[Species Sheet]

Name: Finecians

General Life-Span (Eternal Allowed): Given the species general high living standard thanks to the nature of a successful trade hub most members of this species enjoy an average lifespan of 310-325 years, although this can be greatly extended with the implementation of bionics. Of course bionics are quite expensive and therefore most cannot afford the amount of bionic part replacements necessary to extend their lifespan more than a century or two. Some, predominantly the lower classes, may not even have the funds to repair/replace their organs organically as they age and therefore may fail to reach the average life span.

Appearance: The Finecians are an anthropomorphic species, meaning they are akin in appearance to a mix between an animal and a Terran. Specifically Finecians appear as a cross between the Terran species Vulpes Zerda (Also known as the Fennec Fox) and the Terrans themselves. Naturally, they are quite a small species, rarely standing higher than 3 or 4 feet and healthy individuals weighing between 60 and 80lbs. They are generally quite slim, clearly built more for running and agility rather than strength. They are covered in medium length, soft, traditionally orange-cream colored fur with a more white-creamy underbelly. Of course, different ethnic varieties have sprung up with mixes of browns, greys and blacks but most retain the traditional orange-cream color. Although variety does exist, many (even those colored non-traditionally) follow the same color pattern, with the dominate darker color on top and their sides with the lighter color on their under bellies and the lower ends of their appendages (shins/forearms) with a (normally dark) accent color along the crease of their eyes/muzzle and the ends of their tails. Upon their furry heads sit a pair of unusually large ears with medium length fur inside, used in helping to filter out dust and debri as to protect their sensitive ears. Their scalps are somewhat flat and overall facial features are that of the fennec fox, with a small, short muzzle, large beady black eyes and the typical fur pattern/coloration (Whitish around the edges of their face and cheeks with an orangish color in the middle and a dark brownish line along the crease of their eyes/snout), all set into a naturally stern looking expression. Their mouth is lined with razor sharp teeth and whiskers adorn each side of their muzzle. The rest of their appendages however, are more human like. They have the standard two arms and two legs, opposable thumbs on each hand and typically are bipedal. Of course they have the addition of a medium length fluffy black tipped tail and claws on the ends of their fingers and toes. Females are smaller and more red in color.

(Ignore nazi themed clothes and Wherchmatch on the right. Finecians would have a smaller muzzle and typically a brown/bronze accent on eye/muzzle crease. This should suffice to give a good idea of what they look like.)

Attributes: Although they are predominantly bipedal, they retain the ability to go on all fours, giving them extraordinary agility, speed and the ability to jump 5-7 ft vertically. Given their size, it's not surprising that these small creatures are quite physical weak and frail, little stronger than a Terran child of the same height. Fortunately for them, and unfortunately for everyone else, the little bastards are quick even when not on all fours, and when combined with their cunning nature and sharp teeth/claws, they are not so easily defeated. Mostly because you can’t catch them. Honestly in hand to hand combat you’ll probably win. The worst they can do is bite at your shins. But don’t get too cocky, there more than capable of jumping on your face, clawing out your eyes and ripping out your throats Not so cute when they're eating your remains eh?

Given their nature as hunters, there eyes and nose are quite keen. Their ears are especially sensitive, allowing them to supposedly hear the jingle of change in a pocket 10 meters away.

Besides their physical attributes, the Finecians are a smart, clever species, making them the successful sneaky traders they are today. You may not be intimidated by their small size- and that’s just what they will rely on. Ease you into a sense of calm- and then have you sign an unfair business contract that involves signing over your first born child. Or perhaps you will see one walking past you on your way to your car. You think nothing of it of course, get in your car and drive home. When you get home you reach into your back pocket to pull out your wallet- only to find an orange creme colored hair. Maybe you're thinking of buying that new car you’ve researched, the one with heated seats, state of the art blind spot sensors, built in wifi and what have you. You walk in the dealership, confident in your research, determined to go straight up to the salesperson and demand that car. When you walk out an hour and a half later you find yourself with keys to a “vintage” 1976 race-car with the body of a rusted out SUV, all for twice the cost, your small hairy salesperson excitedly depositing your son's college fund. If there’s money to be made, you can bet the Finecians are there and have already mastered it. From pick-pocketing, gambling, to used car sales, the Finecians got it all. They can be quite charismatic when they want to, and many have a natural talent for sleight-of-hand.

As you can tell, Finecians are the perfect thief/rogue. Their small size and agility make them masters of stealth, sleight of hand, even parkour (of course these abilities must be trained. No one is a master right off the bat, they just have an easier time of becoming so and will naturally be more stealthy than other larger species). Combined with this some can be quite the sweet talker, having an aptitude for debate/discussion/barter due to their culture. Of course they can be annoying as crap too.

They love anything shiny, it's why they still insist upon using material currency. One may call them greedy, and aptly so. One may also call them annoying, and once again, aptly so. The Finecians are capable of emitting a loud screech measuring as high as 120db. They will scream quite often, especially if threatened, scared, angry, drunk, or otherwise feel the need to.

The typical Finecian is small, 3-4ft, physically weak but able to turn on a dime and reach a top running speed (if on all fours) of 35 to 40mph. WIth an average IQ range of 110-120 they are quick thinking, often using their intelligence to quick buck. Many speak multiple languages.

Having been born on a desert planet and having the natural adaptations to do so causes them to greatly prefer hot, dry climates. Although because of their fur and nature of a warm blooded creature they can stomach cold climates, they absolutely hate any form of humidity. The dryer the better. They do not fare well wet as it's hard for fur to dry. The humidity causes their fur to be moist and wet. It's very comfortable. Therefore you will be hard pressed to find any Finecians anywhere that isn't at least dry.

History: The Finecians came to be on an Earth-Sized desert planet known as Kowox - 1. Their small size proved beneficial on the dry planet where water and food was scarce while their cream colored fur acted to deflect the sun's hot rays while keeping them warm during the cold nights. Their large ears and agility helped them hunt. Combined with their aptitude for creating and using tools, they came to dominate the planet's surface and ecosystem. In other words, their history was nothing special, the typical “came to dominate the planet and eventually discovered space travel” business. The only true differentiator that makes this species at all notable is what happened when they first came into contact with other civilizations. Rather than freak out, start a massive military build up and seek to “eliminate the xeno threat” or what have you, they saw the event as a great opportunity for trade. Of course the idea of committing mass genocide or conquering the xenos was thrown around, but the idea sounded expensive and not very profitable. Ignoring them was also suggested, but the idea was scoffed at. That would of been like not picking a penny off of the ground, what a waste. And so, trade and diplomacy was the option the finecians chose. Fortunately for the Finecians, the xenos were like-minded and open to the idea. Within the century trade routes had been established and the goods had begun to flow. The Finecians continued this pattern of behavior, avoiding war at nigh all costs, favoring trade instead and still continue to this day. The rest of the history of this species can be seen in their governmental history.

