A Mysteriously Large Ship

The cold morning gusts slapped the Captain as the Fog slowly rose from the bay of Pearl Harbor. Everyone was doing their duties until somebody had spotted a plane. One of the Sailors had pointed up to it, And signaled the Air-Raid siren. "Japanese! Open fire!" The Captain yelled as he rushed to the Command center. More and More Japanese began to open fire onto each and every ship in the surrounding area. The ship was enveloped into a pitch-black mist and slowly receded after the ship had shaken Violently.
"Okay! Everyone calm down!" The Captain said as he entered the Command Center. He picked up a headset and entered onto the Military frequency. "Hello Pearl Harbor Base, This is the USS Arizona Captain Franklin Valkenburgh. We were just under attack by the Japanese planes, We have a few casualties and wounded. Please Respond." The Captain himself was both confused and terrified of what had just happened.

"I can help, Just tell me what needs to be done, Agent Mothman." John looks over to the wounded and weak Garrus in the cell next to him. John then looks up as armed Taskforce soldiers step in front of his cell and point their weapons at him. "Well, Hello." Chief says as his visor glints off a beam of light coming from the glass window. "I've killed over 500 Billion entities alone, What makes you any different?"
Chief sits down on a bench in the room, But It snaps in half and throws him onto the floor due to the weight of his armor.

Secretly, Dib started to get really excited. He gave a fist pump to himself before clearing his throat and continuing to speak. "He might be in the Taskforce uniform but he might be in normal clothes as well. Either way, he has a set of blue stripes on the sides of his face and red eyes, you can't miss him," he commented. After looking closely at the strings of info flooding onto the monitors sat in a three by three square, Dib had come up with a bit of a plan.

"Your armor should be able to deflect the ammo used by Taskforce guards, I just hope there isn't an unidentified variable that nullifies that factor."

Samara
"Ah, I see I am not the only one who comes up here," the voice of the Asari Justicar could be heard behind Eight, along with the noise of the door clamping back down, "though I presume you are not here for a view of the stars." She settles down on the edge of the building, legs crossed. She recognized the city at night as quite beautiful (like seriously people, Google pictures of Singapore to get an idea of Utopia's architecture / aesthetic -- it's beau) and she could even hear the fountains from up here. "I don't believe we've met."

Korra and Naga
"Uh, yea, that's me, Korra. Can I help you with something?" She asked, crossing her arms and arching an eyebrow, wary about how someone here knew her name. She didn't have many friends here, and the ones she had weren't the people to go around telling people about her. She momentarily looked away from Connor. Naga seemed immediately friendly to this newcomer, maybe even more so than normal, running up to investigate him with her tail in a low wag. And that made Korra realize that she also had a weird feeling. Couldn't exactly grasp it... But he just looked like some average guy to her. Maybe from her world, Earth Kingdom, by the clothes. He still had a lot of explaining to do if she was to trust him, but she was willing to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. It seemed the Avatar thing to do... the Korra thing to do.

Garrus Vakarian, Hana
Garrus took the can as it rolled along the ground, reaching an arm from the bench to grab it and starting to apply it, feeling an instant cooling sensation, and a lessening of pain. He was going to say thanks, but heard the guy talking to someone on his comms. Interesting that he still had that on him. Taskforce grunts must be getting sloppier. Whatever it was the Chief was getting involved with, Garrus would sit this one out. He'd had enough of half-assed breakouts for now, he was just banking on either a more fleshed out Resistance rescue, or that Rorke would just shoot him as an alternative to torture. Hana meanwhile had just returned to Aruba when she had gotten the alert to check out the prison. She hadn't even yet recovered from her failed scouting mission -- one off the record, away from the prying eyes of Starflight. The young samurai entered the prison block, and saw an unfamiliar prisoner, next to the one she was briefed on to be a Resistance member, rank unknown.
"Sir," Hana began, "I'm not here to bring hostilities." While she used a formal tone, her voice was careful and wary.
"I want to give you an offer that will let you walk out of this prison. Something that will help the entire world you find yourself in," she continued, momentarily eyeing Garrus, who put his hands up defensively and turned the other way, wanting absolutely nothing to do with this. Hana had a katana sheathed on her belt, one hand resting on it, but she didn't intend on using it unless she actually found herself in danger.

