[div class=header]Sho.[/div][/div][div class=contentWrap][div class=scrollWrap][div class=grungeText]Wearing his all black outfit, he walked down the hallway of the entertainment company he was working at. Having had a chat with one of the hairdressers who did a good job. They were probably the only ones who actually put some work into it and didn’t just mess everything up like everyone else. Hell, the stylists for the clothes could be an utter disaster… Why on earth would he even wear the style of a pop idol group when he was clearly from another genre. Let alone, he was one of the top performers in the country! He had lashed out at them again today which was another scoop on top of the crumbling hill he had created over the years. And the CEO seemed to have had enough with it as he was forced to go live at the boarding house. He couldn’t be controlled anymore. As if he was seen as an object instead of a human being. Kicking the bin next to the vending machine, making a dent in it before moving on again. It was better to vent his frustration like this than on an actual person.

Ruffling through his hair roughly as he went back to the dormitory he had to leave. His stuff was already packed the day before since he wouldn’t feel like it today anyway. Only taking about fifteen minutes by foot from the company to reach it. It was really convenient but no… he had to move somewhere else. How did they even think they could change him? It wasn’t like anyone could do some magic which would make the whole world better. Muttering under his breath as he took up his stuff and left with all his belongings as if he had never been there. An empty feeling gnawing onto his conscience as it felt like he wasn’t even needed because of all of this happening. He didn’t have a say in it either.

With great reluctance he took a cab to the boarding house, not even bothering to conceal his identity as he heard that the house was situated in a neighborhood which was pretty quiet. At least the CEO thought about that… It took a fifteen-minute drive, instead of a walk, to reach it.

Opening the front door of the house which was quite big. Bigger than he expected it would be. A rich neighborhood, he thought to himself as no house was exactly old or needed renovation. Opening the door with the key he received from the CEO, revealing a just as beautiful interior as it was outside. Modern but it didn’t feel cold. It was to his taste. Nodding to himself as he accepted to live here, even if he had to probably share it with others from the same company. He took a quick look around, leaving his stuff somewhere by the entrance.

Downstairs were from left to right: kitchen > dining room > bathroom > gym room > living room. Followed by outside in the back: a pool and even a terrace. And eventually upstairs which were full with bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms so they could get ready in time.

modern_house_1c_by_arcanevsu-d3hj9hi.jpg

Dropping his stuff in the middle room on the left side. It felt the best to him to take that one so he did. After all, he was the first one to arrive. Dropping his stuff in said room and started to unpack his things while he was there. His schedule was rather empty today, already having gone to one of his appointments where the stylist earned some scolding.

[div class=textbox]
Soraru slept deeply, and the only thing that stirred him from his sleep was the shrill alarm that beeped next to his bed. He groaned, the alarm piercing his ear and causing his head to feel as though someone was repeatedly drilling into it with a jackhammer. Who the hell had set it anyways? It certainly wasn't him, he didn't use alarms. He shifted just enough to turn off the alarm before moving back underneath the covers, intending to go back to sleep. Sadly, it seemed that fate had other plans for him. His phone began ringing from somewhere underneath the blanket with him, and Soraru wanted to cry out in frustration. Why couldn't people just leave him alone? He was suffering from the biggest hangover he'd had in awhile, and he thought that he deserved to simply stay in bed for the rest of the day. It was be both to his benefit and the benefit of those around him if he did.

He didn't answer his phone the first time, but as he was called once more, he realized that there was no getting out of it. He put his phone up to his ear as he answered, and he was immediately greeted with the voice of one of his managers. Unluckily for him, it was one of the loudest ones. "Yah! You dumb kid, get out the bed already! You're supposed to be moving to the new house!" His manager practically screamed, and Soraru winced as his ears began ringing.

“What move?” He asked once it seemed the manager was done spitting him out. For the first time in a long time, he wasn’t in the mood to argue. He popped his head out from underneath the covers and saw a duffle bag in the corner of the room, meaning that he had known about the move, and that he had just forgotten. “Never mind,” was all he said before he was hanging up on the manager just as the other began yelling at him again.

