The Thundering Mustelid
1. Please Read the lore & interest check first as it will help you to understand the setting. No one is being tortured or was lied to. Each alpha has known from day 1 what they are. Reanimated corpses givin extraordinary power to help protect the humanity they were once a part of.

2. The Alpha's Were each made from cadavers. The bodies of the dead were Reanimated via a modified version of the Omega Serum from isreals super soldier project developed by the Late Dr. Illiel. As such each Alpha possesses enhanced Strength, Speed, Durability, Stamina, Reflexes, Intelligence, and Regenerative capability in levels varying based off of their bodies. On average it grants a 1000% boost ot 10X the average humans capabilities. These powers are passive.

3. The Alpha's Extraordinary powers happened during the 1st year after their reanimation. They were given various injections of the mysterious silver matter that Dr.Atori discovered. The results are powers that defy the limits of human bodies which continue to grow at an alarming rate. These abilities are not always actuve they require an alpha to activate them at will and it costs stamina. However Dr.Atori has a killswitch for each alpha that prevents them from activating their power if he sees fit. It is very rarely used however.

4. The past life the character lived is not remembered by any alpha. They can read their file, or talk to people that knew them but it feels like watching a movie. Some could be horrible people, some could be children. It doesnt really matter. As reanimated corpses our characters show an immunity to ageing, disease, infection, and a very high pain threshold.

5. The lower the Alpha's number the older they are. As in they were numbered chronologically. So Alpha 1 has been reanimated fpr 25 years. And alpha 25 has been reanimated for only 1 year. Your character will have lived, died, been dead for less than a year, then reanimated by the Alpha project.

6. It is well known to all of the Alpha's that they are weapons, however they were raised and educated since their reanimation to be able to make life or death decisions on their own. Your character is a weapon yes, but one with free will. They follow orders yes, but are not without the ability to deny the orders.

7. Your character can have mental issues if you want. Just keep in mind the program is pretty realistic. No one who is unstable to the point of being a danger to thenselves, others, or most importantly the mission will be given time in the field.

8. All Alpha's have a tattooed number between 1 & 25 somewhere on their body.

Mutation - Mikazuchi can make his left and right arms turn into various melee weapons, such as a claw of sharp bone and flesh markings, a large sword with a bone blade and flesh hilt, or multiple whips with bone spikes. However, his arms are horribly scarred from obtaining this power.

Trivia: The mutation ability is based on the main characters in the Prototype Game series on the XBox.

Weaknesses: Mikazuchi will become more damaged if hit by flame throwers.

History: He was a High-school Chemistry teacher in new york city, badly paid, didn't have a family, with few friends outside of work. He ended up being killed by a drunk driver, his body was mangled like a ragdoll after a dog rips it apart. In his will he had donated his body to science, unknowing of what fate it would bring. He lived a boring life and died a boring death, a nobody. His funeral service was attended by School staff and some students of his.

After becoming an alpha subject he was very quiet, and often seemed to be in a slump (Despite being quite obviously depressed, psychiatrists couldn't find the root cause of his problem.) during his training with Stryker, who had tried multiple times to personally figure out what was wrong, failing each time. Whenever offered, the history and life of Dmitri Archeyadavich Strelnikov is turned down by A7, when forced into a padded cell and read to by Stryker he broke the speaker in the padded cell by flooding it with bodily fluids to prevent learning of his past. When asked why he adamantly refuses to know anything of his past he states "Because I don't fucking care, boo-fucking hoo, some old man died in a Hauler wreck, he lived and died alone and never meant anything to anyone.". Despite the sad appearance of A7 he operated at high functionality. The details of his first mission became something of legend in the Alpha program, he supported a relatively inexperienced taskforce in removing 3 insurgent dugouts in the middle east over a week. Nobody quite knows why or how Dmitri became so keen on destruction of human life, but despite claims by some, he did not become bloodthirsty over time. Unfortunately nearly all of the details of his first assignment are blacklisted because of the violence and brutality enacted by subject A7, the only stuff that got out was by word of mouth. The taskforce he assisted suffered two suicides and 7 men refusing to enter combat again, suffering severe mental trauma from what they had witnessed working in close quarters with Subject A7.

