Ojore Kante

Ojore and Kamaria met over one hundred years ago. The two of them got together a few times but went their separate ways soon after. Somehow the two of them met again in New York and ever since then there has been tension between the two of them. The two of them are always playing games with each other, pushing, pulling, and challenging the other. Despite how she acts Kamaria does respect Ojore as a powerful and influential individual. And she’s quite attracted to him, though she’d never admit it.

Theopanes Arullius

Alsek Sensmeir

As her head of security Kamaria trust Alsek with a lot of things. When she became clan leader she also gave him the tasks of teach members about fighting and self defense. The two of them are similar in personality so Kamaria gets along with him well enough. His loyalty and protective ways are something that she both admires and appreciates.

Zaire Johnson

Despite the fact that Zaire works closely with the Lucinius Clan Kamaria treats him like one of her own. Because she is a suspicious person there is a small part of her that’s worried that he may betray them but seeing as he hasn’t given her any reason to say so she’s fine. Kamaria views his position as something to be used to her advantage.

Himera Leos

Himera and Kamaria arrived in New York around the same time. The two of them had a friendly relationship for a while. That was until a Abarra clan member had caused trouble for Kamaria. She had wanted their head but Himera provided shelter for them. Kamaria is still not over it.

Catherine Streller

Kamaria finds Catherine annoying and far too talkative. She hired her at her bar long ago as a favor to Ojore. Kamaria tends to ignore her for the most part, only interacting when their are complaints about her. Lately she has been showing up late to work, and Kamaria is losing her patience with her.

William Shaw

Kamaria first encountered William when he was only a teenager during his time as a slave. Kamaria had come along, purchasing slaves and turning those who impressed her. She hadn’t bought William, feeling that he was too young to turn and would be of no use to her. They met two hundred years later at a party but parted ways again.

  • Theopanes Arullius: Cat doesn't know him beyond his name, face, and clan. She would tell you that the reason she doesn't know him better is because he's probably not interesting enough.
  • Sarah Hendriks: Cat finds Sarah to be boring and not fun enough. She likes excitement and activity, trouble and mischief, and Sarah doesn't give that to her. And trust Cat-- she's tried. Whenever Sarah comes by to the bars, Catherine purposely makes her drinks doubles when she asks for singles, and triples when she asks for doubles, and still, nothing exciting enough happens for Cat's standards!
  • Alexandre Ancel: Lex has a pretty face, and it's hard for Cat to resist things that look nice. She and the Lucinius male have fooled around a few times, often after serving him more than a handful of drinks at one of Kamaria's clubs. Their interactions don't really extend beyond a surface level sexual and friendly sort of thing. Friends with benefits, though the "benefits" occur infrequently enough that Cat doesn't think of him as anything more than a friend.
  • Josephine Finn: Because Josie is so new to the vampire world, Catherine hasn't had a chance to get to know her yet.
  • Kamaria Aten: It's not the interpretation of the vibe that many people would claim that Kamaria gives off, but if you asked Cat, she would probably tell you that she thinks Kamaria is super funny. It's nothing less than a reflection of how out of touch Cat can be, living in her own world where everything is fine and dandy. She's lucky that Ojore is often willing to put himself in between them to save Catherine from Kamaria's wrath, because she's certainly deserved it more than a few times. Ojore was the one who managed to convince Kamaria to let Cat work as a bartender in one of her establishments since Catherine never had much motivation to seek out a career like the others. Cat likes it there and seems completely ignorant to Kamaria's annoyance whenever she shows up late or acts improperly, often laughing it off. It's a reaction that's likely going to get her into trouble one day when Ojore isn't there to save her, but Cat's intentions are never to be disrespectful. She's just not totally with it all the time.
  • Alsek Sensmeir:
  • Marcianna Chaldean:
  • Zaire Johnson: Cat thinks that Zaire is attractive, and she enjoys toying with him when he comes in to drink when she's working. She knows how to seduce men for her own pleasure, and Zaire is always a good candidate for that. The tension that it causes when Ojore is around makes it all the more fun for Cat since conflict is somehow amusing to her in most situations. She knows that Zaire is a player and that he just wants to sleep with her, and she's fine with that. As of now, she's not interested in anything other than leading him on and getting him to tip well when he's way too drunk though.
  • Himera Leos: Cat loves Himera, believing her to be the perfect mixture of smart and fun. Unlike Kamaria, Himera isn't a super serious boss when Cat bartends for her, and at home, she knows how to have fun too. They have a sister like dynamic and Himera is typically the first person that Cat goes to when she has a problem of any sort.
  • William Shaw: Catherine considered Will to be her closest friend in the clan before he left. She thought that he was the coolest and most interesting person she had ever encountered, often bothering him to hang out with her and tell her about the people he met in his travels and the things that he had done. While she had existed for longer than he had, her life had been lived in a relatively mundane manner, and while she preferred it that way, she did like indulging in adventure through him. She developed a pretty solid crush on him until one day, he just never came home again. So he got some people killed--they probably had it coming. Even if they hadn't, it didn't mean that he should have just left like that! Cat refuses to acknowledge how him being kicked out of the city was for the best. She feels like her friend abandoned her without any warning, and is still bitter about it to this day.
  • Ojore Kante: Ojore plays a big brother figure to Cat that she sometimes doesn't want, but definitely needs. They sometimes have different views on what constitutes a priority, but it never aggravates Catherine quite as much as it seems to bother Ojore. Cat loves him nonetheless and does listen to him more than she would anyone else, even if that's not a 100% thing in itself.