Soraru sat up with a groan before climbing out the bed, regretting it immediately as the world swayed to the left. Ah, he must’ve still be a bit drunk then. Just how much had he drank? Whatever, it didn’t matter. He slowly and uncoordinatedly made his way into the bathroom, turning on the faucet so that he could take a shower. He may have technically been an alcoholic, but that didn’t mean he’d ever allow himself to smell like one. He took pride in the fact that he at least always smelled nice. Once he finished grooming himself, he walked out the bathroom in a fresh pair of jeans and a comfortably oversized hoodie. As he entered his bedroom, he walked over to the dresser and opened his bottle of painkillers, popping in two without hesitation. Now, with his whole hangover settled as best as it was going to be for the time being, he moved onto the more urgent problem: moving.

He checked that his duffle bag had sufficient enough things, and could immediately tell that it had been one of his drunken shenanigans that he taken place over the night. The disheveled packing and snacks were proof enough of that. He sighed, but closed the duffle bag anyways, slinging it over his shoulder before grabbing his phone and charger from his bedside table. He then left the house, checking that address that had been texted to him earlier. The new address didn’t seem to be that far away, and as Soraru hailed a taxi he wondered where the others were. Granted, he hadn’t checked the house, or even called their names to see if they were there, but that was nothing unusual. Keeping them at an arm’s distance was best for everyone, and if he seemed like a douche in doing it, then so be it. Being a douche kept people away.

As the taxi dropped him off, he tipped the man with a small thanks, the only thing concealing his identity being his hood and a face mask. He carried his duffle bag up to the house and looked at it, using his hands to shield his eyes from the bright sun. The medicine still hadn’t kicked in. Then again, he had long grown used to operating with a hangover, and it didn’t affect him as much as it used to. He entered the house, only mildly surprised that it was unlocked. He wasn’t in the mood to look around the admittedly impressive house, and instead headed right upstairs. He planned on claiming the room farthest from the stairs on the very end— towards the left, but movement from another room stopped him. Curiously, he headed towards the door and peeked his head through the door, surprised to find someone from his agency there. He took a moment to wrack his brain as he pulled off his hood and face mask. “Ah, I didn’t know there were people from à Black Rose here too. Guess I should’ve read the text more carefully.” He said towards the redhead, giving an indifferent shrug towards the end. “Sho, isn’t it?”

TORU

Location: The House| Interacting with: Sho, Sotaru | Mentions: Doughnut Doughnut peachpuff peachpuff u k i y o u k i y o

Toru was a well known late sleeper, so it was no surprise that he had been one of the late rising members. Toru woke up to the sound of an alarm going off, one he mostly certainly did not set. With a loud sigh he shut off the alarm and rolled out of bed, already wanting to go back to sleep. He wasn't looking forward to the day. The optimism he normally had was gone, squashed by the quilt he felt. He hated it. He wasn't one to normally feel guilty, but this time he couldn't help but blame himself for what was going around in the media. His actions not only hurting him, but the group as a whole. The group may not blame him, but he blamed himself enough for all of them. He cursed his thoughts as he shuffled to gather his belongings to take a quick shower before he had to pack.

After his quick shower he returned to his room he got changed for the say, then checking his phone for his schedule. As he scrolled distractedly through his phone he started to get text from his manager and he rolled his eyes. Ignoring them for as long as he could. Which lasted about a good five minutes before his manager started calling him. After getting scolded and yelled at by his manager, he was forced to face the harsh reality. He was moving today. With most of Ech0's members. And it was his fault for the most part or it at least seemed that way to him. Sure Sotaru had his own gossip going on, but Kenzo on the other hand had gotten wrapped up in Toru's scandals. Kenzo wasn't one to get involved in gossip which made Toru feel bad for his actions, even is it was the media's fault for taking it out of hand. Instead of being Toru the helpful, he was Toru the playboy. He rolled his eyes at the thought.

Toru started packing, having not done it ahead of time. Mostly cause he didn't want to move. Seeing as he didn't have an option now and needed to have left an hour ago, he began to basically just throw things in a suitcase. It wasn't like he was moving that far anyway, and he would just unpack it soon.