As time went on A7 began to become less morose and seemingly more invigorated by social interaction. Because of how he had begun to open up and become more social he formed a sort of respect with the units he served with, making multiple close "friends" in his time with the unit, disturbing them to hell and back but he became well known for the advice he gave to other members of his assigned unit. After about four years in A7's rising fame earned him a title among all insurgents facing the wrath of the United States, "Gore river" because of his special ability.

A7 is paraded in the U.S. as a hero, like Captain America, the government works diligently to remove evidence of his wrathful tendencies in combat.

Personality: Seeming to be in a good mood as long as he has people to talk to, he is quite the comedian, finding amusing details (to him) in anything (which scares the everliving shit out of those assigned to assess mental health of the Alpha subjects). He constantly acts guilty, more often than not he isn't, he seemingly likes the attention. He disturbingly loves to be disgustingly brutal, decorating combat zones with the gore of his enemies (literally). A7 is very keen on making jokes (when liberally appropriate) and enjoys telling rambling stories or risky jokes, more often than not offending somebody listening. Despite not suffering from it before the injections, A7 is very ADD. Despite his record of extreme violence and occasionally vulgar tendencies, for some people he does indeed (as Stryker calls it) "Cut the shit." and act appropriate, even kind or compassionate. A-7 is very close to A-17, despite A-17 sharing little to no qualities with A-7.

Likes: Violence, drugs, making conversation, scaring the everliving shit out of people, and "Enacting justice where appropriate", A-17.

Dislikes: Pushy or annoying people. Menial or visibly impactless tasks. Slander on Dr. Atori or anyone he considers close.
Sexuality: Unknown, presumed heterosexual.

Quirks: Moves right hand very little when walking and prioritizes holding most objects in his left hand, despite being right handed. Sometimes stares at his hands for short periods of time, zoning out.
Has an oddly deep voice, makes it hard to talk quietly.

Countless buried reports of A7 being needlessly violent or doing unnecessary harm or damage (he believes he is justified in these cases).
He has been caught multiple times under the effects of performance enhancing or recreational drugs.
Killing an man at a bar for grabbing an under-age girl's ass (he politely took it outside and killed him in a nearby forest, (His screams were heard and police were called) *this IS improvement*) in Russia, Ukraine.

Unconfirmed- Supposedly took a large amount of psychedelic substances and suffocated one of the last endangered grizzly bears in Chechnya by fusing it's trachea shut.

Skills:
Making a scene- The mess he leaves of his enemies (the more time he can take the more disturbing it will get) will leave any sickened, absolutely horrified, and disheartened.
Moves like water- Very stealthy, makes little sound moving on solid objects and his form allows him to seep under cracks or into small places.
Stronger together- Works very well with other Alpha subjects, seems to believe that they are family of sorts.

Activated Powers: Can turn into a fleshy form of goo that can travel and jump at VERY high speeds and is quite quiet along solid surfaces. Can basically absorb flesh to heal wounds or modify own body parts (like replacing his hand with a big bone spike using bone marrow he absorbed from a dead body) to a reasonable extent, he cannot modify his body mass any more than around 10 kg of his original weight (61 kg).
He can't disguise himself as anyone very well (basically at all) or make something too complex because he has to be able to hold the figure, he would have to constantly hold an image of a person in his mind to disguise himself and any distractions would muddle the image.

Weaknesses: When in his fleshy goo form if he is damaged with any kind of hot material (fire) or acid he will take MAJOR damage. Also look at this dude you could knock him over with a light breeze if he stood still.

History: Dr. Maxwell atori was born in 1974 and he was from a young age obsessed with knowledge. This obsession carried him to the forefront of the scientific community. Of course being born the sole heir of a multi billion dollar company sure helped him get there. His work on A.I, Hypersonics, and Nuclear Arsenal's helped to build the enemies of the West, however that very same work is what gave the west the know how to overcome the weapons and his final tweaks to Dr. Illiels Omega serum made the Israeli Super soldiers possible.

Shortly into the war Atori injected himself with the Omega serum pushing his body to new heights, but more importantly his intellect grew vastly as he no longer suffered the effects old age has on the brain. It was after the war that he discovered the Mysterious silver matter, a transdimensional substance which later became the catalyst of the Alpha's activated powers. After the death of his Mentor Dr. Illiel 12 years ago Maxwell severed all emotional ties and now leads the Alpha project with sovereignty and logic and is Regarded by the world as the most intelligent man in history.