Himera Leos

Theopanes Arullius: Although Himera can barely stand Lucinius drones, Theo is probably the one she most respects out of the bunch. His time as a fixer earned her attention and respect since even a righteous Lucinius have their vices.

Sarah Hendriks: Because of Sarah's association to Lucinius and that she kept her distance from the eye of other clans, Himera just sees Sarah as another Lucinius headache.

Alexandre Ancel: TBD

Josephine Finn: TBD

Kamaria Aten: Kamaria had arrived to New York at the very same time as Himera. The two personalities and tastes for luxury brought them together as respectable friends. But their clash concerning the trouble an Abarra member had caused for latter drew some tension between them. Though Himera is secretly saddened at the loss of a friend, she keeps a strong front for the loyalty to her clan.

Alsek Sensmeir: TBD
Marcianna Chaldean: TBD

Zaire Johnson: Zaire and Himera got along like old buddies who met at Alcoholics Anonymous. Himera respects Zaire as a regular patron of her establishment and for using his position in the city to help businesses like hers have an easier time dealing with authorities. There's also something she finds charming about him but because of all the trouble it would bring her to admit it, decided against making that fact known.

William Shaw: Having met by chance back in Europe, Will seemed like an omen of chaos. On more than one occasion did Himera get dragged into his trouble, and having to be the one to bail both of them out. No matter how much he screws up though, Himera always ends up looking out for him. With his return to New York, it'll give her all the more reasons to drink.

Catherine Streller: Catherine was one of the first Abarra members she warmed up to. Her playful deviant energy is something Himera enjoys seeing other people have to deal with. They have a more sisterly relationship- with Catherine always taking things out of Mera's closet, poking fun at Ojore together, and having relationship talks.

Ojore Kante: He was the first to reach out to her and convinced her to join the clan. She places a lot of respect for the way he runs the clan and looks out for its members. She also considers him an important business partner as her smuggling business and his drug ring goes hand in hand.

Robin Walker: As a younger member of Abarra and a fellow smuggler that works under Himera, she sees Robin as a little sister. Though she sees a lot of potential in Robin to tackle problems, Himera has to regularly keep herself from being overbearing.

Alexandre Ancel

Josephine Finn

Kamaria Aten
| Alsek has great respect and admiration for Kamaria. He would do anything she asked, and he has complete trust in her ability to lead. He respects her power and authority, which he believes is a rarity. Their similarities allow them to mesh instead of clash.

Catherine Streller | Her carefree demeanor and overly talkative nature irritate Alsek. He will engage in a conversation when necessary or for simple pleasantries, but he won’t go out of his way to talk to her. He views her as weak and prefers more strait-laced individuals who know what they want and who chase after it. However, he doesn’t always despise her need to fill the air.

Marcianna Chaldean

Zaire Johnson
| Alsek trusts Zaire to do his job and protect the clan when necessary. His expectations of Zaire may be seem slightly higher because of his close relationship with the Lucinius clan. Despite this, Alsek doesn’t mind engaging conversing with him.

William Shaw

Himera Leos
| Alsek has much respect for Himera and enjoys her company, despite her being an Abarra. She has many attractive qualities, but her confrontational and bold manner intrigue him the most.

Ojore Kante | Alsek is not a fan of the Abarra leader. He is aware that Kante is a powerful individual but despises how he runs his clan. He believes Kante has potential, but does not trust him nor has the faith in him to lead well.

Dory's Relationships
  • Jack King: While she frequently switches between referring to him as her husband and her boyfriend, it's safe to say that Dory and Jack are in a committed relationship. Though she tends to dislike men like him, ones who believe they're all-powerful merely because they can throw a boulder, something about him captivated her. Maybe his timing in the clan was just right, when she was looking for a companion, but whatever it was, the two of them have been a pair ever since.
  • Alexandre Ancel: Lex is like a younger brother to Dory. She cares about him and feels an inherent need to look after him. Following Marcos' death, she allowed Lex to step into a position of power because she knows that he has potential, but also because she knows that he'll listen to her. She's unsure if she wants to publicly play leader in her clan yet, so allowing Lex to be the face of the clan is temporarily fine with her since it still allows her to be the brains of it.
  • Joséphine Cygne: Dory has done her best to help Josie acclimate to her new life as a vampire. She sympathizes for the girl, as she can imagine that being pulled from her life so abruptly had to have been traumatic, and has advocated against some of the criticism that originally came with the girl's unexpected arrival.
  • Ojore Kante: Dory finds Ojore to be harmless for the most part. She thinks that he does a good job at being a ringleader for the circus of a clan he has, but that his leadership qualities and strengths end there. She can converse with him civilly but feels like he's levels and levels below her in terms of intellect and potential.
  • Zaire Johnson:
  • Kamaria Aten:
  • Robin Walker:
  • William Shaw:
  • Catherine Streller:
  • Himera Leos:
