder. A few more bullets struck him as Ramil started to run for it, jumping out one of the hospital windows. A few soldiers ran to it, watching as Ramil ran away.
"Leave him." One ordered "Watch the windows and doors. He's going to go for Mark, so make sure he doesn't get back in."

Stien breathed a sigh of relief and turned to the Samurai "Should you fail, I may have another method."
He shook his head "He saved my life and I'd like to return the favour, but I'm not going to lie. It's risky."

Karla and Venkman: The Wasteland
Even though Vortex was dead, Karla continued to watch the flames with Gino on her lap. She reached into her back of holding and gave the Dassie a treat. At first she had stared at the wreckage with a massive grin, like a child about to open their Christmas presents but the grin had faded. She had a tired look in her eyes, but the rest of her face and body seemed relaxed. She rested her hands and head on her knees, staring out at the wreckage on a hill.

While Preston had been checking in with his men, he approached the Tiefling and sat next to her, taking his hat off.
"You know, there's a place for you in Diamond City. If you want it."
Karla looked over to see that Preston was smiling "You helped save thousands, if not millions of people today."
"For money."
"Merc job or not, you should be proud. Money is one thing but, saving people and stopping something like this..."
"I didn't just do it for money." Karla cut him off "Ghandi said he'd give me something else. Said the same thing to all us mercs. Slade, Jango...The other two. We get to request something from baldie."
"Oh. What did..."
"A ship and a crew, or more importantly: A good ship and a good crew."

She gave Preston a grin and stood to her feet, stretching her arms and legs "Tell ya what, Preston. If you're ever in the mood for piracy..."
"I'll think about it." He smiled, standing and offering Karla a handshake
"I promise to never raid your people." Karla smiled.
"You can let go of my hand now."

She turned away and made her way back to the Indian plane, waving back at Preston. The acting leader of the Minutemen approached Dallas and Nathan.
"You did a lot of good back there, both of you. The Minutemen could use you."

Venkman sat on the body of a drone while a medic tended to his arm, applying stitches. She was one of Noose's, a girl of around eleven years old wearing some makeshift armour with medical crosses painted on, this included a helmet made of what appeared to be an American football helmet. Looking through the visor, Venkman could see that the girl was black, with light brown eyes.
"Quit moving." She scolded
"Maybe if you...Ow! Shit!" Venkman cursed. The Mage immediately covered his mouth "Sorry."
"I live in the Wasteland. I've seen and heard worse shit." The child scolded again
"I suppose." Venkman smiled "What's your name?"

The medic looked into his eyes, judgement in her own
"I just want to put a good word in." Venkman reassured "Help you and your folks."
"It's Abigail."
"Venkman." He smiled back "Ah!"
"What kind of name is Venkman?" Abagail chuckled "I know it's a Mage thing but..."
"It's from a movie." He sighed

Seeing Cortova in the corner of his eye, he turned towards her
"Hey!" He called over "Are you alright!?"

The Indian XCOM commander shook hands.
"Our specialists use drones for long-range hacking. If you're interested, perhaps we could trade technology?"

"Trade technology."
I look at the drones over the Specialists. Perhaps our XCOM could benefit from that. I see no reason why a trade is not possible.
"Sounds good. Name what you wish, we want knowledge on how to build and operate these... drones. Do these things have names or no?"
The other Commander was quick to spot the Psi Amp the Commander was carrying. The mini tanks, mission complete, were rolling back to base.
Pixels was walking back to the Skyranger with other XCOM members. Now, what to do... right. Have Pixels complete it's original task.

Cortova-The Wasteland
Cortova looks over at Venkman, and gives him a thumbs up, though her eyes betray her, full of sadness. But not regret. That is one emotion she will never allow herself. She smiles wearily, walking over to him. “Yeah, nothing too damaging made it through my armor. What about you? Looks like you got pretty roughed up.”

Kiara-Latverivin
Kiara sighs, relief flooding her, and continues the journey to her hiding place. She glances around, reaching the grate, and slips under. There are some surprisingly clean, dry places in the tunnels under the city. If one knows where to look, they can find a decent campsite. She finally makes it to her own little haven, and sighs, looking through her supplies of food. She’s got enough tor a week, at very best.

Team FNCC
-Approaching Gladius-II-

The team went up to Magnus with the assassin in his hands seemingly out of breath. "So...what should we do now?" Filia asked, yet she is still worried about Samson and how is this happening to her. The group is still wonder why did Samson died without Filia dead as well, knowing that the two are a single unit that share the same source of living. Carol is the only one who knows about Filia's 'evolution', but she has yet to speak it out.