Personality: Dr Atori seems to aproache every encounter with a logical apathy. He seems to have no true feelings towards any one thing always trusting facts over even the most expert opinions. Viewed as cruel and even inhumane he has been known to treat human life as another variable in the equation he seems to be running. Secretive and Seemingly unsurprised by all things it is almost imlossible to get a bead on his motives or intentions. His patience is only rivaled by his competence, both of which are dwarved by his god complex.

Weaknesses: "You see, i am just a man." Despite having minor augmentation to his bodies durability, Maxwell was 52 when he was "immortalized" by the omega serum. As such his base physical stats wernt much to work with. Sure he is physically superior to even a fit athlete in their mid 20's, but compared to the other Alpha's and superhumans in the world he is lacking. A simple bullet to the heart or head will easily kill him.

Psychiatric File

History: No one would argue with you if you said James was a born soldier. His entire family were military fighters and supporters for eleven generations. Hell the first Styker in to became a soldier did so in the American revolution a little over 300 years ago. He is an eleventh generation soldier but wound up breaking the american marine trend when his father moved to isreal shortly after James birth. As a result He wound up being the first Stryker to join the IDF. His stellar performance in every aspect of his training made him the ideal candidate for the omega project. But the serum changed more than his capabilities. He seemed more rash and less likely to blindly follow orders. Yet his ambition and competitive drive to succeed made him at least manageable.

When The war broke out he and his two fellow omega's took the battlefield by storm. It was like watching a master squad of call of duty players running through campaign mode. Yet their momentum couldnt last for ever. His partner Eleazar Garza codenamed Slayer fell first. Seven years into the conflict he took a bunker busting hypersonic rocket to the face. It was a wake up call for james who was under the impression that he and his partners were unkillable. Eleven years later his partner Mattew Clem codenamed hunter Fell when he was forced to detonate a submarine he was sabotaging with him still inside while it was close to a mile beneath the waves.

It humbled James and He became much more effective as he began to train fiercely and cover his weaknesses to make himself more and more deadly. It has been almost 60 years since the serum changed his life. He now spends most of his time running simulations with the alpha's, leading team operations, or training either by himself or with other alpha's. He has stood up to Dr. Atori to get them their free range movement, and even a hefty allowance.

Personality: Stryker seems to display an amazing calm accompanied by a firmness the cannot be denied. He is not aggressive but can be considered intense by others. If he fears anything it sure as hell doesnt show as he has walked without words into the most hellish of warzones. His tendencies to question authority have persisted since the omega injection, but luckily he has only one authority above his own within the alpha project. He has proven very loyal to the Alpha's whom he calls his squad.

Likes: The Alpha's, Predictable opponents, Military planes, Guns.

Dislikes: "Paper Tigers", Cheap gear, enemies having better gear than him, Atori.

Skills: Master of Warfare- James is a unilaterally skilled soldier, he can pilot vehichles, fire guns, knife fight, strategize, utilize stealth, etc. If only he were as skilled socially.

Favored equipment:
M-32A9 - A modified version of the old military M-16. The weapon fires 5.56mm ammunition at a fearful velocity of 6,780 Feet per second. The rounds are magnetically charged to penetrate energy Shield technology without sacrificing impact. Stabilizer fins allow for minor changes in direction as steered by the dial on the side of the gun. Capable of semi automatic, burst, and full auto fire.

Shredder & ammo printer- A metal shredder turns different alloys into a powder to be used by the portable printer to print pre loaded magazines. So long as metal debris exists so to does an ammo supply.

EM shielded Stealth suit- a lightly armored battle suit with a regenerating energy shield, capable of activating a light translation field that can cover his whole body in a field of Semi-invisibility. Scramblers make his invisible to radars, thermal, and other forms of electronic surveillance.

Weaknesses: While he may be tough and very well rounded, he is still killable. A Well place shot of a high caliber can still put the living legend down.

Psychiatric File

History: Hector was born shorly after the war ended. Growing up in the recovering United states he was blessed to find an abundance of resources and work. He spent alot of time studying the mind and and working hard in a construction until he was killed when a welding tank exploded near him sending him to a fatal 7 story fall. His brain was virtually destroyed giving the alpha program the opportunity to rebuild it completely. And rebuild it they did adding clusters of silver matter into his brain. When the omega serum reanimated him he found he possessed the ability to project his thought and perceive the thoughts of others. At first it was a local ability onky effecting a few meters around him. However he had grown at an alarming rate even compared to his fellow alpha's in only 3 years his ability has grown thousands of times more powerful allowing him to link minds, and even transmit messages instantly across vast distances. Being that he is the worlds only living telepathic superhuman, there is no risk of his communications being intercepted.

