So, characters! Here are your options: human that's with Eden, ghoul that's with Eden, or an investigator. If you make a character that's a part of Eden, they don't need to start out in Eden, although I hope some characters are. If this is the case, your character must eventually somehow become a part of Eden within the first few posts.

If your character is an investigator, they will be a part of Squad 36, a relatively new squad made of some of the brightest the academy has to offer, along with other investigators supplementing the squad's numbers. At any rate, this group will eventually come to question the CCG, and ally with Eden far later in the story.

Appearance: The dog ears on the picture are from a bandellet that was attached to her head by her kakuja mixing with it. It was never taken off, and it is painful to attempt, so she doesnt bother trying. She often dons an investigator's coat over her clothes. For a mask she used a solid simple medieval helmet with a bone sticker on top and an opening for her mouth. It comes off easily, but it's not hard to re-attach either. Occasionally she wears a dog collar for comfort when she goes to sleep, and beneath her clothes are several leftover scraps of metal still emerging from her time in conditioning.
Her ukaku kagune has the appearance of semi-transparent obsidian clusters of crystal in the vague shape of small feathered wings, whose end closer to the back is connected by a mass of meat to the accumulation of tubes that is the center of her kagune. Beneath it appears two to four long worms with open maws, like a moving tunnel within which one can see twisted blades similar to the obsidian of the ukaku, this ofrming the rinkaku.

Personality: Kojinu is, unsurprisingly perhaps, quite animalistic. Years upon years of conditioning and training led her into a reduced intelectual state in most aspects of life, often even struggling with communication and having purposely induced into several dog-like behaviors for the purpose of testing the waters and showing how far they could go to the higher-ups. She also has a certain obsession with eating, having been starved a lot in the past. She s resourceful and quick-witted, taking advantage of every resource and oportunity in a strangely efficient manner. Despite issue sof communication, she tries her best to be polite, obedient and strangely calm, but her solutions to problems tend to display a universal display of violence.
There's an insctintive cunning to her, signs of a manipulative, envious, cautious nature. However, she doesn't hesitate to jump into combat and put her life on the line if needed be. She is energetic, and perhaps unexpectedly has a certain foundness for small adorable fluffy animals and trying out clothes. On the other hand, she truly despises those with a lot of wealth prejudice and easy lives, and may even act somewhat sadistically towards those people out of spite. Normally, though, she is rather meek towards those she means no harm, with a low but excitable voice, and showing hostility to strangers instead, maybe even growling.

Bio: Kojinu was the first born of the notorious Koganiku family's third branch. As such, while she was quite shouldering the responsability for the whole family, there was still quite a bit of anxiety for her to fit within the standards of a first born of this family, which had been selectively in and outbreeding specifically to mantain their prized set of hybrid kagune. Being born male, and with a hybrid kagune, it appeared as if he was right on the path to success, that is, until his actual kagune manifested at last. As it appeared that the Koganiku family's prided armored koukaku was nowhere to be found in Kojinu's arsenal. The result was Kojinu's henceforth shunning for the disappointment he had become for the rest of the family. He wasn't particularly mistreated, but the favoritism he had one received was quickly passed along to his sibling which might still come to manifest the "correct" combination of kagunes. For this reason, Kojinu was left behind as bait for the investigators during an attack. A promising young investigator, Saimin Sora, who had been seeking a way to stand out within the CCG, found a flash of inspiration in the helpless ghoul child, and requested to her mentor , a senior special investigator, to capture "it" alive. The investigator consented to this and even pulled some strings to allow her to attempt her experiment: to subdue a ghoul into becoming a loyal "Pet" of the CCG.
Thus began Kojinu's conditioning training. The attempts and proceedures were many, but with the additional freedom given to the CCG, it was easy to allow them to be performed on a ghoul, including starvation, torture, and the usage of drugs and surgery upon Kojinu, going so far as alter his hormonal development permanently, making him into a girl (which possibly affected the later development of the exact effects of their ukaku). Within two years of conditioning and an additional three years of conditioning coupled with training, Kojinu was ready to be shown to the higher-ups. That time, and a few others from then on, she was put through an autentic dog display show, even being made bark and made to have spare matches with investigators and civlians alike, putting up some fight at least against all of them, but also losing even to civilians due to their conditioning. It was determined that Kojinu would be considered a living quinque to be used by the promoted special investigator Saimin Sora.
For the next few years, Kojinu was thoroughly used by the investigator to capture and dispose of many ghouls. Infiltration missions would have been an obvious choice, but unfortunately Kojinu was too damaged for that kind of mission, so determining ghouls from human, and pure straihgt-foward combat or ambushes was all Kojinu was allowed. And their reward was simply food, usually the remains of the ghouls after their kagune had been extracted for quinque production. Eventually she began developing her kakuja, and received conditioning for that as well. Not long after it was condiered viable for combat, the investigators in Saimin's squad ended facing an enemy way out of their league and perished. Kojinu, who had been given orders to attack a different group of ghouls, returned to find her master dead, alongside a group of investigators and ghouls. For almost a week, she simply sat there and killed anyone that dared approach, waiting for her new orders, but eventually, the hunger became even stronger than her implanted loyalty, resulting in her devouring the corpses she had been watching for that week.
Now released, Kojinu found that she still couldn't go after any investigators. However, she feared for her life now that she had eaten her "owner". That's when it struck her: What if she had ghouls and investigators attack each other, and then she could eat the spoils? She went through the corpses, and used the attire of an investigaor in conjuction with her kagune's abilities to disguise herself as a human being. She never would have passed a detection test, but she could fool even experienced noses. If a group of ghouls or CCG looked like they were barely winning, she would ambush them from behind. Otherwise, she'd just let the battles unfold after leading the investigators to certain places, an eat their corpses. Her plan has recently began to fall apart as the CCG grew aware of the so-called "Siren Impostor", a ghoul disguised as an investigator that lead others to their demise.

Strengths: *Strong bites and powerful acid can eat through ordinarily things too hard to consume, such as the woven metal in quinques.
*Limited camouflage from her ukaku which affects smell as well.
*Vastly increased speed due to being an ukaku user
*Slightly increased regeneration from being a rinkaku user
*Great variety of effective weaponry makes her powerful and adaptable in combat
*The kakuja form augments many of her usually less-efective capabilities and increases her close fighting style, making it a fitting trump card
*Because her learning was focused on the conditioning done by the CCG special investigator on her, she is capable of bizarre lengths of strategic thinking compared to one might assume from her behavior
*Her ukaku's "feathers" contain acid. If broken, the acid doesn't just evaporate, as it isn't actually part of the kagune, though it's nature is influenced by RC cells.
*Having been trained, post and during her conditioning, by the CCG, she's received combat training .
*Great control of her kagune
*Great sense of smell even for a ghoul

Weaknesses: *Her ukaku isn't normally large enough to hide her whole body, at best it can hide her starting from the upper torso, so the camouflage is only effective if she has an alternative way of hiding the rest of her body. Also, it doesn't mask sound.
*While she definitely has a very strong regeneration, easily restoring several limbs, it's a very slow one as well. In other words, while she is beyond the shadow of a doubt capable of regrowing an arm, it may take days to do so.
*Her combat style may be versatile, but it's not sustainable because all of her options have some form of offensive orientation. Even the camouflage is pointless once her position is found, thus lacking in defensive capabilities.
*As a rinkaku user and ukaku user, it's natural for her stamina to drop impressively quickly in a fight.
*Both the rinkaku and Ukaku are knwon to be rather fragile types of kagune
*Using the kakuja causes a significant drop of her intelligence, making her actions henceforth become dominated by either whatever orders she was given by her "trainer" or by her hunger. It may also be hard to trigger the kakuja form without one of these as the cause.
*Her speed is lost when she goes kakuja
*Because her learning was mostly focused on the conditioning of the CCG done to her, she ain't the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to most out-of-combat and even some in-combat situations. For instance, communcation issues.
*Because of her conditioning, she has a harder time attacking investigators.
*Because of her conditioning, her body responds to certain commands words regardless of her own will.
*She has certain issues with her memory, mostly regarding matters of her life before being caught by the CCG, but her short term memory has suffered damage as well, so you might have to explain her your plan multiple times.
*weakened sight

Kagune/Quinque: Paw's main strength is perhaps the variety of options they have in terms of kagune. They possess a hybrid ukaku and rinkaku kagune breeded by selection within their family, but due to their time in the CCQ they have also developed a kakuja and acquired certain low-tier quinques.
Paw's hybrid kagune initially manifests as a mass of tubicular CRC cells accumulated on their back. The tubes will then either condense or grow to supply either of the kagune types, which in other words means that while the kagune are still distinct they have a shared form of origin.

*Ukaku- From her mother's side, has a a kagune that hardens into glass-like feathers on their back. Though not visible to the naked eye, these have tiny tendrils which absorb nearby molecules and alter the chemicals inside the "feathers" (which are based on her stomach acid), altering the color and scent of the kagune, which creates a camouflage effect. To a certain extent, the tendrils can also be used to grapple certain things that come into direct contact witht the kagune.

*Rinkaku- From her father's side, she possesses a malleable worm-shaped kagune. It takes the appearance of a long red tube, and wihin it are several curved blades. While this rinkaku's regenerative potential isn't exactly on the top seats, it makes good use of the almost liquid properties of this kagune type allowing it to quickly shift the position of it's own cells, effectively turning it's insides into a blender. It can also temporarily turn itself inside out, making it's inner blades into outter spikes.

*Kakuja- Over the years of working as a hunting dog for the CGG, Paws was often fed other ghouls. In time, she came to develop an almost full-fledged kakuja. When in kakuja form, a large shell develops in her forehead, and beneath it several canine maws piled on one another downward, ending in a tendril-like beard. The head splits into three heads, just like the original, and each form a collar of bone and blades around the end of their neck. The body expands being covered with flesh the color of the ground, reaching a size of five times her original size. It grows several new arms with a mostly skin and bones appearance, and deep dark claws on it's fingers, but their lower torso and legs take on a dog-like body, with several of her rinkaku lining up over the torso and even serving as tails. The ukaku grows into actual wings, but they wouldn't be able to do much other than serving as a cloak or a short glider. More importantly, the whol kagune is made from the material as the initial mass, meaning it can at any point differenciate itself into either of the hybrid kagune's forms. In addition to that, the regeneration speeds increases vastly at the expense of the actual movement speed of the user, as does the potency of their stomach acid, which they now can spit out, due to the toad-jaw-like cluster that forms on her stomach, allowing her to spit it's contents selectively but with great range and force or simply regurgitate it. Her blood attains acidic properties as well.which can even damage quinques that penetrate.
She has enough control that she may be able to grow just the half-kakuja form despite having a fully developed kakuja. This half-kakuja grows the extra arms, and just one of the maws. It increass the number of rinkaku tentacles as well, and only the kagune parts attain acidic properties.

*Low-tier quinques: For obvious reasons, she never had access to real quinques, however she often hid certain quinque as potential food. All of these were quinque so minor the CCG wouldn't have noticed them being gone. The most powerful in their possession, is a pair of daggers which release minor shocks of eletricity when stricking against CRC.

Misc. Abilities: *Like most ukaku users, ordinarily she is rather fast

*She has an unnusually strong stomach acid and teeth, a sort of almost self-adaptive mechanism to allow her to cope with the low amounts of food she had. She is one of the few ghouls capable of even eating quinques (including the metal, though she can't digest the metal) and while naturally still affected by it, this lessens the harm of eating human food.

*She has an unnusually strong sense of smell, even among ghouls, but her sight is a not as good

Appearance: Abstract black pattern with the words ‘Pretty Eyes’ in Korean are tattooed on her left shoulder. Eyes are a clear, piercing blue, while her hair is a much darker version of that same shade. You can only make out the blue when her hair is directly under a bright light. Her style can best be described as 'casual and oversized'. Her wardrobe consists mainly of neutrally-colored hoodies, jackets, and t-shirts.

When she’s out prowling as Gaslight, which is rather infrequent, she wears a dark side-buttoned jacket, as well as a white plague-doctor-inspired mask that covers her left eye. She had it constructed by one of her quirky artist friends from a different sector.

Personality: Humans are crazy and ghouls are all dumb, Aogiri’s just weird and the CCG are just scum. Sori’s apathy knows no bounds. Whether she’s talking to a human, a ghoul, or a damn dove, Sori will always employ the same slightly disinterested tone. Trying to rile her up is like trying to rile up a fat, lazy cat- it won’t happen unless you kick her repeatedly, and even then, she’ll only bat at you until you go away.

Sori doesn’t really hold grudges, and when she does, she’s as petty with them as humanly (ghoulishly?) possible. She knows when she’s being childish but she just doesn’t care. About anything, really.

Likes: Eyeballs, doodling, procrastinating, being off-task, eyeballs, and procrastinating.

Dislikes: Idiots, elitists, most humans, most ghouls, ghoul meat (just ew), people who kill unnecessarily (do it far away, where you won’t attract attention to her), any form of physical labor

Fears: Work, having to move again, lack of food, having her website shut down

Bio: Based in South Korea, Tasty!, a webtoon (Korean webcomic) about aspiring young chefs enrolled in a prestigious cooking school, quickly gained a cult following after its launch four years ago. Penned by an anonymous author under the pseudonym blink_blink, it was critically praised for its lively characters and uplifting message, and thousands clamored to read its once-a-week updates.

‘blink_blink’ is in fact a ghoul named Sori Na, who started the webcomic as a way to pass time while being unemployed. After Tasty!’s unexpected popularity, Sori spent most of her time maintaining the website and living off its ad revenue. Life was peaceful.

But all shitty things must come to an end, and she eventually got bored with her own comic’s overly filtered drivel.

Chapter 143- The Absolute Tastiest. The cooking competitions within the story that once featured perciatelli pasta with reduced red wine sauce and crispy buttered duck now featured human liver pâté and delicately sliced eyeballs with esophagus dumplings. In a tragic twist, the main character was revealed to be a ghoul who, shortly after winning the competition, feasted upon the innards of the series’ most beloved side character. Human readers were horrified. Ghoul readers were delighted.

But in an unexpected twist, the new gruesome subject matter of Tasty! did not kill its popularity- its readership actually grew larger, in the sort of reverse-attraction-train-wreck-can’t-look-away phenomenon that the Internet is well known for. When Tasty! was taken down by its original website host, Sori complacently moved it to the darkweb and kept on writing. Its notoriety among humans and fame among ghouls kept the readership alive.

Police efforts to discover blink_blink’s actual identity were launched, and to circumvent both them and widespread Internet speculation, she moved to Japan two months ago with help of fellow ghoul Hanae and co-founded Eden, a cozy little flower shop that has absolutely nothing suspicious being housed within it what-so-ever. Here she works on her comic, doodles customers, grows fuschias, and occasionally kills people.