Putting in his earbuds, he dragged his suitcase outside and managed to get a taxi and tell the driver the address. Toru had tried to reach his manager again, but to no luck. Manager likely giving him the same treatment Toru had given earlier. Annoyed, Toru just turned up his music and scrolled though the many growing articles about him with a scowl. He hadn't even noticed how short the ride was or that he had arrived until taxi driver tapped his leg. "Oh...sorry." Toru mumbled, paying the driver before getting out. Not forgetting to put his hood and mask on of course. The last thing he needed was for the media to find him again.

As he dragged his suitcase to the front door of the house, he had to admit it was a lot bigger than he thought. Definitely bigger than Echo's place. Toru opened the door and looked around before walking in and shutting the door behind him. Thankfully the door was unlocked because he packed his key in the suitcase and did not feel like digging for it. The house was just as big on the inside as it was on the outside. However, as much as he wanted to explore the downstairs, he swore he heard shuffling upstairs. Whether it was his curiousity to see who it was or his hope of it being an Ech0 member, he made his way upstairs with his suitcase in tow. Toru spotted Sotaru who he heard talking but he couldnt make out what he was saying.

"Hey Sotaru." He greeted with a wave as he walked towards him and the person inside the room he couldn't see yet.

[div class=header]Sho.[/div][/div][div class=contentWrap][div class=scrollWrap][div class=grungeText]Hearing the door of the house opening, he shifted slightly but ignored it for the rest as it was probably the others who would be living here as well. A big happy family. He thought to himself sarcastically. It would be something the CEO would say, trying desperately to liven up the atmosphere. He somehow missed the comments of that weirdo at times like this. He didn’t even get a call from him either today. Ah… He probably went to apologize to one of the stylists Sho had scolded today. But wait… if that happened, the whole call fiesta would start in a matter of time. He groaned as he realized that exact fact. It was not because he had to live by himself, that he could escape the wrath of the CEO who wanted good boys for idols instead of someone like Sho. Yet he couldn’t get rid of Sho as he was one of the best in his field if one didn’t look at the personality.

Just as he was about to put the last piece of clothing away, he heard a voice coming from somewhere near. He turned around and saw a blue haired boy standing in his doorway. He knew the other as they went to the same company. Ah, another troublemaker. So that’s what was happening. The bad kids were forced to live together, almost like they were dumped in the trash. “Mhmmm, it wasn’t in the letter. The boss probably shoved us together as we’re uncontrollable.” Sho answered without a care in the world. “Well, since we’ll be stuck together for a while, let’s make the best out of this.” He said, giving his best to force a smile on his lips even though he wasn’t all too happy about it.

Black Rose was a group that people would expect to be bad boys but Sho seemed to have topped that expectation. When the blue haired one said his name, Sho nodded. “That’s me. You’re probably the kid of Ech0 plastered all over the magazines. If I’m right… You’re Soraru.” He pointed out, not necessarily directed to hurt the other’s feelings, he just said the truth. Putting the last shirt in his closet and if Soraru wasn’t enough, another one joined the scene. Raising an eyebrow as he moved in closer to them, placing one hand against the wall. The two were quite small against him, towering above them even.

Looking down towards the two, noticing another member of the Ech0 group. “Aaah… Seems like I’m the only one from Black Rose present.” He said in a sad tone; however, his facial expression was more mischievous as he somehow started to understand what was going to happen. The CEO wasn’t one to just dump people he couldn’t control in a faraway place. No… They’d probably need to undergo some “lessons” to make them into good kids. Yet he couldn’t say that for sure as there was no exact evidence for it.

Kenzo

Location: The House| Interacting with: Sho, Sotaru, Toru| Mentions: Doughnut Doughnut honeycomb honeycomb u k i y o u k i y o (sorry it took so long, work kept me busy.)