Culture: The Finecians culture revolve around trade/commerce. The ability to make money is paramount and business owners are held in highest regard. It’s not surprising that Finecians live in a highly competitive, capitalistic society. Few restrictions and regulations exist save where deemed necessary, but this varies greatly between the many kingdoms. Local/State Government is generally small and limited. The same can not be said however for the national governments of most Kingdoms, as the respective Kings are usually the dominant business owner and their influence can be seen almost everywhere. Although not to the extent of a fascist totalitarian state or the typical Mega-Corp (although each kingdom can be thought of in this way). Most of their influence can be seen in the underlying infrastructure of the Kingdom, especially banks. Most kingdoms have one bank, solely controlled by the state (therefore for the most part solidifying the rule of the King). The King will often own vast swaths of property, charging business fees for use of the land and may even control most or all utilities. Taxes vary greatly in the nation where as some kingdoms will have a relatively high level where others may have no taxes at all. Typically taxes are only implemented to pay for a standing army and related services. Welfare, healthcare and other social services are rare and far between. Near all services are privatised. Therefore it is extremely important for FInecians to find their own niche in the market, whether that be as a street corner hot dog vendor, a skilled laborer, an entrepreneur or what have you. Wealth is very important in Finecian society, as without money it is extremely difficult to get anywhere. Robots have taken over most menial tasks so without a college degree of some sort or other skills finding a job other than that of a soldier is nigh impossible.

Finecians often live in an extended family unit, leveraging their collective wealth for the benefit of their family. While wealth is certainly not shared equally between them, betrayal is quite rare between family members and highly frowned upon- even illegal in some states. Families often work together to try and better themselves in society, poorer families pooling resources together to send a son/daughter through college and richer families doing the same but too start a business of some sorts. Families may form alliances with one another, either through business partnerships or marriage. That being said marriage out of love is still a thing and still makes up around 60% of marriages, although a strong pressure exists to marry for the betterment of your family. Like most cultures, males hold dominate positions and the female will be the one to leave her previous family in favor of her partners. Or the two may leave both families and form their own, often allied with the two from which they have split off from.

Their society has a few basic, unofficial, classes. Soldiers/Unskilled laborers (those who have no college degree and no worthy skills, the low of the low.. A soldier's life is seen as dirty, demeaning and garners little respect. Soldiers are typically paid little and most will die unable to better themselves. Although it does give them a better chance than they would have in other low level careers, as there is the opportunity to learn valuable skills and with time earn enough money to put themselves through college. Former Navy technicians and engineers will often find themselves high paying careers later in life and Elites will enter in the Finecians virtual arenas.). Next comes the Educated, Skilled workers, those who have earned a degree or learned a useful trade. Lastly is the business/entrepreneurial class, those who run their own businesses. Social Standings of course vary greatly within the classes.

The Fenicians world may seem cut throat, every man for themselves. Reminiscent of that of the Drow. And perhaps it is, but not to the same extent. Strong family ties still exist and family unions/alliances are often stable. Personal friendships between individual Fenicians are just as stable (or unstable) as Terran relationships, although the opportunistic nature of the Fenicians may result in some betrayals of partners, depending on the individual personality and nature of the Fenician. Fenicians will often have a few, dedicated friends and the rest being acquaintances. Law enforcement is also strict and predominant, often in place to stop thieves and fraud (although the legality of such varies greatly. Some places may even legalize fraud! Although this is not common. Most Kingdoms enforce a somewhat “fair” playing field for the general economy). Unsurprisingly, corruption is rife in some parts of the realm and black market sabotages and corporate espionage takes place from time to time, although it is often punished if caught.

Businesses dominate life. Everyone is trying to sell you something. Most Fenicians are workers, although their world is filled with infinite numbers of small business. Large corporations dominate society, over shadowing the smaller upstarts. It is these business that often fight amongst one another, sometimes aligning themselves with the federal government to gain an advantage.

Finecians, mostly the lower and middle classes love entertainment, fashion and consumerism in general. They will often flaunt their wealth (even if they have none). Having the best clothes and style is a way of raising your social standing and buying the coolest and newest gadgets is a major trend, much to the pleasure of more business minded Finecians who take advantage of this mindset to make their fortunes. Most societies specialize in a certain area of technological development. Finecians follow this pattern, putting forth immense amounts of time to technologies purely revolved around making money, especially in the entertainment industry. Virtual reality is readily accessible and even considered relatively primitive, especially when compared to is their, Temporary Conscious Projection Devices, or TCPDs. These devices allow the user to transfer their conscience into an empty body or “shell”. This allows for all sorts of dangerous events to be held with no risk to anyone! Many flock from all over to witness these events first hand in large coliseums. It is one of the only places you can see such brutality without being in a shady under world and as such is a closely guarded secret.

In Finecians society you will see two types of people. THose who mindlessly work for others, wasting their saving on material goods and the latest fashion trend, and those who save and use their funds strategically to better themselves and their family.

For clothing, a few general and popular clothing styles exist. One of the most popular is a “preppy”, “hip” look characterized by bright colors and accents and an abundance of accessories with an emphasis on personal flair/individuality. Exact cuts and styling varies and changes constantly due to the nature of trends and several sub styles exist within. Material however is constant; typically synthetic fibers and furs. The next biggest is somewhat opposite to the first (referred to as “Prep Step” style) is the “Modernists” style which involves a more sleek fit with dark colors accented by neon highlights and an emphasis on electronic gadgets. Personal flair is less exuberant, but still clearly visible in gadget placement, choosing and accent colors and placement. The third style, popular among the business class is a clear opposite to both. The style (Contemporary) features suits, minimal gadgets sae what's useful, dull colors with little flair and an emphasis on conformity and professionalism. Of course this style has been adopted by and screwed by Modernists and Preppers who have added bright accents, more flair, colors and accessories. Various styles exist of course many being derivatives or direct copies (called Imitations) of other cultures that Finecians have come into contact with. On of the most prevalent styles targeted by Imitation Costs are the Kefalonians, as the sometimes rival trade empire is a major source of trade and tourism (to and from). The Kefalonian Intimitationists typically wear some neutral-colored (brown, black, or grey), long, pressed trouser with black, grey, or burgundy leather shoes.