Deadpool
Metro-Gotham Warehouse
Following suit, by gunning down those running away, and those shooting back, as some charged Deadpool, he decided to mock the preaching that Anderson was doing quipping. "Now here is a bible passage I have memorized. Ezekiel 25:17. 'The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon you.' The point being Pulp Fiction is quite good, and I doth now goeth procedeth to strike thine enemies with bullets blessed with catpiss. Amen." As one of the men on jetpacks charged him, Deadpool flipped to the side unsheathing a katana, and quickly with a slice, lopped off the man's sword arm, and before proceeding to lop his head off, blood flowing from both, bone protruding through the arm, as the corpse spiraled out of control crashing.

Before Deadpool could quip though, he was interrupted by a mook who struck Deadpool with one of their energy blades, right through his chest, and hacking Deadpool in half, bisecting him, as some of his bloody intestines, and other organs slipped out of him , in a mess of viscera and gore. Wade yelped in pain as both his top half and bottom half falling down, before his legs suddenly stood up and began walking around wildly like a chicken without a head.

"Oh boy this is gonna suck, and gonna take a long ass time to fix!" Deadpool hilariously was now trying to get his top half to reconnect with his bottom half, as both flailed around. "I'd say 'tis only a flesh wound from the Black Knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but I can't be that guy!" He quipped in an otherwise horrifying display as all that happened.

As this happened some thugs took notice, and now approached Deadpool, intending to put a bullet in him, but Deadpool had a pistol in one hand, and before he could be shot, he shot the thug right in his skull before yelling out. "No! Bad useless NPC mook! Go get into the corner and think about your life in the big black scary corner abyss... Thing!" He said failing to make a good joke in the moment.

"Alrighty, now kid's remember if you ever happen to, I don't know... Get bisected randomly in the middle of a fight, just remember to reconnect your spinal cord and the rest of your body! It'll be good as new magically! Trust me on this! Doctors hate Deadpool for this lifehack they don't want you to know about! Well for one kids this is very much like the birds and the bee's except you need to ram your spinal cord into the other spinal cord and it connects just like a magnet!" And just like that as he finally got his legs and body back close to one another he reconnected them with a snap as they relocked into place. And Deadpool stood up once again.

"Now then!" Deadpool then aimed and shot the thug who bisected him by shooting his jetpack, causing him to spiral out of control, crash and caused the jetpack to explode, setting the thug on fire, as screamed out in pain as he burned to death. "I forgot to send a royal fuck you for bisecting me chump! As they always say, 'Build a man a fire, and he’ll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he’ll be warm for the rest of his life.'" Mocking the thug by then waving at him goodbye as he burned, Deadpool then stated bringing his arm in the air pointing.

"Welp time to fuck up the big boss and make him either give the file or something fun and brutal! Yo Irish Priestman Anderson, go clean up shop, I'm gonna go fuck up the boss man guy. Get him to spill the beans on the file." And then just like that he teleported right in front of the leader of the thugs. Giving a bit of distance, before Deadpool pulled out a giant cane, before yelling out. "YOU THAR! YOU SHALT NOT PASS!" Referencing Gandalf, in the moment before then saying, "Oh yeah and if you didn't notice, I got a gun on you, and it's aiming right for the dingaling, so if you don't stop you're gonna have to miss out on banging chicks again." And it was true in his other hand he had one of his Desert Eagles aiming right there.

Magnus Burnsides: En-Route to Gladius-II
"We need to talk to Reed." Magnus said. He flung the body of the cyborg onto his shoulder and started to walk up the stairs, making his way to a laboratory "He'll know how to help Samson...And maybe even what we do with this guy."

A weakened Reed sat behind a desk, examining something under a microscope when Magnus burst in, throwing the body down onto a desk.
"Doc, we've got a problem."
Reed looked up and limped over to the table.
"Is this the shooter? What did you do to him."
"Nothing. I was interrogating him and then he started to froth at the mouth, like he was poi..."

Reed shook his head "I was afraid of this."
"That's not all. This guy did something to Samson. Filia. She-she can't reach him, at all. It's like he died."
"I'll see what I can do, but Magnus."
"Yeah?"
"Did the shooter say anything before he..."
"He was pleading for his life."

Reed shot Magnus a cold glare
"Not from me. Kept saying he wasn't going to talk and then well..."
He nodded at the corpse "That."

Reed squeezed his temple and let out a heavy sigh, staring to pace around the lab.
"I examined the bullet fragments, and Magnus. They were designed to pierce my skin. Due to..."
"You being a brainy rubber band, normal bullets aren't gonna do much. I get it."
"With the assassin being killed remotely and with those modified versions of your Mouther friends." Reed cut him off "We're looking at somebody with a lot of wealth and technology on their side. Access to advanced robotics, genetic research...

One man comes to mind, but this isn't his style. That, and we agreed to put our differences aside for the sake of the Multiverse."
"Should pay him a visit anyway. Just in case."
"Later. I have to meet with the Council as soon as we arrive."
You've just been shot!"
"Magnus, if I don't they will bomb New York."