Appearance: The dog ears on the picture are from a bandellet that was attached to her head. It was never taken off, and it is painful to attempt, so she doesnt bother trying. She often dons an investigator's coat over her clothes. For a mask she used a solid simple helmet with a bone sticker on top. It comes off easily, but it's not hard to re-attach either. Occasionally she wears a dog collar for comfort when she goes to sleep, and beneath her clothes are several leftover scraps of metal still emerging from her time in conditioning.
Her ukaku kagune has the appearance of semi-transparent obsidian clusters of crystal in the vague shape of small feathered wings, whose end closer to the back is connected by a mass of meat to the accumulation of tubes that is the center of her kagune. Beneath it appears two to four long worms with open maws, like a moving tunnel within which one can see twisted blades similar to the obsidian of the ukaku, this ofrming the rinkaku.

Personality: Kojinu is, unsurprisingly perhaps, quite animalistic. Years upon years of conditioning and training led her into a reduced intelectual state in most aspects of life, often even struggling with communication and having purposely induced into several dog-like behaviors for the purpose of testing the waters and showing how far they could go to the higher-ups. She also has a certain obsession with eating, having been starved a lot in the past. She s resourceful and quick-witted, taking advantage of every resource and oportunity in a strangely efficient manner. Despite issue sof communication, she tries her best to be polite, obedient and strangely calm, but her solutions to problems tend to display a universal display of violence.
There's an insctintive cunning to her, signs of a manipulative, envious, cautious nature. However, she doesn't hesitate to jump into combat and put her life on the line if needed be. She is energetic, and perhaps unexpectedly has a certain foundness for small adorable fluffy animals and trying out clothes. On the other hand, she truly despises those with a lot of wealth prejudice and easy lives, and may even act somewhat sadistically towards those people out of spite. Normally, though, she is rather meek towards those she means no harm, with a low but excitable voice, and showing hostility to strangers instead, maybe even growling.

Bio: Kojinu was the first born of the notorious Koganiku family's third branch. As such, while she was quite shouldering the responsability for the whole family, there was still quite a bit of anxiety for her to fit within the standards of a first born of this family, which had been selectively in and outbreeding specifically to mantain their prized set of hybrid kagune. Being born male, and with a hybrid kagune, it appeared as if he was right on the path to success, that is, until his actual kagune manifested at last. As it appeared that the Koganiku family's prided armored koukaku was nowhere to be found in Kojinu's arsenal. The result was Kojinu's henceforth shunning for the disappointment he had become for the rest of the family. He wasn't particularly mistreated, but the favoritism he had one received was quickly passed along to his sibling which might still come to manifest the "correct" combination of kagunes. For this reason, Kojinu was left behind as bait for the investigators during an attack. A promising young investigator, Saimin Sora, who had been seeking a way to stand out within the CCG, found a flash of inspiration in the helpless ghoul child, and requested to her mentor , a senior special investigator, to capture "it" alive. The investigator consented to this and even pulled some strings to allow her to attempt her experiment: to subdue a ghoul into becoming a loyal "Pet" of the CCG.
Thus began Kojinu's conditioning training. The attempts and proceedures were many, but with the additional freedom given to the CCG, it was easy to allow them to be performed on a ghoul, including starvation, torture, and the usage of drugs and surgery upon Kojinu, going so far as alter his hormonal development permanently, making him into a girl (which possibly affected the later development of the exact effects of their ukaku). Within two years of conditioning and an additional three years of conditioning coupled with training, Kojinu was ready to be shown to the higher-ups. That time, and a few others from then on, she was put through an autentic dog display show, even being made bark and made to have spare matches with investigators and civlians alike, putting up some fight at least against all of them, but also losing even to civilians due to their conditioning. It was determined that Kojinu would be considered a living quinque to be used by the promoted special investigator Saimin Sora.
For the next few years, Kojinu was thoroughly used by the investigator to capture and dispose of many ghouls. Infiltration missions would have been an obvious choice, but unfortunately Kojinu was too damaged for that kind of mission, so determining ghouls from human, and pure straihgt-foward combat or ambushes was all Kojinu was allowed. And their reward was simply food, usually the remains of the ghouls after their kagune had been extracted for quinque production. Eventually she began developing her kakuja, and received conditioning for that as well. Not long after it was condiered viable for combat, the investigators in Saimin's squad ended facing an enemy way out of their league and perished. Kojinu, who had been given orders to attack a different group of ghouls, returned to find her master dead, alongside a group of investigators and ghouls. For almost a week, she simply sat there and killed anyone that dared approach, waiting for her new orders, but eventually, the hunger became even stronger than her implanted loyalty, resulting in her devouring the corpses she had been watching for that week.
Now released, Kojinu found that she still couldn't go after any investigators. However, she feared for her life now that she had eaten her "owner". That's when it struck her: What if she had ghouls and investigators attack each other, and then she could eat the spoils? She went through the corpses, and used the attire of an investigaor in conjuction with her kagune's abilities to disguise herself as a human being. She never would have passed a detection test, but she could fool even experienced noses. If a group of ghouls or CCG looked like they were barely winning, she would ambush them from behind. Otherwise, she'd just let the battles unfold after leading the investigators to certain places, an eat their corpses. Her plan has recently began to fall apart as the CCG grew aware of the so-called "Siren Impostor", a ghoul disguised as an investigator that lead others to their demise.

Strengths: *Strong bites and powerful acid can eat through ordinarily things too hard to consume.
*Limited camouflage from her ukaku which affects smell as well.
*Vastly increased speed due to being an ukaku user
*Slightly increased regeneration from being a rinkaku user
*Great variety of effective weaponry makes her powerful and adaptable in combat

Weaknesses: *Her ukaku isn't normally large enough to hide her whole body, at best it can hide her starting from the upper torso, so the camouflage is only effective if she has an alternative way of hiding the rest of her body. Also, it doesn't mask sound.
*While she definitely has a very strong regeneration, easily restoring several limbs, it's a very slow one as well. In other words, while she is beyond the shadow of a doubt capable of regrowing an arm, it may take days to do so.
*Her combat style may be versatile, but it's not sustainable because all of her options have some form of offensive orientation. Even the camouflage is pointless once her position is found, thus lacking in defensive capabilities.
*As a rinkaku user and ukaku user, it's natural for her stamina to drop impressively quickly in a fight.
*Both the rinkaku and Ukaku are knwon to be rather fragile types of kagune
*Using the kakuja causes a significant drop of her intelligence, making her actions henceforth become dominated by either whatever orders she was given by her "trainer" or by her hunger. It may also be hard to trigger the kakuja form without one of these as the cause.
*Her speed is lost when she goes kakuja
*Because her learning was mostly focused on the conditioning of the CCG done to her, she ain't the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to most out-of-combat and even some in-combat situations. For instance, communcation issues.
*Because of her conditioning, she has a harder time attacking investigators.
*Because of her conditioning, her body responds to certain commands words regardless of her own will.

Kagune/Quinque: Paw's main strength is perhaps the variety of options they have in terms of kagune. They possess a hybrid ukaku and rinkaku kagune breeded by selection within their family, but due to their time in the CCQ they have also developed a kakuja and acquired certain low-tier quinques.
Paw's hybrid kagune initially manifests as a mass of tubicular CRC cells accumulated on their back. The tubes will then either condense or grow to supply either of the kagune types, which in other words means that while the kagune are still distinct they have a shared form of origin.

*Ukaku- From her mother's side, has a a kagune that hardens into glass-like feathers on their back. Though not visible to the naked eye, these have tiny tendrils which absorb nearby molecules and alter the chemicals inside the "feathers" (which are based on her stomach acid), altering the color and scent of the kagune, which creates a camouflage effect. To a certain extent, the tendrils can also be used to grapple certain things that come into direct contact witht the kagune.

*Rinkaku- From her father's side, she possesses a malleable worm-shaped kagune. It takes the appearance of a long red tube, and wihin it are several curved blades. While this rinkaku's regenerative potential isn't exactly on the top seats, it makes good use of the almost liquid properties of this kagune type allowing it to quickly shift the position of it's own cells, effectively turning it's insides into a blender. It can also temporarily turn itself inside out, making it's inner blades into outter spikes.

Kakuja- Over the years of working as a hunting dog for the CGG, Paws was often fed other ghouls. In time, she came to develop an almost full-fledged kakuja. When in kakuja form, a large shell develops in her forehead, and beneath it several maws piled on one another downward, ending in a tendril-like beard. The head splits into three heads, just like the original, and each form a collar of bone and blades around the end of their neck. It grows several new arms, but their lower torso and legs take on a dog-like body, with several of her rinkaku lining up over the torso and even serving as tails. The ukaku grows into actual wings, but they wouldn't be able to do much other than serving as a cloak or a short glider. More importantly, the whol kagune is made from the material as the initial mass, meaning it can at any point differenciate itself into either of the hybrid kagune's forms. In addition to that, the regeneration speeds increases vastly at the expense of the actual movement speed of the user, as does the potency of their stomach acid, which they now can spit out.

*Low-tier quinques: For obvious reasons, she never had access to real quinques, however she often hid certain quinque as potential food. All of these were quinque so minor the CCG wouldn't have noticed them being gone. The most powerful in their possession, is a pair of daggers which release minor shocks of eletricity when stricking against CRC.

Misc. Abilities: *Like most ukaku users, ordinarily she is rather fast

*She has an unnusually strong stomach acid and teeth, a sort of almost self-adaptive mechanism to allow her to cope with the low amounts of food she had. She is one of the few ghouls capable of even eating quinques and while naturally still affected by it, this lessens the harm of eating human food.

Appearance: Abstract black pattern with the words ‘Pretty Eyes’ in Korean are tattooed on her left shoulder. Eyes are a clear, piercing blue, while her hair is a much darker version of that same shade. You can only make out the blue when her hair is directly under a bright light. Her style can best be described as 'casual and oversized'. Her wardrobe consists mainly of neutrally-colored hoodies, jackets, and t-shirts.

When she’s out prowling as Gaslight, which is rather infrequent, she wears a dark side-buttoned jacket, as well as a white plague-doctor-inspired mask that covers her left eye. She had it constructed by one of her quirky artist friends from a different sector.

Personality: Humans are crazy and ghouls are all dumb, Aogiri’s just weird and the CCG are just scum. Sori’s apathy knows no bounds. Whether she’s talking to a human, a ghoul, or a damn dove, Sori will always employ the same slightly disinterested tone. Trying to rile her up is like trying to rile up a fat, lazy cat- it won’t happen unless you kick her repeatedly, and even then, she’ll only bat at you until you go away.

Sori doesn’t really hold grudges, and when she does, she’s as petty with them as humanly (ghoulishly?) possible. She knows when she’s being childish but she just doesn’t care. About anything, really.

Bio: Based in South Korea, Tasty!, a webtoon (Korean webcomic) about aspiring young chefs enrolled in a prestigious cooking school, quickly gained a cult following after its launch four years ago. Penned by an anonymous author under the pseudonym blink_blink, it was critically praised for its lively characters and uplifting message, and thousands clamored to read its once-a-week updates.

‘blink_blink’ is in fact a ghoul named Sori Na, who started the webcomic as a way to pass time while being unemployed. After Tasty!’s unexpected popularity, Sori spent most of her time maintaining the website and living off its ad revenue. Life was peaceful.

But all shitty things must come to an end, and she eventually got bored with her own comic’s overly filtered drivel.

Chapter 143- The Absolute Tastiest. The cooking competitions within the story that once featured perciatelli pasta with reduced red wine sauce and crispy buttered duck now featured human liver pâté and delicately sliced eyeballs with esophagus dumplings. In a tragic twist, the main character was revealed to be a ghoul who, shortly after winning the competition, feasted upon the innards of the series’ most beloved side character. Human readers were horrified. Ghoul readers were delighted.

But in an unexpected twist, the new gruesome subject matter of Tasty! did not kill its popularity- its readership actually grew larger, in the sort of reverse-attraction-train-wreck-can’t-look-away phenomenon that the Internet is well known for. When Tasty! was taken down by its original website host, Sori complacently moved it to the darkweb and kept on writing. Its notoriety among humans and fame among ghouls kept the readership alive.

Police efforts to discover blink_blink’s actual identity were launched, and to circumvent both them and widespread Internet speculation, she moved to Japan two months ago with help of fellow ghoul Hanae and co-founded Eden, a cozy little flower shop that has absolutely nothing suspicious being housed within it what-so-ever. Here she works on her comic, doodles customers, grows fuschias, and occasionally kills people.

Ide is what could be defined as an able body, he's reasonably fit and described as being "Toned" with a high amount of muscle definition. His skin isn't very tanned but isn't pale either, however it does appear to be healthy and treated well despite the way of life the ghoul may have had to live. He keeps himself well groomed, making his hair out to typically be either combed or at least brushed, which helps him keep a softness to it. When it comes to clothing he isn't exactly a fashionista, he'll wear black slacks a white button-up shirt, and a black hoodie typically. He doesn't really care how others see him since he doesn't want that attention drawn to himself so he isn't known as one to stand out in a crowd, unless you count his teal locks.

Personality:
Ide himself isn't considered the friendliest of folks, rather you could say he's a pessimist. Which is likely why he got the name Wither as he figured most things are going to slowly fade and then die sooner or later. Including himself. However you can't deny that he is smart, being able to analyze most things in a matter of minutes, or learn an opponents patterns after a couple of minutes, this bodes well with his high endurance rates.

Despite this however he does have a helpful side to him, he's willing to help someone out as long as they're worth his time or a customer at the shop. He tends to be quite charasmatic but due to a lack of enthusiasm in most conversations he'd rather just go and read his books or have a nice cup of Coffee rather than listen to people chatter endlessly. When it comes to love he can come to be known as the jealous type, being specifically prone to emphasizing the wrong words in a conversation if his loved one is in it. Which is the reason his last three relationships ended in failure.

Being Buried Alive:
In the past Ide had some pretty.. odd experiences and being buried alive was one of them. Not exactly buried the natural way but with a building falling down on him and he had no ability to escape for the following six hours. Not even his kagune would help him there, so he is naturally afraid of being buried alive. Whether it be in a crashing building or in a coffin six feet down.

Dentists:
Though it is a highly irrational fear Ide has a deep-held terror for dentists, if he sees a dentists office he will instinctively bolt away from it as if to protect his teeth, Reason as to why is because as a child he went to a dentist names Dr. Mul. This doctor was a nightmare machine, he didn't numb his patients and probably wasn't certified but he worked for cheap. Ide lost six of his baby teeth in one day to that man... he then proceeded to punch him and run but that was a difficult challenge as the child ran through tears and the blood dribbling down his chin.

Bio:
Ide has had a complicated past, starting from birth. He was born to a bikaku and a ukaku pair, his mother had blue hair so he always assumed it was her side of the family that gave him his green hair. Growing up he had the joy of dealing with his dentist, Dr. Mul and then the fun of his parents being hunted by the CCG, he had issues with them ever since his father was taken from him. His mother raised him and had him blend in with the normal society, he did so exceedingly well and eventually was just going to the library day in and day out. That was where most of his time had been spent, he came home one day and his mother was gone. She had left their home to him and left for god knows where.

She still hasn't wrote him back to this day so he assumed that she was probably dead. After inspiration struck from his favorite authors he had began writing stories himself. Spending countless hours reading and then writing.. and then his house burned down. So he practically lived in the library, however when they closed for the day he would go off and hunt or stay at a late night coffee shop. He didn't hunt more than he needed for the longest time, but when he encountered a low-class investigator he had a bit of a spar. In the end he had managed to escape from the investigator and prays that they've forgotten about him.

