Help What happened to div tags? Help?

Heyo! I recently returned to RpNation and noticed the div tags don't work. (For me at least.) Did RpNation remove div tags entirely? Or, is there a new way to code them?

I can't even attempt the code above.

On a side note, does RpNation support flex boxes? I thought RpNation didn't support flex boxes since the code didn't work, but I realized div tags don't work at all. Is this a bug? Or? Feedback is appreciated!
