Fantasy uncharted land

“It will never leave you” said Kalindai becomming impatient “It’s so integrated into your muscles and organs that you’d have to die in order for it to leave you!”

Ben thought that it's unfair that the spirit wouldn't die with him. He still didn't want to eat dirt so idly stood where he was.

“Okay then” said Kalindai closing the dirt storeroom “but be warned you can’t fulfill anything by laying in the sun.”

Ben entered the room after Kalindai. It looked the same as before but seemed like the day was over it was their sleeping time.

(Maybe, but that negates the idea of 1X1 RubyZoo RubyZoo ) It was already ten in the evening as it was still night time when Ben had previously gone out onto the balcony

Ben looked for a spot for himself to sleep. He could use a blanket to make a rope and flee through balcony after midnight.

When he made sure there were no eyes open to see him, Ben separated the cloth from his blanket and made a rope out of it. He used the bear skin to cover himself and look more like a yansi at least from far. When the moon passed it's highest place in sky, he went to the balcony and used the rope to reach the ground out side soundlessly. He hid in shadows and walked toward border of the city cautiously.

Ben looked at the other pyramid. "No... who am I kidding... I hardly can save my own neck." He thought and decided to ignore the warriors who might be imprisoned there but after a few steps cussed his idiocy and went to the grass field to have some dirt as Kalindai had advised him. Then, he started spying on the temple to find its entrances and exits.

The temple has three enterences, one to the left, the other to the right and finally the one that faced toward town.

the right enterence was unguarded and for good reason: That was where the town drunks were held “Nawive sheen everything” groaned a drunk “Ahh saddap!” replied another as the entire block smelt of whiskey and vomit.

It was odd that a temple was a shelter for drunkards. Ben passed among them casually and proceeded his way.

The main room on the first level was a civillian’s prayer hall that was pitch black and vacant as no one at this time of night would dare come and pray.

Ben didn't dare to light a candle, else he'd like to search the room for better outfits to camouflage. He took his hand at the wall and proceeded slowly, being careful not to drop anything or make a sound, to find the way to the next hall.
