Alice Reynolds/"Dream Queen"

Abilities/Powers/Skills:
Slumbering Gas - Dream Queen can produce a special form of gas from her body that causes others to fall asleep. The potency of the gas depends on how she emits it, as there are two methods she is currently able to use, one she can control and the other she cannot. The first method of which she can control is to produce the gas from the pores in her skin which can slowly lull others to sleep over time and is colorless. The other method is by taking off her filtration mask which filters the gas that naturally is emitted out of her mouth, and when the gas comes out of her mouth it is a purple color, and much more potent. Any normal beings who breathes in the gas she directly breathes out of her mouth will fall unconscious in seconds, and will remain in a coma from anywhere to hours to months depending on how much was breathed in.

Gas Immunity - Alice is immune to the effects of the gas she produces.

Gas Manipulation - Dream Queen can control the flow of the gas she produces, making it surround individuals or spread out towards a group. If the target leaves her line of sight however, she will be unable to force the gas to intentionally affect that target.

Weaknesses/Counter Strategies:
1) The gas that she produces through the pores of her skin is diluted, and very weak. If you can force her to stop producing it, break her focus, or render her unconscious before you fall asleep, then the effect will quickly go away. If in a well ventilated room, the gas may also be too spread out to cause any notable effect on others.

2) Outside of her gas abilities, Alice is no different from other 19 year old girls. She doesn't possess any special physical or mental capabilities, so she can be easily outsmarted by those who understand how her abilities work or via direct combat.

3) Although she is often quiet and acts level headed, Dream Queen actually can fall easy to insults and sarcasm, losing her temper quickly. Many times if someone provokes her, she will take off her mask and directly breath her gas onto them to make them shut up.

4) Although the gas from her mask is very potent, it is also very noticeable and can be filtered out by normal gas masks.

Backstory:
Alice was born to middle class parents on a farm, but despite how her family lived, she was obsessed with the rich. To be specific, she was obsessed with the idea of noble ladies, and wanted desperately to become what her ideal "Lady" was. After discovering the idea witchcraft when she was 16, Alice tried any number of spells and rituals to make her wish come true. None of them seemed to be true magic however, and on each failed attempt she became more and more obsessed. This worried her parents, who tried to talk to her about it and take her to counseling to calm this behavior down. After two years, Alice was 18, and stole her parent's life savings to hire a scientist to make her a "noble among other girls". This scientist meanwhile, was trying to test out how to alter other's DNA to produce traits which embody one's desires. This procedure to alter a person's DNA in this way was called the "Dreamer's Method" as it required the subject to be dreaming and asleep during the entire process. Alice got her wish, as her appearance changed drastically from being a tan skinned green eyed tall girl with freckles, to a short blonde haired blue eyed girl with perfectly smooth pale skin. The scientist was more than pleased, but the process was flawed, as not long after Alice was awoken, a purple gas rapidly escaped through her mouth. The scientist was terrified, and tried to run away, but was instantly put asleep. Alice, confused, found a mirror and found her changes to be more than she could ever hope for. There was only one problem: The gas. How unrefined was it for gas to come out of a lady's mouth? She tried her best to wake the scientist up, but regardless of what she tried he wouldn't wake up. Growing furious at her being so close to her goal, Alice lost all sense of reason and killed the scientist. After using his life to vent her anger, Alice realized she had no idea how to do the procedure on her own. Running away from home, she has since used her abilities for a life of crime, excusing it as "Noble ladies shouldn't need to obey to laws of common man."​
