Hello, so I saw that sexual role-play is not allowed, so I was wondering if fluff was allowed? I wanted to make a role-play that fits in the romance genre but I'm still not sure as to what is and what is not allowed. Is pg 13 content acceptable?

Yes, fluff is fine. We are not PG13 site, some mature themes are still acceptable, such as alcohol or violence, for example.
As you correctly said, sexual themes are not allowed. But fluff and romance can be done without them.

So as I understand it where the line is drawn is basically writing out sexual acts specifically.

You can say your characters kissed, held hands, had sex, etc.

You can’t describe taking off clothes, naughty bits, specific sexual acts, etc.