Kenzo was the early bird of Ech0, or rather he hadn't slept and realized at 4am it was to late to get any. So he ended up busying himself on his laptop working on music. This lasted until his alarm went off and caused him to jump up, nearly dropping his laptop. He hastily turned off his alarm and stood still, listening to see if he woke any of the other members up. After all it had still been early compared to what time they got up. With a sigh of relief he looked at his phone with text from management. Right. Moving day. Kenzo felt his nerves build up, even if he had nothing to worry about. Management had said it was just until things died down, but Kenzo still had this nagging feeling it was something much more. WHy would they have to move just to wait till things settled down? It didn't make since to him.

Kenzo had somewhere to go before the move though, which is why he was up so 'early'. He had promised to meet with his sister at her office. So he quickly took a shower and got dressed. Once he was dressed he turned his attention to his bags that he had packed. He double checked them making sure everything was there before remembering to put his laptop and head phones in. Can't forget that after all. He probably go crazy trying to find it. Last thing he needed was to cause himself or others more stress.

Kenzo dragged his suitcase to the door, ready to leave before he remembered the other members weren't awake yet. A heavy sigh left his lips. Normally he would be the one to wake them up, but he didn't have time to deal with them fussing with him about it being to early. Instead he snuck in their rooms and set alarms on their phones. What they didn't know, wouldn't kill them right? More like kill him, cause that was a possibility for waking them up. After he was sure they would wake up to alarms he set, he grabbed his suitcase and put on a mask, then left the house.

THe ride in the taxi was short lived as he arrived at his sister's office. Their 'meeting' even shorter as they both had schedules to attend to. As Kenzo walked out the office, suitcase still in tow, he managed to get another taxi that he gave directions to the new house he was staying at. Checking the time he noted the others should at least be awake by now and hoped they had made it to the house. The drive to the new location was longer than what it would have been if he had went from Ech0's dorm to the house. Kenzo didn't mind though, it gave him time to call his racing thoughts.

He looked at the house with amazement. It was a lot bigger and well more extravagant compared to what he imagined. Kenzo paid the taxi driver and got out of the car, making way to the door of the house. He went to get keys out of his pocket before realizing it was unlocked already and he kinda faced palmed himself mentally for not checking first. Taking off his mask he dragged his suitcase inside and after finding no rooms on the ground floor he dragged his suit case upstairs. Upon reaching the next floor he saw two of his fellow members and a member from a different group standing in front of a room. Unsure of really what to do or what was happening, he was rather hesitant to approach. After a few seconds of debating, he walked over. Of course leaving his suitcase by the stairs, he was tired of dragging it around. "Toru. Sotaru. " He greeted pausing as he looked up at the other person. "Sho right?" He greeted, hoping he had the right person.

Beni was a night owl, and he liked it like that. The only reason he woke up at all was for Coco, who would get bored otherwise. But this time he got a phone call, which he ignored at first, until they rang again. Am I running late for something?

"Marubeni Katsuyoshi speaking."

He was greeted by the shrill voice of one of the managers. What he wouldn't give to punch that guy in the forehead.

"Marubeni-san, you're supposed to be at the house by now! I called you a taxi and he's been waiting downstairs for ten minutes!"

"This is stupid." Beni stated it outright, and then hung up before the manager could say another word. He yawned, sliding into something comfortable and collecting his things. Most of his larger possessions, such as Coco's full-size cage, would be transferred separately. His manager had desperately tried to make him get rid of the parrot, to no avail. As it was, he had a few large suitcases and a travel cage for his bird, who was quite obnoxiously repeating the sound of Beni's ringtone.

He arrived at the taxi looking crisp and clean as a washed apple, leaving his suitcases outside for the cabbie to deal with and sitting in the backseat with his bird. The man was clearly bothered by Coco's squealing, but that was his problem. Old fart clearly never loved anything before. Then again, if Coco was ever bothering Beni himself, he could just shut his hearing aids off. The drive was a bit of a distance, but not too much, and he appeared in the house, with a sweater on and some chewing gum in his mouth.

