When Tanner walked up, the old childhood memories were flashing through her mind. Her brother had threatened to kill her on multiple occasions if she didn't do one task or another, usually luring someone in where she'd then be forced to watch the dismemberment of anyone her brother might have called an enemy. Now the fact that he's here and probably searching for her means trouble. He's not one to bother coming up at all, but it's a large place, should be hard to find her right? Maybe if she ignores the issue, it will just go away, right? She's snapped out of her thoughts when Tanner is there asking if she's alright. She looks over to Tanner with a "Hm?" and nods "Of course, what could possibly bother someone such as myself?" she asks rhetorically as she puts on the usual smirk, partially trying to convince herself that it's not a problem.

She walks quietly over to the room where the Nokhin and Anariel are going at it and stops beside the door, waving him over and putting a finger in front of her lips in a "shhhh" motion. The door is closed but they can still hear glimpses of the bickering. At one point they were probably talking about law and Tyra, but at this point it's just a roasting session. What Anariel said was a bit quiet but Nokhin would call out a loud raspy, laughter filled "That's what she said!" and the sound from Anariel after that is probably priceless for Tanner. She just completely lost her shit with a loud "Ughh!" and went off "You stunty, keg belly, beard-goblin, lumberfooted midget!" all kinds of racial slurs for Dwarves and Vornalla quickly moves away from the door about ready to lose it.

She takes a few deep breaths now standing closer to the interrogation rooms "Well, the lawyer is out of the way, at least for now. You ready to make this meeting happen?" As if expecting a yes, she would start heading over to Reska's room, standing a bit by the door waiting for his answer before she would actually open up to head inside. "I'll bring the kid to your room. He just had a bag of blood so I'd rather not bring her over in case he spilled some of it."

Tanner shook his head at her response. What did he expect? Every Elf he'd ever known had been just like her, closed off and arrogant. Well, almost every Elf, there had been that one Light Elf... "Uh huh..." He said as she blew off his concerns. He wasn't sure why Elves were so self involved and closed off to any sign of concern from others. He wasn't planning to blackmail her if she opened up and shared her troubles. Tanner wasn't used to having a partner so un-trusting of him.

He crossed his arms over his chest and leaned in close to the closed door listening to the Elf lawyer go off on the Dwarf prosecutor. He had to cover his mouth to keep himself from laughing out loud. Tanner couldn't help but feel a little jealous that Nokhin could so easily get under the lawyer's skin when he had worked so hard and could barely get a raise out of her. He snorted softy when Vornalla almost cracked up and he took had to move away from the door to make sure that he didn't blow this.

Tanner nodded lightly and pushed open the door to Tyra's room and put his finger to his lips as he moved half in the room. Trying to signal the vampire girl to stay quiet. "Come on, lets do this." He whispered softly and then he flashed a smile at Tyra holding the door partway open.

Reska had stopped pacing after he'd gotten some blood in his system and he was standing calmly, leaned against the table looking at the damage he'd done to his own fingertips, when Vornalla opened the door. He moved a half step closer to Vornalla, he wasn't sure what was going on, but she was acting different.

One would figure the answer is fairly obvious as to why she doesn't say anything. As he's noticed, it's just that Elven behavior, they're always on a high horse and looking down on other races, especially humans. Human's tend to be the middle ground as far as races go and she's called him mediocre for it already. Even when Vornalla apparently broke a record by flipping over and taking charge of the situation again. She just prefers to do things correctly, and everyone knows that if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself. Nor is it really his burden to bear because she's a little too prideful to go seeking help. On the reverse end, she's not been asking about his past because it's not her burden to bear, even if he's stated multiple times that he's an open book past a certain point. In her mind, it's the stuff before that really means anything anyways.

When Tanner walks in, Tyra looks over and tilts her head a bit, looking at the door being kept partially open. It finally clicks after a moment and she gets a bright cheery look and looks like she's about to get loud but tries to hold it in after being told to stay quiet. She tries to get up and go but her wrist is still cuffed to the table as a safety precaution since a Vampire could harm him much easier than a human ever could. On the other hand, Vornalla moves into the room with Reska and smirks. She walks with a key in her hands "How are you doing after that? Ready to go see Tyra?" she asks and moves behind him "I know you're a minor, but you're also a supernatural, for my, and everyone else's, safety, I'm going to need to keep you cuffed as you are still technically being detained for questioning. If you have no issues with that, I'll be taking you to the other room where Tyra is waiting." she assumes he'd be okay with that and grabs another pair of cuffs, bringing his free hand behind and fastening it around that wrist and shifting his position to fasten it around the other. With that done, she would undo the pair cuffing him to the table and ushers him along to the other room where Tyra is.

When Reska walks in, Tyra gets excited and tears start rolling down her eyes as she calls him over. Vornalla watches the scene and it's almost enough to touch her cold ice queen heart. She would, however, walk up and cuff Reska to the table that way she can undo the cuffs and let them do at least some hugging and whatever else. She moves Tanner's chair around so Reska can use it and leans back against the wall beside Tanner, making sure the door was closed. She would give them a minute or so, occasionally glancing over to Tanner before she'd speak up and get back to business "So, we held up our end of it. You two willing to talk details now? Help us so that we can help you?" Tyra looks over and isn't quite able to form words just yet, but she nods her head up and down.
