Whites burg town is located on the eastern coast of the USA in Florida. It holds a training school for Mages young and old as well as one of the main headquarters of USA's Task Force against magical and otherworldly threats, others wise known MOTS Incorporated to humans who don't know about magic.
The beach is one of the hot spots around town, its a tourist attraction in the community. Its a fairly good spot to go and relax when you need the time.
The city square is basically just a park with the city hall in the background. There are several water fountains in the park and you can find all sorts of animals living there.
MOTS INC is better known as one of the main headquarters of USA's task force against Magical and Otherworldly Threats. Most regular humans think that they are a company whole mine the mountains around the town, and while they are not wrong because the mountains around town have metals that contain magical properties and are good for making weaponry, their main goal is to defend the world from magical threats and to raise young mages to be able to defend the world.
Basically just an area for homes, nothing really special about it.
Whitesburg Academy is home to the Whitesburg Bears, housing a ton of sports teams, as well as other clubs around the school. The more interesting bit exists under the school though. Through a hidden magically sealed door students with magical powers can travel to lower levels of the school which is where magical classes are taken. These classes involve magical history, magical training, sparing, special missions, and team training.Place holder
In the beginning there was nothing. Just an endless oblivion. Then an idea formed, for something to be created, for something to be created, for something new. Out of this Idea came the first forms of matter, light and dark, to opposing forces that clashed together and formed the first being to ever come into existence, the one that was known as the arch sage. This creation became full of knowledge and power. He began to create others like him, but not quite as good... not as perfect. These beings came to be known as Sages. In light of this the Arch Sage saw a vision, that one day the perfect creation would be made, one even better than himself. But he would not be the one to make it.The arch sage wanted to give these creations of his something, they were all unique, all test that he had made to be like him, but never quite working out the way he wanted them to.
The Arch Sage created multiple universes, homes for each of his thousands of creations, hoping that one day they would make creations of their own. The Sage's took up residencies in each of their universes. these Sages went on to do miraculous things creating Galaxies and Plants with in their universes, Making stars from their powers over Light and space with their powers over darkness. But like with the Arch Sage this wasn't enough to sate their lust for creation. They began to Create the sovereigns, Pieces of themselves cut from their own bodies, Less powerful, and more unpredictable from when the Arch sages made them. Some were made to be what Humans would consider to be good, while others were considered to be made into what humans consider to be evil.
In one specific universe a Sage was forming a Galaxy and decided to create a sovereign to rule over it. He wanted to make it perfect, So he cut out part of his heart, one half Light and one half Dark, But the powers of light and dark clashed within this new Sovereigns body and it split into two pieces. The Twin Sovereign were never aware of their parentage, or how they came to be, they just knew that they hated each other. They created realms and strongholds within the galaxy that they resided over. But they were smarter than to just go at each other guns blazing, they were polar opposites, they would never win against each other. They began creating warriors to fight their battles, and those warriors created more and so on.
They decided that their battle ground would be a newly formed planet, that was created when a bunch of asteroids began to hit each other. They named their battle ground Earth.
Their Battle was fierce and out of their blood and the blood of their warriors came a new creation between the powers of light and dark. From the dirt and mud rose humans, creations between the two sovereigns that they never intended to make. For the two it was a creation of mystery, so for the time being the sovereigns backed away from their battle ground and hid in their respective strongholds to observe. Their battles had created life forms before, but none with the intelligence these new humans had. The Twins observed these humans as they grew and developed for the next few million years.
Throughout the ages Humans began to worship and fear the sovereigns, designating one as God and another as Lucifer. The sovereigns manipulated the humans indirectly sometimes by affecting their emotions and starting wars, while sometimes they interfered directly but sending their children down, which later became to be known as the Prophets and Demon Kings, or even the lesser forms of their creations, Angles and Demons.
Many years passed until the sovereigns got bored of playing their games once more. They started another war between each other. This time when they spilled each others blood on the battle field their it released a burst of magical power, granting most humans the ability to use elemental magic like the sovereigns did. With their new found abilities the strongest of humans were able to press back the forces of Hell and Heaven.
Its been many years since that war and over the years many of the legends were twisted and became myths fueling different cultures. while in most cases magic was hereditary in some cases it was not. Presently less than a quarter of the worlds population is able to use magical abilities, so magic is kept secret from the rest of the world and only those who posses it know of it. In secret mages train, take classes in magic and fighting and learn about the true origins of the world. Even country has their own magical task force that is comprised of the mages in that country. Mages blend in with society and live a fairly normal life.

