In a dystopian world not too different than ours, freedom is a thing of the past. A powerful global government rules the world and oppresses it's people. Military police roam the streets unchallenged due to a super serum that makes them roughly ten times more powerful than your average citizen.
Every attempt at Rebellion has been crushed under the boots of this all powerful government. Yet hope is not lost, a new rebellion grows under the watchful eye of a young man named Zak. Strait out of highschool Zak made it to the government's soldier program where he was able to steal a sample of the super soldier serum. His brother Patrick then reverse engineered the serum and made it stronger by adding animal DNA, particularly that of Vertebrate creatures. Now this rebellion has a fighting chance, despite their lower numbers, they now have higher quality soldiers.
Will the rebellion be a success of will it be crushed under the mighty heel of the King and his armies?

(Hey guys recently I've been very busy, yet I love to Rp so I will be making this Open world Rp. I won't be required to drive the story forward there is ample opportunity to. There aren't many rules besides the obvious.
1.no one liners (give the people your talking to something to work with.)
2.no metagaming (using knowledge your charecter wouldn't have.)
3. No god modding (we are powerful sure but we aren't unbeatable.No one is Higher than building level power.)
4. No plot breaking. (Think realistically, no charecter can fight 20+ super soldiers and hope to come out unscathed. And no one will be assassinating the king, at lest not for a long moment.)

{Fair warning characters can die and they will if foolish decisions are made. This isn't personal nor is it my goal but if you run into a fight with an army and you don't have backup don't expect to survive, we aren't immortal, and we don't have plot armor.
However if your charecter is about to die I will warn you so that you can try and fix your post, and if they are killed you can always make another character.}

Driven and motivated, always wanting to get the job done as soon and as efficiently as possible. He does find time for humor and relaxation, but understands that there is always a suitable time and place for such things. He also understands the importance of camaraderie between allied fighters, so he does his best to get to know people.


Bio-
He's always hated the government's way of running things, but usually kept quiet about these things, especially around his parents since he didn't know there stance on things. It was when his parents openly showed their allegiance to the government by getting jobs that actively helped its enforcement that he knew he had to run away. If he didn't, he risked being killed for his ideals if they ever were to get out to his parents. So he did that, and ended up in this neat rebellion thing.


Ambitions-
He's always desired a life of conscience and meaning, so he wants to become as useful and relevant as possible to the desired revolution in order to make sure his life ends up as a memorable one that he can be proud of. He kind of has a romanticized idea of "living legends" in his mind that contributes to this.

*Powers- He can create large electrical discharges from his body parts of his choice that can be used to stun or injure an opponent. It's mostly used in hand to hand combat since it's most effective when he is in direct contact with the target, but it does have limited ranges used at lower power outputs. The furthest it can be used while still being effective is around 10 feet.

Enhanced human physiology- All who use the serum gain a boost to all of their capabilities. It usually boosts a person's base strength, and endurance by X10, their speed and reflexes by X5, and their senses by X3. Typically it is based off of the person's base stats.

Skills-

Somehow always looking clean and well groomed despite being his situation as a rebel.

*Fighting style-
Eliminate the threat as soon as humanly possible, either by getting an instant kill before the enemy notices you or disarming the enemy first if necessary before either finishing them off or completely subduing them depending on his mood. He focuses on countering attacks with moves that involve attacking at the same time in order to be as efficient as possible.

Weaknesses-
Water. In its purest form, water is actually a pretty good insulator and can disable his electrical powers if he is sufficiently doused. You should be careful with this though, as most "plain" water does contain foreign dissolved minerals which could make it into an excellent conductor that would instead enhance his powers.

Electricity. Yes, using electricity against him will in fact be effective as it can cause him to temporarily overload and become unable to use his powers, along with possibly making him unable to battle at all depending on the severity of the electrical attack.

