What did the user above you get from SCP #261

For those of you unfamiliar with SCP Foundation, SCP #261 is a vending machine that, when yen or other Japanese currency is placed in it, produces an object, often edible or flavored in some way that usually isn't available on Earth.

Anyways, the idea behind this forum game is that one person states how much yen they put in the vending machine, whether it was powered or not, and other details. The next person to post will state what the previous poster got from it, and then say what they put in it.

Example:

Person 1
Money Entered: 500 yen
SCP-261 Powered or Unpowered: Powered

Person 2
Item description: A 12 oz. can of Coca-Cola, and a Pepsi can of the same amount. Neither displayed any anomalous qualities, but when two D-Class subjects each drank from a can, the two fiercely debated over which of the two brands was better, each claiming the one they drank from to be superior. The argument subsided after about an hour, but both subjects have displayed moderate disgust at the other brand.

A link to more examples, if necessary.

I'll go first:
Money Entered: 500 yen
SCP-261 Powered or Unpowered: Unpowered

Item description: A 12 oz package of Hershey's brand chocolate kisses. Both the package and individual wrappings are stylized with stereotypically "Halloween" symbols, including a brown and teal palate, orange pumpkins, and white ghosts. Notably, "for those looking for a true Halloween!" is printed on the package, using an unconventional font dissimilar to any publicly-available font type.
No anomalous properties observed immediately during or after consumption. However, for approximately 2 hours after consumption, subject experiences heightened paranoia, fear, and loosened sense of reality. Incomplete ingestion lessens the effect, while ingestion of multiple candies strengthens the effect. The candies are not addictive, however many chemical compounds known to interfere with the brain's neurotransmitters have been identified.
Most notably, the package does not resemble any current or former Hershey's products. Upon contact, Hershey's is unaware of the product's existence.
"The clever thing about these candies is they increase suggestiveness in subjects. Essentially it crafts an authentic Halloween experience, especially combined with the flooding of fear- and paranoia-inducing chemical compounds. It's quite fascinating!" -Dr. Marks

Money entered: 1969 yen
Scup-261 powered or unpowered: powered

Item Description: A small box primarily black and white with a japanese logo with a translation on the back that reads 'Space Cereal' The box nutritional facts consists of nearly leathal amounts of sodium. Inside the box are dozens of small circular shaped black and white balls with small craters of the opposing color scattered around it. D-Class personel report the taste to resemble white chocolate when consuming either color of the candies. 2 hours after the consumption of the candies, D-Class personel suffered from a mild heart attack. D-Class Personel survived and fully recovered.

Money Inserted: 999 yen
Powered or Unpowered: Powered