This paired with the omega serum seeming to grant him no bonus to his healing or durability has kept him out of the field or at least far from the action. However he is almost never out of range of a mindshout to at least two alpha's should problems arise. He is said to be working very closely with atori on the Alpha 26 project but will divulge no details about it to anyone. While he view his fellow alpha's as his brothers and sisters, he doesnt nessicarily like all of them, rather he thinks of them as the hand he was dealt, and something he cant change.

Personality: Mysterious and seeming always bored. Hector is a strange man filled to the brim with secrets, but very few of them belonging to him. He is a confidante to most who need someone to talk too, and a good therapist as he has read not only his own but every alpha's file. He beleives knowledge to be the purest form of power and leaves no question that he only works with Atori out of a want for the mans godlike reserve of knowledge. Always seeking to gain more but give little he is arguably one of the more selfish Alpha's out there. However as easy as he finds it for others to share with him, he finds it near impossible to do the same. As a man of few words he rarely interacts with his cohorts and when he does the interaction is heavily limited.

Likes: Solitude, alone time, getting to know a person from a distance, reading.
Dislikes: forced interaction, people who ask too many questions about him, robots, fish.

While he cannot use this to influence the will of others he can communicate with them and hear their thoughts. Many beleive he can dig around in a persons subconscious to view their memories, but he denies he can do this. Atori states that with his design such a thing is at the very least possible.

Weaknesses: Hector has no more resistances to damage than a normal human. A lack of regen and durability buffs means even a normal man with a well placed punch could put him downm

History: Created during the early stages of the alpha project Paul Rorail in his life was one of the Cadavers taken from the death row coroner. Sentenced to death after various accounts of seeminly spontanious murder his bodies large stature and physique was a perfect palate for their attempts at creating the physically strongest superhuman on earth. After his silver matter injections he began to display limited success. Yes he was strong, but nowhere near the 100 ton range they had invisioned. Still a bulletproof man capable of tearing through concrete had his uses. He spent most of his years operating with the united states military.

It was only 5 years afterwards when he finally made it to their intended levels. Shortly afterwards he surpassed their margin and the realization that the alpha's growth was potentially limitless came into focus. However with his strength his aggression grew and the incident reports continued to grow. Currently he is rarely deployed on missions and when he is they are usually simple seek and destroy missions. Due to his growing disdain for humanity it has been put into protocol that only Other Alpha's or Omega infused soldiers are allowed to escort, handle, and accompany him on missions.

Personality: Paul is a unusually aggressive man, he views himself above humanities laws, morals, and petty emotions. Viewing himself and the other alpha's as reincarnations of the Old pantheons of gods. He sees humanity as weak and in need of the alpha's to guide them, however his pride is so great even just talking to a human is seen as beneath him. However this lack of care for human life makes him useful when high damage missions are underway.

Likes: Combat, testing limits, Powerful Alpha's, Dr. atori.

Dislikes: Humans, Technology, "Fake Alpha's", Cowardice.

Quirks: He grits his teeth when frustrated, and is known to eat alot more than is average for a man.

Activated Powers: Superdense- when he was first created his strength capped out at around 5 tons. However in the 24 years of development he has grown far stronger. Able to casually toss tanks and rip armor grade steel apart like paper Paul boasts at least 250 tons worth of lifting power, with strike force a tad higher. In addition to his incredible strength While active his power seems to grant him incredible levels of durability, at first only able to stop bullets, however in recent years paul has shown an ability to withstand tank shells and even high explosive missiles.

Weaknesses: Being a purely physical warrior he is succeptible to mental manipulations. Furthermore things that attack his respritory system bypass his defence entirely.

History:

Much of Gregory’s formative years are unknown to him, opting not to delve to deep within his own files. What he does know is that in he lives a seemingly unremarkable life, came from an average family, and died in some sort of military related accident. Gregory also could only guess why he was chosen for the Alpha project, but he strongly suspected his birth families involvement with the military may have had something to do with it. Of course all of that was of little importance to the man, the details of a life he didn’t even know were lost on him. For Greg the only thing that mattered was his new purpose in his second life.

