Narissa took great care to keep Edward from falling in love, marrying and gaining the throne by default, but alas when he falls for Giselle her plans are nearly thwarted. Though Giselle defeats Narissa in an epic battle on top of the Woolworth Building in New York City, and the queen falls to her death, she is later revived by the God of the Underworld Hades and brought back to her kingdom. Bitter and vengeful, she agrees to work with Maleficent to destroy the citizens of the Magic Kingdom, especially that bratty little redhead Giselle.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Though it was never her intention to defer to Maleficent in all things, Narissa found it to her advantage to work as assistant to Mayor Maleficent. It gave her just enough power to assuage her. She now goes by the name Veronica Queen, making the citizens believe she is the daughter of a politician from out of state and came to the town to find a more small and intimate place to reside a couple of years prior.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

In both worlds she is hell-bent on keeping what power she has and hates all who get in her way, however living in our world has taught her a little bit more subtlety when expressing her motivations. By and large the people of the town see her as the cougar lady or the mayor's assistant. She is obsessed with looking and feeling young and despises younger, prettier women. Especially redheads.[/COLOR][/SIZE]
