I will leave an example at the bottom. Anything with stars are optional.
Name:
Origin: (Name of Franchise, or "Original" for characters that do not belong in any franchise.)
*Age:
*Race:
Gender:
Description: (Describe character, or add picture.)
Personality:
Powers and Abilities:
Weaknesses:
Bio: (Talk about character, and what happened before their universe was destroyed.)

3 Examples below (Who are also my entries); if you already get the idea, then proceed downward.
Name: Pepperjack
Origin: Original
Age: Somewhere in his 30's
Race: Unknown Majin Buu-like creature.
Gender: Male
Description: He is a tall man, standing about 7 feet. He is rather fat, with grey skin, and neck length orange hair that is covered by a black bandana. He wears a short sleeved, dark green button up shirt, baggy white pants, heavy duty gloves, and tan work shoes. His eye color is yellow, and strangely has no nose.
Personality: Pepperjack can be best described as demanding, and being kind of grumpy, as he usually tries to get his job done, and hates when things go wrong. Despite this, he has a soft side to him, showing that he's not such a bad guy.
Powers and Abilities: Despite looking like a guy who eats potato chips all day, he's actually really strong. So strong in fact, that he's deemed one of the most powerful beings from his own universe. Not only that, but he can also stretch his limbs around like a cartoon character, and fire a barrage of purple energy missiles from his hands.
Weaknesses: While Pepperjack can take punches, he's not indestructible. He may be strong, but he would need some help to take on more powerful beings. Ice also limits his stretch ability.
Bio: Pepperjack is an administrator at the UCA, and acts more like the mission giver then the guy who does them. In his universe, he is just doing what he can to put food on the table, while taking care of his pretty teenage daughter, Brie. Being that she's his only family left, Pepperjack will do anything to protect her, even if it means busting some heads. As stated before, he may have a tough exterior (possibly caused by his wife's death) but he's a team player, and can definitely warm up to you if you get to know him. He's the only one of the characters here who's universe is still intact.

KSA_Bio_Spark_artwork.png
Name: Bio Spark.
Origin: Kirby
Gender: Male
Description: See picture above.
Personality: Level headed, but feisty. Very calm, and also very persistent.
Powers and Abilities: Very knowledgeable of ninjutsu. Expert strategist. Uses katana and kunai knives.
Weaknesses: Not good at taking on enemies head on. Stresses out if plan is not put into order.
Bio(spark): Bio Spark is one of the last surviving ninja's on the planet of Popstar. He is a rather lonesome soul, but he often tries to be social, especially with Kirby. One day, King DeDeDe had done something to screw with the space time continuum, and was enlisted with the UCA to help defeat him, and other Dimension Hoppers. He's been an agent ever since.

terra.png
Name: Terra
Origin: Teen Titans (2003)
Gender: Female
Description: See picture above.
Personality: Often very lonely, but very loyal to friends. Feels regret for horrid act, and is often irritable.
Powers and Abilities: Geokinesis. Hand-to-hand combat.
Weaknesses: Too emotional for her own good. Not that strong.
Bio: Terra was once a princess, who ran off from home and became part of a team known as the Teen Titans. She, however, betrayed her only friends when an evil man said she owed her for a favor. In a strange turn of events, she redeems herself, and after many unexplainable events finds herself back amongst her ranks. As it turns out, however, something seemed to be a strange misdemeanor on fates part. Thanks to this mishap, she was brought in by the UCA, helping correct other universes from Dimension Hoppers.

Name: Jormund Warg
Origin: Valheim OC (with some creative liberties)
*Age: early to mid 20s
*Race: Scandinavian
Gender: male
Description:
jormund_soul_ref.png

Personality: jormund is a generally quiet man with a somewhat serious demeanor. He can be jovial and more laid back at times, and can be considered "go with the flow", especially when he's had enough to drink.
Powers and Abilities: he's a viking, so he's very good at battle. He can also choose from several Forsaken powers that have various effects, but can only use one at a time and once every 24 hours. (Eikthyr power: reduces stamina cost of running and jumping by 60%, The Elder power: increases damage to wood and trees by 60%, bonemass power: provides resistance to blunt, slash, and piercing damage, reducing damage taken by 50%-75% depending on armor. Maximum reduction is reached when the armor value is at least half of the incoming damage. These are what he has so far.) Next are my "creative liberty" powers. He is a Warg, which means he has the power to control a wolf in his dreams or when tremendously focused while awake. He isn't entirely aware he has this ability though.
Weaknesses: he is still mortal. He can only use 1 forsaken power once a day, and while "warging" his body is left still and vulnerable. If his body dies while warging, his consciousness will be stuck in the animal he is controlling.
Bio: jormund doesn't actually remember much of his life, just that he died and was taken to the 10th realm to prove his worth of entering Valhalla by defeating the forsaken. He has memory-like dreams sometimes, that give him a sense of what his life was like while alive. He was preparing to face Moder, a Forsaken in the form of a frost-spitting dragon, when his universe was destroyed.