Their shirts usually are loosely-fitted, but tight enough not to leave much slack, with high collars that comfortably cover the neck entirely. Their shirts typically feature a straight row of buttons, with the buttons on the collar slightly offset to one side.

Over that, it's typical to wear a long coat or sports jacket very similar to a trench coat. Occasionally, their shirts have specialized fold-over collars for wearing a necktie, a practice they picked up from humans.

As for hats, they typically wear thermal fur hats similar to a Russian shapka or wide-brimmed fedoras (another practice gleaned from humans).

For the women, they will typically wear something similar but it is, of course, tailored to their shape. Occasionally, they will wear dresses in very warm weather. The main difference between men and women's fashion is that women wear looser-fitting shirts with waistcoats.

Architecture takes a similar path, with high levels of variations between cities and even within cities. Some cities feature a more “Classic” look (Imagine modern day Dubai) while others have a more traditional Sci-FI look (imagine the Coruscant). Others are a combination of both. A few cities have adopted a “throwback style”, known as “Primitivism” where buildings, even the entire city are styled in the manner of ancient Finecian settlements, most commonly as dirt or stone burrows. WHile some cities may be a collage of different styles and colors, most cities, or atleast districts share a common theme or style. Due to the riches brought in from trade most Finecian cities are exuberant and fancy, complete with elaborate and decorative water ways, luxurious and extensive public parks, highly efficient and modern commuter rail system, Six-star hotels, massive entertainment complexes and more. Basically anything you’d ever want making them the ultimate tourist and summer home locations.

Business often expanded horizontally, vertically and at the same time form massive conglomerates and mega corps. There are little regulation stopping them. Business will often own shops right next to their business where their employees may unknowingly go right after work to spend the days earnings.

As a trade/commerce orientated society, the Finecians are extremely interested in other civilizations and their society. They often take trips to other nations and even the poor have had contact with the tourists that flood their lands. Thus Finecian culture and style features many subtle (or very obvious copying) from other cultures.

In some societies, traditional gender roles are present and overarching. The same can not be said in Finecian society. Gender holds little value and the only gender related social norm is the female leaving her family unit (typically but not always) to join her partners. Finecian society has two dominate genders (male and female), but third genders such as non-binary and transgenders are uncommon but generally accepted as gender/sex again is disregarded.

To provide a snapshot of Finecian society, imagine a bustling urban metropolis, similar in quality (and in some cases style, but architecture varies from city to city) to Dubai, bustling with activity as commuter Mag-Trains shuffle people to fro overhead and personal Hover-Cars travel among the vertically stacked roadways. Down below on ground level the scene would be very much the same, with FInecians and the occasional tourists bustling about, visiting the countless shops and restaurants that line the sidewalks, perhaps on their way to see a showing at an entertainment complex or after a busy day at the parks. Finecians school children would already be in school, those too poor to attend at work or busy begging and/or pick pocketing, despite the relatively high and well armed military police presence. The police would likely be a fair mix of Finecian volunteers and hired mercenaries. Charismatic street vendors would be shouting out onto the masses, or perhaps arguing with a tourist who just spent 1000 credits on a small trinket. High up in the tops of tall glass office buildings Business class finecians discuss marketing strategies, buyouts, hostile takeovers, black market mercenary sabotages. In the massive entertainment arenas fashion shows take place, or combatants duke it out in elaborate virtual arenas where the spectators ooh and ahh at the brutality. Fincians with jobs would be at their various jobs. After the day’s shift they get their day's pay (as is customary) and many go out to the shops to buy the latest gadget, shoe line or to bet in the casinos or on the evening Arena Battles. Later they would stumble home, some over burdened by new accessories, some with their newfound riches and others horrible drunk. Some may not even come home at all, instead taking part in the Finecians wild night life complete with drinking, partying, massive EDM concerts, and even more virtual arena battles. The next morning, the cycle would begin again.

The typically Finecian personality is bubbly, even flamboyant. They love pop culture and to brag about there latest buys. They are often gossipy, to various degrees. Think of them as those high school girls who always NEED their Star Bucks/Pulp and the new Iphone every time it comes out.

There are no official weekends in FInecian society, most companies only give 1 day off per week, if any.

There is no official FInecian religion, many religions have born and died throughout history. Many FInecians are atheist although some are extremely religious. More than a few cults exist that rob their flock of money. Many religions from other cultures have made their way into FInecians society, some have stuck, others not. All in all, religion is not considered important in Finecian society and there is typically clear separation of church and state. Although that may not be the case, especially if a Kingdom's ruler is religious.

[Faction Sheet]

Name: United Finecian Systems

Type of Government: A decentralized collection of mostly autonomous kingdoms/nations of various sizes, a confederacy of individual Kingdoms/nations. Most nations in the confederacy host some sort of monarchy although there are a few outliers. It has a small central government (The Central Parliament) whose main duties involve keeping the Kingdoms at least somewhat unified, maintaining a small standing army, deciding whether or not to go to war as a group against an alien adversary and running a high court to settle all disputes between Kingdoms, businesses and citizens. Rarely does the central government impose any real regulations over the other Kingdoms (at least officially). The government is structured similarly to the UN, with the largest five Kingdoms holding the majority of the power, making it extremely easy for them to abuse the system to bully the smaller Kingdoms and crush rival corporations, as they often do. The Central Government comprises of a General Assembly, of which all nations are a part of and have an equal say, and a High Cabinet, which seats the five “founding members”. Propositions can be introduced into any house, but any and all laws can be vetoed by any member of the High Cabinet and the only power to overturn the veto requires ⅘ of the High Cabinet to vote in favor of the overturn. This make it extremely easy for Cabinet members to block one another and the lower house, creating a gridlock on most issues. While laws can be introduced into either house, laws that are introduced into the General Assembly must first pass with a ⅔ vote in the Assembly and THEN pass with High Cabinet with a ⅗ vote. However laws that are introduced into the High Cabinet must only pass through the High Cabinet, with no form of approval needed from the Assembly. The High Cabinet also acts are the Judicial Tribunal in legal cases and may make many decisions, such as going to war and raising taxes without the General Assembly's consent.

The member nations each have their own respective national governments and governing systems. Many however as significant and they are quite numerous, so only the High Cabinet members will be described in detail. For general purposes, assume a nation not described here is a traditional Monarchy in which the “King” is an extremely wealthy land and bank owner.