After he realized that the investigators were closing in on them he got a new place to live and focussed on keeping low. Given the fact he now had to support himself and the apartment he'd purchased he went to find a job and soon enough was led to Eden. Applied for a job and his function became to tend to plants, so he didn't question and just worked for what he could, now he still functions with Eden with full knowledge of the operation they're pulling, or majority knowledge.

Kagune:
Ide's Kagune is of the Bikaku type, the kagune itself comes from around his hips, or lower back and extends roughly twice the length of his legs. The single tail starts from the base as a minty green color which slowly grays until eventually becoming an dark ashy color at the tip, if an object is behind them it is visible though distorted. Which gives off the idea of it being translucent. However the physical appearance of this tail is much alike that of a serpents tail, minus the broken glass texture it holds as the tail extends, this doesn't change from the rather high durability of his kagune.

Personality: Toward other humans, Hato is pleasant enough, even gentlemanly, but mainly keeps his focus on the job at hand. He respects the chain of command at CCG, and even in his early career has rarely deviated from orders he has been given. Ghouls, on the other hand, he treats with about equal respect as he would an unpleasant bug on the sidewalk. For the most part, his prejudice toward ghouls is unwavering, though is somewhat irrationally rooted in his past.

Likes: His job, fancy suits, long walks on the beach, scourges.

Dislikes: Did I mention he's not too fond of ghouls?

Fears: Clowns. Seriously, no clowns.

Bio: Hato originally aspired to join the SAT as a young boy. His best friend and him had it all planned out - a career as special forces operatives together. Well, that was until his best friend turned up in the local paper, carved up like a roast dinner in a back alley during the rising ghoul epidemic. Needless to say Hato took the event quite personally, and may or may not have sworn a blood oath to exact revenge on the entire ghoul population.

Ah, but that was his hot-headed teenage years. Hato has since developed much more realistic life goals since then. Well, sort of. He enlisted as a field investigator with the CCG, and treats his job as a medium of catharsis. After coming to terms with the fact that he was neither the first nor last to lose a loved one to the ghoul epidemic, Hato even humbled up during his early career, and continued to climb the ranks until present date, wherein he became - quite recently - promoted to Rank 1.
For better or for worse, Hato volunteered to field test early stage experimental anti-ghoul weaponry, and signed quite a few questionable consent forms that no sane person would ever put down their signature on.

Strengths: Hato refuses to be intimidated by his opponents, but won't stick around when he realizes he's outclassed.
Weaknesses: His pride prevents him from using any ranged weapons, namely Q-bullets, and his recklessness will probably be what kills him.

Quinque:

The Habesuta mk I is an experimental quinque harvesting device that consists of a single-edged sword and a processing pack. Blood absorbed by the sword can be analyzed by the pack, and the properties of the sword can be modified to mirror that of a quinque.

For example, blood taken from a ghoul with a Ukaku-based kagune can be used to give the sword projectile attacks.

Currently, quinque charges are only temporary, and the sword will revert to its regular propeties if more blood is not taken. Its bulky nature also makes concealment difficult, and leaves no room for additional weapons.

Pretends like dying isn't a big deal but also really doesn't want to die meaninglessly.

Bio:
When Sora was nine, he found a friend in a nameless boy that visited the same garbage pile behind a soba restaurant as him. He decided to call the boy Noodles, and they were inseperable for the next three years. Not once did he question Noodle's random disappearances, lack of a consistent past, family, home, or name.

They ruled the dump heaps together as best friends. Then one day while the two were playing at Sora's house, Sora found a movie about killing ghouls, popped it into his laptop, and asked Noodles if he wanted to watch it with him. Noodles recoiled in disgust. Sora jokingly said, "What, are you a ghoul or something?"

Convinced that his cover was blown, Noodles the Ghoul went into a frenzy that killed both of Sora's parents and his visiting grandmother. Noodles resisted killing his only friend Sora long enough for the CCG to arrive and put Noodles down right in front of Sora's eyes.

Sora was taken away to the academy, where he became fiercely competitive and overzealous to make up for the fact that his oversight with Noodles had killed off his entire family. He graduated with top marks and eventually became a first class investigator.

Soft skin gorgeously compliments her cheeks, as her youth was still within her. There's something wonderful about her, perhaps it's her bubbliness or perhaps it's simply her unusual alliances. But nonetheless, people tend to hopelessly try to seduce her, despite her bratty nature.

Tsuki is a whiny, self-involved girl at heart, considering she was spoilt to no end by her father as a kid. She obsesses over the latest fashions and is incredibly boy crazy, often more so than her parents think. If she ever dates, expect her father to instantly turn into an Overprotective Dad, which has already happened considering her and her "ex" are technically still dating. Basically, she will either go around acting like a Drama Queen and wangsting up over every minor little thing ("My life is ruined!") or else she'll just roll her eyes exasperatedly at the "wacky" hijinks the rest of the family gets up to, often becoming a bit of a sullen killjoy in the process. Her most valued personal possession is the phone. She talks (or texts) endlessly on it with her friends or her Daddy, and breaks down when she's without it. Basically a mega Diva.

When people first meet her, they often assume her to be an Alpha Bitch or The Brainless Beauty, but really and truly that woman is extremely logical and agile in dealing with situations. Tsukiko is relatively honest and hardworking--if she really wants something, she goes after it herself, even without Daddy sometimes. This also means she is stubborn as all hell, and cannot be persuaded unless a reward is granted in return. She rarely ever shows her true emotions to people, though her only real close "friend" is her ex, as they grew up together from since childhood.

Bio:
Tsukiko was a very interesting little girl. From day one, she was spoilt to no end by her father, as she was considered his only beloved. Her mother on the other hand, didn’t quite like her for some reason, and she couldn’t understand why.

To this day, even after her mother’s death, she still didn’t know a lot of answers to her questions. But that was okay. She had her daddy still and to really that’s all that matter.

She also knew of someone that she met when she was younger, Genko, or Koko as she liked to call him. He was her first love--her only love, and despite how annoyed or upset she could get by him, she absolutely couldn’t live without him. She adored him, just as much as she adored her daddy. It was cute, the lil love cliche.

As she got older, still running at 23, she does tiny lil “odd jobs” for her dad, and enjoys the meal she gets right after, considering he was a very busy CEO. He rarely gets to see her, but that didn’t mean she wasn’t enjoying herself.

Guren is normally described as a tall young man with a lean yet well-built body and fairly handsome features whoose skin seems to miraculously maintain a fairly light tone in despite of his years as an investigator. He has naturally ginger hair - that he normally doesn't bother with styling, favouring a messy style - and his sole visible eye is almond shaped and emerald colored, being slightly angled downwards in a way often described as "droopy" - characteristics that would most certainly be shared by the other eye in normal situations, but in his specific case are unique to the left one, as his right eye seems to be permanently morphed into a ghoul-like kakugan (Though his sclera is considerably lighter than a ghoul's, assume a dark grey pigmentation instead of the usual pitch black).

When dressing for specific missions, Guren seems to favour the use of dark colours and is often seem wearing long sleeved jackets over his shirts, favours tight pants he tucks into his boots - mostly for his convenience, as his "tools" are mostly located in holsters fixed to his tights and waist - and uses a black leather eyepatch that "makes him look cooler". He is also often seem wearing scarfs and fingerless gloves, and is known for his love for earrings, having at least a dozen of pairs. He is also known for using bandanas when his hair starts to grow too long so it doesn't get in his way during fights. In casual situations, though, he seems to mostly favour clothing with a loose cut, barely fitting - the exact opposite of his excessively tight work attire - and pays little to no attention to his hairstyle and overall appearance, having a style that is often described as sloppy and disheveled by his acquaintances. He does, though, wear suits when forced to either walk around patrolling or stay inside the office, recognizing that his own style is far from fitting for a serious ambience.

Personality:
At first glance, Guren is far from what anyone would expect from a fearsome first class dove, being, in fact, an individual described as extremely carefree, irresponsible, lax, cheeky and seemingly incapable of demonstrating any worry even when faced by the most dangerous situation - Going as far as happily reading books while in the middle of a battle zone - and being recognized by his acquaintances as the kind of person who has an inherent disposition towards doing the most senseless things simply because he feels like it to the point of often ignoring his previous plans in favour of simply napping around due to finding a good spot to do so, Guren has a personality that is far more similar to that of a spoiled cat than to that of a experienced killer - Hardly someone who'd possibly be dangerous to anything but a fly, if you judged him based on this superficial analysis.

The truth, though, is fairly different from what you can access from analysing Guren superficial behaviour: Even if he is far from being a merciless killer, having a gentle heart with a soft spot for kids and wholeheartedly refusing to hurt innocents no matter how dangerous letting them go is for him, he is also the monstrous being that by the age of 15 was already feared as a remarkably monstrous individual even by the CCG standards, having absolutely no qualms against using his overwhelming abilities to directly slaughter anyone who threatens disturbing the peace in his district independently of their identity and acting with all the brutality of a vicious predator when motivated by either the urge of protect what is dear to him or the even more brutal urge to seek revenge against the ghoul race.

Likes:
- Reading: Guren likes to call himself a bibliophile, being somehow addicted to the act of reading on itself, independently of theme or genre. Naturally, he's also an avid book collector.
- Sleeping: Guren has an undeniable love for sleeping, passing a fair share of his day napping and still being more than able to sleep 8-9 hours every night.
- Cooking: Surprisingly, Guren not only cooks most of his daily meals but actually enjoying doing so to the point of willingly doing the same for some of his closest associates - quite the unusual act for someone as lazy as him.
- Fighting: Though he'd most certainly try to deny that, Guren often has a smile on his face whenever he's confronting a ghoul, even more so if he feels that the fight is a difficult one.
- Coffee: Guren is somehow addicted to coffee, being used to have at least a couple cups during the day and often getting moody when unable to have those. According to himself that's a direct result of the partial ghoulification of his taste buds, but quite a few of his older friends from the academy period can attest that this is utter bullshit: he was already addicted to coffee since away before his surgery.
- Cats: He is known to have two cats that he spoils to an unimaginable extent.

Dislikes:
- Ghouls: Let's just say that he doesn't have any love to spare for the beings who deprived him of his family and any opportunity he had to have a normal life.
- Criminals/Delinquents/Bulies/Assholes in general: Guren seems to specially despise people who still have time to make the life of other humans harder in despite of living in a naturally fucked up world and doesn't have any qualms about demonstrating this despise phisically.
- Sadism: Guren seems to deeply hate people who engage in sadistic acts such as torture and similar actives independently of the victim's identity, going as far as confronting other investigators over it in despite of his hate for ghouls
- Threats: Guren hates being threatened to an unusual extent, reacting violently independently of the identity of the person threatening him or how subtle the threat was.
- Arrogance: Guren is deeply displeased by arrogance, being inherently annoyed by people who see themselves as being naturally above others and often acting excessively for the sake of stopping their worthless boasting.

Fears:
Researchers: Rather than fearful, Guren is deeply wary of how researchers seem to be more than capable of doing even the most absurd things for the sake of their research, naturally considering them as more dangerous than even the most ruthless executioner.
Himself: Guren is far from being a fearful person, easily going on mostly unfazed by things that could make a grown up man cry like a baby, but if there's one thing he fears it is his own potential for cruelty and how close it brings him to the beings he hates.
Loss: Guren seems to have developed a deep fear of losing those he cares about due to losing his family at a very young age, developing an extremely obsessive need to keep his close associates safe under any circumstances.

Strengths:
Near-ghoul Physique: Due to his unique condition, Guren has near-ghoul senses and physical abilities, being much stronger, faster, durable and keen when compared to normal humans and having an equally superhuman sense of smell, sight and hearing.
Freakish Strength: Guren seems to be excessively strong even for ghoul standards, being able to wave his absurdly heavy hammer around as if it doesn't weight anything.
Enhanced Regeneration: While it isn't comparable to a rinkaku user, Guren has absurd levels of regeneration, being more than able to continue fighting in despite of receiving multiple injuries that would normally be more than enough to kill a half-human investigator.
Trained Combatant: Being brought up in an orphanage funded by CCG and frequenting the academy from a young age, Guren is naturally quite the capable fighter, having received as much training as most of the first class investigators in the field in despite of his young age and being naturally talented when it comes to fighting.

Weaknesses:
Recklessness: Suddenly receiving the ability to easily recover from wounds that would normally kill a person without even having to stop battling to do that does wonder for your ego. It also may turn you into an utter retard who throws himself into even the most dangerous situations without thinking twice due to the simple fact that you probably won't die anyway.
Unstable RC Levels: Due to the experimental nature of his Quinx surgery, Guren's RC Levels aren't as roughly regulated as the ones in the later generations of Quinx, often spiking whenever he has strong emotional reactions. While this "flaw" hardly makes him any weaker phisically - actually strengthening him instead - it is hardly a good thing since the sudden change in strength completely throws off his tempo and may leave him vulnerable for a while until he gets used to his heightened abilities. Additionally, even though his Kagune is a Bikaku it seems to be roughly equivalent to Ukaku Kagunes when it comes to RC expenditure, making him exhausted much faster than a normal Bikaku user.

Having "inherited" it from a SS ranked ghoul moniked Salamander, Guren's kagune assumes the form of a remarkably large crimson tail similar in appearance to that of a lizard's and constantly surrounded by a flame-like aura generated from the highly volatile RC cells of the kagune, who seem to have the unique characteristic of constantly emitting an absurd amount of heat - more than enough to actually ignite things at touch and thus remarkably prone to cause collateral damage when wielded by an unstable user such as Guren. Additionally, Guren is far from being heat-proof himself and most certainly can't survive oxygen deprival, so his inability to "turn off" his kagune's inherent capacity makes it so he's pretty much unable to use it in closed environments and somehow hesitant in making use of it inside heavily populated urban areas, as losing control over it in such an environment would most certainly cause an unimaginable amount of collateral damage and endanger the lives of civilians.
Tettsui (Koukaku - Quinque):
Tettsui is a hammer shaped quinque uniquely designed from a koukaku kagune for Guren's exclusive use, being capable of absorbing the user's RC cells to grow to an absurd extent, going from a 10 cm long hammer to a monstrosity that's almost 6 meters long - literally the size of a bulding, and as heavy as one - as long as he feeds it with enough RC cells. Unsurprisingly, it is also extremely durable due to its koukaku-like composition. As of now, the maximum size that the hammer can take without exhausting Guren is roughly two meters of height (with a 20 cm wide "head") and weight of at most 80 kg.
Scorpion 1/14 (Bikaku - Quinque): Guren is known to have a set of 14 Scorpion mass produced quinques that he keeps in holsters located in strategic areas of his body to use as spare weapons.

Misc. Abilities:
Cooking: Guren is well known in his branch for being a master-level cook.
Heat Resistant: Due the unique characteristics of his RC cells, he seems to be away more resistant to heat based damage than normal ghouls.

Personality: Hane's main talent is that beak of his, and chances are he'll chew the ear off of anyone in range until they physically tell him to shut it. He won't take getting talked down to or lectured, and respects authority as about as much as NWA did in the early 90s. Still, he's not entirely insufferable, and might even be reasonably pleasant toward those he trusts. Just as much as anyone else, Hane wants to live a life where he can walk down the street everyday without worrying about getting dragged off, shot in a dark alley, and then having his body harvested for his kagune.

Likes: Feeding birds, flying, talking, a good bit of human.

Dislikes: Getting shot at, getting teased, getting hungry.

Fears: Commitment

Bio: Most ghouls have a terribly dark and tragic backstory that fuels their murderous hunting of human beings. Not Hane. Truth is, Hane didn't have much of a backstory to begin with. His family could be anywhere, most likely dead, and he didn't particularly have any fond memories of them anyway. It's wasn't friendship, family, love, or hope that kept Hane's world turning.

It was birds.

Hane could never quite explain it, but he always had a certain fondness for birds. They always followed him around, listened patiently when he was talking, and cawed along with whatever he said. A lot of people might consider a childhood spent with birds as friends quite a sad one, but Hane couldn't be happier with his aviant companions for company. His life was mainly spent ducking from one district to another, feeding on whatever unfortunate humans wandered into his domain, unknowing of the impending organisation that would end his days as a nomad.

Strengths: Other than his talking, Hane can be praised for his exceptional perception, and will more often than not make deductions of other people based on their tells.
Weaknesses: For a ghoul, Hane isn't particularly agile or physically strong. He is utterly reliant on his kagune.

Hane's Ukaku-type kagune is somewhat unusual compared with others of the same type. His wingspan is roughly double his own height, and his wings are quite capable of letting him take to the air. Most notably, his kagune does not shoot projectiles per se, but will rather conjure live crow-like detachments which actively follow and carnivorize targets.

The number of 'crows' that can be sent at targets are rather limited in supply, and using such an offensive capability revokes his wing-mass, and therefore his ability to shield himself.

Personality: Toura can be very quiet and reserved. But he is definitely nor shy in anyway. His silence is a choice, preferring to listen to everything around him. Being silent doesn't mean he's nice or considerate either, He is actually incredibly rude and impolite when he does open his mouth, often correcting people, making inflammatory remarks, or making ominous comments. He just is naturally a mean person. To be honest he might actually like to make people mad. Although, he is nice to children. Kind of. Hes still just as rude as usual, just less so, and gentler with his remarks. Sometimes. Unless he feels like speaking his mind would be best. Then again, he's always speaking his mind, so who knows.

Kagune/Quinque: Rinkaku Quinque. It has been styled to look like a sword, to fit in his case. When he goes to actually use it, the blade splits in half and a tendril comes out of it. The blade halves themselves act like tendrils as well, and all three tendrils reach out to around 4-5 feet
Back Up Quinque: Ukaku Twin fans. The fans are about 2 feet long and the 'feathers' are about 1.5-2 inches wide. These fans can be folded and unfolded and even connected together to make a disk. He can also shoot the 'feathers from it at the enemy, but this isn't always suggested.You have to retrieve them after, or the fan will be missing pieces.

Personality: Milos is very shy and bashful, and gets flustered easily. He is very kind, and dislikes violence of any kind, which is why he dislikes the Dove's and government are doing things. He even might hate how the doves, and everyone treats ghouls!! Their not half bad when you get to know them, well, most of them, and he honestly loves their company, and loves taking pictures of them. HE is fascinated by kagune and their construct and appearance, but he can find himself just as friendly with doves as he find Quinque interesting as well, even if he doesn't like how they are made, or the dove's themselves.

Appearance: Electrical Blue Hair with a white mask writen "You are free" curved like a smile. Witnesses has seen his blue eyes turn pitch red. He also appears to be a slim male. The very few sighing has been him wearing a suit and a mask.


IDENTITY

"If patterns of ones and zeros were “like” patterns of human lives and death, if everything about an individual could be represented in a computer record by a long string of ones and zeros, then what kind of creature would be represented by a long string of lives and deaths?" ~ Genzo

Genzo was raised by the computer. His schooling was through computers and his life depends on his computer. It is the only piece of him that he completely understands.

Genzo's parents died when he was young, but the little he remembers from them is that they were absolute geniuses. They initiated them to computers and thought him the basics before they were murdered. Since then, Genzo felt this need to connect with them through this mean.

Now twenty-four, it comes as no surprise that Genzo is an absolute genius hacker. He can resolve anything through his computer and he is very cocky about it. However, don't confuse him for a petty troll that only steals money from others. He has an irrational fear of society and loss of control which gave birth to his lifelong goal.

Genzo believes in showing the helpless part of society the truth: what the true meaning of freedom is. He is highly driven and determined to make it his end goal.

Lastly, Genzo is on an on and off relationship with his childhood friend Tsuki. They've dated since they were 12 years old and the longest they've been apart is 6 months, but they keep on breaking up for the pettiest of things.

Genzo is an introverted, socially awkward individual who holds in a lot of anger towards the society that he is unable to participate in. Especially after they caused the death of his parents when he was 8. He was born poor, but with loving and caring parents that believed in a united world. Genzo believes in the same message, but he has absolutely no remorse in regards to killing a human. He believes in natural selection, something his parents didn't share with him.

His interaction with the world around is hypocritical. He is two faceted;

Towards humans or strangers, Genzo is a secluded but kind man when approached. He never gets close to them, but never rejects them despite being in pure angst while talking to them. He will play along as a human, but never desire to be one. Every human that meets him quickly judges him as kind and likeable, but very hallow since he never shares anything and seems empty.

On the other hand, towards ghouls or close ones, Genzo is a little ball of anger ready to burst into a fit of paranoia. He talks too much, gets anxious, has weird quirks like pulling his eyebrow hair... but one thing is clear to all ghouls is that he will go to extreme lengths to help his kind. People rely on him more than once and Genzo heavily relies on his gut instincts.

Genzo’s kagune has various forms, but all fall under the umbrella of a rinkaku. He can grow up to six tentacles, all spawn upwards making it look like a giant smile before striking all at once. His kagune changes colour, going from dark blue to reddish hues.

RC Count: 306 - 4000 depending on his intake. The reason his rc count can go so low was due to the extensive testing performed on his kakuhou at an early age. This testing has led to him not being able to produce his own rc, making him rely solely on intake alone. On a plus side of things this low factor does not cause Eiji any negative effects, and helps him maintain his cover in human environments. The severe lack of rc cells has also caused the kakugan of his left eye to exhibit an abnormal state in which it only turns a pale grey with a normal iris when excited, while his other eye completely undergoes the usual transformation.

Personality
Eiji's personality is kinda like his mask, split into to segments. On the prominent side lies his comical side. This side tends to look at the brighter sides of life and views anything negative as a hindrance be avoided. Alongside this segment of his personality comes the dreaded ladies man, and the smooth talker. In certain settings, this man could talk a Catholic priest out of his jimmies. He also adores a good joke when this side shows around, and will more than often strike a conversation with anyone who shows the slightest interest in him. It is this state he patrols around town in, and if he isn't seen it often means his significant other made an appearance.

The other side of him lays vile and desolate. Although not appearing often, this side usually appears before a snap occurs and is usually marked by him turning maniacal in both stature and personality. His mental state at this point is to say at the least deranged, and he is not opposed to killing anyone who dares to press his buttons. It is in this state he often seeks solace, as he exhibits little control over himself and his actions at this point in time. This often leads to him talking to himself and breaking into bursts of laughter depending on if he told himself a good enough joke. This side of him cares about nobody and is how he earned the name Split by the CCG.

Bio (Two paragraphs minimum)
“I wish I could wake up to my life being nothing but a bad dream.” Ever since Eiji could remember he had been sick, as he was always in the hospital. In fact it had been going on ever since his mother went away to the Doc’s, possibly due to the same affliction he was contracting. The doctors were just attempting to cure him, to rid him of the sickness that rocked his body. That’s why they kept running their meticulous tests, and why the pain of the shots never stopped. That’s why he was locked away from every being around him, and why everyone avoided contact with him at all costs. All they wanted to do was help him, and the countless others that exhibited these same symptoms.


In action, it was all a lie, every single last fucking word. His entire life was a fabricated reality with the pieces all put into the wrong slots. It only took him years to put the pieces in the right order.


This was all possible due to a random act of fate. On one fateful day, a new arrival greeted the prison he called home - a girl whose name began with Hina if Eiji’s shattered memory serves him right. Why remember such little details though? Well with the staff attentive to the new arrival, the scientists forgot to do the rounds of medication they usually did. With this medication, there was one pill that was vital to Eiji’s illusion of reality, a memory suppressant pill. Without a daily dosage of the medication the pill is quickly eradicated in a ghouls system, and it was with this one simple slip up that he learned the truth of his reality.


The reality came back entangled in itself, with the pieces all there yet tangled. Flickers of what truly happened to his mother collected itself first, revealing that she died protecting him. They then focused on Eiji being forced into a maze called Cochela in the research section. Here he had the first recollections of the “Physical Exams”, and the incisions and shots he bared without medication clouding his mind. In reality they were developing something to suppress his kagune, as demonstrated with the forced release of his powers and the shots injected into his left shoulder blade. These tests flashed into his head until the point the kagune stopped appearing, and upon that crowds of cheers filled the building. He was just a puppet, nothing more.


And he was broken...
Broken toys must be thrown away, and Eiji realized that..


Under the guise of night, Eiji formulated a plan to escape. On the dawn of the next day, Eiji launched his attack as the guard reached in to hand him his meal. Using the gate as a prop, he grabbed the guards hands and yanked him close to him - knocking him out cold. Without the help of his kagune, he slinked the guard closer to him by breaking his own wrists to fit under the door. With the keycard in hand, he slid it into the card slot and exited his cell, but not before he dragged the guard's limp body into it - confiscating his uniform as he did so. Using his diminished rc count to his advantage, Eiji managed to walk out of Cochela with its very own guards holding the exit open for him.


Then that leads us to the present.

Kagune Type: Ukaku type kagune and half-developed Kakuja.

His kagune only appears on the right side of his body due to him being used in rc suppressant testing at an early age. The injections were usually pushed directly into the kagune organ, which caused it to shrivel and die as the drug was used repeatedly on him. With the lack of a kagune on his left side, his right side had to pick up the pace in order for him to survive. This side of his body uses its abnormal size to beat opponents away and to slice them into pieces with its razor-sharp edge. The wing also allows him to momentarily shield blows to his vital organs, however due to the nature of his kagune it soon begins to shatter after repeated blows.

His body also requires weekly binging on food due to his innate ability to produce rc cells. This rc production problem has led to him cannibalizing his own kind, as the rc yield from a ghoul is far greater than that of a normal person. With the excess consumption of rc cells though, Eiji has also begun to undergo early stage kakuga mutations. In moments of blinding rage or mortal danger, Eiji's mind can snap in a way. When this snap occurs the accumulation of rc cells inside him erupts, enabling his kakuja formation against his will. In this state his power is far greater than normal, however at the expense of his psyche and bodily control.

Special Moves/Abilities
Sheild - Does what you think it does. To perform it, all Eiji has to do is wrap his wing around himself. In this form he takes nearly no damage, however due to his kagunes brittleness it quickly breaks. Whenever it does break, his rc cells take a while to recollect back into his kagune.

Angel of Death - This move is pretty difficult to perform and a heavy expense on stamina. In order to perform it, Eiji locks his wing into a fixed position and uses it to glide towards a target. Upon arriving at the target, it unfolds into a jagged-like fashion and begins to rotate. In this stage, the jagged structure cuts through Eiji's own flesh in an effort to gain speed. It is at this moment that it strikes and usually mutilates the target into a bloody pulp.

Or they evade it and leave Eiji as a bloody mess. Usually a last resort esque move due to the damage it causes to one's own body.

Hair: A warm chestnut brown with a rather short cut to complement it. Her hair is only lightly brushed giving it a slightly messy appearance, however her natural beauty makes up for that factor.

Personality: Ayumi is one of the most pure-hearted people in the Tokyo province. This lady is unlike the harsh contrast of the world around her and only sees the world as a glass waiting to be refilled. In the darkest of moments she shines with the brightness of a supernova, and with that light spreads goodness to others. This aspect of her has led to her being called Angel by those who are close to her, and others who have been spared by her in the midsts of battle. In the time off her job, she uses her spare time to volunteer at various districts across the city. This side of Angel is seen by anyone close and far away from her, and it is this image she wished would last forever.

However this person is not always the Angel she's made out to be. In a segment embedded within her rests a part of her burning with vengeance. This side harbors the bitter resentment to what ghouls can do to the innocents of the city, and the monsters they truly are. From a mixture of past experiences, her pure soul has begun baring the seeds of corruption. When this side of her shows, there is no mercy to be found at her hands. As of this moment in time, it only seems to appear when conflicting with an overly aggressive ghoul. It is this side of her she that has been dubbed the Angel, the Angel of Death.

Goals: To aid the world in any way, and to enact vengeance on her parents killer. If a perfect person comes into play however, settling down would be nice too.

Bio: Ayumi was born in Sector 11 to a struggling family underneath the poverty line. All through her early life, she witnessed them starving themselves to feed her instead, and the pain they endured to give her a normal life. The pain her parents endured lasted for years, and over that span her parents were slowly working themselves to an early grave. This daily view of her parents suffering eventually led Ayumi to do questionable things for money in secrecy, and many things she wished to never do or see again. Despite this sad existence though, she pressed on with the misery to help alleviate the strain of financial concerns from her parents in order to better their lives like they did hers. This act of defiling herself both mentally and physically went on for years, and despite the inherent risks she pushed forward. Nothing was more worth her parent's happiness, not even her own body. That was her way of thinking, and each passing day reflected that choice.

This torture went on without no sign of stopping in the near future, until an act of fate brought it and her entire world crashing to an end. After a meeting with a regular client, Ayumi headed home the same as any other day prior. Things differentiated once she arrived home however, as instead of her parent's calm voices it was their screams greeting her ears instead. With no thought for her own safety, she busted inside the cramped interior of her home only to be met by entrails and viscera littering the buildings splintered wood flooring. Towering over what remained of her parents laid a creature clad in a fox-like armor, and it was seemingly dining on what little remained of their flesh. With that sight alone fear and rage ran hot in her veins, and in an act of stupidity she grabbed the nearest item and struck the creature with all her might. To her amazement however, it remained unfazed and without even turning back impaled her side with a brightly colored wing in under a millisecond. This caused her kidney to be completely destroyed in the process, alongside a few ribs. (The injuries inflicted here are the causes of her stamina and strength problems.)


With blood flowing from her fresh wound, the creature began to tear at her arms and legs in an attempt to consume her. As everything faded to black though, the beast was seen fleeing the building. After she awoke from her slumber, she found herself in a hospital bed greeted by the fellows who helped save her life. In an act of anger and sadness, she pledged to help aid those who helped aid her. With that, she figured that she could keep that very same creature from hurting other innocent civilians.

That brings us to the modern day, and her reasons to work for the CCG. (Sorry if this is bad, I'm exhausted and my mind is fuzzy as an infants blanket.)

Quinque: Duel bladed Rinkaku. This quinque was harvested from the first ever ghoul Ayumi helped kill, an A Rank ghoul by the name of "Ash". Due to these events, this weapon holds a sentimental value to Ayumi and as a result she refuses to use another quinque.

Special Moves/Abilities
-Yo-yo. The yo-yo technique is not far off from the actual thing it is derived from. This move involves looping her quinque with a rope and swinging it to gain velocity. Once it has reached its critical point, she releases it and causes it to soar towards her target - impaling them on her blades.

-Timber. Timber is a move Ayumi uses commonly due to its easy execution. This move is just her hacking away at ghouls with a axe-like motion, with her pretending the person she's slaughtering is simply a tree. Pretty entertaining to watch to say the least.

-Whip. This move is similar to the yo-yo in the way it is initiated with a rope attached to the quinque. Instead of her swinging the blade around however, she uses a whiplike motion and strikes her targets in their backsides. With the enemy left writhing in agony, the CCG agents can quickly apprehend a subject.

Appearance:

Personality:
Himawari Kiiro is a rather strange person, having never recieved proper schooling in her life, and never really having been with normal people throughout her life, she never quite grew up from her childlike stage. Having been constantly monitored by her adopted brother Hideki, she barely can stand on her own two feet without him watching and has an unhealthy attachment towards him.
She is an extraverted type, who often goes looking through books and reading for new things to do in her small and rather tiring life. Hima enjoys learning new things and having fun, but when it comes to serious things, she knows how to be angry.
Himawari can shout and can scream and have tantrums all you wish, seeing as this was the only way to stop the dysfunctional Hideki to stop and listen to her. Hima isn't afraid of blood, she isn't even afraid of ghouls, but she is afraid of letting people around her die and to allow them to watch her die. Her soft heart is almost always more concerned about the people around her than she ever is about herself.​

History:
Born into a family who couldn't afford to keep her with all her other siblings, the small and meek Unnamed girl was left alone to rot on the streets of an unforgiving Tokyo. She was four years old when this happened, lonely on the streets where she was bound to be eaten at any moment.
And that was when a sweet child older than her by five years, with hair the color of the muddy roads around them and eyes that burned a bright crimson, this kid that was nearly promised to be her saviour had nearly consumed her. Luckily out of pure childish wonder, he didn't. Maybe it was because of how cute she was, or how hard it was without friends as a ghoul, but he kept her. So it was like this for a year or two, the children lived on the streets together, and more than a couple times Himawari was forced to eat both human and ghoul flesh (out of a lack of anything to eat). The boy did not understand how to feed her as he had never ate anything else in his small life, and he himself was an uneducated brat by the eyes of society, with no passport or birth certificate they couldn't do anything with their life.
So they became thiefs, Hima would be the lure, and Hideki would be the trap. They robbed and ate all kinds of different people, sleazy men, kind elderly women, students and so on. Soon enough they were picked up by a small ghoul organization that is currently disbanded, and while most protested Himawari joining, Hideki's prowess in using his koukaku was good enough for them.
In this organization was a beautiful woman who everyone called Indigo that looked after them. She taught them how to read, how to look after themselves and their hygene, even how to shop and cook. With her they appeared more human and more lively, and slowly thanks to Indigo they became better predators.
Soon there was an CCG raid, with one of their weaker squadrons, but it was enough to kill more than a few ghouls, including Indigo. This was the raid which gave Hideki his A rank and his newly gained name of Forktounged Vermin, often shortened to Forktounge in documents.
After that they were alone again, looking for a way to live without the constant fear of CCG jumping on them.
That was when they found Eden, when they found salvation.​

More about her relationship with Hideki Kiiro:
This relationship is not a healthy one, both of them can be quite toxic towards each other, and that can often be displayed through both their attachment and their envy. While they do love each other, there is an uneven power dynamic here, and if Hideki was more hungry on the day he found Himawari, she clearly would not be here to this day.
All of Himawari's romantic interests have been completely slaughtered, even if she indicates a bit that she might like said person, Hideki will go on the prowl for them, ghoul and human alike. Although he can back off if Himawari threatens to leave enough, as it has been for the last years.​

- Protection, she is guarded twenty four seven by her adopted brother, good luck trying to defeat a Koukaku kagune seeking to protect.
- Instinct, from an early age she was taught to value her life and to run for help when needed, she is almost a master at this.​
Weaknesses
- Kindness, Hima is softhearted and is very gullible and naive due to that.
- Humane, she is still very much a human with no enchancements, even though she went through different variations of extensive training, she still remains weak and fragile, possibly due to malnourishment growing up.
- Fears, she avoids fighting and is easily scared, therefore unable to stand her ground.​

Kagune/Quinque:
Quinque gun, with a total of twenty three bullets, she carries it with her everywhere at her families' orders. She hasn't trained due to a lack of bullets, but knows the gist of pulling the trigger.​

Appearance:
Slouched, with bedhead, and a pair of thickly rimmed glasses, Hideki looks exactly like one would imagine a simpleton nobody would look like. He has hair the color of dried mud, and eyes that look no different from the asphalt under shitty roads. His build is wiry and stocky, almost quite muscly, as he isn't the tallest person around, he often wears a lot of layers so he seems smaller than he actually is.
Every single time he goes out for a hunt he dresses up, old clothing and dark hoods that cover his face are a must, but in order to further hide his identity, he has rooms full of red canned hair dyes that he uses on himself. When he goes out he also ditches his very convincing fake glasses and donns his beatiful mask.
Made from metal and an assortment of different plastics, this mask has a cover that looks like a mouth on it, with teeth gorging out of the frame and a flappy tounge going after it. Underneath the tounge is a hole large enough to allow Forktounge to feast.​

Personality:
Hideki is a rather... Over all stunted person. Quiet and stoic, he ever talks before talked to, and ignores everything that he deems not important. Unlike his adopted sister, his curiosity has the range of an emotionless teaspoon, and unless he has a predetermined interest in something he would not particularly care about anything. He is known to be rather unlikable and rather moody, and at times is almost known to be rather daft and unintellectual. Not particularly smart or bright when it comes to academic persuits, he is still quite skilled and driven where he deems it matters, such as working, taking care of those he loves, and hunting.
He respects authority, and is loyal to those who show him and his sister kindness. A bit vengeful and easily angered if you will, he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty in order to feed his ego.​

History:
Alone, in the cruel and uncaring world, Hideki Kiiro was a small uneducated child, barely different from any other animal on the street. Not pretty and not smart, being a ditched ghoul in a cold place, he was mostly taken care of by ghouls who were powerful and spared pity. He can vividly remember this and always wanted to be like the people who spared him kindness, and who helped him feed. Homeless and helpless, he found a little girl much in the same position he was in, bright brown eyes and hair the color of straw, Hideki was enamoured. He was a monster, but he and his childish mind decided that she was not.
He did not know or understand how to take care of her, but he tried his best and it payed off. Maybe she would have had a better life had he not mock adopted her on that day, but he still does not regret it, and if she is supposed to die, he will try his hardest to keep her safe.
They roamed the streets, them against the world, and they lived through all kinds of trouble. Robbing and eating, through their way in Tokyo, they had been nearly apprehended god knows how many times.
That was when Indigo and her company of maneaters picked them up. She taught them everything they know to this day. How to read, how to appear human, how to hunt. It was all thanks to them, and a good half of their teen years they lived with them. At seventeen there was a raid in the ghoul community they lived in.
Nearly everyonethey knew, now dead. Indigo, now dead.
Of course Hideki joined the fight, wearing his mask and but lacking his signature red hair, it was on that day, when he killed three members of CCG did he get his A rank and became the identifiable ghoul under the name of Forktounged Vermin on all the documents. They ran after that, fled, and never looked back.
From then onit was again just Hideki and Himawari, lonely, but now at least they could survive and blend in with the humans.
That was when they found Eden, salvation and hope.
Now they both work there, Hideki helping to hunt, and Himawari helping out with the flowers and reception.​

Strengths
- Super strength, Forktounge is about three times stronger than an average ghoul.
- Mobile shield, his Koukaku allows him to defend what he needs to protect with his tough as nails 'tounges'. They can wrap around him and things that he needs to stay safe, and this is the main way it works as a shield.
- Cutting edge, his kagune is perfected to such an extent, that the edges of his ribbon like tendrils often have sharp edges he can use to easily bury into people.​
Weaknesses
- Momentum, Forktounge is quite slow and weak on the defensive side of things, suprisingly enough for a ghoul with a kakuhou of this nature, and will often allow blind spots to slip up.
- Brittle, while he is obviously quite strong, and his kagune is tough, once it breaks it breaks, and until it regenerates it will stay that way.
- Runtling, while he is more than strong, Hideki lacks the regeneration capabilities of most other ghouls, and is prone to having to wait longer to heal.​

Kagune/Quinque:
Koukaku
Hideki's koukaku kukahou is bright red, almost toxic pink in color, often shining in an nearly radioactive manner. It can go from both sides of underneath his shoulder blades, and despite the extra weight he can handle it one both sides better due to it being more easier to balance that way. He can produce up to seven of these ribbon-like shell blade structures, which can be used both to strike and wrap for protection, although it cannot make any flexible movements. His kagune tends to work like a rather slow well oiled machine.​

Appearance:
Her form appears gentler than it truly is with an undeveloped look to her. Despite her lack in bust she makes up for it with her curvature, her skin holds a light pinkness to it as though she was untainted by sunburn or any outside elements. Her hair is kept in an orderly manner, typically twin-tails. Seeing her hair down is a rare sight, but when she does it is rumored that it reaches down to knees. Along the lines of clothing, Akuro usually goes for the darker colors or a crimson red. Since they're harder to spot blood on. Black skirts or shorts, red shirt, and occasionally a snug black jacket are usually what one will notice.

The mask that Akuro chooses to bare is a simple Harajuku mask of pitch black. In the center is a large white question mark, however it will randomly change to one of many forms of punctuation due to dimly glowing LED lights. The possibilities it can shift to are as follows; Question mark, Period, Exclamation Point, Comma, Colon, Semicolon, Ellipsis, and a hyphen.

Personality:
Akuro is the odd one out, when a typical human sees a ghoul they think of a monster. A being who wants nothing more than to kill them and eat their flesh. In the case of Akuro they aren't entirely wrong. She goes out of her way to become the monster that humans fear running into. When she's walking among them normally there's nothing wrong with the girl. She's a dependable worker, one of which you can give a task and rely on her to get it done. With this comes a massive amount of compassion she puts into most of everything that deserves it. Diligence being key for that.

However, she does have something deeper to her. The compassion doesn't only go towards medial tasks, it goes towards her 'art'. She views herself as an artist in a twisted, sadistic way. The pain of her victims is enough to cause many to judge her ideas harshly. She relinquishes herself in it, much like a drug. Her deviation from the normal ways of life could be gawked at or even looked-down on, but she doesn't care. Unpredictable, she'll use her own out of the blue tactics to combat others. Some of which may be rather under-handed but they work and therefore don't have an issue. So she's willing to take risks and be daring if it means things work out for her, she holds that in a clever way.

Likes:
->Sharp Objects:
Ever since she was a young child she always had some wild fascination with sharpened objects, knifes, swords, the blender. No matter what it never ceased to waver in her attention. Her eyes would stay glued to it, her parents didn't bother taking it from her since it couldn't injure her unless she slammed it into her eye or something drastic. Growing up she was still fascinated by the weapons and their properties to harm others, she got her first blade at age 12. A steel katana that she prided herself in owning, rightfully named. "Mico", to this day she has been reported of causing great suffering with things as small as pocket knives up to the size of Mico.

->Blood and Gore:
Perfect for the ghoul life-style, she's known for making a bloody mess of her kills. Not only eating her fill but then proceeding to flay, gut, skin, or even just decimate the bodies of her victims to an almost recognizable form. She didn't care about what others saw this as, merely she enjoyed the sensation she gained from it.. the feeling of flesh parting to her will, reshaping it to her command. Though this isn't restricted to other people's blood, if she's bleeding it's like you injected her with an overdose of adrenaline. Of course she crashes from this high shortly after.

->Jack the Ripper:
She can't help but to take interest in a fellow artist, the serial killer was someone she could truly admire. The way that he had taken such minimal caution and yet still got out with beautifully displayed subjects was something breathtaking to her. However this fueled a competitive side from her, she strove to make her 'art' better than he ever could have dreamed. She sought to make her meals into a masterpiece, and Jack had led her down the right path.

->Music:
Honestly there's no real backstory as to why, she just enjoys music. No genre of choice either if she's being completely honest to herself and others.

->Origami
This was something her mother used to do, Origami cranes mainly. However she was taught how to make an origami flower sometime in her youth, she has since learned numerous different techniques and is arguably better than her mother ever was. Typically she leaves an origami lotus atop her victims bodies, as if to show a calling card. This was seen as bad taste however so she stopped doing so about a year ago, and instead just folded origami as little gifts or a pass-time.

Dislikes:
<-Stuffed Animals:
Stuffed animals are cuddly and sweet, but they cut too easily. Their stuffing doesn't give satisfaction when it pours free from the gash she makes in them. Overall stuffed animals are insufficient as a mere toy of surgery and can be used as only kindling or a sleeping companion.

<-The CCG:
Like any sensible ghoul she has a bad taste left in her mouth from the name CCG alone. The organization that seeks out their kind just for wanting to survive, honestly it's sickening that the obviously inferior humans are trying their hand at eradicating the ghouls. She'd kill all of them if given the chance, but that's not how the world works sadly. You kill one and more will come, you kill two and soon enough you have an infestation of the 'peacekeepers'.

<-Kakuja's:
No specific grudge against those who do happen to harbor a kakuja in their body, however she dislikes what comes with it. Physically she sees it as beauty, a refinement of ones own body, however. She knows that it was created from betraying the Ghouls, if a person is willing to eat another of their own kind they're either a sicko, or they were in a bad situation.

<-"Ma'am":
The phrase "Ma'am" is something she absolutely hates! It causes her skin to crawl any time it's heard. If you adress her with it she will act in one of two ways. Way one, she will entirely ignore you and pretend that you never said a thing to her. Method two, she'll correct you quickly and then listen to whatever you think is important enough to interrupt her busy time thinking.

<-Gelatin:
If you had to think of the jiggliest food in the word, what would you say? Gelatin, Right! So gelatin is jiggly and bouncy and holds an odd texture. Akuro dislikes it because she thinks the damn thing is taunting her. Looking at Gelatin sway and shake as it does acts almost like a challenge for her, what's worse is that when you cut it nothing spills from it and it just remains the same as always. The food product itself frustrates her to no end and she doesn't even know why it feels like this, she just knows.

Fears:
* Needles (Trypanophobia):
Though incapable of having these enter her skin, she still has a fear of them. Seeing many different clips of people having them inserted into them was a terrifying experience in itself. She had even watched televised footage of some human scientist inserting one into the eye of a ghoul and piercing it, since then she's been wary of any doctors office within a ten-block radius of her locale. If she sees a needle, whether it be medical or for illegal purposes, she tends to have a minor panic attack and will either lash out or flee from it. Sometimes going as far as to hide behind the nearest person in order to escape her "Assaulter."