Zadruch Vohn and Pepper
"It's a pleasure, Jack," the older awoken put a closed fist over his chest and nodded his head in respect, "on the contrary, you caused enough of an upset to help me out of that situation, so I should thank you, though I do apologize for that untimely...death? And my name is Zadruch Vohn." His gaze drifted past Jack to observe their surroundings, which sounded all too quiet now.
"Maybe it'd be best to stay out of this creature's territory. I don't suppose you have a destination in mind? I'd be happy to escort you wherever you need to go. Though I admit to not being the most supplied right now, if we decide to camp somewhere." Zadruch thoroughly enjoyed helping others here, it made him feel like that hero he used to be, or at the very least, it helped him repent for when he wasn't a hero. But most importantly, he got to meet a lot of interesting people, something he didn't take for granted at this age.

Rook
Resistance safe house

Rook and Coldor enter the room and scan the people inside.
“hello everyone. We have a person to break out of prison. So who has a plan? Because if none of you have a plan, I have a bomb and they have walls, if you catch my drift.”
Rook sets down her bag and looks around. Waiting for some sort of response.

Widowmaker, Basilio
Widowmaker was silent, eyeing Rook straight-on as to recognize her authority. She knew that her task, regardless of what the plan was drawn up to be, was to eliminate hostiles that eluded the escape of Garrus Vakarian. There would be no other reason for Rook to ask her along. Rook gave her this position for a reason.
"Madame, there is someone outside," Amélie flicked her head over to the direction of the safe house's entrance, her hair flicking over her shoulder to keep up, "shall I eliminate them?" Meanwhile outside, Basilio rotated his arms back and forth, blowing air through pursed lips awkwardly.
"This is damn stupid," Basilio grunted to himself, "this intel probably isn't even right. I should just go..." He did see a woman enter this building though, with a fucking giant black cat, so it seemed at least somewhat okay.

Blink
Now that she was back in Utopia, Clarice had absolutely nothing to do. For once, it seemed. She could go back to the bar, but drinking away her issues didn't feel like the way to go. All she could think about though was her concern for Rook, and her guilt for not helping her. But backing Rook meant backing the entire Resistance, something she didn't feel comfortable doing. And she appreciated Rook all the more for never asking so much of her, even once. Would she do it if Rook asked? Maybe. She wasn't sure... really, she hoped to just cross that bridge when she came to it. She loved Rook, would do anything for Rook...
"Fuck," Blink muttered to herself, flustered and absentmindedly walking through the somewhat died down noise of dusk Utopia.

Rook

“keep your gun out, let’s see what they want shall we? Then if they don’t tell us. Then kill em.”
Rook pulled her dagger out of her pack and walks towards the door once more

“Coming widow?”
Coldor follows close behind as even he isready to pounce.
as they exit the building Rook looks around. She quickly spots the man

“HEY YOU! What are you doing here? Answer. Immediately or my friend and I are gonna have some..... problems with you.”
Rook laughs slightly and stares madly at the man, licking her teeth.

