- Ame was born into an affluent and prestigious urban household as a middle child, for whom familial expectations and ties fluctuated as the years went on. Ame was initially cherished as a young child, showered with attention and favor by those around him, who had high hopes and expectations for him to live up to the great successes of both his parents and his older siblings, all of whom were accomplished in their own right. Ame took up art as a talent of his, which he tried to make his own in a way that his family could be proud of. However, the cracks started to show once Ame began to struggle under the weight of the pressures placed upon him. While he was a bright child, he could only barely compete against his own siblings, let alone the rivals and peers he faced in the private schools he was enrolled into.
- This all came to ahead when Ame experienced a complete mental breakdown, awakening his powers completely for the first time in order to avoid his academic responsibilities and his work as an artist. Eventually, his parents gave up on him, and Ame slowly faded into the background of his family, being ignored by those around him.
- He would continue to subsist in his parents' home into his 20s, long after even his younger siblings had moved onward. Ame became quite the black sheep in his family due to his failure, a person rarely spoken of except in hushed tones and warnings. All the while, Ame's mental instability grew worse and worse, reflected in his art which began to almost take a life of its own as his powers evolved further. His self-loathing and feelings of worthlessness festered, culminating in his final confrontation with his parents, in which Ame would realize that they no longer even recognized him, as they had seemingly managed to forget he was even still around - with his powers working that well and subtly.
- Resolving himself to stop burdening his loved ones with his presence, Ame finally decided to unceremoniously leave his home, making his way to the town of Blueridge with the intent to quietly settle down and disappear for good, all the while his powers constantly tormenting him and continuing his lengthy depression.
- Ame is a deeply troubled person, having lived a life filled with regrets and mediocrity that ache at his very soul. At the core of it all is his intense feeling of worthlessness that drives his self hatred. He feels guilt for being unable to live up to his family’s expectations, as well as for allowing his emotions to become a burden on everyone around him. Due to this, Ame is constantly shifting between trying to isolate himself as a form of self punishment or doing whatever he can to try and atone for his seemingly meaningless life, leading to a very selfless mindset.
- Aura of Humility :
- Ame is capable of both involuntarily and voluntarily projecting the insecurities and self-doubts of others in the form of dreams and illusions in the minds of those around him.

- Ame can become imperceivable by ordinary, mundane senses.

appearance: Tucker is a bit on the chubbier side, and doesn't like to be reminded of it. Tucker has shoulder-length light brown hair, downturned hazel eyes and sandy skin. Tucker wears reading glasses all the time. Tucker wears whatever is in the closet. Is noted by everyone to smell like food all the time.
personality: Tucker is nice to everyone, but also comes off as aloof because they don't really get emotionally attached. Tucker's first thought is always food and that's how they show kindness. They are pretty even-tempered, but are also a bit cynical, tending to push people away if they try to bond with them. They have a tendency to bottle up their feelings and put on a smile. Their personality would've been like this even if no one was mean to them, but because of all the toxic relationships, it's gotten worse.
brief backstory: Tucker has been fat-shamed by a lot of people to the point where Tucker eats whenever they get fat-shamed by anyone. However, it also makes them even more insecure about their weight because they are afraid that they are becoming fat from all that eating. This insecurity developed from their childhood, where their parents, aunts and most of their extended family would tell them to lose weight, except for their grandma. Tucker's grandma would just feed them, which was fine with them. As Tucker grew older, they fell in with the popular kids, who kept them around as kind of a freak for being able to eat a lot. They promptly left those kids too. Tucker actually loned it for a long time because they didn't trust anyone not to take advantage of their gluttony.
As time went on, their family became more and more toxic in their fat-shaming until Tucker just decided to cut ties with their family. While googling random towns, Tucker saw an ad for Blueridge and decided to move there because the ratings were good. To their pleasant surprise, Tucker wasn't fat-shamed as much, so they stayed.
abilities:
Is able to tell the quality and the freshness of food(plus when said food expires) with a glance. (develops later in the rp)
Gluttony aura: people have the urge to eat whenever Tucker is around. (it's rusty and kind of unreliable for now)
Can eat a lot more than you'd think. On top of that, only around 50% said food reaches the body as calories and fat. (strongest power by far)

Eloise appears easy going and fun to many, but those closer to her may describe her as cold at times. Many situations that upset or excite those around her seem to leave her unaffected. No matter how much she tries, she experiences life as if from behind a glass wall and finds it hard to form deep, meaningful connections to others.
She is insecure and seeks validation, but hides these aspects well behind a cocky, provocative facade. While she enjoys ruffling someone's feathers, she isn't out to cause drama or truly hurt anyone's feelings.
Backstory: Raised by her grandparents in the countryside, Eloise never knew wealth, but she remembers feeling happy - or rather, content. When she was seven years old, her mother came back for her and brought her back to the city. While her grandparents had never spoken about how she came to live with them, only ever alluding that her mother was 'unwell and trying to get better', Eloise soon figured out what her mother was a drug addict. The years that followed are hard for her to remember and she prefers not to. Moving from place to place with ever new sets of faces, she was always hungry, cold and left to her own devices. Whenever her mother was with her, she seemed to get better, as if her daughter took the edge of her cravings somehow... but when she disappeared with yet a new boyfriend again, she would always return worse than before. Eventually, Eloise figured out that she really could make the cravings go away, but only for a time. She tried anything she could get her hands on to feel something beside the pain of dulling those cravings or her own numbness, but no drug ever seemed to have an effect on her beside making her sick.
Then she met Zac, and everything changed. He was kind to her, he cared about her, brought her food and hung out with her. He wasn't like the other addicts, he was trying to get clean. This is what she told herself, but at 15, Eloise wanted to believe someone had finally come to save her, still believed someone would. On her sixteenth birthday, they ran away together. Zac was still trying to get clean, and whenever he was with her, he seemed to get better. Unlike her mother, however, Zac figured things out. He was smart, perhaps too smart, and believed he could use Eloise's 'ability' to his advantage. Get high without staying addicted, so to say. But they needed money, and what better way to make money than to promise other addicts the same? Get high, but when withdrawal hits, come to our place, we've got a solution. At first, it was only friends, then it became their primary income. Zac was no long kind and caring, he no longer brought her food when she was recovering. Instead, he had started hitting her when she asked where their money had gone and they fought endlessly. She began to fear his outbursts, especially when he was drunk or in need of a fix. She stopped asking where the money had gone, she knew.
That was three years ago now, the night he crossed the line and she woke up to the paramedics. After that, she left and drifted from place to place. Now, she is in a place called Blueridge, but who knows how long she will stay there?
Abilities: Eloise can dull or erase strong emotions of any kind in others, but at great cost. With negative emotions, she will feel fatigued and cold afterwards, possibly come down with a fever and has fainted from attempting this trick in the past. Only a few times has she tried to temper positive emotions in order to gain them for herself. It put her in a slightly confused, dream like state, but the rush faded quickly and she has not yet mastered this.