Kowoxia is a constitutional monarchy where the real power is held in the single house parliament, lead by the wealthy business owners who have come to dominate the Kingdom. They act as Judge, Jury and Executioner of the nation, making all laws, regulations and major decisions, while toying with the Royalty, who merely exists as a figurehead and tourist attraction (being of some of the oldest bloodline in existence). The business leaders often use their power to maintain their business and crushes rivals, although occasionally new powers to rise as opportunities arise due to the constant internal battles between parliament members. State and Local governments are small and mainly regulatory bodies assigned to the maintenance of infrastructure, running local courts and law enforcement. They are typically extremely biased to one particularly corporation's), given that their respective leader is selected by a parliament member designated to that area.

Umbrazi is a three branch Monarchy, with the King leading the Executive and elected Officials leading the Legislative and Judicial branches. It is similar to the United States government in set up, but elected officials are merely the puppets of the powerful corporations who dominate society. The King holds majority power, being a powerful landowner and running the banks, although he receives stiff competition from a united conglomerate of multiple corporations known as “Stellis Industries” who seek to dethrone him. State and Local governments work the same.

Cold Snout is an absolute monarchy with the King having sole control. Nobles and their families picked by the King, often being of course wealthy corporation owners, rule sectors of the Kingdom and are often the most powerful business owners, owning arenas and the rail systems. Corruption is of course widespread as the respective nobles have almost complete control, the King simply sitting upon his throne collecting interest from his banks.

The Confederation is a confederacy inside of a confederacy and the most divided and distant, being ruled collectively by representatives from each of the 9 sectors, which are each ruled by absolute monarchs. They collectively elect officials to send to the National government and all hold equal power. Internally, each sector is set up slightly different, with a few of the sectors being constitutional monarchies of varying degrees and the rest being traditional absolute monarchies.

Red Sun is one of the few nations in the Confederacy that is not a Kingdom. The Red Sun is Military Junta ruled by senior military officers who took power two generations ago during a coup. The Red Sun is one of the few places a soldier's life is at least somewhat desirable, as the majority of the nation's income is poured into the military, the rest being allocated to related industries (arms manufacturing, military support infrastructure, etc) and of course to the Generals respective salaries. Most business are state owned, a rarity among the Finecians. It is a vastly different world, where consumerism is mainly non existent, the latest fashion trends is the same military styled clothing from a decade ago (a millennia in the Finecian fashion world). Its only claim to fame is its immense military and is barely economically significant in the Finecian world.

Politics: If one's goal is to be a famous politician that brings about sweeping reform and leads their people into the new age- please don’t come to Finecian. Nearly -if not all- Finecian politicians are either puppets for corporation owners or the business owners themselves. Most politicians are used like Chess pieces with the goal of taking out the competition (typically rival corporations) by passing favorable regulation or installing friendly judges.

If you cannot tell already, corruption is widespread throughout Fenician politics. Any politicians become extremely wealthy by selling their vote to the highest bidder. Some align themselves to a particular corporation, either by choice but most likely because they were installed by them. In these cases, the politicians typically receives some sort of stable salary and/or bonus for voting the way the corporation wants. Betrayal is rare among these politicians- but not unheard of. Some may betray their corporation fr another (for the right price of course). However, this has the slight change in resulting in an “accident” of sorts, thus why it is so rare of an occurrence

Politics in Finecian society is almost completely revolved around corporations and their never ending grabs for more and more power Some nations are more turbulent than others depending on how equally power is spread. It is not uncommon to find a place where one corporations power is so great none can stand before it or that a group of corporations has carved out the marked amongst themselves (although these alliances may fade with time). Corporations fight for power any way they can, often employing legislation, court rulings, espionage, blackmail, bribery, sabotage and even assassination. Whatever they need to do (of course depending on the company's own ethics. Which may or may not exist). While most ply atlast modestly fair, things take a tur for the worse when you look at the mega corporations that dominate, especially in the governing political systems.

Like most societies, there are in fact political parties, although they are often overshadowed by the corporations grap for power. Often the political parties are indistinguishable from the corporations who control them. Most share a very similar overall ideology- free market economics and strict Neutrality. Usually the only real difference is the corporation backing them.

The few “legitimate” (But still extremely corrupt) political parties are extremely weak, funded by smaller corporation owners. They are mostly silenced and are considered extreme radicals. THe most hated being the Finecian Socialist Front and the Communist Utopian Party.

Corporations will often suck up to the leading nations in order to have favorable court decisions and even legislation passed in the national and central government.

Corruption is widespread in this capitalistic society, he who has the money has the bought. Politicians are typically bought puppets for corporations to get their way.

Military: The Central Armed Forces (run by the Central Parliament) is small, ill equipped and ill funded when compared to other militaries. It is little more than a puppet police force within the Confederacy. It comprises mainly of volunteers and mercenaries, with an ever increasing number of Droids as part of the “Soft Target Replacement” program, which seeks to “phase out” blood and flesh soldiers as Robotics improves and reaches, even surpases the capabilties of flesh soldiers. Currently Droids have taken over a wide range of military activities, but they still lack the complex AI needed for ship command and complex decision making.

Their armed forces mainly acts as a police force within the nation and consists of multiple divisions, divided into the sector they are tasked with maintaining order inside. Both Mercenaries and Finecian Volunteers take part in policing the general public. Typically they mainly focus on high population zones and tourist destinations and breaking up any riots that main form. Otherwise local non-military police forces take care of the rest. Droids are only used in combat as their AI are not yet sophisticated enough policing.

Finecian soldiers are typically equipped with energy based SMGs given their lightweight and ease of use. Although mercenaries are typically fee to use whatever weapons they wish. When simply policing, Finecian soldiers will wear non powered lightweight nano-composite armor rated for melee and small arms fire. Again, mercenaries are free to wear what they wish. Small divisions of Finecian Elites armored with Power Armor and armed with ballistic based assault rifles guard government buildings and are stationed throughout the major cities. Fiecian powersuits increase their strength greatly while maintaining most of their agility and speed, although an unarmored Finecian is faster. They have internalized targeting, sensor read outs and other gadgets that help make up for their sub par training.

They Have three main class of droids. Light, Standard and Heavy. Light droids are small, comprising of anything under 6 ft. They are typically small support droids, repair droids, or a new class of Ship Assault Droids (SADs) that come in a wide range of varieties, and se their small size to invade enemy ships and destroy them from the inside, usually targeting ventilation systems and other sensitive areas that they can otherwise invade. Standard droid are 6-8 ft and are used as Infantry or worker Droids, They feature somewhat capable armoring and firepower, but lack the complex AI needed to be a well rounded fighting force. Their Heavy droids are similar to the Standard Droids, save they have better armoring and more fire power, often being Anti-Armor oriented and for frontline action (They can act as bullet sponges, especially useful for invading ships) Light Droids are typically round and spherical, using either internal Mag Drives to levitate/Fly or a rotating shell. Some may be similar to modern day 4-propeller drones (save with Mag Drives) providing a platform for a small caliber (9mm) MG or a similar Energy weapon. Standard Droids are Uniform in shape, save with blank metal features and a completely spherical head. Heavy Droids are similar but boxy, save a larger spherical head.

Light Escort Droid HWP-9mm “Robby” - A small, spherical droid that utilizes Mag Drives to levitate in the air. It is armed with a Energy based internal smg packing the punch of a 9mm. It is used to escort/assist soldiers and personnel during missions. It is about 1-3 ft in diameter, black and with no visible features, although at the right angles you can see it’s cameras, sensors and gun port. When not in stealth mode it can be identified by a bright yellow glow emanated from the center of it’s “front”.

Standard Escort Droid R-7 “Charles” - A 6ft humiform droid with blank black features and a spherical head that houses it sensors. It has a possible hands and the ability to pivot 360 degrees on its waist. It typically carries a B(AR)-7. It is humanoid and has a bulky build, giving its protection against most small arms and protection its internal hydraulics, pistons and rotors that allow its wide range of motion and strength. Its wrists, waists, arms and head can rotate freely. It is black and featureless, with its creases blended into its form. AGain a yellow glow from the center of its “face” gives it away when not in stealth mode.

Heavy Escort Droid H-4 “Brutus” - The H-4 is an 8ft tall droid with a wide frame and a centralized routing sensory system. It is located just inside the dorids chest with the ability to rotate inside its partially exposed chamber. It has a relatively limited range of view compared to the R-7, only being able to see infront and behind it. Its weapons are built into its arms, usually being either Energy based or Ballistic based (Equivalent to a 5.56), sometimes with a secondary plasma thrower. It may also instead carry a “Bitter”. (Think of Star wars super battle droid esque creatures). Its shoulders are wider than its hips with blocky shoulder guards and a built in armor vest, lined by a rectangular “bulge” from its body. Areas not bulged can be considered weak points. THese small armor plates appear throughout its body. It can be thought of as looking sort of like an exaggerated bodybuilder in shape. Its round/spherical “head” is built into its chest and can rotate freely. It is more visible from the front (protrudes out more/less protected) than the back, where a conical hole is cut out to allow it to see behind it.

Military Mag-Humvees can be seen roaming the street ways and sky-lanes. These lightly armored vehicles usually carry 4-6 Finecians and are armed with an energy based MG with non lethal settings for crowd control. For military purposes they have better armed version with either .50 ballistic based Gs or similarly sized energy cannons. They have some tanks, but are clearly more focused towards defense than invasion. Aircraft are similarly styled, favoring Air-Superiority fighters and some designed more towards ground targets.

For Naval (Space) their fleet is relatively unimpressive. It mainly consists of Cruisers and Frigates with each wing being lead by a Battlecruiser flagship (Larger fleets have two supporting Battlecruisers). They are mainly a defensive and escort oriented fleet with an emphasis on agility and shielding. They do have Battleships and even a few Dreadnoughts, but not in significant numbers.

The individual nations making up the Confederacy are primarily responsible for their own policing (as Central Army Forces mainly reside in major cities and tourist zones) and militaries. Military composition, size, quality and budget varies, but most rely on small armies that mainly comprises of mercenaries to police and protect themselves. If attacked by outside nations, all have pledged to band together to fight, making targeting a single nation not an option.

Only the five major nations have any sort of relatively impressive display, with the Empire of the Red Sun being particularly impressive, having focused for the past millennia after a military coup on arms development and military expansion. Their soldiers are better armed and well trained and their singular nation features almost as many Battleships and Capital class warships as the Central Army. Their standard issue armoring features powered parts, allowing their standard weaponry to be ballistic-based assault rifles. Their power suits feature better armoring, shielding and computer systems.

Typical Weaponry

EH-4 “Little Yipper” Handgun - Energy based small arm using “charges”. “Charges” can be thought of as batteries, lasting a certain number of shots before needing recharge. The EH-4 “Little Yipper” is a small, USP styled handgun whose ammunition slides in and out of the bottom of the grip, which houses the magazine chamber, much like a conventional USP. The difference here being that rather than bullets it shoots short burst of high energy beams. Standard firing mode yields 12 shots but is ineffective against armoring and larger targets (The handgun being FInecian sized. That being said, think of it as being shot with a 9mm). It also comes with an Overcharge mode that reduces ammo to 6 but fires a more damaging shot that is better against personal armor (Think of it as between a .40 and .45 ACP). It also features a 20-30 charge non lethal mode for crowd control.

EH-5 (S and L) “Cowboy” Revolver - Similarly to the EH-4, it is an energy based handgun, save styled in the format of a revolver. It as a rotating barrel with 3-6 chambers, depending on the model. The larger models have less chambers but are much bigger. Each chamber is slotted with an energy cartridge whose charging capacity varies on the model. The larger 3 slot variants hold 3 shots each (The shot being equivalent to a .45ACP) and the smaller 6 slot holding 3 each but being closer to a 10mm round. The gun features no firing modes and is only used for military applications.

ES-3 (S and L) “Rapid Yipper” SMG - Light weight, rapid firing energy based SMG common among MP and soldiers without Power Armor. Has a lethal and nonlethal setting. Non lethal setting increases ammo to 60-100. Again, uses energy cartridges that are inserted into the top barrel. Each cartridge holds 30-50 rounds, packing the punch of a 9mm to a .40. It’s small size makes it easy for the Finecian soldiers to carry and run with and it’s lack of substantial recoil and relative accuracy makes it a standard issue among the relatively untrained army.

ER-2 Carbine “Carb” - A short barreled lightweight carbine style rifle made from carb fiber that is used to supplement the relatively weak firepower of the ES-3 by adding more powerful rifles to their army composition. It is still relatively easy to use and carry and once again features nonlethal settings. It is more accurate than the ES, has a longer range and packs a harder bunch but has less charge capacity despite having a larger energy capsule. Unlike a ballistic based carbine, it’s magazine is stored in the barrel. It typically holds 15 “charges”, firing with the power of a 7.62x54mm round.

B(AR)-7 “Screecher” Assault Rifle - 30 round 7.62x54mm assault rifle carried by Finecians in Power Armor. Heavier and therefore more taxing on small Finecians and so only FInecians with some sort of power armor wield it. Usually features an alteration of AP and HP rounds inside the magazine so they need not bother with target specific clips. The Screecher is styled similarly to the Terran AK-47 and fits a similar role. It is reliable, decently accurate and easy to use, especially with Powered recoil dampeners. It has a high rate of fire and has a 50 and 100 round magazine available.

B(AR)-8 “Biter” Heavy Assault Rifle - .30-06 Heavy Assault Rifle usually featuring a 25 round clip carried by Power Armor wearing Finecians. It has a slower rate of fire than a B-7 but fires larger armor piercing rounds its. It has similar accuracy to the B(AR)-8 and has a 50 and 100 round magazine available

PPSH-9S “Spitter” Sub Machine Gun - The PPSH-9S is a your ultimate spray weapon. It fires 10mm round at 900-1000rpm. It typically features a 100 round drum magazine or a 150-200 round dual drum magazine. Due to its weight and larger size it is typically only used by Finecians in Power Armor.

B7 (A and B). Carbine - The B7 is an accurate semi carbon fiber carbine using a 15 round clip firing .30 rounds. Typically used by FInecians in Power Armor. The B version is slightly longer and fires 6 .308 rounds.

BR-3-S - The BR-3-S is the FInecians primary Sniper RIfle, featuring an automatic targeting scope and a 6 round .50BMG. Sed only by FInecians in Power Armor.

“Charges” - A singular energy blast/round from an energy based rifle. It is a short burst of high energy.

Energy Cartridge - Magazine for Energy based weapons. Contains a set amount of “Charges”

“Final Screech” Combat Knife/Bayonet - a 6 inch long nano-blade knife used in melee or attached to the ends of their weapons.

LSA Nano-Composite Armour “Life Vest” - Is a full body multi piece lightweight armor set worn by Finecians in and out of combat and provides protection against melee, small arms and some shrapnel while stay ght enough for the wearer to retain most agility. It provides protection to every part of body, but is not all-encompassing. It is made out of individual knee-guards, arm-guards, a vest, helmet etc and therefore there are portions that are completely unprotected. Its nano-composite construction allows each individual piece to be lightweight and the overall suit is relatively light.

HSA Nano-Ceramic-Composite (NCC) Plate “Brick Wall” - A substitution that can be made for the Nano-Composite plate in the front and back of the LSA. This plate, while heavier in weight provides better protection.

PMAS-L Light Power Armor - a full body, multi piece Powered mech suit that fits together seamlessly to give all encompassing protection. It enhances the wearer's strength and agility and provides better protection than the LSA

PMAS-H Heavy Power Armor “Tin Can” - a full body, multi piece Powered mech suit that fits together seamlessly to give all encompassing protection. It enhances the wearer's strength and provides good protection against small arms and grenades at the expense of agility and strength. But given their small size it is still more agile than other nations Power Armor.

The Power Suits come with a numbers of attachments. They can features built in Mag-Tethers, Mag-Boots, Jet packs and whatever tools needed for the mission, although they are limited in their quality due to budget. The Red Sun and other more military oriented Kingdoms enjoy a wider range.

Most- nigh all- of the weapons and equipment for the Central army are manufactured and designed by the Red Sun.

PI “Pie” Grenade - a White Phosphorus based incendiary grenade. Good against armor.

HE Grenade - A shrapnel based grenade

EMP Grenade - an energy based grenade aimed at disabling electronics

Diplomacy: Finecians tend to prefer trade and peacefully to out right war. If anything, they will use their collective trade power to crush opponents economically if needed but for the most part avoid conflict. The most direct method of attack they will primarily use is paying off pirates to harass opposing nations.

Nations, being mostly autonomous, primarily conduct their own negotiations and diplomacy with their FInecian natures and even other alien civilizations. Most deals are trade and rarely will a FInecian nation strike up any sort of alliance with other civilizations. ANything of that sort would be done by the Central Council, but at most a non-aggression pact would be signed, nothing more.

Economy: Over all, the Finecian’s economy is quite large and diversified, although luxary based industries such as cars, fashion and entertainment are dominant with Arms manufacturing a smaller but still relevant industry thanks to the Empire of the Red Sun. Kingdoms will often specialize in a certain area but there is heavy competition between them in the Fashion/Entertainment industry where it’s anyone's game, as even smaller nations are capable of competing. There is a mining Industry, but it usually focuses on trading to other nations in the confederacy, thus helping to make the Finecians self sustaining. But imports still exist especially for exotic pets and goods. Sometimes raw resources as well depending on quantity, price and quality.

Leader(s): The respective Kings of the five major kingdoms; Checho of Kowoxia, Sozzi of Umbrazi, Mink of Cold Snout, Brashington III of Red Sun and General Isen of the Confederation

Home Planet: Kowox - 1 (Kowoxia), Regardia (Umbrazi), Cold Snout (Cold Snout), Tera Prime I (Red Sun), Mobos II (Confederation)

Morality: Neutral

History: The United Finecian Systems began as any civilization did, a split heavily divided group of primitives who thought cars were an impressive technological milestone. Their history was unsurprisingly filled with too many nations to count or name. Super powers came and went, their glorious (or so it must have seemed at the time) legacy lost to the cosmos. The Finecians had their Romes who sought to conquer all, but none ever succeeded. With the coming of the space age, the typical unification period of civilizations, the Finecians were just as divided as ever. They simply lacked a common enemy to unite against. Their first alien encounters were all friendly ,having sought to trade instead. Even with their expansion into space no single nation could get enough power to conquer the rest as alliances grid locked the playing field. Beyond that, there was no real drive behind them for conquest. A war would be too drawn out, disruptive and expensive. They had their accountants look at the issue, and all agreed it wasn’t worth the investment.

Things continued this way, the Finecian nation's growing and new ones appearing for millennia until fate would have it that they finally encountered a species not quite as friendly as the ones they had met before. This species, a wolf humanoid group known as the Klavikans had a different method of cost-benefit analysis clearly, as they soon declared all out war against the Finecians. Despite benefiting from superior technology, the Finecians were hit hard. They were a people of trade not of war. Their military was small, weak and underdeveloped. Furthermore they were divided and unwilling to work with their competitors Most did not even join the war effort until several Kingdoms had been crushed and occupied, and even then it took a while for some sort of coordinated effort to come into focus. By then Klavikan fleets were pouring into the heart of Finecian controlled space, their armadas bombarding cities and destroying frontier outposts completely, killing Finecians by the millions.

The Finecians were only saved by a collective effort by their allies, who launched a counterattack against the Klavikan homeworlds forcing them to pull back enough fleets to allow the Finecians to regroup and stand together to repel the invaders. They did indeed manage to defeat the Klavikan fleets and liberate their worlds, but at an immense price. Millions of lives and dozens of worlds were lost. Often the retreating Kavikans would bombard formerly occupied worlds, targeting high population centers and devastating the infrastructure. At the end of the war the Finecians were in shambles. It was in this dark time, that they were united. Not because they finally saw that they needed to band together to survive, but because a small new nation that had gone relatively unscathed redid their cost-benefit analysis and decided the cost of conquering their crippled adversaries was finally worth it. And so, with little to no defending fleets remaining, the small nation of Yipbrackia conquered Finecia once and for all.

Under the Yipbrackians rule (who soon moved their capital to Kowoxia) the Finecians quickly recovered, soon rising once more as a industrial trade power. The Yipbrackian family ruled for many generations, having taken control of the banking system and putting friends and family as rulers of their former rival nations, now simply sectors of their empire. Their rule was relatively “relaxed”, merely imposing a small tax to fund a standing army and otherwise letting the economy rule itself, pulling strings here and there as corporations vied for their favor.

It was not until Yipikin Yipbrack III that things started to fall apart. You see, during that time a new political movement was sweeping the nation- much to the disdain of the conservative majority. Socialism. Socialist saw the cut throat world of free market economics as sad, barbaric, unfair and cruel. They sought to radically change the system, even going as far as to suggest a minimum wage. This idea of course, was extremely unpopular, but slowly gaining in influence. Pro-Socialist politicians even began to appear, dieing as marauders for their ideology as many were assassinated. Some how, some way Yipikin Yipbrack III fell in with the socialist party, declaring the nation a Socialist Utopia and began imposing the sweeping changes they so desired.

This lead to a loud outcry and backlash. His formerly friendly nobles, now distant relatives rose up in protest and rebellion. Loyalist, Socialist and Conservative forces clashed for several years, extracting a bloody toll on the people. Ultimately Yipikin and his Socialist forces were defeated, having been assassinated by a dissenter early in the war. Rather than install a new, more conservative King on the throne the nation's split apart creating the Central Parament that rules them to this day, nigh 500 years later.

[Character Sheet]

Name: Coeur Slazzi

Rank Under Faction: Low Commanding-Lieutenant of the 3rd Umbrian Expeditionary Exploration-Corps Fleet (Which means he commands a small Military run exploration fleet)

Morality: Neutral Good

Age: 178 (Old)

Gender: Male

Species: Finecian

Personality: Coeur is a grouchy, stubborn old man who's stuck in his ways. He’s anti-fun, boring and has no sense of humor whatsoever. At least that’s what “Tobbes” has to say about him. Coeur is a Expeditionary Corps veteran who has been exploring the cosmos for longer than most can even hope to live. He takes his job seriously and takes a lot of pride in commanding his fleet, even if they don’t really get to go out and explore much. Exploration is one of his few passions, so it’s during these rare exploratory missions that he’s most approachable (barely), being slightly (very slightly) giddy at the thought of making the next big discovery. In his opinion, the job isn’t a place for kicks and giggles, even if they aren’t doing anything as per usual. He’s usually pretty grouchy when they aren’t out exploring (and admittedly a bit easy to piss off even when they are), but he doesn’t yell and scream like your typically CO. He simply shakes his head and mutters about “how if this was a real army they would all be running away with their tails between their furry ass cheeks” or something along those lines. He’s general quiet and reserved, often lost in thought, reminiscing about the days when the Exploration Corps actually DID exploration, not just helping to guard the casinos back on Umbria Prime. Get him drunk and he’ll tell you all about the good old days and all the crap he and his buds did back then. If you ask Tobbes he’ll say the Old Man (as he calls him) is lieing, the person he describes certainly doesn’t sound like the man he is now.

Appearance: Coeur is slightly shorter than your average sized Finecians, being old, decrepit and smelly (Says Tobbes). In truth he was always on the short side and hasn’t really shrunk much with age, despite not caring enough to receive anti-aging hormones and organ replacements. He stands at a humble 4’3” but weighs an impressive 81 pounds, being relatively big and bulky. His fur is a silver/grey variant of the normal cream color with white fur on his underbelly and forearms. The stripe/accent along his eye/muzzle crease is black along with the tip of his tail. When not on duty he typically wears his on duty dress/formal uniform, a dark grey button down heavy cloth coat and dark slacks with black leather boots that reach his mid-shin. The uniform is modestly adorned, with silver buttons down the front and on the rolled-up cuffs, along with black trimmings on the cuffs, shoulder band/board and neck. A single silver decorative chain is placed over his right shoulder and under his left. Beneath he simply wears a white dress shirt and a black tie. You will never see him without it.

(Use this as reference, but it's not 100%)

Paraphernalia: Beside his dress uniform he has what has been issued to him by the Navy. For active missions he has been given a PMAS-H Powersuit equipped with a COMS system linked to his fleet and every member, E-Cartridge charging ports, storage, internalized aiming assist systems, a basic jet pack and more. An EH-5 L revolver, a B(AR)-8 Heavy assault rifle and a Combat Knife/Bayonet. He also has 2 He grenades and 1 of the other two types. stored in his mech suits belt. Beyond that he always carries a book with him, Memories of the Cosmos, an old, beat up leather bound book detailing the adventures of a famous Finecian explorer named Hernan Yorlf. He’s had to have read it hundreds of times.

History: Coeur was born to a rich and powerful family, whose influence stretched across many sectors of industry throughout the Confederation. From birth his path had been laid out for him. He was to attend the most prestigious schools the Finecians had to offer on Kowox 1 itself where he would be taught everything he would need to know stretched over a span of 30 years. His schooling would include economics, law, political science, psychology and more to prepare him for a career as the CEO of the Tilkanna Corporation. He had no choice in the matter, but of course who would refuse such a thing? It was every Finecians dream! He would have to work for nothing, all had been handed to him. After a mere 30 years of schooling and a century of training (A mere fraction of an elites expected lifespan of a millennia) he would inherit control of one the most successful Mega Corporations ever known. Nothing would be out of his reach, even becoming King was a possibility. Coeur of course, went along with this for a time. He enjoyed his time at the Academy, experiencing all that life had to offer a young lad with endless possibilities ahead of him. Completing school and beginning his training as CEO under his father, Edmir Tilkanni. Coeur had enjoyed school, especially his elective classes in which he focused on the stars. But when he graduated and his training began things changed. He was set under his father, his right hand man. Before at the University things had been more relaxed, he could take part in the common culture through the eyes of the average (or not so average) man. But under his father he was on the outside, or better yet, on the inside. He saw what goes on behind the scenes, what the average Finecian is oh so ignorant of. The corruption, the subtle manipulation and abuse the the average consumer. Coeur was disgusted by it. After more than a decade he couldn’t take it anymore and… disappeared. Current reports say he died tragically in a car accident when he was going between meetings. THe tragedy made international news. The accident was investigated, foul play was rumoured but ultimately ruled out. Media outlets talked about the story, throwing out rumors of an underground corporation war and assassins before losing interest completely and moving on to more relevant news. In reality (well obviously) he didn’t die, he faked his own death and took on a new identity, joining the Expeditionary Corps to escape from society.

Name: Kasey Coweyr

Rank Under Faction: Private 1st class of the 1st Non-Powered Naval-Infantry division of the 3rd Umbrian Expeditionary Exploration-Corps Fleet (So a fresh recruit)

Morality: Good

Age: 36 (Very Young)

Gender: Male

Species: Finecian

Personality: Kasey is more in line with your average Finecians, much to the annoyance of Coeur. He takes part in any and all the latest fashion and media trends, binge watching the newest season of whatever TV shows has taken over the internet. He always as the latest clothes and accessories, the newest Iphone when a new one comes out every month and has his Starbucks and Pulp every morning. Besides being a blind slave to corporatism and media trends he is young and innocent, He’s optimistic, always assuming the best even if that's not the case. Hes friendly, playful, flamboyant (many Finecians are. It's not stereotypically gay like in Terran culture), and all around annoying to anyone who hasn’t bought in into modern culture (which isn't many in Finecia). He;s annoying, but not a bad guy. He cares about people and he is one of the few who shares Coeur’s passion for exploration. It’s why the Lieutenant tolerants the annoying bugger.

Appearance: Kasey, being a Finecian, is expectedly small, only being 4’6” and weighing only 94 lbs. He has a bigger, more muscular build than most Finecians due to the harsh training imposed on soldiers by the Red Sun, but he is still much smaller than more averaged sized species. A medium build on a Finecian, while impressive and most certainly attractive (or at least they think so) is not too threatening strength wise, but is does enhance their ability to wield higher powered weapons and otherwise deal with the physical strain of soldiering that some species would not consider particularly straining. Kasey has a cream(tan/yellow) colored fur with a white underbelly (including the insides of his ears) and forearms. He has brown/orange fur accents on the crease of his eye/muzzle, covering his hands and a black tipped tail. Although he commonly dyes his fur, accenting the upper portion/tips of his ears with green or blue and sometimes his tail. Outside of soldiering, during which he is required to wear a dark grey camo shirt and slacks along with black leather boots, he wears whatever most fashionable at that moment. ANd so due to the rapidly changing nature of the FInecian fashion industry you’ll never find him in the same clothes twice.

Paraphernalia: Beside his dress uniform he has what has been issued to him by the Navy. For active missions he has been given a PMAS-L Powersuit (A rarity for Privates to have, but Coeur pulled some strings) equipped with a COMS system linked to his squadron, charging ports, storage, internalized aiming assist systems, a basic jet pack and more. He also has B7-A Carbine, an EH-4, a Knife/Bayonet and 2 HE, 1 Incendiary and 1 EMP grenade. Beyond his military equipment he always, ALWAYS carries around a selfie stick, a pop-socket, the Iphone56-S-C-L and a spare change of clothes “just in case”.

History: Kasey lived on average life. He was born to a middle class family, consumed by consumerism. He went to a relatively nice school, where everyone had their starbucks every morning and a new Iphone once a month. He planned to go to college to study Fashion and Design but part way into his Senior year Star Trek 56 came out. The show was hugely popular, causing many to flock to the Expeditionary Corps, having been inspired by the show. Of course as soon as season 2 ended and the show went downhill the hype died down and everyone left, save Lasey. He enjoyed the Corps, even if it wasn't as cool as the show.

Name: Tobbi “Tobbes” Whaifh (I literally hit my keyboard randomly to create the last name)

Rank Under Faction: Corporal of the 1st Powered Naval-Infantry division of the 3rd Umbrian Expeditionary Exploration-Corps Fleet (An experienced veteran)

Morality: Neutral Good

Age: 78 (Still relatively Young)

Gender: Male

Species: Finecian

Personality: Tobbi is a big guy, allowing him to get away with all the shit he pulls. He’s a jokester Tobbi is laid back, taking it easy most of the time save to pull a few pranks every now and then. Especially on Coeur, whose only response is to shake his head mutter under his breath and threaten bathroom duty. He get’s his work done… not that there's much of it to do, but on his own time. This causes some tension with Coeur, who again does little more than curse under his breath. When not causing trouble he’s quiet and reserved, keeping to himself in his quarters. One would think the big brute was dumb, and he certainly may give off the idea at times, but he’s actually the smartest of the bunch. His time spent in his room is spent tinkering with electronics, robots and other gadgets.

Appearance: Tobbi is a relatively tall Finecian, standing at 5’1 and weighing 137 lbs. Like Coeur he is big and bulky, and to the Finecians he is a giant. His fur is completely black, with no ear/muzzle markings and his only marking being his white tipped tail. Outside of duty, in which he wears the same as Kasey save his is adorned with a single bronze chain around his right shoulder and the insignia of a corporal on his right shoulder. Outside of work he typically wears dark colored (grey/black) leather jackets, hoodies and even robes highlighted by varying neon colors, adorned with an array of gadgets and tech. His own sort of take on the Modernists style.

Paraphernalia: Beside his dress uniform he has what has been issued to him by the Navy. For active missions he has been given a PMAS-H Power Suit equipped with a COMS system linked to his fleet and every member, E-Cartridge charging ports, storage, internalized aiming assist systems, a basic jet pack and more. An EH-5 S revolver, a PPSH-9 Submachine Gun and a Combat Knife/Bayonet. He also has 2 He grenades and 1 of the other two types. stored in his mech suits belt. Beyond that he always carries a an assortment of homemade gadgets, including a modification to his powersuits that puts mini Electro-Mag drives into his gloves to allow him to climb easily and hang from ceilings among other small gadgets..

History: Tobbi was born to a poor family, doomed to either begging, stealing, low wage dirty jobs or the military. Of course, he chose to join the military to help support his family. A portion of what he earns is sent home to help support his mother and father and he often volunteers for double time so he can help put his brother through college. He enjoys the expeditionary corps, but his dream is to own his own tech shop.