Celeste and Kallias
Celeste walked in to the cafe, her eyes going everywhere. She sat down at the table closest to the door. She peeked at every exit, the old habit coming back hard. Eventually, after determining that she was as safe as she was going to get, she looked at the menu. She didn't recognize most of what was on there, but she knew teas well enough. And she knew how restaurants worked at this point in her time on Earth. She stood on shaking legs and walked up to the line. She was third, and waited her turn. She had little money, only what she'd gotten for pawning Luciet's bracelet. Finally, it was her turn. She hadn't been paying attention to who was taking her order, but was surprised to see that it was an attractive man in his very early twenties, with short black hair and pale blue eyes. He smiled at her, and she smiled back. His name-tag read Kallias.
"Hi! How are you today?" He had a slight Greek accent.
"I'm alright, thanks." She was lying. "How are you?"
"I'm doing well. Let me know whenever you're ready to order. Take your time."
"Thank you. Uhhh. . . Could I get a small green tea, with ice, and. . . that's all."
"Of course! Can I get a name for your order?"
"Celeste." She immediately regretted telling the truth.
"It'll be out in just a minute."
"Thank you," she murmured.
"Thank you," he said.
She payed in cash and went back to her table. She looked around the shop. There were a few customers, none of them she recognized. Not that she'd expected to, of course. After a few minutes, Kallias called her name.
"She walked up, took her drink, and paused. "Ah, sir. . . ."
Kallias blinked, apparently not used to being called sir. "Yes, ma'am?"
"How did you come to work here?"
"Oh, I, uh, I filled out an application after asking for a job. Then I had an interview, and then I was hired."
"Oh! So, who did you ask? Is there someone here who I ask?"
"They have applications that you can fill out. You just take one from the bin over there-" Kallias pointed farther down the counter. "-and you put it in the empty bin next to it, and my manager will read it, and if they like it, they'll ask for an interview."
"Thank you!"
"Of course! Is there anything else you need, ma'am?"
"I. . . do not think so."
"Well, enjoy your tea, then. If you have any other questions, myself or any of my coworkers, or my manager, can answer your questions."
She nodded, then turned around, only to find her seat had been taken. There were more customers than before. Flustered, she found the last empty chair and sat down, but not before picking up an application.

[If any player wants to jump in here, I figured your character(s) could be a customer, worker, or even the manager. Feel free to put as many in as you like. This was for Forgotten Home Forgotten Home but of course anyone can jump in as well!]

John quickly thought of a way to excuse himself from this mess, There are no other ways out, He thought. He looked up at the woman and said, "What use could you possibly need of me?" He then glanced to the Katana which could easily shatter or even bend on the Impact of his Titanium armor. "Besides, I serve myself. Nobody Else, Except the UNSC. Now, You'd better let me go, Or all of us might be reduced to ashes." The weapons of this time seemed very crude to what was existing in Cheifs time.

Eight

Eight turns around to see a...Blue woman with a strange-looking hairdo of some sort? "Oh...No I don't come up here for the views, Though It is pretty nice up here." He watches her as she sits on the edge of the building, His visor glowing red as he could see through with the help of low-light vision. "No...No. I haven't seen you around, I'm Eight or O' Eight, And you are...? He continues to watch the streets below through his scope. He had to admit though, Even though she was an alien, She was actually pretty hot...Or maybe hot just to him.

"Research?" Lungwort let out a small hum in response "He more than likely wouldn't be able to tell us, things like that can be confidential" With that, she took the last few sips of her coffee before setting the mug down "Though it is awkward to overhear an argument- especially a marital one"
"Anyways-" Lungwort was quick to change the subject "I'm sorry for being so curious, but, how did you even get an item like that?" She pointed to the medigun, still in awe at how it functioned.

"It's definitely one of the more interesting things I've seen here" She chuckled "Well, that and I had treated someone who could shapeshift" Her tail curled, enjoying her much needed break.

Medic

"Oh, this old thing? I built it with the help of my friend named Engineer. A good guy actually. I use it on my teammate's back when I was in my...Dimension. Although, Blue spies can be frustrating at most." Medic lets out a sigh, before healing up the last patient and patting them on the back as they left the room.
"Do you know a place where we can eat?" Medic laughed softly and coughed, Covering his mouth.
"Apologies, Just a cold." He apologized as a white dove peeked out his bag. "Archimedes! There you are! I've been worried sick." Medic picks the bird up and rubs his head gently with a finger.
Medic feels his face grow red, For an unknown sudden reason. "I-Im really sorry I coughed, Dr. Lungwort." He stuck a needle into his neck and injected the fluid into himself. "Ahh Better..."

Basilio, Widowmaker
Widowmaker kicked the door open as she exited after Rook, aiming her gun in full scope at Basilio.
"Whoa!" He shouted, holding his arms up. He was armed, but both of his weapons were out of his hands, where he intended them on staying.
"I'm just looking for the Resistance!" He quickly yells out defensively, "someone told me to come looking around here!" The amount of hostilities he saw off the bat was probably not a good sign, but if this was Resistance for real, maybe they were pretty paranoid. But he heard about how fucked and violent this world could be, and it upset him greatly.

Hana, Garrus Vakarian
"Try to understand that this world is fragile, scared, and very confused right now. We all want to go home, myself included. This is just a precaution in case of hostilities..." She says, acknowledging his immediate aggression with a sideways glance, "there have been so many innocent lives put at risk because of what people like us have decided to do here. We have to stop them all before any more citizens of this world are killed. If you don't want to help, fine. But prancing around and attracting danger -- which I guarantee you will, by the way you're going around the place in that armor -- won't do anything to help things, unless you're with us."
"The people from our worlds are innocent, too!" Garrus argued, in a quick rush of anger going up to the cell.
"And you're a bunch of terrorists who have done more harm against our people than good," Hana shot back calmly, "how many people have died, on any side, from your attacks and explosions?" Garrus made a growling exhale, averting his eyes.

Samara
"I am Samara," the Justicar says simply, "I owe an oath of servitude to the ones who run this settlement, so here I stay for the duration I am in this world." She cups her hands over her knees in a sort of mediative posture, though her eyes remain clear as she surveys the city below.
"It is a pleasure to meet your
acquaintance, Eight," she says with a hint of a smile curled at the edge of her lip.

Rook

Rook sucks her teeth loudly and looks at widow.
She then sighed.
“I’m. The. Leader. What do you want old man.”

Rook lets down her guard slightly and Coldor sits next to Rook, still ready to pounce if needed.
Rook stares at the man once more. Still with the same wild look on her face. Ready to kill the poor man of needed.

John stared at Hana as she talked, Once they were done talking Cheif decided to speak. "Be Quiet, The both of you. Do you want to take my armor? Go ahead, Put it on and scream as your bones are broken and your body is squeezed. Guess what? In my world, Over 70 planets Inhabited by humans were glassed, Billions and billions of lives were lost. Just like on Reach, Every single Spartan-Three that was sent was killed. Even without my armor, I'm still powerful. My answer is No." Cheif looks at his HUD's radar and flicked his eyes back up to the woman.
"I'll be fine out there. I've been In this situation many many times before. But, I really don't want to hurt you, Or any of you for that matter, Unless I'm forced to."

Eight

Eight lets out a sigh and turns his head to the Justicar. "Oh well...It's nice to meet you too, Samara." He puts down his rifle and turns off his low-light vision, Then takes off his helmet and hangs it at his side. "I have a question, Whats your world or Universe like? I've heard you and some others came from the same place, You all travel around In space-ships and stuff?"

gwenpool gwenpool

Engineers? Spies? The more he talked the more her interest grew, but for now, she would offset her curiosity to a later time. Lungwort's ears perked at being asked about a place to eat, her head tilting slightly as she thought "Well, off the top of my head I know there's a bar not too far away from here" Her tail curled tighter "I'm not sure if they sell food though-" Her train of thought was interrupted by his cough, slightly startled by its abruptness

"It's fine! With the office being so crowded today, I honestly expected one of us to catch a cold" She offered him a smile as her eyes gazed down towards his bag, widening when she saw the dove poke through.
"Oh!" Surprised, she watched as he handled the bird "I didn't know you had a companion!" Lungwort giggled in amusement, tail wagging. Her excited demeanor turned more into a comforting one as she heard him apologize once more "Don't trouble yourself over it- it's just a cough" Her voice softened, continuing with the conversation.

"If we're going out to eat, I'll need to change my clothing" Lungwort looked down at her bloodied outfit "When all this went down I didn't really have time to change into my scrubs. I'd rather not look like I've just gone through a bloodbath in public" She joked lightheartedly "I'll try to be as quick as I can"

Medic

He looked at his dove and said, "Yes, He always wanders off but always finds his way back to me!" The Doctor laughed. "A bar? Personally, I drink little to none nowadays, I'm too old." The Medic chuckled and smiled as the other Doctor began to talk.
"Sure! Take your time, I have to get washed up myself." The Doctor headed to the nearest sink and began to scrub the blood off of his rubber gloves and arms. "Archimedes! Get over here buddy, Time for your bath!"
Dr. Ludwig grabbed the Dove as It Cooed and Hoo'd. The doctor began to wash the blood off of his bird as he smiled brightly and hummed.