In the years since his introduction into the ranks of his fellow Alphas Greg has ran more than his fair share of successful missions. Many of these missions usually played out the same; Greg would collect as much information as he could, develop a detailed tactical plan for his strike team to follow, and go in and get out without so much as a misplaced step. Gregory’s dedication to his new role in the ever changing world seemingly came naturally to him, although anyone who knew him in life would be able to see the internal struggle he fights every day.

Personality:

Gregory tends to be a cold, calculating individual. He is always carefully planning out his next move, insuring he is always ahead of those around him. The man hates stepping into a situation under prepared, he is more than willing to spend as much time as it takes to gather information to ensure total mission success. To him even the slightest misstep can lead to failure, making him a tactical master.

Despite being so cold the man is not without a personality. Most of his emotionless nature was adopted after his involvement in the alpha project, as a way to cope with the transition and loss of the life he no longer knew. Personality traits, that those around him can only assumes come from his past life, poke through his hardened outer shell from time to time in the form of occasional jokes and light-hearted commentary, but Gregory tries his hardest to bury any sign of his past. Going as far as not to read his much of his own file. Gregory understands his place in the ever changing world, and for him, who ever he use to be has no place in it.

Underneath his carefully constructed fascad Gregory is much more approachable then he'd like most to believe. Greg can, at times, be a very decent person. Being charming, kind, and emotional. Often, it can be hard to tell if he is truly opening up or if it’s just another tactic he employs.

Gregory has the tendency to tap his fingers on any surface his hand is resting on.

Incident report:

In order to save the life of a hostage, being held at gun point by an assailant A9 didn’t plan for, he blinked the would be murderer two hundred feet into the air, causing the woman to fall to her death. Despite ending the conflict without any civilian casualties A9 was taken out of active duty, pending a psyc evaluation in order to ensure he was properly adjusted to his new life. He promptly passed and was put back into the field.

Expert tactician- Gregory has a nac for planning out every detail of his missions, making sure he has every piece of knowledge so he can turn any situation into a chess game he can’t loose.

Combat training- due to the nature of his abilities, being much less offensive when compared to his fellow Alphas, Greg has spent much of his off time learning, practicing, and mastering hand to hand combat techniques. Through his training A9 has mastered the art of disarming his opponents, silent take downs, along with being able to all out brawl with some of the best.

EMT training- A9’s abilities give him a bit of a unique advantage while in the field, being able to get the wounded out of absolutely life threatening situations. He has decided to take his rescue capabilities to the next level by learning how to treat the injuries in the field. From binding and setting broken bones to sutchering wounds Gregory can stabilize most non fatal injuries in the field, given the proper equipment.

Information gathering- A9 has a keen eye for the little details, things that he believes can be the difference between success and failure. He takes the time to analyze every detail of a mission, all the while filling in the missing pieces of the puzzle to give him, and his team, a full picture of the task at hand.

Favored equipment:

Inferred/night vision ballistic helmet- a specially designed helmet A9 uses to identify potential targets in the field. The night vision function of the helmet is rather basic, simply allowing for improved vision in low light situations. The inferred is much more advanced, allowing Greg to see the heat signatures of priority targets through most sold objects. The helms abilities are activated via a magnetic sensor located in the left temple.

Advanced ballistic gauntlets- A9’s gauntlets are designed to give his arms as much protection as possible while also housing unique magnetic nodes used to activate his helm. The nodes are located in the gauntlets’ index and middle fingers.

Activated Powers:

Blink- To some A9 seemingly appears out of nowhere like a formidable demon, to others he materializes out of thin air to whisk them to safety like a guardian angel. Those well versed in the alpha project understand that Gregory possesses the ability of teleportation, or at least a version of it. Greg’s ability, dubbed Blink or blinking due to the fact he can seemingly appear anywhere in the blink of an eye, allows him to transport himself and anything or anyone he is touching near instantaneously. The only thing left in his wake is a greenish blue vapor that dissipates within a few seconds. Using his ability Gregory can blink just about anywhere within a mile radius, the only limiting factor is that he must be able to focus on something in the desired destination. Wether it be a person, an object, or a place itself A9 must have some sort of point of reference to safely teleport.

Weaknesses:

Gregory’s attention to detail can be his down fall, causing him to hyper focus on little things rather than the bigger picture. In addition his need to know everything about a situation could be used against him. By planting evidence or adding unknown variables an assailant could through A9 off of there trail.