Bio:
Ever since she can remember Akuro has been told by many outlets that ghouls were bad, they were monsters, they were evil. Her parents told her not to listen to those words, not to worry about what they said. So she pushed them down, pushed them away from her memories. That was easy enough for anyone to do. All was fine with her blending into society, she made a few ghoul friends and they hung out together. She grew up nicely despite the oddities she thought up.

Consuming humans was never an issue as her parents always handled that with or for her. Her father was an S-class ghoul, he went by the name "Corkscrew" likely because of how his kakuja appeared to people. Her mother was a B-class ghoul so she was merely scoffed at. That was the case when she'd gotten home, her mother had fled and her father had been captured by the doves. They'd broken in while she was finishing school for the day. The memories resurfaced as she looked at the struggle which had went down, the blood which had been shed.

She lived on through middle-school and finished that, around the time she entered high-school she had gained an identity for herself among the CCG. As in she had killed and that was known. Her victims, though they weren't well-known always had such an elegance to the atrocities she had committed to the bodies. Slashing, Skinning, so many other grotesque ways she'd left them. However she rarely was known for mercy on them, in a territory she'd met some ghoul who decided to combat her over a fresh kill she'd gotten. He spoke of some place known as Eden, it interested her to say the least. The ghoul escaped with his life and now she considers visiting this little shop.

Ide is what could be defined as an able body, he's reasonably fit and described as being "Toned" with a high amount of muscle definition. His skin isn't very tanned but isn't pale either, however it does appear to be healthy and treated well despite the way of life the ghoul may have had to live. He keeps himself well groomed, making his hair out to typically be either combed or at least brushed, which helps him keep a softness to it. When it comes to clothing he isn't exactly a fashionista, he'll wear black slacks a white button-up shirt, and a black hoodie typically. He doesn't really care how others see him since he doesn't want that attention drawn to himself so he isn't known as one to stand out in a crowd, unless you count his teal locks.

His mask is a cloth half-mask, which he pulls upwards from his collar region and it blocks the lower half of his face. Meanwhile his hair hides most things on the top of his head. That or the hood he keeps pulled up when his mask is in use.

Personality:
Ide himself isn't considered the friendliest of folks, rather you could say he's a pessimist. Which is likely why he got the name Wither as he figured most things are going to slowly fade and then die sooner or later. Including himself. However you can't deny that he is smart, being able to analyze most things in a matter of minutes, or learn an opponents patterns after a couple of minutes, this bodes well with his high endurance rates.

Despite this however he does have a helpful side to him, he's willing to help someone out as long as they're worth his time or a customer at the shop. He tends to be quite charasmatic but due to a lack of enthusiasm in most conversations he'd rather just go and read his books or have a nice cup of Coffee rather than listen to people chatter endlessly. When it comes to love he can come to be known as the jealous type, being specifically prone to emphasizing the wrong words in a conversation if his loved one is in it. Which is the reason his last three relationships ended in failure.

Being Buried Alive:
In the past Ide had some pretty.. odd experiences and being buried alive was one of them. Not exactly buried the natural way but with a building falling down on him and he had no ability to escape for the following six hours. Not even his kagune would help him there, so he is naturally afraid of being buried alive. Whether it be in a crashing building or in a coffin six feet down.

Dentists:
Though it is a highly irrational fear Ide has a deep-held terror for dentists, if he sees a dentists office he will instinctively bolt away from it as if to protect his teeth, Reason as to why is because as a child he went to a dentist names Dr. Mul. This doctor was a nightmare machine, he didn't numb his patients and probably wasn't certified but he worked for cheap. Ide lost six of his baby teeth in one day to that man... he then proceeded to punch him and run but that was a difficult challenge as the child ran through tears and the blood dribbling down his chin.

Bio:
Ide has had a complicated past, starting from birth. He was born to a bikaku and a ukaku pair, his mother had blue hair so he always assumed it was her side of the family that gave him his green hair. Growing up he had the joy of dealing with his dentist, Dr. Mul and then the fun of his parents being hunted by the CCG, he had issues with them ever since his father was taken from him. His mother raised him and had him blend in with the normal society, he did so exceedingly well and eventually was just going to the library day in and day out. That was where most of his time had been spent, he came home one day and his mother was gone. She had left their home to him and left for god knows where.

She still hasn't wrote him back to this day so he assumed that she was probably dead. After inspiration struck from his favorite authors he had began writing stories himself. Spending countless hours reading and then writing.. and then his house burned down. So he practically lived in the library, however when they closed for the day he would go off and hunt or stay at a late night coffee shop. He didn't hunt more than he needed for the longest time, but when he encountered a low-class investigator he had a bit of a spar. In the end he had managed to escape from the investigator and prays that they've forgotten about him.

After he realized that the investigators were closing in on them he got a new place to live and focussed on keeping low. Given the fact he now had to support himself and the apartment he'd purchased he went to find a job and soon enough was led to Eden. Applied for a job and his function became to tend to plants, so he didn't question and just worked for what he could, now he still functions with Eden with full knowledge of the operation they're pulling, or majority knowledge.

Kagune:
Ide's Kagune is of the Bikaku type, the kagune itself comes from around his hips, or lower back and extends roughly twice the length of his legs. The single tail starts from the base as a minty green color which slowly grays until eventually becoming an dark ashy color at the tip, if an object is behind them it is visible though distorted. Which gives off the idea of it being translucent. However the physical appearance of this tail is much alike that of a serpents tail, minus the broken glass texture it holds as the tail extends, this doesn't change from the rather high durability of his kagune.

Personality: Toward other humans, Hato is pleasant enough, even gentlemanly, but mainly keeps his focus on the job at hand. He respects the chain of command at CCG, and even in his early career has rarely deviated from orders he has been given. Ghouls, on the other hand, he treats with about equal respect as he would an unpleasant bug on the sidewalk. For the most part, his prejudice toward ghouls is unwavering, though is somewhat irrationally rooted in his past.

Bio: Hato originally aspired to join the SAT as a young boy. His best friend and him had it all planned out - a career as special forces operatives together. Well, that was until his best friend turned up in the local paper, carved up like a roast dinner in a back alley during the rising ghoul epidemic. Needless to say Hato took the event quite personally, and may or may not have sworn a blood oath to exact revenge on the entire ghoul population.

Ah, but that was his hot-headed teenage years. Hato has since developed much more realistic life goals since then. Well, sort of. He enlisted as a field investigator with the CCG, and treats his job as a medium of catharsis. After coming to terms with the fact that he was neither the first nor last to lose a loved one to the ghoul epidemic, Hato even humbled up during his early career, and continued to climb the ranks until present date, wherein he became - quite recently - promoted to Rank 3.
For better or for worse, Hato volunteered to field test early stage experimental anti-ghoul weaponry, and signed quite a few questionable consent forms that no sane person would ever put down their signature on.

Strengths: Hato refuses to be intimidated by his opponents, but won't stick around when he realizes he's outclassed.
Weaknesses: His pride prevents him from using any ranged weapons, namely Q-bullets, and his recklessness will probably be what kills him.

Quinque:
The Habesuta mk I is an experimental quinque harvesting device that consists of a single-edged sword and a processing pack. Blood absorbed by the sword can be analyzed by the pack, and the properties of the sword can be modified to mirror that of a quinque.

For example, blood taken from a ghoul with a Ukaku-based kagune can be used to give the sword projectile attacks.

Currently, quinque charges are only temporary, and the sword will revert to its regular propeties if more blood is not taken. Its bulky nature also makes concealment difficult, and leaves no room for additional weapons.

Bio:
When Sora was nine, he found a friend in a nameless boy that visited the same garbage pile behind a soba restaurant as him. He decided to call the boy Noodles, and they were inseperable for the next three years. Not once did he question Noodle's random disappearances, lack of a consistent past, family, home, or name.

They ruled the dump heaps together as best friends. Then one day while the two were playing at Sora's house, Sora found a movie about killing ghouls, popped it into his laptop, and asked Noodles if he wanted to watch it with him. Noodles recoiled in disgust. Sora jokingly said, "What, are you a ghoul or something?"

Convinced that his cover was blown, Noodles the Ghoul went into a frenzy that killed both of Sora's parents and his visiting grandmother. Noodles resisted killing his only friend Sora long enough for the CCG to arrive and put Noodles down right in front of Sora's eyes.

Sora was taken away to the academy, where he became fiercely competitive and overzealous to make up for the fact that his oversight with Noodles had killed off his entire family. He graduated with top marks and eventually became a first class investigator.

Tsuki is a whiny, self-involved girl at heart, considering she was spoilt to no end by her father as a kid. She obsesses over the latest fashions and is incredibly boy crazy, often more so than her parents think. If she ever dates, expect her father to instantly turn into an Overprotective Dad, which has already happened considering her and her "ex" are technically still dating. Basically, she will either go around acting like a Drama Queen and wangsting up over every minor little thing ("My life is ruined!") or else she'll just roll her eyes exasperatedly at the "wacky" hijinks the rest of the family gets up to, often becoming a bit of a sullen killjoy in the process. Her most valued personal possession is the phone. She talks (or texts) endlessly on it with her friends or her Daddy, and breaks down when she's without it. Basically a mega Diva.

When people first meet her, they often assume her to be an Alpha Bitch or The Brainless Beauty, but really and truly that woman is extremely logical and agile in dealing with situations. Tsukiko is relatively honest and hardworking--if she really wants something, she goes after it herself, even without Daddy sometimes. This also means she is stubborn as all hell, and cannot be persuaded unless a reward is granted in return. Bio:
Tsukiko was a very interesting little girl. From day one, she was spoilt to no end by her father, as she was considered his only beloved. Her mother on the other hand, didn’t quite like her for some reason, and she couldn’t understand why.

To this day, even after her mother’s death, she still didn’t know a lot of answers to her questions. But that was okay. She had her daddy still and to really that’s all that matter.

She also knew of someone that she met when she was younger, Genko, or Koko as she liked to call him. He was her first love--her only love, and despite how annoyed or upset she could get by him, she absolutely couldn’t live without him. She adored him, just as much as she adored her daddy. It was cute, the lil love cliche.

As she got older, still running at 23, she does tiny lil “odd jobs” for her dad, and enjoys the meal she gets right after, considering he was a very busy CEO. He rarely gets to see her, but that didn’t mean she wasn’t enjoying herself.

I can't tell, is this being worked on still? Her bio stood out to me slightly. It's extremely hard for ghouls to get high paying jobs because of RC sensors nowadays in the roleplay. You might want to look at that, unless you want to talk to me about it.

Guren is normally described as a tall young man with a lean yet well-built body and fairly handsome features whoose skin seems to miraculously maintain a fairly light tone in despite of his years as an investigator. He has naturally ginger hair - that he normally doesn't bother with styling, favouring a messy style - and his sole visible eye is almond shaped and emerald colored, being slightly angled downwards in a way often described as "droopy" - characteristics that would most certainly be shared by the other eye in normal situations, but in his specific case are unique to the left one, as his right eye seems to be permanently morphed into a ghoul-like kakugan (Though his sclera is considerably lighter than a ghoul's, assume a dark grey pigmentation instead of the usual pitch black).

When dressing for specific missions, Guren seems to favour the use of dark colours and is often seem wearing long sleeved jackets over his shirts, favours tight pants he tucks into his boots - mostly for his convenience, as his "tools" are mostly located in holsters fixed to his tights and waist - and uses a black leather eyepatch that "makes him look cooler". He is also often seem wearing scarfs and fingerless gloves, and is known for his love for earrings, having at least a dozen of pairs. He is also known for using bandanas when his hair starts to grow too long so it doesn't get in his way during fights. In casual situations, though, he seems to mostly favour clothing with a loose cut, barely fitting - the exact opposite of his excessively tight work attire - and pays little to no attention to his hairstyle and overall appearance, having a style that is often described as sloppy and disheveled by his acquaintances. He does, though, wear suits when forced to either walk around patrolling or stay inside the office, recognizing that his own style is far from fitting for a serious ambience.

Personality:
At first glance, Guren is far from what anyone would expect from a fearsome first class dove, being, in fact, an individual described as extremely carefree, irresponsible, lax, cheeky and seemingly incapable of demonstrating any worry even when faced by the most dangerous situation - Going as far as happily reading books while in the middle of a battle zone - and being recognized by his acquaintances as the kind of person who has an inherent disposition towards doing the most senseless things simply because he feels like it to the point of often ignoring his previous plans in favour of simply napping around due to finding a good spot to do so, Guren has a personality that is far more similar to that of a spoiled cat than to that of a experienced killer - Hardly someone who'd possibly be dangerous to anything but a fly, if you judged him based on this superficial analysis.

The truth, though, is fairly different from what you can access from analysing Guren superficial behaviour: Even if he is far from being a merciless killer, having a gentle heart with a soft spot for kids and wholeheartedly refusing to hurt innocents no matter how dangerous letting them go is for him, he is also the monstrous being that by the age of 15 was already feared as a remarkably monstrous individual even by the CCG standards, having absolutely no qualms against using his overwhelming abilities to directly slaughter anyone who threatens disturbing the peace in his district independently of their identity and acting with all the brutality of a vicious predator when motivated by either the urge of protect what is dear to him or the even more brutal urge to seek revenge against the ghoul race.

Likes:
- Reading: Guren likes to call himself a bibliophile, being somehow addicted to the act of reading on itself, independently of theme or genre. Naturally, he's also an avid book collector.
- Sleeping: Guren has an undeniable love for sleeping, passing a fair share of his day napping and still being more than able to sleep 8-9 hours every night.
- Cooking: Surprisingly, Guren not only cooks most of his daily meals but actually enjoying doing so to the point of willingly doing the same for some of his closest associates - quite the unusual act for someone as lazy as him.
- Fighting: Though he'd most certainly try to deny that, Guren often has a smile on his face whenever he's confronting a ghoul, even more so if he feels that the fight is a difficult one.
- Coffee: Guren is somehow addicted to coffee, being used to have at least a couple cups during the day and often getting moody when unable to have those. According to himself that's a direct result of the partial ghoulification of his taste buds, but quite a few of his older friends from the academy period can attest that this is utter bullshit: he was already addicted to coffee since away before his surgery.
- Cats: He is known to have two cats that he spoils to an unimaginable extent.

Dislikes:
- Ghouls: Let's just say that he doesn't have any love to spare for the beings who deprived him of his family and any opportunity he had to have a normal life.
- Criminals/Delinquents/Bulies/Assholes in general: Guren seems to specially despise people who still have time to make the life of other humans harder in despite of living in a naturally fucked up world and doesn't have any qualms about demonstrating this despise phisically.
- Sadism: Guren seems to deeply hate people who engage in sadistic acts such as torture and similar actives independently of the victim's identity, going as far as confronting other investigators over it in despite of his hate for ghouls
- Threats: Guren hates being threatened to an unusual extent, reacting violently independently of the identity of the person threatening him or how subtle the threat was.
- Arrogance: Guren is deeply displeased by arrogance, being inherently annoyed by people who see themselves as being naturally above others and often acting excessively for the sake of stopping their worthless boasting.

