They are the genuine article. Angels and demons as one would imagine them in the flesh. However, the story shall take a less than biblical perspective of both sides. Not all demons are strictly evil while not all angels are strictly good. They all have their own personalities and flaws (even if some of them would claim that they are perfect).

Dang...that gets my interest even more piqued.