"Hi Sho, hi random people." He blew a gum bubble that burst with a soft 'pop'. "I hate this place already, it looks like a shitshow." He pulled up to the nearest chair, plopping down and checking his Instagram feed on his phone. "Most of you aren't even from the same group as me, so I dunno why we're living together, to be honest." Coco made a harsh sound, which cued Beni to open the door of his cage. Coco hastily sat on Beni's shoulder and tugged at his hair a bit. "I mean, I haven't even done anything that bad."

He recognized the other fellas were from Ech0, a group he didn't care about and didn't listen to. They did that traditional J-pop shit that bored Beni to tears. May as well be Love Live, but with dicks. No identity, no style, no purpose. He had himself a tiny grin thinking about just how much better he truly was.

"Can't believe I have to fucking do this." He muttered, annoyed.

“Plastered all over the magazines? Perhaps, but I’m not really the one famous with magazine gossip.” Soraru said with a small smirk, just as Toru appeared. Momentarily surprised at the sight of the other, Soraru’s eyebrows raised slightly, and he almost lost his balance against the wall. “Speak of the devil and he will appear I guess.” He mumbled under his breath. “Hey Toru, I thought you were already here.” He greeted, as he regained his composure. He was tempted to take a step back as the Black Rose member stepped forward, but he steeled his nerves and held his ground. The other was quite tall, and— although Soraru would never admit it— he was a bit intimidating as well.

“Are you saying you’re expecting more of you then?” He asked, knowing that there had to be at least one more troublemaker in the group. There was never just one. Almost as soon as he spoke, Kenzo appeared, and wow he really needed to get better at listening to the front door being opened. Was it still unlocked? He was still too hungover to care really. It was a problem for another time.

“So I really was the first of our group to get here.” He said with a laugh before greeting Kenzo. “What kept you two so occupied anyways? Usually I’m the one running late.” He asked, and if asked, he’d never say he was concerned for them and what they were doing, he’d say he was curious, and curious only. This time, he heard the door open before he saw the person. Because of this, he could also hear that the person was chewing gum rather loudly.

He wanted to hit his head on the wall if only it would stop him from hearing the other pop bubbles. It seemed that the noise was made with the purpose of making his headache worse, and damn that medicine for not helping him in his time of need. The person that appeared was Sho from Black Rose, and the only thing worse than the gum was his mouth it seemed. “Well shortie, if I were to guess, I’d say it was the attitude.” He said with a small smirk as he glanced towards the other, just as he let his parrot out of its cage. Were they even allowed to have animals in this house? They weren’t at the old one, and although that meant no cute dogs and cats, he was rather glad since it eliminated the possibility of birds. He wasn’t afraid of them per se, but they weren’t on his top ten lists of animals, that was for sure. “Besides, are you keeping that here?” He asked, pointing his finger towards the bird as it perched onto the other’s shoulder. He shifted slightly away from the animal, cringing a bit when he looked at it directly.

Soraru could already tell that living at this house was going to be hell, and he immediately decided that he wasn’t drunk enough for this. He’d have to open his duffle bag the next moment he got. Of course he had packed the alcohol that had been hidden in his room, as there was no use in wasting it. His hands twitched towards his bag at the thought, but he restrained himself. He wasn’t supposed to be drinking in front of others after all.

A sparkle, a twinkle, an explosion of light. The feelings keep seeming to come to me at night. Your face is permanently burned into my mind. Your smile so big and bright and kind.
Emiko’s pen glided across the old paper. She was humming to herself the tone of the song as she wrote down the lyrics. It had been too long since she had been able to add something to her book. Writer's block was the simple term but she knew it was bigger than that. She was losing the picture of her mother's face in her mind. The inspiration that always drew her to write.
Last night, as clear as day she had seen her mother's face in her dreams. Smiling down at her humming a tune. Emi had shot up in her bed and quickly snatched her book and started writing. The words just flowed out of her like water. She was able to fill a full page before her inspiration was lost. She set down and closed her notebook, taking a look at her phone to check the time. She had 3 missed calls from her grandfather. Fear struck through her and she quickly called him back.

“Grandpa is something wrong?” She hurried out worried as soon as he answered.

“I should be asking you that! Do you have any idea what time it is?” He yelled through the phone. She flinched away from the phone due to the volume of his voice.