Hearing that the bird wanders was cute to her, watching the dove as he spoke "I do a bit of drinking myself, especially to unwind at the end of a long day" She replied, tail returning to a soft wag "I'm about to be 30 myself! I shouldn't indulge so much- it's hard to remember I'm not a young twenty-something anymore!" With a laugh, she briefly watched as he walked off to the sink, grinning as she heard of the bird needing a bath.

Lungwort herself walked off into the privacy of her office, thankfully, she carried spare clothing in case she was stuck all night at her facility. Leaning down to reach the bottom drawer of her desk, it revealed a set of outfits.
Sifting through the clothes, she plucked an outfit out that seemed to fit the occasion. A simple, long-sleeved mahogany blouse with a black, pleated skirt was her pick, choosing not to change out of her heels as they were the least affected. While Lungwort wasn't one to wear jewelry, she thought to wear her locket, believing it would make her appear more presentable.

When she finished dressing, she placed the locket across her neck to clasp it. The hellhound watched herself in the mirror, turning and straightening out her outfit to see if it matched. Eventually, Lungwort exited her office, the sound of her heels clicking across the tile as she walked to her former spot. "If you'd like, we can look for a place to eat while we walk" She spoke aloud, hoping he could hear her "Or would you like to go to the bar to see if they have anything?"

A Japanese man walked into the cafe. The man had a small smile on his face. He had gray hair in a bowl cut, something that's usually not stylish but was for him, gray eyes, and had a lean and somewhat muscular body. He appeared to be wearing a school uniform of sorts.

He walked up to the counter quietly, hoping to get some coffee.

Near Utopia (Aichi)

Aichi can't help but get rather somber as Ketio talks, thinking about the decision the captured people will have to make. Either work for them to capture more people or get sent to prison? That's horrible!

"You help rescue those people?"

Honestly, Aichi doesn't know how to feel about all of this... He doesn't like going against authority, per say, but what he's hearing does sound very wrong...

And then Tri speaks up again, and Aichi looks towards him.

"We're in Singapore?"

This naturally brings back some memories for Aichi. He remembers fighting at the Asia Circuit in Singapore, facing off against Leon in the finals... He won, and was crowned the Asia Circuit champion.

"I... Join Utopia? Do you mean staying at the city?"

Honestly, he doesn't have anywhere else to go, currently... At the very least his current plan is to go there and figure out if he can get some answers.

Mikazuki had alot going on in her mind. One second, she was leaving a gaming store with her deck in hand. The next? She was falling. Yes, falling as in descending down to the ground, from high up in the air. She was screaming out of fear, but she just remembered she can fly. Her black wings spread wide as they flapped. Mikazuki was pushed straight up, as she then descended slowly. Whatever caused her unexpected fall was gonna have to wait however.

Landing safely on the ground, she realized she wasn't in her home town anymore. This city looked unfamiliar to her, and Mikazuki had a look of uncertainty on her face. Her wings retracted and dissapeared, as she started to walk. Perhaps she can find someone to ask where she is?

She came across a small group, most of them unfamiliar, but there was one person among them she recognized.
"Aichi Sendou?!"
Mikazuki asked herself, before she ran up to the group. From the group's perspective, Mikazuki looked as if he was just another boy. This was in part, due to her appearance and choice of clothing.

Reaching the group, she sounded excited to meet the champion of the Asia Circut when she spoke.
"Aichi, I am so glad I found a familiar face! I don't know what is going on, but it's great to finally meet you in person!"