Fears:
Researchers: Rather than fearful, Guren is deeply wary of how researchers seem to be more than capable of doing even the most absurd things for the sake of their research, naturally considering them as more dangerous than even the most ruthless executioner.
Himself: Guren is far from being a fearful person, easily going on mostly unfazed by things that could make a grown up man cry like a baby, but if there's one thing he fears it is his own potential for cruelty and how close it brings him to the beings he hates.
Loss: Guren seems to have developed a deep fear of losing those he cares about due to losing his family at a very young age, developing an extremely obsessive need to keep his close associates safe under any circumstances.

Strengths:
Near-ghoul Physique: Due to his unique condition, Guren has near-ghoul senses and physical abilities, being much stronger, faster, durable and keen when compared to normal humans and having an equally superhuman sense of smell, sight and hearing.
Freakish Strength: Guren seems to be excessively strong even for ghoul standards, being able to wave his absurdly heavy hammer around as if it doesn't weight anything.
Enhanced Regeneration: While it isn't comparable to a rinkaku user, Guren has absurd levels of regeneration, being more than able to continue fighting in despite of receiving multiple injuries that would normally be more than enough to kill a half-human investigator.
Trained Combatant: Being brought up in an orphanage funded by CCG and frequenting the academy from a young age, Guren is naturally quite the capable fighter, having received as much training as most of the first class investigators in the field in despite of his young age and being naturally talented when it comes to fighting.

Weaknesses:
Recklessness: Suddenly receiving the ability to easily recover from wounds that would normally kill a person without even having to stop battling to do that does wonder for your ego. It also may turn you into an utter retard who throws himself into even the most dangerous situations without thinking twice due to the simple fact that you probably won't die anyway.
Unstable RC Levels: Due to the experimental nature of his Quinx surgery, Guren's RC Levels aren't as roughly regulated as the ones in the later generations of Quinx, often spiking whenever he has strong emotional reactions. While this "flaw" hardly makes him any weaker phisically - actually strengthening him instead - it is hardly a good thing since the sudden change in strength completely throws off his tempo and may leave him vulnerable for a while until he gets used to his heightened abilities. Additionally, even though his Kagune is a Bikaku it seems to be roughly equivalent to Ukaku Kagunes when it comes to RC expenditure, making him exhausted much faster than a normal Bikaku user.

Having "inherited" it from a SS ranked ghoul moniked Salamander, Guren's kagune assumes the form of a remarkably large crimson tail similar in appearance to that of a lizard's and constantly surrounded by a flame-like aura generated from the highly volatile RC cells of the kagune, who seem to have the unique characteristic of constantly emitting an absurd amount of heat - more than enough to actually ignite things at touch and thus remarkably prone to cause collateral damage when wielded by an unstable user such as Guren. Additionally, Guren is far from being heat-proof himself and most certainly can't survive oxygen deprival, so his inability to "turn off" his kagune's inherent capacity makes it so he's pretty much unable to use it in closed environments and somehow hesitant in making use of it inside heavily populated urban areas, as losing control over it in such an environment would most certainly cause an unimaginable amount of collateral damage and endanger the lives of civilians.
Tettsui (Koukaku - Quinque):
Tettsui is a hammer shaped quinque uniquely designed from a koukaku kagune for Guren's exclusive use, being capable of absorbing the user's RC cells to grow to an absurd extent, going from a 10 cm long hammer to a monstrosity that's almost 6 meters long - literally the size of a bulding, and as heavy as one - as long as he feeds it with enough RC cells. Unsurprisingly, it is also extremely durable due to its koukaku-like composition. As of now, the maximum size that the hammer can take without exhausting Guren is roughly two meters of height (with a 20 cm wide "head") and weight of at most 80 kg.
Scorpion 1/14 (Bikaku - Quinque): Guren is known to have a set of 14 Scorpion mass produced quinques that he keeps in holsters located in strategic areas of his body to use as spare weapons.

Misc. Abilities:
Cooking: Guren is well known in his branch for being a master-level cook.
Heat Resistant: Due the unique characteristics of his RC cells, he seems to be away more resistant to heat based damage than normal ghouls.

Personality: Hane's main talent is that beak of his, and chances are he'll chew the ear off of anyone in range until they physically tell him to shut it. He won't take getting talked down to or lectured, and respects authority as about as much as NWA did in the early 90s. Still, he's not entirely insufferable, and might even be reasonably pleasant toward those he trusts. Just as much as anyone else, Hane wants to live a life where he can walk down the street everyday without worrying about getting dragged off, shot in a dark alley, and then having his body harvested for his kagune.

Likes: Feeding birds, flying, talking, a good bit of human.

Dislikes: Getting shot at, getting teased, getting hungry.

Fears: Commitment

Bio: Most ghouls have a terribly dark and tragic backstory that fuels their murderous hunting of human beings. Not Hane. Truth is, Hane didn't have much of a backstory to begin with. His family could be anywhere, most likely dead, and he didn't particularly have any fond memories of them anyway. It's wasn't friendship, family, love, or hope that kept Hane's world turning.

It was birds.

Hane could never quite explain it, but he always had a certain fondness for birds. They always followed him around, listened patiently when he was talking, and cawed along with whatever he said. A lot of people might consider a childhood spent with birds as friends quite a sad one, but Hane couldn't be happier with his aviant companions for company. His life was mainly spent ducking from one district to another, feeding on whatever unfortunate humans wandered into his domain, unknowing of the impending organisation that would end his days as a nomad.

Strengths: Other than his talking, Hane can be praised for his exceptional perception, and will more often than not make deductions of other people based on their tells.
Weaknesses: For a ghoul, Hane isn't particularly agile or physically strong. He is utterly reliant on his kagune.

Hane's Ukaku-type kagune is somewhat unusual compared with others of the same type. His wingspan is roughly double his own height, and his wings are quite capable of letting him take to the air. Most notably, his kagune does not shoot projectiles per se, but will rather conjure live crow-like detachments which actively follow and carnivorize targets.

The number of 'crows' that can be sent at targets are rather limited in supply, and using such an offensive capability revokes his wing-mass, and therefore his ability to shield himself.

Kagune/Quinque: Rinkaku Quinque. It has been styled to look like a sword, to fit in his case. When he goes to actually use it, the blade splits in half and a tendril comes out of it. The blade halves themselves act like tendrils as well, and all three tendrils reach out to around 4-5 feet
Back Up Quinque: Ukaku Twin fans. The fans are about 2 feet long and the 'feathers' are about 1.5-2 inches wide. These fans can be folded and unfolded and even connected together to make a disk. He can also shoot the 'feathers from it at the enemy, but this isn't always suggested.You have to retrieve them after, or the fan will be missing pieces.

Their not half bad when you get to know them, well, most of them, and he honestly loves their company, and loves taking pictures of them. HE is fascinated by kagune and their construct and appearance, but he can find himself just as friendly with doves as he find Quinque interesting as well, even if he doesn't like how they are made, or the dove's themselves.

Genzo was raised by the computer. His schooling was through computers and his life depends on his computer. It is the only piece of him that he completely understands.

Genzo's parents died when he was young, but the little he remembers from them is that they were absolute geniuses. They initiated them to computers and thought him the basics before they were murdered. Since then, Genzo felt this need to connect with them through this mean.

Now twenty-four, it comes as no surprise that Genzo is an absolute genius hacker. He can resolve anything through his computer and he is very cocky about it. However, don't confuse him for a petty troll that only steals money from others. He has an irrational fear of society and loss of control which gave birth to his lifelong goal.

Genzo believes in showing the helpless part of society the truth: what the true meaning of freedom is. He is highly driven and determined to make it his end goal.

Lastly, Genzo is on an on and off relationship with his childhood friend Tsuki. They've dated since they were 12 years old and the longest they've been apart is 6 months, but they keep on breaking up for the pettiest of things.

Genzo is an introverted, socially awkward individual who holds in a lot of anger towards the society that he is unable to participate in. Especially after they caused the death of his parents when he was 8. He was born poor, but with loving and caring parents that believed in a united world. Genzo believes in the same message, but he has absolutely no remorse in regards to killing a human. He believes in natural selection, something his parents didn't share with him.

His interaction with the world around is hypocritical. He is two faceted;

Towards humans or strangers, Genzo is a secluded but kind man when approached. He never gets close to them, but never rejects them despite being in pure angst while talking to them. He will play along as a human, but never desire to be one. Every human that meets him quickly judges him as kind and likeable, but very hallow since he never shares anything and seems empty.

On the other hand, towards ghouls or close ones, Genzo is a little ball of anger ready to burst into a fit of paranoia. He talks too much, gets anxious, has weird quirks like pulling his eyebrow hair... but one thing is clear to all ghouls is that he will go to extreme lengths to help his kind. People rely on him more than once and Genzo heavily relies on his gut instincts.

Genzo’s kagune has various forms, but all fall under the umbrella of a rinkaku. He can grow up to six tentacles, all spawn upwards making it look like a giant smile before striking all at once. His kagune changes colour, going from dark blue to reddish hues.

His personality is kind of... contradicting. I understand that he's supposed to be "two-faceted", but there's absolutely no relation between his two personalities. Short of being bipolar, in which case he can't change personalities like that for specific people, I think it needs to be looked at.

RC Count: 306 - 4000 depending on his intake. The reason his rc count can go so low was due to the extensive testing performed on his kakuhou at an early age. This testing has led to him not being able to produce his own rc, making him rely solely on intake alone. On a plus side of things this low factor does not cause Eiji any negative effects, and helps him maintain his cover in human environments. The severe lack of rc cells has also caused the kakugan of his left eye to exhibit an abnormal state in which it only turns a pale grey with a normal iris when excited, while his other eye completely undergoes the usual transformation.

Eiji's personality is kinda like his mask, split into to segments. On the prominent side lies his comical side. Alongside this segment of his personality comes the dreaded ladies man, and the smooth talker. In certain settings, this man could talk a Catholic priest out of his jimmies. He also adores a good joke when this side shows around, and will more than often strike a conversation with anyone who shows the slightest interest in him. It is this state he patrols around town in, and if he isn't seen it often means his significant other made an appearance.

The other side of him lays vile and desolate. Although not appearing often, this side usually appears before a snap occurs and is usually marked by him turning maniacal in both stature and personality. His mental state at this point is to say at the least deranged, and he is not opposed to killing anyone who dares to press his buttons. It is in this state he often seeks solace, as he exhibits little control over himself and his actions at this point in time. This often leads to him talking to himself and breaking into bursts of laughter depending on if he told himself a good enough joke. This side of him cares about nobody and is how he earned the name Split by the CCG.

Bio (Two paragraphs minimum)
“I wish I could wake up to my life being nothing but a bad dream.” Ever since Eiji could remember he had been sick, as he was always in the hospital. In fact it had been going on ever since his mother went away to the Doc’s, possibly due to the same affliction he was contracting. The doctors were just attempting to cure him, to rid him of the sickness that rocked his body. That’s why they kept running their meticulous tests, and why the pain of the shots never stopped. That’s why he was locked away from every being around him, and why everyone avoided contact with him at all costs. All they wanted to do was help him, and the countless others that exhibited these same symptoms.


In action, it was all a lie, every single last fucking word. His entire life was a fabricated reality with the pieces all put into the wrong slots. It only took him years to put the pieces in the right order.


This was all possible due to a random act of fate. On one fateful day, a new arrival greeted the prison he called home - a girl whose name began with Hina if Eiji’s shattered memory serves him right. Why remember such little details though? Well with the staff attentive to the new arrival, the scientists forgot to do the rounds of medication they usually did. With this medication, there was one pill that was vital to Eiji’s illusion of reality, a memory suppressant pill. Without a daily dosage of the medication the pill is quickly eradicated in a ghouls system, and it was with this one simple slip up that he learned the truth of his reality.


The reality came back entangled in itself, with the pieces all there yet tangled. Flickers of what truly happened to his mother collected itself first, revealing that she died protecting him. They then focused on Eiji being forced into a maze called Cochela in the research section. Here he had the first recollections of the “Physical Exams”, and the incisions and shots he bared without medication clouding his mind. In reality they were developing something to suppress his kagune, as demonstrated with the forced release of his powers and the shots injected into his left shoulder blade. These tests flashed into his head until the point the kagune stopped appearing, and upon that crowds of cheers filled the building. He was just a puppet, nothing more.


And he was broken...
Broken toys must be thrown away, and Eiji realized that..


Under the guise of night, Eiji formulated a plan to escape. On the dawn of the next day, Eiji launched his attack as the guard reached in to hand him his meal. Using the gate as a prop, he grabbed the guards hands and yanked him close to him - knocking him out cold. Without the help of his kagune, he slinked the guard closer to him by breaking his own wrists to fit under the door. With the keycard in hand, he slid it into the card slot and exited his cell, but not before he dragged the guard's limp body into it - confiscating his uniform as he did so. Using his diminished rc count to his advantage, Eiji managed to walk out of Cochela with its very own guards holding the exit open for him.


Then that leads us to the present.

Kagune Type: Ukaku type kagune and half-developed Kakuja.

His kagune only appears on the right side of his body due to him being used in rc suppressant testing at an early age. The injections were usually pushed directly into the kagune organ, which caused it to shrivel and die as the drug was used repeatedly on him. With the lack of a kagune on his left side, his right side had to pick up the pace in order for him to survive. This side of his body uses its abnormal size to beat opponents away and to slice them into pieces with its razor-sharp edge. The wing also allows him to momentarily shield blows to his vital organs, however due to the nature of his kagune it soon begins to shatter after repeated blows.

His body also requires weekly binging on food due to his innate ability to produce rc cells. This rc production problem has led to him cannibalizing his own kind, as the rc yield from a ghoul is far greater than that of a normal person. With the excess consumption of rc cells though, Eiji has also begun to undergo early stage kakuga mutations. In moments of blinding rage or mortal danger, Eiji's mind can snap in a way. When this snap occurs the accumulation of rc cells inside him erupts, enabling his kakuja formation against his will. In this state his power is far greater than normal, however at the expense of his psyche and bodily control.

Special Moves/Abilities
Sheild - Does what you think it does. To perform it, all Eiji has to do is wrap his wing around himself. In this form he takes nearly no damage, however due to his kagunes brittleness it quickly breaks. Whenever it does break, his rc cells take a while to recollect back into his kagune.

Angel of Death - This move is pretty difficult to perform and a heavy expense on stamina. In order to perform it, Eiji locks his wing into a fixed position and uses it to glide towards a target. Upon arriving at the target, it unfolds into a jagged-like fashion and begins to rotate. In this stage, the jagged structure cuts through Eiji's own flesh in an effort to gain speed. It is at this moment that it strikes and usually mutilates the target into a bloody pulp.

Or they evade it and leave Eiji as a bloody mess. Usually a last resort esque move due to the damage it causes to one's own body.

Fury - This is the closest Eiji can come without snapping into his kakuja formation. In this form, a vague outline on his left side begins to ripple from his shoulder-blade. It is this vague shadow that soon begins to leech off of Eiji to form into a rudimentary second Ukaku kagune, in place of the one he lacks. Despite it draining both blood and rc cells at an alarming rate, this extra ukaku allows Eiji extra mobility and a way to launch a flurry of attacks with unprecedented performance. If pushed too far however, it manifests itself as "The Fox".