“10am?” She asked glancing at the clock next to her.

“You’re two hours late to your first day on the job!” he shot back.

The realization hit her like a truck and she apologized to her grandpa 1000 times before hanging up and quickly getting dressed. She had hung up before he could share the little detail that she would be moving to this new location. She would find out soon enough when her things were shipped there.
Once she was completely ready she took the elevator down to the main floor and hailed a taxi. Emiko named off the address her grandfather had written down for her and was on her way. The house was huge and luxurious. Figures that a bunch of spoiled idols would be living here. Her face grew into a scowl at the thought. Emi paid the taxi driver before getting out and walking up to the house. She was about to knock but noticed the door was already open a crack. “Hello?” she called out into the house as she stepped it. She hoped the idols she would be dealing with weren't too obnoxious.

The blazing sun beat down over the bustling streets of Japan with all its might, signalling a long day’s of work just ahead. Although, truth be told, Ryo had never actually been much of a morning person (evident through her concerning amount of caffeine intake and less than patient demeanour). But like any other respectable adult, the woman had a job to go to. Albeit, it just wasn’t just any job. As it was a rather colourful career choice, to say the least. In fact, chaos was expected when in her position, though the severity of it mainly depended on who her employers were. And judging by her very new culprits... Let’s just say that this was going to be a long, long day.

Sharp heels clicked hurriedly against the concrete pavement, each step faster than the next. They were late for school, and by they, she really meant Hana, her baby (not so baby) sister. Why, it was a custom to walk the young woman to school, offer a few death stares in the direction of a few particularly mean girls and then part on the intersection up ahead, which had once lead to Ryo’s old job. The the job that she’d given up in hopes of gaining the experience and benefits that she’d been promised in the first place. “-You should’ve woken me up! Or else we wouldn’t be rushing like this!” The Hana whined, struggling to match the woman’s fast pace. And so, Ryo gradually began to slow “You’re old enough to take care of yourself, I can’t babysit you anymore.” The brunette muttered dully, a soft breeze flowing through her luscious waves. “But you can babysit grown men and not me?” And of course, the whining continued.... She has a point. Ryoko sighed a tired sigh, turning to face her sister with a weak smile stretching across the width of her visage. “Grown men or not, you’re still not as big of a pain in the ass as they will be,” to this the girl broke a laugh “So you can easily take care of yourself, Hani. Besides, last time I checked, you’re not paying me for it.” The woman smiled broadly, gently pushing the uniformed student towards the entrance of the school. “Go get ‘em Hans.”

And with that, Ryoko watched as her darling bedheaded little sister skipped off to class, only to reunite with a few school friends moments later. Why, Hana had always been the more amiable, more talented one, and Ryoko could never be prouder of the fact. For, the two shined in their own unique ways. Hana with her ability to enchant and Ryo with her ability to, well, care. A fond smile stretched across her lips as she watched the school girls bubble with laughter, until she realized that she was loitering. And so, like clockwork the woman swiftly turned on her heel, mentally steeling herself for the encounters that she would be having shortly. Soraru Akiyama, Marubeni Katsuyoshi, Kenzo Yotoka, Toru Sakata and of course, Sho Sakurai. All problematic in their own quirky little ways, and yet, not the worst she’s seen. Though the many tabloids and rumours had done well to intimidate her, initially at least. But once she was able to realize that they were just young men and nothing more, the job seemed to be a little less daunting. In fact, one could even say that she was excited, in a weird sense. Why, Ryo always loved a good challenge, and this seemed to be a challenge worthwhile.

Rounding the corner, Ryo had decided to take the metro today, as her luggage would be arriving much later on in the afternoon. Besides, moving in was by far the least of her worries, for now. No, now she had her mind set on establishing some professionalism in their soon to be shared household, an air of temperance and an overall balance between work and play. Whether they liked her or not didn’t really matter, for, she and her other colleague (who she had yet to learn the name of) would be the bosses for now. Managing, scolding and keeping the boys in check would be their job for until- well, until they got themselves together. There was no telling how long it would take.