The essence of magic, Magica is formed from a perfect balance in dark matter and light matter which is rather simple to achieve, though it is rather hard to form pure dark matter and pure light matter. Humans and other beings can form magica with relative ease and use this magica to form different elements. The elements which can be formed by magica are rather dependent on the person themselves, whether its their genes or based off something else no one can say for certain, its just known that as a mage progresses with using magica the more they are able to offset the perfect balance between the light and dark matter magica is made up of.
Races refer to different magical creations made by god and the devil, and not different races or ethnic groups. Please note the only playable race is Huamn
Humans are the greatest creation ever made, formed by the clash of the god and the devil and mixing of their powers in the mud.There are a few billions of humans on earth today though less than a quarter of them posses the ability to use magic and the rest are left unaware that magic even exists in this world. There are many different races and ethnic groups among humans (any race or ethnic group that currently exists in the real world exists here.
Demons are direct soldiers of the devil, who posses powers similar to the devil. They are all unique and there are many different races of Demons (which will be listed here when discovered). Demons also have been rated based on their race and power by human mages, The classes range from the lowest level which are D-class demons, and to the Highest level which are A-class demons, Though there are higher levels of ratings Such as S or SS class for special breeds of demons. All demons outside a few special breeds live in Hell.
Angles are direct soldiers of God, who posses powers similar to God. They are all unique but there are very few different races of angle (which will be listed here as discovered). Angles reside in heaven and unlike Demons are not rated as there are few races so they can be classified by those races.
Elves are a special race of demons who live outside of hell in their own dimension. While creations of the devil elves have the natural ability to use light magic like the angles, most likely because they have been affected by gods magic. All elves are eternally beautiful and are highly intelligent. They are also immortal unless they die in combat. Elves are also highly regarded for their technology and being a peaceful race of demons.
A creation of god dwarves are the blacksmiths of the heavens. They aren't quite angles and not quite humans either, they were created from blocks of stone imbued with life magic and light matter and they became what they are. Because of their imbalance of light matter they can become corrupted quite easily. They are natural users of both fire and metal magics.
Created by god These creatures were just an experiment that god did to see if her could breed humans with underwater animals, after many attempts that weren't to his satisfaction he cast of his new creations to the seas of the earth leaving them to their fates. These fish-men and mermen grew into a new underwater race of the earth. There are a few races of Fish-men and mermen which pretty much are based off of what kind of fish they are.
A creation of the Devil Cyclopes' are the blacksmiths of Hell. They are a special race of demons that were created from clay they were only given one eye as the devil did not want to waist another eye on demons that would not become warriors in her armies. When cyclopes' are born they are given a bath in the flames of hell which give them the natural ability to just fire magic. They can also naturally use metal magic.
Magic can be used in many different ways in the world, just some of these ways are:
Caster types: Cast the magic directly, like using a fire ball spell or a lightning bolt spell
Summon types: Use your magic to summon some sort of moving construct, like golems
Creation type: Use your magic to create weapons or armor.
Enchantment type: Use your magic to imbued power into your already existing weapons, like giving your sword an extra charge when using lightning magic.
Caster types: Cast the magic directly, like using a fire ball spell or a lightning bolt spell

Fire magic harnesses the most destructive force on earth. Fire magic and its evolutions usually have a weakness to water, but they are typically strong against wind magics
Wind magics Harness the gales of the earth, they can cut or they can push a foe back. Wind magics have an advantage over lightning magics but are weak to fire magics
Lightning magics have the power to harness the energies generated by the earth and clouds. It has a disadvantage to wind magic but an advantage to earth magic.
Earth magics have the power to harness the very essence of the planet itself. These magics are strong against water magics but weak against lightning magics
Water Magics have the power to take control of the sea and any other form of water. These magics are strong to fire magics but are weak against earth magics.
Water walking: A magic that is taught to most mages when they are starting off. It uses pure Magica, which is the essence of all magic before it takes form into a element, to keep you from sinking in water. This can be applied to the bottom of a mages feet to allow them to stand on the surface of the water.
Reinforcement: This magic is also taught to mages when their young, which allows the mage to coat their body in a layer of magica which prevents them from taking a bunch of damage when getting hit by a spell. This can come in handy when sparing