Personality- Zak is a bit serious but with good reason. He carries the burden of running the rebellion. The few times he has chosen to display his emotions it has almost always come back to bite him so he often keeps his true feelings hidden from even his closest allies. That said he truly cares for the people who are loyal to him, but shows this with action as opposed to his words.
Bio- Zak was born without much if anything to speak for. His father was constantly busy as a soldier for the Kingdom, and his mother worked for the Records department. He spent his entire childhood overachieving in education, sports, and extra curricular in the hopes of claiming his parents attention. Instead he attracted the attention of the government's soldier program. He became a solder, was given the serum and set records as recruit. Eventually he began to focus more on the people of the kingdom as he realized the oppression of the kingdom. Deciding that something needed to be done he grew a plan to oppose the empire. He then stole the super soldier serum, got it to his older brother Patrick who was a brilliant chemist. Patrick then modified the serum, but animal DNA was needed because the human genome could only handle so much.
Likes- Winning, his comrades, and a stiff drink.
Dislikes- The government, losing allies, and air raids.
Ambitions- Zak hopes to inspire people to fight for their freedom again. Win or lose he wants the world to know that freedom is worth dying for.

Echolocation- using his footsteps, a tap here and there and the occasional tongue click, Zak is capable of "seeing" 360° around him to a range of about 100 meters.

CQC soldier training- The hand to hand and melee training of the soldier program focuses primarily on joint locks and lethal weapon training of various kinds.

Leadership- Zak has learned to lead a team quite well. His tactical knowledge combined with his knowledge of the soldier training and weapons make him a deadly enemy if the kingdom

Mossberg 12 gauge pump action Shotgun.

Fighting style- Zak uses the guerilla raid tactic, running in and attacking his enemy, then retreating only to repeat to process. He tends to prefer to strike from above or below but is confident enough to occasionally pull off a direct attack.
Weaknesses- Zak can be predictable in combat by the soldiers due to them having the same training he has. In addition others may find it hard to trust him if they find out he was once a soldier.

Also he must wear ear protection while in combat with firearms as his hearing makes loud noises quite painful.

Personality- Deeply charismatic and charming, Caldwell is the kind of person who many find concerning. Walking a thin line between hero and criminal he justifies himself by saying he doesn't like what he does but it needs to be done. Secretly he is slightly sociopathic. He understands morality however he doesn't allow it to supersede his overall objective. If a child needs to be shot to bring down a despotic regime, Caldwell will be the one asked to pull the trigger. Whilst some might find this cold, calculating attitude scary, very few actually treat him with fear. Respect, certainly, but not fear. He is well known for doing what needs to be done and, whilst nobody envies his position, nobody begrudges him it either. Despite this sociopathic nature his charm and intellect still allow him to be extremely popular in certain settings, especially the kind where nobody knows his true nature.
Bio- Despite being the older sibling to his brother Zak it was undoubted that he was to be in his shadow. Rather than resent this Patrick played it to his advantage. Studying the fields he believed would one day be most important to winning a war against the regime. Mastering arts such as spying, distance shooting and biochemistry. Whilst he was incredibly intelligent he chose to keep this fact hidden to all except his brother, who he would secretly confide in and plan with for the days they could create a rebellion and escape. When Zak got him the super-soldier serum he put his training to use, dissecting the serum and reworking it to be more potent and more adaptable.

When Patrick had finally reworked the serum he and Zak fled, bringing the many disparate resistance sects together through Zak's leadership and Patrick's coercion until finally they had a force worthy of taking on the regime.

Tactical genius - whilst nothing special in terms of actual close-combat prowess, he can accurately predict enemy movements and uses this to devastating effect

Personality-
Arya comes across as very serious to most people. She is very quiet and like to keep to herself most of the time, mainly because she isn't used to having friends. She doesn't show her personality to most people. However if your close enough to her she is a very kind hearted person who wants the best for the people in her life. She can be very sarcastic at time in a funny and rude way. If she puts her faith in you then you have her full trust and loyalty which is rare for her but the last thing you want to do is cross her.

