Critics vs SAO and SAO 2.
Sadly although the critics had used it's most powerful attacks against SAO and SAO2, the plot armor was just too strong for them and in the end the critics were defeated causing SAO to get a sequel, a spinoff, 2 video games(that I know of.), and a theatrical released movie in Japan. Sometimes the villains win in the end.
 
Every Tenma vs. Johan fight in monster. Whenever they fight, Johan tries to break Tenma's mind, and it's always so fun to hear them argue over their own ideals.
 
I have liked the fight between Momonga and Shalltear Bloodfallen from "Overlord" (see here). The first minutes is so accurate

Keemstar vs Leafy
We all loved it when Leafy and GradeA turned against Keemstar. But when it mattered the most, GradeA left, unable to keep fighting. It was leafy alone vs Keemstar and he made a final stand to be remembered.

Number 2
The Attack on Leafy
Keemstar was just one problem on Leafy's back. But he could never count on iDubbz turning against him. Known as the slayer of reaction channels and the only one to defeat Keemstar in single combat, iDubbz attacked Leafy at his full force when he least expected it. This lead to those loyal to him, like H3H3, FilthyFrank to come to iDubbz's aid. The battle that ensued was not good for Leafy. Cornered, exhausted and almost dead, we all watched at the edge of our seats as iDubbz took over the fight from the beginning and singlehandedly took down Leafy without any help. And when he was about to deliver the final blow, Leafy took his own life.

The Meme Wars
Okay. We get that this is not a battle but a series of battles but you cannot deny that it was a great one. With GradeA coming back stronger than ever, he decided to build up a force to take down iDubbz. He brought back Leafy, got the help of Chubbs, Pyrocynical, all the commentary youtubers, and, placed a mind control spell on Pewdiepie. With an army this large, some force to fight against them had to be made. That is when iDubbz did the unthinkable and allied with Keemstar. Now with Keemstar, FilthyFrank, H3h3, JohnTron and all of their respective armies at their side, iDubbz lead the charge against Leafy and his forces. However, Leafy abused the broken youtube system of spamming low quality uploads. And the battle quickly ended. With iDubbz's army taken down and Leafy about to finish him, all hope was lost. But, the Filthy Frank stopped leafy. Activating all of his powers, FilthyFrank started to Transform. H3h3 told everyone that this transformation would kill him, but Frank just smiled. Using all of his powers, FilthyFrank summoned, Chin chin, salamander man, Safari Man, Puki And all of his forms to get into his ultimate power form. He was..pink guy. Every second, Filthy frank would lose more of his life energy. But this did not matter as he went CRASHING into Leafy's forces and killed all of them. He killed ALL of the Commentary youtubers and Ripped Pyrocynical in half. But, His time had come to an end. In his final breath he said the one thing he always wanted to say "Orewa o chin chin ga daisku nandayo." He fell. Everyone cried. iDubbz couldnt hold back his tears. Surprisingly, the one who cried the most was Keemstar. He secretly loves Frank. He just could not have the courage to tell him. And now... he never will. He cried and cried. But then, he was pent up with rage and was ready to kill GradeA and Leafy. He could not do it alone. That was when a light from the heavens shone on Keemstar and he came. IT WAS HARAMBEE. Harambe jumped down and then SMASHED into Leafy. He placed Leafy's head into his mouth and CRUSHED it with his teeth, spitting out all the low quality trash content after he was done. Then, while harambe was distracted with GradeA, Pewdiepie loaded his sniper rifle, the very one used to assassinate Harambe the first time. It was at this time that we got the biggest relevation of Pewdiepie of being the one who killed harambe all along. Pewdiepie laughed. He was not mind controlled. He was behind everything this whole time. He was about to shoot. And that is when RYAN HIGA STABBED HIM IN THE BACK. He then sliced the sniper rifle in half and yelled "FINISH IT HARAMBE". Harambe grabbed GradeA by his legs and ripped him in half. The war was one. But at what cost? The frank of the filth was dead. Harambe grabbed his lifeless corpse and walked to the group. He then bid farewell to everyone, sacrificing himself to bring filthy frank back. Keemstar still couldn't admit his love, but there was a chance now. Everyone was happy, crying tears of joy.

I dont know. Although it was great, the show missed a chance to develop white blood cell's character before having him killed like that.