A Viking, that's unexpected but I like it.

4924B34E-383B-481A-BE61-FDA7FC50E9C2.png

Name: Aya Brea
Origin: Parasite Eve
Age: 28
Race: Human
Gender: Female

Description:
Aya is a mixed-ethnicity Japanese-American woman, standing 5’3 and weighing 106 pounds. Regardless of her smaller stature, she has enough muscle tone to do her job as a law enforcement agent. Her mode of dress is practical and modest, favoring t-shirts, jackets, and jeans over fancy dresses and other ensembles that hinder movement.

Personality:
Aya is able to clearly articulate her thoughts, in no uncertain terms. She is strong and independent, but is glad to accept what help comes her way and to help in return. She has an iron will and a keen investigative mind. Aya is also health-conscious, not fond of fatty foods like potato chips, ice cream, and excessive amounts of soda. Her sense of humor is somewhat dry and sardonic. She likes practicing with her guns and appreciates when people go into a dangerous situation well-prepared.

Her insecurities mostly involve her powers, a result of her mutant mitochondrial DNA. She fears causing collateral damage with her powers, as well as being labeled a monster. She tries to suffice with guns and quick wit, using her powers only in the most desperate situations.

Powers and Abilities:
  • FBI Weapons Training - Part of Aya’s job is to have a thorough understanding of weapons. She can easily identify and use firearms that were in military and police service throughout the 90’s. Her steady aim has netted her several trophies in FBI shooting competitions.
  • Parasite Energies - Aya’s highly unusual cells allow her to use a suite of special magic-like powers. She can currently use these “spells”:
    • Necrosis - Electric shock that kills off cells
    • Combustion - Wide-range sweeping fire
    • Energy Shot - Increases bullets’ kinetic energy
    • Metabolism - Cures toxins affecting Aya
  • Rapid healing - Aya can stimulate her own healing process using various medicines, such as pain relievers and analgesic capsules.
  • Liberate (LOCKED) - Aya can transform into a fairy-like creature capable of flight and delivering explosive punches.
Equipment:
  • Beretta 93R - A select-fire, 20-round 9mm pistol popular among European counterterrorists. Aya’s sidearm of choice, customized with wooden grips.
  • 9mm Parabellum - Standard FMJ handgun rounds her team uses in field operations. Aya starts with a healthy supply of 100 rounds.
  • Sabre Red - Potent pepper spray used by law enforcement throughout the U.S.
  • Medicine 1 - A common pain reliever that allows Aya to heal her minor wounds.
Weaknesses:
Despite her unique powers, she only has the agility and strength of a human. She also underutilizes her powers in most cases, which causes them to go dormant after a few months. She is hesitant to shoot a living person.

Bio:
Aya Brea lived most of her life in New York City, raised by her widower father. She became a police officer in the mid-1990’s. On Christmas Eve 1997, she attended an opera at Carnegie Hall, during which the lead actress caused most of the audience to spontaneously combust. The actress was the host of Mitochondria Eve, whose diabolical plan involved creating a godlike being to liberate all mitochondria from control by the cells’ nuclei. Aided by her own rapidly-evolving mitochondrial DNA, Aya thwarted the plan shortly before New Years, killing Eve and blowing up a U.S. Naval Cruiser with the Ultimate Being on-board.

New York held a lot of bitter and traumatic memories for Aya, so she moved all the way to Los Angeles, where she was offered a job with the FBI’s Mitochondrion Investigation and Suppression Team (MIST).

The current year is 2000. In early September, Aya and her partner Rupert were dispatched to the Akropolis Tower to investigate a possible Neo-Mitochondrion Creature (NMC) disturbance. What they found was a dead LAPD SWAT team and a new breed of creatures feasting on the corpses. Worse yet, the building was rigged with explosives and a machete-wielding madman was out to kill all witnesses. Aya and Rupert narrowly escaped by helicopter as the tower exploded.

While on her way to the MIST shooting range to practice before her next mission in the Mojave desert, Aya blacked out and woke up somewhere entirely different. That’s when a whole new nightmare starts.

Interesting. Both of your characters are good to go.