Greg’s blink seemingly opens a small rift or portal of sorts where he is and at his desired location, opening for a few brief seconds. In theory with enough speed and knowledge of his destination one could intercept the alpha, causing unknown levels of damage to his body. This theory has yet to be tested.

Psychiatric File

History: A-doe was bred and born for the military life - her's and her family's life depended on it. There were many nights where she and her family would take refuge in abandoned and broken buildings taking shelter from the constant barrage of fire from both sides. Her father was a retired veteran and taught her what he knew and even employed the help of friends to help teach her. Once she was old enough (18) she was drafted into the war - where she then received proper training from marksman training to basic. Afterwards her family was given a temporary home with the army. Soon after she was deployed to Syria for her first tour. Everywhere was treated like the front lines because that's the amount of firepower the enemy had at any time.

Her squad was attacked in the middle of the night. They were entirely overtaken from hills on either side, they held strong and fought till their inevitable death in the early morning hours. She was a sole survivor using her comrade's bodies to keep her hidden until the enemy eventually passed. She walked almost 300 miles to the nearest military post and was abruptly sent back home on arrival. However, there was no time for decorations or mourning - while on her tour her parents were killed by an IED when the army was transporting them, they would've survived if not for safety protocols that weren't enforced by the squad leader in-charge of their transport; them and 30 other survivors all killed.

After her family was no longer around she had a hard time figuring out her reason to live and defected to the Russian Armed Forces where she spent most of her days mindlessly killing her pain away. As she grew weary of the RAF she eventually defected once again to the People's Liberation Army in China. Her experiences there were more or less the same; it seemed no matter where she went there were incompetent leaders everywhere. She wandered the west as a nomad after that where she met an associate of the WhiteRock Company - they were a group of mercenaries and she liked the idea of doing things her way.

Her new life unfolded as a soldier of fortune - she would do work for anyone, anywhere - so long as the pay was good. She started creating a reputation for herself in the WhiteRock Company, she was better than most with a gun but her true skill was close range combat. She would switch between a hatchet and a cleaver completing her contracts. Eventually she was known as "The Butcher". However, her fame and fortune came to the end at the hands of her own reputation - her contract was expecting her and booby-trapped where they were "supposed" to be. This was the end of A-doe "The Butcher".

Post-History:

After A-25's reanimation she has spent the majority of the year training under James Stryker and getting used to the Hebimata suit and retraining her mind and body to be what it was before she died. At this current time she's in the midst of dealing with the fact that she died and what it means for her now, why she was selected, why she's being used, and how she can return to the eternal bliss.

Personality: Neurotic, angry, nihilistic, morbid, a loose cannon in the wrong hands.

Likes: Butchering people, money, solitude, booze, a nice cigar, and anyone whose competent

History: Born, raised to the tender age of ten, and then killed by some muggers on accident, Juniper's prior life wasn't really anything to write home about. Her family wasn't super well off. The area they lived in wasn't the worst place in the world, but it had its fair share of crime. One night, they were coming back home from a shopping trip, and they got mugged. Juniper, being a small child, freaked out. The mugger panicked. A shot rang out, and her parents were suddenly childless.

Of course, she doesn't remember any of that, so it doesn't really matter to her. Sure, she read her file and all that, but... well it's not like she remembers her parents, so she hasn't really wanted to try to meet them. She knows that the people running this program wanted to see what would happen to a kid. Parents really wouldn't argue against their kid being brought back to life... if they were even told. She doesn't know either way... but even if they knew, it was a no-brainer. So, the good doctor would have an opportunity to observe the effects on a younger mind and body. Win-win.

As for the two years she's spent afterward, she's happy as could be. People are awesome. She loves using her abilities and she loves to use them on other people especially. She spends most days curious about what's coming next.
Personality: Sweet and curious, Juniper loves life and loves being alive. She loves to talk to people and is unafraid of asking questions when she doesn't understand something. This can get somewhat annoying, as she doesn't know when to stop. She follows orders very well most of the time, but when she gets in a poor mood, her childish nature definitely shows. It's difficult to console her when she throws a little bit of a temper tantrum.

Activated Powers:

Bubble
The ability to summon forth a bubble of silver-matter radiation, the affects of which are somewhat disconcerting. It "mutes" the targets senses, though only one sense can be chosen at a time at her current skill level. It has a limited strength from the outside-in, broken by a punch or shooting at it - it shatters like glass and dissipates. From the inside-out, however, it is much tougher, potentially serving as a temporary mock prison for the target. At its current strength, it would take more than a bullet, but less than a good superhuman punch to break from the inside.