The voice of Ward spoke over the room's intercoms
"Just letting you know, we'll be arriving in a minute. You might want to get ready."

The thug leader held up the briefcase in one hand while keeping the other above his head
"Okay. Okay take it! Just leave us alone!" He pleaded "This thing has brought us nothing but trouble! First the Vampire bitch! Then Scarecrow! And now it's come to you...Christ! Just take this back and let me walk away from this shit!"

He slowly handed the briefcase over and prepared to back away.
Outside, Snart and Gordon observed the fight taking place, watching as a few of the thugs tried to make a break for it. Most of the warehouse had been damaged in battle, and now that thugs were trying to carry stolen goods as they made their escape the warehouse was becoming even more desolate.

Seeing a thug try to run with a cardboard box in hand, Snart peeked out of cover and started to walk after him, getting closer to the warehouse while Gordon tried to radio for backup.

I was so focused on the trade. Didn't see the drone fly in front of my face.
And I've paid for it with a weird sounding thump as I trip backwards.
"Well that was surprising."
I get up, the annoyed expression not so hidden behind my helmet.

Dome: The Dark Side of the Moon
While Captain Fatbelly prepared himself, an array of dastardly foes was assembling.

Norm led Robbie into a meeting room equipped with a very large flatscreen television that surely cost the owner a bit of money and dark leather chairs around a long, marble table.

Sitting in one of the chairs was another dastardly man, who upon seeing Robbie put his strangely shaped head into one hand.

He let out a groan in frustration "Norm. What did I tell you about just bringing other villains in here? I went to all this effort preparing an evil presentation with my presentationnation-inator."
"Sorry sir, but he insisted."
"What gives you the right to burst down my wall!?" Robbie demanded
"Well sir, he didn't have a door."
"An evil lair with no doors?" Doofenshmirtz asked "That seems kinda..."
"Exactly! Makes it harder for the heroes to dump sports candy on me."
"Then how do you get in and out?"
"Tubes!"
"Hmm. But what if you get stuck? You didn't account for that!"

He looked over at Norm "When will the others be arriving?"
"Others?" Robbie asked
"Yes. This would all have been explained better if Norm here hadn't brought you in early. Now my evil presentation is ruined." He let out a defeated sigh "So um. Can Norm get you a coffee or anything? While we wait on the others."
"Yes. Lots of sugar."
"That's really bad for you, you know."
"Don't tell me that so-called hero got to you too!?" Robbie cried
"What? No! I just...Well, at my age I have to watch what I eat."

In another part of the Dome, yet another evil force was stirring. Not Vortex, nor Ghandi or even the darkness itself but something far worse had arrived in Kampala. It had been spat from the deepest and darkest reaches of the Multiverse, from worlds the likes of the Living Tribunal itself would take one look at and scream in terror.

One of these horrors walked into a shop, in the search for a particular fruit to sustain it's appetite.

Kot
Kot followed Minity's instructions and landed outside the town. Commanding his Basilisk to stay behind. Even if someone like Sigmund would manage to steal it, he would certainly have a very tough time riding it. Even veteran riders would have tough times in some situations riding a Basilisk.
He notes that some robots are dumped into the river, a waste of valuable resources. Those machines could be re-used for their needs. They were rightfully theirs to salvage. Yet, he did also notice the sign of a forge in use. Nodding to himself approvingly. Like Minity, Kot was ready. He was even looking forward to seeing Sigmund here. He was looking forward to fighting him. He follows Minity into the building.

Ulfi
Ulfi was sprinting along with Lydia towards Riverwood. Both were breathing heavily and were getting tired. In the distance was the river leading to Riverwood. Ulfi stopped for a moment to catch her breath and to look back to see if they were followed. After a minute or so, they started to run again towards Riverwood. Swearing quietly to herself for forgetting to take potions, food and water with her. She was too hasty and now she pays for that. As they follow the river, they see Riverwood in the distance. And it didn't seem to be completely okay. Ulfi prayed quietly that they weren't wanted there, as they most likely wouldn't have the strength left to fight the garrison at the town. Especially if Falkreath guards would follow them, or worse, Sigmund.

Sara
As the group travelled to New Vegas, nothing much in particular happened. Sara did, however, turn on the radio on her Pipboy, having it tuned to Radio New Vegas. And as they listened, news of sightings of the NCR was broadcasted. Along with that, quite a few songs were played. Though those who knew they could say they were quite old songs. Ranging from the 40's to the 60's. The group arrives at the entrance of the Westside.

As they enter, they are greeted by guards of the area but allowed to enter without interference. "Welcome to the Westside, we'll have to go through here to get to the New Vegas Strip. We'll have to get to the North Entrance as that is the only way in." Sara explained. In the distance, a large tower was very visible, even before the group arrived in New Vegas.