Bio-
Being born to a family of high military power Arya's life was far from normal. Her father is one of the top army Generals in the military, while her mother was a nurse for the government. People figured Arya was a spoiled girl but she was far from it. Her parent fought consistently for as long as she could remember. Her mother was nice and caring while her father was strict and demanding. She loved them both equally giving each what they desired in there little girl.

Arya hated school. Ever since she was little the students would either suck up to her, hate her, or flat out ignore her, just because of who her dad was. When she was young she didn't mind being alone. In middle school she met a boy named Rafael and he became her closes and only friend through high school.

One day coming home from school she seen several soldiers surrounding her home. She rushed inside finding her mother dead on the ground. Her father told her there was a rebel attack and they killed her mother. What surprised Arya was her father didn't seem upset by the event.She became furious at bith the rebels and her father. Arya doesn't ask for help much but this was the first time she truly needed someone so she went Rafael house but when she got there she found out that he was missing. For the first time Arya felt truly alone.

Mourning for her mother and friend didn't last long. Her father had gave a good word to the government about Arya's intelligence and they decided to bring her in for a special program. Arya was going to be staying around the same place as the students in the soldier program but would have separate assignments and wouldn't be given the serum. She did anything from sorting files to programming things for them. She excelled in everything she was given.

Arya was going through files when she came across a locked folder. Curious she hacked the folder and inside found classified info on the rebels. Who the rebels killed and info on rebels the government caught and killed. Her mother being one of the pictures inside. She was shocked to find out that her mother was actually a rebel and her father found out so took matters into his own hands. Arya didn't know what to think but she knew one thing, she couldn't stay.

Quickly she downloaded the files onto a hard drive and set hacked the secretive footage to shut down long enough for her to escape. She knew they would find out what she had and come for her but she didn't care. Lost and confused she hides now is hiding out in an old abandoned building not sure who is the truly good side, the kingdom or the rebels...

Hacker- She is very skilled with any electronic or computer. She can learn to use almost any electronic just by playing with it for a short while. She can almost hack into any data base.

Intelligent- She is one of the highest scoring students in her class and doesn't even try to get good grades.

Fighting style-
She really hasn't fought before beside some bullies at school

Weaknesses-
Deep Water- Arya has a phobia of water she can not touch the bottom to so getting her even remotely close to the water will cause her to freak out. Plus she can't swim.

People- No matter the person Arya doesn't want anyone to die. Even if it is the most terrible person she wants them to live to suffer the consequences of there actions.

Small structure- She isn't very big so she isn't very strong but makes up for that in speed and agility.

Personality- Mike doesn't like problems. They get in the way and slow everyone down. So Mike spent most of his life learning how to make problems go away. Wether it be a drunk hassling him at the local bar, a building that needs to be moved so a new school can be built or a checkpoint guard that just had to look in the back of the truck. MIke has a solution for all of these problems. Most involve explosions.

Bio-Mike was born and raised in Australia by his mum and step-dad. He gained an interest in engineering and went to university to study. Unfortunately for the kingdom one of the military police made the mistake of attacking him during a protest at the university. The attack was unprovoked and vicious and put mike into hospital for weeks on end as his broken bones slowly healed. Rage filled Mike and he came up for a plan for revenge. The MPs had set up a small outpost at the university after the protest, and mike was going to blow it up.Thus began a life of demolition for mike.

Ambitions-To destroy the kingdom one outpost at a time.

Personality- The king is frankly a terrible person, he has no regard for anything other than wealth and power. The services he gives to the people of the kingdom are specifically for the purpose of keeping his kingdom together. No has really spent enough time with him to offer a true insight into his character.
Bio- King Allan harkess is the world's greatest conquerer. Nothing is known about his life before he became king. All anyone knows is that he showed up 30 years ago with his supersoldiers and smashed every world government into submission forging his kingdom from the ashes of their defeat. Ever since he has tightened his iron fist on society and none who have opposed him have ever lived to tell the tale.