Exiting the screeching metro, the walk had been quite lengthy for something that was supposed to be in the city. But she supposed that the upper class neighborhoods were never really accessible in the first place, thereby making them truly exclusive. Coming to a rest, Ryo peered curiously at the mansion before her. It was beautiful yes, but she wondered if a setting extravagant as this would do them any good. Though, she would be getting her own room so she wasn’t really complaining. Strolling through the door, Ryoko “tsked” disapprovingly. Really? Had no one thought about closing the door? Well, this certainly wasn’t a good start.

Chocolate eyes fell onto a woman upon entry. She was definitely younger, and perhaps slightly irritable. At least they had that in common already. “Hi there, you must be the other assistant. My name’s Ryoko, though you can call me Ryo.” The woman extended a hand courteously, features prim as she broke out into a small smile.

Standing in the front room of the house Emiko had a sudden urge to turn around and run. She realized how much over her head she was in this situation. Her grandfather had shared very little information on the position she had. She tried to think back and remember his words.

“The board has decided to place a few of our top clients in a remote house together. They have been causing a bit of trouble in the media and around the office so we’re hoping to reform them together. You will be working as their assistant. Help them with anything they need but make sure they do everything they have to.”

She had been a bit intoxicated the night he called and told her about it so it was definitely fuzzy. That was about as much as she could remember. Make sure they do everything they have to? How was she going to manage to do that? Maybe she should have brought a taser or something. She doubts the company would like their precious merchandise damaged though. Emiko wasn’t used to socializing with people. She stayed in her apartment and wrote. That’s what she was good at. That’s why she didn’t want to be an idol. She hated socializing and she hated the spotlight.
Great! She didn’t even think about how much publicity would follow these troublemakers. She could practically see the tabloid titles in her head. At this point everything in her body was telling her to run but there was one thing that kept her glued to her spot. Her song book. She reached her hand inside her bag and brushed her hand against it.
“You can do this. Just be stern. No spoiled idol is going to stand before you and your dream.” she chanted to herself. She was pulled out of her peptalk by the door opening behind her. She watched as a stunningly beautiful woman walked through the door. Her outfit looked like something off fashion week and she looked like one of the models that would be wearing it. Mari found herself looking down and comparing it what she had quickly thrown on after rolling out of bed. Black ankle boots, black skinny jeans with frayed holes on the knees a black tank top and a red and black oversized unbuttoned flannel. There were probably three articles of clothing in her closet that weren’t black and no she wasn’t exaggerating. If she hadn’t known that she would be working with another girl she would have thought this girl was an idol too.
“Uh, nice to meet you. My name is Emiko. You can call me Emi.” She tried her best to give a genuine smile even though she was genuinely intimidated by this girl.
“Have you been working with idols for awhile?” She asked trying to spark up friendly conversation. If she was going to be working with this goddess. She might as well try to make her first friend in awhile.

“Emiko...” The brunette briefly tested the name upon her tongue, eyes slightly narrowed as she locked the name somewhere away in her memory. After all, she had plenty of others to keep track of, and forgetting the one that she was to rely on would be nothing short of disgraceful. The young colleague herself was very cute. Wearing a thoughtful, very bookish look about her, despite the minor irritation that had swept across her pretty features a in the moments prior. Come to think of it, she quite reminded her of Hana, only older and far more quiet. “It’s a pleasure,” Ryo reinstated, casually pulling her hand away and tucking it into a rather tight pocket. You can never trust women’s clothing to have adequate storage, never.

“Have you been working with idols for awhile?”
Ryoko was pulled out of her fidgeting with the shy, awkward voice of her counterpart. She couldn’t blame her though, first introductions were almost always highly uncomfortable, especially in circumstances such as this. “Erm, no. Actually, this is my first time working with idols.” Ryo began, hands raised as to gesture “Though I have worked with other artists, many of them who have long since retired or gotten back on track... What about you? Have you worked with any idols?” The woman returned the inquiry with a curious tilt of her head, though the corners of her mouth rose with the slightest smile. It was good, they were making progress already. And soon, she’d have someone to trust, and perhaps even confide in. A friend would be nice.