If she uses it on herself, however, it grants incorporeality, allowing her to go through objects and fly.
Weaknesses:
  • Immaturity. She's young, so she's immature and somewhat naive. She'd prefer to trust people and sometimes has issues with following orders. If she doesn't like something or someone, finds something too "icky" to do, or otherwise refuses, she will make sure to make her distaste known. Loudly.
  • Sweets. It's easy to coax her into doing something or going somewhere if someone offers her some kind of sweets. Very... candy van-esque.

Psychiatric File

History: Uriel grew up in a troubled environment in his youth, being more or less forced into a gang at an incredibly young age, he partook in petty thefts and rivalries between members. His mother and father more or less encouraged or did not care about what he had gotten himself into, and it was all he knew. Due to this environment, he has a decent amount of street knowledge and had learned how to fight dirty on the streets. Uriel was no fool, though. He knew the state he lived in and how negative it was. This wasn't what led to a successful life, or any kind of true future. He felt himself grow more and more distant from this life as interest diminished in a life of petty crime and unnecessary feuds that had no greater goal or reason. As he grew older, he abandoned the life he once knew and decided to turn himself around. He left his friendships, his family, everything behind, all in an effort to do something better with his life. Thus, he ended up joining the military, going through standard training and being deployed as such. He felt more comfortable here, he could now be part of an effort which would lead to something more. Sadly, his life was abruptly ended on the battlefield, having been stabbed in the throat before he had time to react. Luckily, he was reanimated and the alpha program gave him another chance at life, a future, even if he had no memory of the life before. He was capable of moving at speeds much faster than a regular human, which continues to grow and improve as time goes on. This ability is still young, and has time to grow and improve.

Personality: Uriel is a laid back individual who usually minds their own business, along with being quite reserved regarding their emotions and as a person in general. They are not one to open up emotionally, but they are overall willing to chat with anyone, being a social individual. They are a logical thinker, not immediately acting on emotion during situations that call for it. They can be somewhat manipulative of others if the opportunity presents itself, even if they're not consciously aware that they're doing it. They value loyalty above all else, and can grow absolutely furious if one were to break trust that was given to them, one of the times where they think with their heart rather than their head. Uriel has somewhat above average intelligence when compared to the average human, but nothing absolutely outstanding. They do have some battlefield awareness, but he does not claim himself to be a master strategist.

Activated Powers: Their power allows them to run and move at incredible superhuman speeds, much faster than what is attainable for a natural human through training. They can accelerate and decelerate from these speeds quite quickly.

Weaknesses: If their regeneration and durability are not up to par with the speed they are moving at, they can destroy their body quite quickly. Along with that, without proper reflexes, they wouldn't be capable of perceiving the speed that they themselves are moving at.

History: Born in Houston Texas, heavily active in the criminal underground in data mining and stealing digital funds. Died in a freak accident on top of his apartment building by a direct lightning strike, the strike was strong enough to literally tear his arm off and spill many integral parts of his body out with it.
Alpha-17 was made in an attempt by Dr. Atori to see if one could reliably fuse the Omega serum with silver matter.
The Silver Matter's effect on the Serum caused the effects of the Serum to be wildly boosted.
The Omega serum caused a strange effect on the Silver Matter of A-17, instead of creating an ability the Silver Matter began generating wavelengths that matched and improved the effectiveness of a selected Alpha's own Silver matter fourfold.

After his training Plug was deployed with a USMC Scout Recon platoon and had his first combat experience with subject A-7 who had been assigned to work with and supervise him (test his abilities and strengths). When the villa serving as the operations center, only two recon squads holding 9 men each and the deployed Alphas inside, was surrounded by a Russian T-133 and a estimated 65 Insurgents, some armed with explosive ordinance. The likely-hood of the men surviving was very low, Alpha-17 proved his worth by charging A-7 and aiding him in eliminating enemy forces with the cover fire of the scout's MG team. In five and a half minutes the Insurgents had retreated due to enduring nearly 1/3 their force's dying in battle and the T-133's engine block being destroyed by an HEAT rocket acquired from the dead by A-7. Not a single Scout was killed, both Auto-Riflemen enduring multiple wounds from shrapnel.

