Other What is your favorite word?

mochi-mochi, sonder and komorebi.
Clearly not something that can be used daily but the thought fills me with fluffy feelings, for a lack of a better word.

My favourite word 'petrichor', meaning the smell after rain on dry soil. likely because I love the smell after rain. Just the sensory of it really solidifies it as my favourite. Not that I've ever really heard or seen it used before.

Sauerkraut
It's both entertaining to say and to spell.

My favorite word in practical use is probably "ostensibly". It just rolls off the tongue and has a lot of applications. I find myself using it pretty often, both in prose and in everyday speech.

My favorite word from a purely aesthetic point is "ataraxy" or "ataraxia". Not a lot of opportunities to use it but it just looks pretty y'know?