Scanning over the ground floor, Ryoko reluctantly took note of the sinking feeling in her stomach. Why, this was a house, yes... But it simply wasn’t a home. Why, in all of her youth, she had been so eager to get on the job that she hadn’t had the chance to truly be grateful for all things that she would eventually come to miss. And she was missing those things already. For, all of those late nights spent wide awake with Hana, unhealthily obsessing over some series, all of those days spent at the side of her grandmother, forced to listen about her life before the days where the internet existed. And even those awkward (and therefore brief) conversations with Yuri, the stepmother who tried too hard... It was quickly becoming evident that her own life would shift drastically- alongside the boys.’

“Say, we should probably check to see if they’re all here by now, I’m sure I heard some voices coming from upstairs.” Ryo motioned, eager to distract herself from her own temporary losses. And that’s why she loved to work. Because if there’s one thing, it’s that feelings don’t matter when there’s a task at hand. Leisurely leading them up the stares, the woman sought after the location which inhabited the most ruckus, surely they’d all be there.
“Ah, so I was right.” She whispered to herself as they came to stand in front of the doorway of a particularly crowded bedroom. How sweet, they were all grouped together.

“Goodmorning,” The woman suddenly announced, cutting whatever conversations they had short. “My name is Ryoko and I will act as one of your personal assistants from now on.” She stated candidly “If you’re wondering why we’re here, it’s because of the several incidents that have happened in and out of the media thereby tainting both your image and your work. Because of this, it is now our job to help get you boys back on track.” The woman shrugged, soon urging the young Emiko forward in hopes of her getting a word in.

“It’s a pleasure.” The walking model spoke in front of her. Emiko sat there blinking, looking dumb founded. She was unaware people so professional and eloquent existed. Her grandfather did work in a very professional office but everytime she visited she only saw older men that looked like they didn’t know what fun was if it hit them in the face. Ryo radiated so much more than that. Yes, she was professional but it was more than that. She radiated an energy that made you smile. That made you want to work to be a better person yourself.

Emi secretly found herself jealous of this quality of Ryo. Yes, Emiko was 21. An adult my definition. But she felt so unready for the real world. Her grandfather had babied her growing up. Constantly by her side since her mother's death and her father's disappearance. She loved her grandfather very much and owed everything she had to him but his coddling left her so inexperienced when it came to taking care of herself, let alone other people.

Emiko’s eyes widened. She was genuinely surprised Ryo hadn’t worked with idols before. She had walked into the house as if she had done this 1000 times before. This caused her to relax her nerves a bit. All Emiko had to do was fake the part and keep chanting her motto. “No spoiled idol is keeping you from your dream!” She probably looked like an idiot, smiling to herself as she chanted that over and over in her head. Ryo drew her out of her internal inspirational speech by suggesting they go upstairs.

She nodded at Ryoko’s words and found herself thankful of her “take charge” attitude in that moment. Emi was never good at drawing people's attention to herself. Yet, another reason why she wouldn’t do well as an idol. Her heart rate began to pick up pace as she walked up the stairs and not just because she was dangerously out of shape. She had never really thought about how nerve racking it would be to have 5 attractive males around her at all times.

“No Emi! They are spoiled entitled idols! There is no one you hate more!” She yelled in her head, slapping her cheeks a bit to get herself back to reality. Sadly, she was too drawn into her thoughts to even notice they had been standing there the entire time in front of the group. If her cheeks were not red from slapping them they definitely were now that everyone had seen that and probably thought she was crazy. Maybe, that was a good thing. Them thinking she was insane, would probably get them to listen to her more.

“Hi! My name is Emiko! Or Emi… either one” She stammered out rubbing her arm and avoiding all eye contact. “Feel free to take this one…” She spoke softer as she shrunk back behind Ryo. She hated first introductions! She had never been good at them. Once someone gets to know her she was so much more outgoing and able to speak her mind but first impressions were hard for her. It was why didn’t have the most friends. Not many people saw past her terrible first impression. She made a mental note to glare at her grandpa when she got home for putting her in this situation.