Stryker was more than impressed by the after action report by A-7, deciding it would be best to allow A-17 to serve with multiple other combat oriented Alphas on dangerous missions, which most turned into extreme successes.

Personality: More than happy to share his experiences and seems to be very open about everything, not having a personal secret that he wouldn't share. He comes off as a well rounded, kind person. Very mellow and relaxed when off duty, seemingly just loving to help people. A-17 is seemingly happy with his life, when brought in to a psychiatrist to talk about his marijuana abuse, he explains "When I'm stoned I forget that I'm some super-human celebrity that can turn people into walking tanks." then forgetting what he meant when asked to elaborate. A-17, when confronted by Stryker for his 'dependence on narcotics' he responded with "I watch the people I power up literally tear people apart. Half of us are actually fucking insane and everyone else has some sort of coping mechanism that helps them justify themselves when they kill people, I am the only normal *taps temple* Alpha subject here.". A-7 and A-17 are very close, often operating with each other when possible despite their very blatant differences in morality and what is "okay".

Light rigging is slung over A-17's power armor, there are four magazines holding AP HEAT rounds and Four magazines containing HE incendiary, the double-stack magazines all hold 8 rounds.
A pack of "Cigars" and a ivory plated flip lighter with a lightning bolt running through it.
Activated Powers:
Juice em'- Boosts the abilities of targeted person around four times their' normal amount. Activated abilities are greatly enhanced in Alpha subjects when subject to the powers of A-17.
When splitting the boost between more than one person the effects are divided by the amount of people targeted by A-17.
Weaknesses:
Ironically, electricity.

Psychiatric File

Pre-History: Born January 15th - 2002 Whitlock lived a pretty comfortable life on a farm with his family. It was simple and peaceful. Unfortunately at the age of 18 the war machines of the U.S. tore through their farmland and he was drafted into the Military for the big war. The last thing he knows about his family was a goodbye wave and watching them disappear into the distance from the back of an APC. 5 years later, and a lot of training, Whitlock was top of his regime in both academic's and marksmanship. There were many sponsors willing to pick him up and fund whatever branch of military he wanted to pursue.

Even the legendary Delta Force contacted him personally through his base's commander. He eventually took their offer and spent a handful of years running clandestine missions with his squad. They were responsible for foiling at least 3 nuclear launches in the middle-east, and 1 in Russia over the course of 6 years. By then he had seen the worst of the worst that the war had to offer. Like anyone else he was forced to retire from Delta Force temporarily.

For the next 3 years he was in psychiatric care for cognitive behavioral therapy for PTSD. He was released March of 2034 having a clear psyche. Immediately he joined the Air Force where the death and destruction would be less personal and he could fly war drones or any other air vehicle. This was an excellent alternative to the fighting he was used to but all good things must come to an end.

On October 1st 2052 He was piloting a rescue chopper into ground-zero conditions and was forced to make an emergency landing. While the landing went fine they were ambushed and the pilot (Whitlock) was burned alive by an HE grenade in the pilot's seat. He died long before the flames melted the flesh and muscle from his face.

Post-History: After becoming an Alpha he's participated in multiple high risk missions. With his new found abilities he's lost very few men and is known to the enemy as the Orange Demon. For 12 years he lead squads and tore down the enemy's plans one by one from insurgencies to heavy infantry and cavalry reinforcements. The other 12 years have been spent piloting drones or other air vehicles - since that seems to be the other thing he's good at. Tactical airstrikes, emergency pickup, and even self-deployment via drone are all specialties of his. However, it is his abilities as an Alpha that set him above the others, that and combat experience. Years of fighting the enemy have given him a strategic advantage over most enemies.

Personality: He still retains a lot of the youthfulness he had when he joined the army at 18, unaware of his past he can be humorously (to him) sarcastic - but his sarcasm and jokes usually fly right over people's heads. He's approachable and will lend a helping hand physically or mentally whenever he can. However, he is also a squad leader so when it's not bars or quiet evenings he is cold-hard focused. He tries not to be too hard on the people he works with but if someone under his command is being stubborn he isn't afraid to knock some sense into them.

Likes: Although his face was melted off his tongue survived so he still can enjoy a nice warm meal. Showers are also one of his favorites. Any of the simplistic comforts you can think of - that's his jam.

Dislikes: Losing men, insubordination, the war, the fact that he can't remember anything about himself before he died, biological warfare.

Sexuality: Straight