Ooooooooooo. I'd love to see how she takes on this upcoming nightmare.

Name: Emet Selch
Alias: Hades, Solus zos Galvus, The Architect, Founding Father
Origin: Final Fantasy XIV
Race: Ascian
Gender: Male
Personality:
More eccentric and talkative than one would expect for a being such as he, as well as being unpredictable and condescending at times towards his allies with his eccentricities often leave those around him exasperated or enraged. Emet-Selch is a loner at times, and beneath his eccentricity and cheerfulness lies centuries of sorrow and pain over all his people have lost. This can only be matched however by the burning hatred for the diety that caused such and all who fight in her name. In contrast to the maniacal scheming, the passionate rage, the patronizing arrogance, or the cold rationality of several of his surviving people, Emet-Selch is filled with deep regret and bitterness over his race's fall. Whenever he speaks his true feelings, his pain and despair, his voice deepens and becomes more gravely.

Powers and Abilities:
Magical and Spiritual Knowledge, Creation, Spirit and Darkness Magic, Aether/Spirit Manipulation, The Echo, Raw Magical Power, Manipulation, Charisma, Tactics and Planning, Intelligence.
Fighting Style:
Normally one to forgo conflict entirely in favor of either having others do so in his stead, talking or some grand scheme achieving what he wants without a blow thrown. When pushed it is however shown this is entirely a matter of preference and not one of necessity. Combat itself depends entirely on the personal stakes or interest within such itself and may simply involve removing himself from the situation entirely though if remaining his first tactic tends to be the use of an advanced magi-tech firearm more resembling a one-handed rifle than a pistol at a range only escalating if the situation requires the effort. Following this, he may employ his creative abilities in the form of constructs or simply raw magical force to dislodge opponents, and only after this will he begin to utilize any real effort by through the use of dark magic or summoned projectiles as well as finally donning his armor. Should all else fail he will finally shed his mortal form to an amalgamation enhanced by the memories of his fallen people, this form is far larger as well as magics possessing far more power and collateral effects.

Weaknesses: White Aetherite, Memories of Ascians
Bio:
Initially a member of the convocation of the 14, a group devoted to preserving the great city of Amaurot and the world as a whole. Falling into despair following seeing their world besieged by a calamity from within he joined with his people in a ritual to preserve their world, half of their race willingly giving their lives to save the other. Following such a sacrifice they aimed to restore those lost by fostering new life for the sole purpose of restoring those who were lost once more in exchange, yet conflict arose between the remaining people as to the morality of such a plan leading to an even greater conflict that shattered the world and its life into countless shards. One of the few to survive such they set about a new goal, to undo the damage and rejoin the worlds to merge them once more into a whole by moving between them and orchestrating events to lead to the eventual great rejoining, the fragmented souls and life emerging to be combined once more and made whole.

One such was the prime world known as the source was the founding of the Garlean Empire, seen as a visionary and brilliant leader who dreamed of a glorious future for his people. He forged an empire in the span of a single generation, but his vision led to war and expansion, the Garleans conquering nation after nation under the pretense of "uplifting" them and ending the threat of the primal gods to ensure the prime world remained stable. He has continued to labor towards restoring his world task unrelenting over the centuries that soon turned to millennia, working in the shadows and pulling the strings needed with the others who survived in there shared a dream of seeing home once more.

Quite an interesting entry. I also like his outfit. Can't wait to see how he cooperates (Or bickers) with everyone else.

In the game he is a...unique character has a dry sarcastic wit/sass at times as well as a low energy aloofness to him. Given the game hes from is a MMO with a few hundred hours worth of story it is a little hard to explain everything in one CS.

The short version from that game though is that there was a single world that ended up being shattered into 14 shards each represented as a Crystal and he was trying to reunite them back into a single crystal. He was the Villian because the player/NPC's on one of those shards would be essentially killed if they were all rejoined back to the single one, but never saw himself as one since if anything he was returning them all to what they should be.

Also has a few images, the one i chose was a suit version i liked the art of, ill find one from the game directly

I mean for purpose of the plot blurb you put in the recruitment thread he's likely a Anti-Hero type, since his main focus would be on restoring his "World" even if its still shattered into the 14 shards when its restored, but if its restored into its original form thas perfect for him given what he was having to do to try and get that done. Though he will likely not outright mention that it's something that would erase 14 Universes worth of people to restore the one single Universe he was from initially.

Ooooh ok, that’s fair. Alrighty, he’s good to go.

I added one ability from the first game. It’s “locked” because I’m waiting for something major to happen before that power awakens again.