Hearing that the bird wanders was cute to her, watching the dove as he spoke "I do a bit of drinking myself, especially to unwind at the end of a long day" She replied, tail returning to a soft wag "I'm about to be 30 myself! Medic

Medic scrubbed out Archimede's feathers as the bird calmly coo'd as the cool water ran over it. The doctor grabbed a nearby towel and dried off the bird gently rubbing It's feathers. He then placed the bird on his left shoulder and finished tidying up himself. "Ah, Much more formal." He straightens up his red tie and dusts ff his brown vest. "If I do drink, It will most likely be Vodka. Ah, So you are still young in a sense? I am Forty-Five myself, I have seen way too much combat, Due to me being a field medic for my team."
Medic looked up as he heard the clicking of heels to see that Lungwort had dressed quite formally. "Doctor! You look quite formal!" Medic took off his gloves and placed them onto the counter and turned back to Lungwort. "The bar will be fine. Just hope they don't have fights often. I know some sell steak and such Items, But not all of them."

Tri nodded as he said "Over here, your safe. no Taskforce member could ever come after you guys without being illegal, and that would cause a HUGE International Incident. Your going to have to talk to Keito though- he is the one who lives here" Tri looked over at the sun, and gestured for Keito to speak-

Keito moved back so the new person could be introduced. "You know each other?" Keito questioned, though the answer was obvious. He looked over to Tri, a look of confusion on his face. "Oh, no! I don't live here, I just travel from Utopia to Utopia, Base to Base. I have a mission near here, so I'm using this area to get my strength up," Keito admitted. His blood-red eyes scanned the trio before him, memorizing their appearances. "But if you want, I could always use more eyes." His offer was clear; Be a lookout for the weird alien boy.

"But, I don't think Tri will take my offer." He added with a chuckle

Liberty Prime

Liberty Prime approached the small group of people nearest the outskirts of Utopia. A blue laser emitted from his eye and ran over everyone in the group several times. "Welcome to Utopia, Singapore! I am Liberty Prime, the Main defender, and Assistant to the Singaporian Representative Democracy." He stopped moving and that's when the thudding stopped. He looked down at the group and stood there, In case questions needed to be answered.

Near Utopia (Aichi)

Aichi's attention is most certainly caught when he hears his name, turning his head rather quickly in Mikazuki's direction.

"Eh?"

Someone that recognizes him?! Even in another world?! It's not someone he's met before, but they've heard of him regardless!

"Oh, um, hello...!"

Aichi can't help but feel a little awkward at first, but he does his best to hide it behind a polite smile. Perhaps she's from his world, then? It makes sense, only someone from his world would know his name like that, right? And he won the Asia Circuit recently so people have clamored over him recently... He still never knows how to react when people recognize him like that, and it's not much different here!

"It's a rather strange situation to meet in, isn't it? I, ah... would introduce myself, but you already seem to know me..."

His polite smile grows a little sheepish as he silently wishes that this meeting could have been done under different circumstances. Meeting after being transported to a completely different world... Not the best time for it, you know?

Aichi then looks over to Tri, nodding in understanding.

"So as long as we stay in Utopia, we'll be safe?"

That sounds simple enough... Although Aichi does feel guilty simply staying to the side in such a situation... He wishes he could do more, but at this point he's not sure what he can do to help... He still feels that getting a good look around Utopia would be a good idea, and maybe from there he can figure out just what he should do...

He looks to Ketio, smiling a little.

"I see... So you're like a hero for people from other worlds, traveling and saving them!"

Although he's not sure how he can help...

"I... I wish I could help, but I'm not sure what I can do... I only just appeared here, and I... I feel like I need to learn a little more before I do anything hasty."

As for the question about whether or not he and Mikazuki have met though, he grows a little sheepish, raising his hands a little.

"Ah, that's... I don't think we've met before... It seems like we could be from the same world, but..."

He turns to face Mikazuki again, still trying his best to seem polite and proper. However, before he can say much more, Liberty Prime appears, and Aichi gasps.

"E-Ehhhhh?!"

Is... that a robot...?! Like a big robot?! They seem friendly, but Aichi still can't help but be shocked. It's different seeing one like this, rather than through his imagination or his PSY Qualia...

"I-I... I'm Aichi Sendou... It's, um... thank you for welcoming us...!"

Snap out of it, Aichi... Stand tall and strong! He does he best to snap out of his shock, lifting his head back up a bit. He still seems a bit nervous and overwhelmed, but he's doing a good job keeping most of it contained. Poor guy just hasn't had much time to process all of this...!
