Ok so this is the plot.
Your character is a mother, in her 30s she has recently moved to an inner-city apartment with her 4 year old daughter, over the last few weeks the city has been ravaged by a strange woman with extraordinary powers. Nearly indestructible with immense power and abilities far beyond that of the strongest and fastest human, she seems to at random go on rampages through the city. In response to this threat, a government military division has moved into the city in order to capture or kill her at all costs, but why?... well, this is it.

(YC's backstory)
almost 7 years ago, your character, she was the assistant to a brilliant scientist deep within a secretive military complex devoted to research in the pursuit of creating super soldiers. With the hope of making even a dozen super soldiers that could make standard militaries obsolete, no more sending thousands of soldiers into warzones! just drop a couple "supers" in and BAM! 10,000 enemy soldiers dead and their leader's head on a spike within a fortnight. Of course, something went wrong.
One of the test subjects, a young man barely into his 20s had volunteered to be a test subject. with their latest elixir's effects taking their toll he managed to escape his captivity, luckily he was an "incomplete product" and was able to be gunned down, however during the escape he pinned down YC, and as he was riddled with bullets some of his blood got into her mouth and eyes. She was put into quarantine however she also began to experience changes... she was becoming what they had strived to achieve, a super-soldier.
She was locked up and experimented on, her endurance pushed to breaking, her dignity tarnished as she was tied down and examined in the most humiliating ways, during this time, she developed a new trait, she would change between being her normal self and being the creature that she had transformed into. One day, 5 years before the beginning of the RP, there was a mass-escape of other "failed products" during the chaos she broke free from her cell, she killed her guards, the scientist she was once the assistant to, and with blood on her hands, she forced herself on the doctor's new assistant, completely lost in the chaos which she, in her transformed state, felt as extacy. after having her way with him she killed him too, and finally made her escape.
She wandered for months, becoming heavily pregnant with the child conceived by her violation of that young man, he was even younger than the "failed product" that infected her. She gave birth to a girl and over time developed a new identity, eventually moving to the city where she now lives in an apartment next to another young man, this one just about the same age as the one who infected her. When she feels the urge to transform into "the beast" as she calls it, she drops her daughter off at her neighbor's apartment before leaving the building to transform and go on an uncontrollable rampage.