The Fox - The Fox is what Dove Agents call Split's kakuja. This form is marked by a sudden change in Split's appearance to that of a humanoid demonic fox. In this form it is shown Split loses all self-control and begins to consume anything or anyone in sight. In this form his strength rivals that of an S Class ghoul, and due to this factor it is to be put down at all costs.

Umm, just one thing. We banned kakujas unless there's a clear reason you want to outline to me on why he needs it. And the other problem is that ghouls can't really eat people as often anymore, ever since the CCG became much more authoritarian.

Personality: Ayumi is one of the most pure-hearted people in the Tokyo province. This lady is unlike the harsh contrast of the world around her and only sees the world as a glass waiting to be refilled. In the darkest of moments she shines with the brightness of a supernova, and with that light spreads goodness to others. This aspect of her has led to her being called Angel by those who are close to her, and others who have been spared by her in the midsts of battle. In the time off her job, she uses her spare time to volunteer at various districts across the city. This side of Angel is seen by anyone close and far away from her, and it is this image she wished would last forever.

However this person is not always the Angel she's made out to be. In a segment embedded within her rests a part of her burning with vengeance. This side harbors the bitter resentment to what ghouls can do to the innocents of the city, and the monsters they truly are. From a mixture of past experiences, her pure soul has begun baring the seeds of corruption. When this side of her shows, there is no mercy to be found at her hands. As of this moment in time, it only seems to appear when conflicting with an overly aggressive ghoul. It is this side of her she that has been dubbed the Angel, the Angel of Death.

Goals: To aid the world in any way, and to enact vengeance on her parents killer. If a perfect person comes into play however, settling down would be nice too.

Bio: Ayumi was born in Sector 11 to a struggling family underneath the poverty line. All through her early life, she witnessed them starving themselves to feed her instead, and the pain they endured to give her a normal life. The pain her parents endured lasted for years, and over that span her parents were slowly working themselves to an early grave. This daily view of her parents suffering eventually led Ayumi to do questionable things for money in secrecy, and many things she wished to never do or see again. Despite this sad existence though, she pressed on with the misery to help alleviate the strain of financial concerns from her parents in order to better their lives like they did hers. This act of defiling herself both mentally and physically went on for years, and despite the inherent risks she pushed forward. Nothing was more worth her parent's happiness, not even her own body. That was her way of thinking, and each passing day reflected that choice.

This torture went on without no sign of stopping in the near future, until an act of fate brought it and her entire world crashing to an end. After a meeting with a regular client, Ayumi headed home the same as any other day prior. Things differentiated once she arrived home however, as instead of her parent's calm voices it was their screams greeting her ears instead. With no thought for her own safety, she busted inside the cramped interior of her home only to be met by entrails and viscera littering the buildings splintered wood flooring. Towering over what remained of her parents laid a creature clad in a fox-like armor, and it was seemingly dining on what little remained of their flesh. With that sight alone fear and rage ran hot in her veins, and in an act of stupidity she grabbed the nearest item and struck the creature with all her might. To her amazement however, it remained unfazed and without even turning back impaled her side with a brightly colored wing in under a millisecond. This caused her kidney to be completely destroyed in the process, alongside a few ribs. (The injuries inflicted here are the causes of her stamina and strength problems.)


With blood flowing from her fresh wound, the creature began to tear at her arms and legs in an attempt to consume her. As everything faded to black though, the beast was seen fleeing the building. After she awoke from her slumber, she found herself in a hospital bed greeted by the fellows who helped save her life. In an act of anger and sadness, she pledged to help aid those who helped aid her. With that, she figured that she could keep that very same creature from hurting other innocent civilians.

That brings us to the modern day, and her reasons to work for the CCG. (Sorry if this is bad, I'm exhausted and my mind is fuzzy as an infants blanket.)

Quinque: Duel bladed Rinkaku. This quinque was harvested from the first ever ghoul Ayumi helped kill, an A Rank ghoul by the name of "Ash". Due to these events, this weapon holds a sentimental value to Ayumi and as a result she refuses to use another quinque.

Special Moves/Abilities
-Yo-yo. The yo-yo technique is not far off from the actual thing it is derived from. This move involves looping her quinque with a rope and swinging it to gain velocity. Once it has reached its critical point, she releases it and causes it to soar towards her target - impaling them on her blades.

-Timber. Timber is a move Ayumi uses commonly due to its easy execution. This move is just her hacking away at ghouls with a axe-like motion, with her pretending the person she's slaughtering is simply a tree. Pretty entertaining to watch to say the least.

-Whip. This move is similar to the yo-yo in the way it is initiated with a rope attached to the quinque. Instead of her swinging the blade around however, she uses a whiplike motion and strikes her targets in their backsides. With the enemy left writhing in agony, the CCG agents can quickly apprehend a subject.

Personality:
Himawari Kiiro is a rather strange person, having never recieved proper schooling in her life, and never really having been with normal people throughout her life, she never quite grew up from her childlike stage. Having been constantly monitored by her adopted brother Hideki, she barely can stand on her own two feet without him watching and has an unhealthy attachment towards him.
She is an extraverted type, who often goes looking through books and reading for new things to do in her small and rather tiring life. Hima enjoys learning new things and having fun, but when it comes to serious things, she knows how to be angry.
Himawari can shout and can scream and have tantrums all you wish, seeing as this was the only way to stop the dysfunctional Hideki to stop and listen to her. Hima isn't afraid of blood, she isn't even afraid of ghouls, but she is afraid of letting people around her die and to allow them to watch her die. Her soft heart is almost always more concerned about the people around her than she ever is about herself.​

History:
Born into a family who couldn't afford to keep her with all her other siblings, the small and meek Unnamed girl was left alone to rot on the streets of an unforgiving Tokyo. She was four years old when this happened, lonely on the streets where she was bound to be eaten at any moment.
And that was when a sweet child older than her by five years, with hair the color of the muddy roads around them and eyes that burned a bright crimson, this kid that was nearly promised to be her saviour had nearly consumed her. Luckily out of pure childish wonder, he didn't. Maybe it was because of how cute she was, or how hard it was without friends as a ghoul, but he kept her. So it was like this for a year or two, the children lived on the streets together, and more than a couple times Himawari was forced to eat both human and ghoul flesh (out of a lack of anything to eat). The boy did not understand how to feed her as he had never ate anything else in his small life, and he himself was an uneducated brat by the eyes of society, with no passport or birth certificate they couldn't do anything with their life.
So they became thiefs, Hima would be the lure, and Hideki would be the trap. They robbed and ate all kinds of different people, sleazy men, kind elderly women, students and so on. Soon enough they were picked up by a small ghoul organization that is currently disbanded, and while most protested Himawari joining, Hideki's prowess in using his koukaku was good enough for them.
In this organization was a beautiful woman who everyone called Indigo that looked after them. She taught them how to read, how to look after themselves and their hygene, even how to shop and cook. With her they appeared more human and more lively, and slowly thanks to Indigo they became better predators.
Soon there was an CCG raid, with one of their weaker squadrons, but it was enough to kill more than a few ghouls, including Indigo. This was the raid which gave Hideki his A rank and his newly gained name of Forktounged Vermin, often shortened to Forktounge in documents.
After that they were alone again, looking for a way to live without the constant fear of CCG jumping on them.
That was when they found Eden, when they found salvation.​

More about her relationship with Hideki Kiiro:
This relationship is not a healthy one, both of them can be quite toxic towards each other, and that can often be displayed through both their attachment and their envy. While they do love each other, there is an uneven power dynamic here, and if Hideki was more hungry on the day he found Himawari, she clearly would not be here to this day.
All of Himawari's romantic interests have been completely slaughtered, even if she indicates a bit that she might like said person, Hideki will go on the prowl for them, ghoul and human alike. Although he can back off if Himawari threatens to leave enough, as it has been for the last years.​

- Helplessness, despite how it is a weakness, Himawari has an aura about her that make people not want to fight her.
- Protection, she is guarded twenty four seven by her adopted brother, good luck trying to defeat a Koukaku kagune seeking to protect.
- Instinct, from an early age she was taught to value her life and to run for help when needed, she is almost a master at this.​
Weaknesses
- Kindness, Hima is softhearted and is very gullible and naive due to that.
- Humane, she is still very much a human with no enchancements, even though she went through different variations of extensive training, she still remains weak and fragile, possibly due to malnourishment growing up.
- Fears, she avoids fighting and is easily scared, therefore unable to stand her ground.​

Kagune/Quinque:
Quinque gun, with a total of twenty three bullets, she carries it with her everywhere at her families' orders. She hasn't trained due to a lack of bullets, but knows the gist of pulling the trigger.​

Appearance:
Slouched, with bedhead, and a pair of thickly rimmed glasses, Hideki looks exactly like one would imagine a simpleton nobody would look like. He has hair the color of dried mud, and eyes that look no different from the asphalt under shitty roads. His build is wiry and stocky, almost quite muscly, as he isn't the tallest person around, he often wears a lot of layers so he seems smaller than he actually is.
Every single time he goes out for a hunt he dresses up, old clothing and dark hoods that cover his face are a must, but in order to further hide his identity, he has rooms full of red canned hair dyes that he uses on himself. When he goes out he also ditches his very convincing fake glasses and donns his beatiful mask.
Made from metal and an assortment of different plastics, this mask has a cover that looks like a mouth on it, with teeth gorging out of the frame and a flappy tounge going after it. Underneath the tounge is a hole large enough to allow Forktounge to feast.​

Personality:
Hideki is a rather... Over all stunted person. Quiet and stoic, he ever talks before talked to, and ignores everything that he deems not important. Unlike his adopted sister, his curiosity has the range of an emotionless teaspoon, and unless he has a predetermined interest in something he would not particularly care about anything. He is known to be rather unlikable and rather moody, and at times is almost known to be rather daft and unintellectual. Not particularly smart or bright when it comes to academic persuits, he is still quite skilled and driven where he deems it matters, such as working, taking care of those he loves, and hunting.
He respects authority, and is loyal to those who show him and his sister kindness. A bit vengeful and easily angered if you will, he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty in order to feed his ego.​

History:
Alone, in the cruel and uncaring world, Hideki Kiiro was a small uneducated child, barely different from any other animal on the street. Not pretty and not smart, being a ditched ghoul in a cold place, he was mostly taken care of by ghouls who were powerful and spared pity. He can vividly remember this and always wanted to be like the people who spared him kindness, and who helped him feed. Homeless and helpless, he found a little girl much in the same position he was in, bright brown eyes and hair the color of straw, Hideki was enamoured. He was a monster, but he and his childish mind decided that she was not.
He did not know or understand how to take care of her, but he tried his best and it payed off. Maybe she would have had a better life had he not mock adopted her on that day, but he still does not regret it, and if she is supposed to die, he will try his hardest to keep her safe.
They roamed the streets, them against the world, and they lived through all kinds of trouble. Robbing and eating, through their way in Tokyo, they had been nearly apprehended god knows how many times.
That was when Indigo and her company of maneaters picked them up. She taught them everything they know to this day. How to read, how to appear human, how to hunt. It was all thanks to them, and a good half of their teen years they lived with them. At seventeen there was a raid in the ghoul community they lived in.
Nearly everyonethey knew, now dead. Indigo, now dead.
Of course Hideki joined the fight, wearing his mask and but lacking his signature red hair, it was on that day, when he killed three members of CCG did he get his A rank and became the identifiable ghoul under the name of Forktounged Vermin on all the documents. They ran after that, fled, and never looked back.
From then onit was again just Hideki and Himawari, lonely, but now at least they could survive and blend in with the humans.
That was when they found Eden, salvation and hope.
Now they both work there, Hideki helping to hunt, and Himawari helping out with the flowers and reception.​

Strengths
- Super strength, Forktounge is about three times stronger than an average ghoul.
- Mobile shield, his Koukaku allows him to defend what he needs to protect with his tough as nails 'tounges'. They can wrap around him and things that he needs to stay safe, and this is the main way it works as a shield.
- Cutting edge, his kagune is perfected to such an extent, that the edges of his ribbon like tendrils often have sharp edges he can use to easily bury into people.​
Weaknesses
- Momentum, Forktounge is quite slow and weak on the defensive side of things, suprisingly enough for a ghoul with a kakuhou of this nature, and will often allow blind spots to slip up.
- Brittle, while he is obviously quite strong, and his kagune is tough, once it breaks it breaks, and until it regenerates it will stay that way.
- Runtling, while he is more than strong, Hideki lacks the regeneration capabilities of most other ghouls, and is prone to having to wait longer to heal.​

Kagune/Quinque:
Koukaku
Hideki's koukaku kukahou is bright red, almost toxic pink in color, often shining in an nearly radioactive manner. It can go from both sides of underneath his shoulder blades, and despite the extra weight he can handle it one both sides better due to it being more easier to balance that way. He can produce up to seven of these ribbon-like shell blade structures, which can be used both to strike and wrap for protection, although it cannot make any flexible movements. His kagune tends to work like a rather slow well oiled machine.​

Her form appears gentler than it truly is with an undeveloped look to her. Despite her lack in bust she makes up for it with her curvature, her skin holds a light pinkness to it as though she was untainted by sunburn or any outside elements. Her hair is kept in an orderly manner, typically twin-tails. Seeing her hair down is a rare sight, but when she does it is rumored that it reaches down to knees. Along the lines of clothing, Akuro usually goes for the darker colors or a crimson red. Since they're harder to spot blood on. Black skirts or shorts, red shirt, and occasionally a snug black jacket are usually what one will notice.

The mask that Akuro chooses to bare is a simple Harajuku mask of pitch black. In the center is a large white question mark, however it will randomly change to one of many forms of punctuation due to dimly glowing LED lights. The possibilities it can shift to are as follows; Question mark, Period, Exclamation Point, Comma, Colon, Semicolon, Ellipsis, and a hyphen.

Personality:
Akuro is the odd one out, when a typical human sees a ghoul they think of a monster. A being who wants nothing more than to kill them and eat their flesh. In the case of Akuro they aren't entirely wrong. She goes out of her way to become the monster that humans fear running into. When she's walking among them normally there's nothing wrong with the girl. She's a dependable worker, one of which you can give a task and rely on her to get it done. With this comes a massive amount of compassion she puts into most of everything that deserves it. Diligence being key for that.

However, she does have something deeper to her. The compassion doesn't only go towards medial tasks, it goes towards her 'art'. She views herself as an artist in a twisted, sadistic way. The pain of her victims is enough to cause many to judge her ideas harshly. She relinquishes herself in it, much like a drug. Her deviation from the normal ways of life could be gawked at or even looked-down on, but she doesn't care. Unpredictable, she'll use her own out of the blue tactics to combat others. Some of which may be rather under-handed but they work and therefore don't have an issue. So she's willing to take risks and be daring if it means things work out for her, she holds that in a clever way.

->Sharp Objects:
Ever since she was a young child she always had some wild fascination with sharpened objects, knifes, swords, the blender. No matter what it never ceased to waver in her attention. Her eyes would stay glued to it, her parents didn't bother taking it from her since it couldn't injure her unless she slammed it into her eye or something drastic. Growing up she was still fascinated by the weapons and their properties to harm others, she got her first blade at age 12. A steel katana that she prided herself in owning, rightfully named. "Mico", to this day she has been reported of causing great suffering with things as small as pocket knives up to the size of Mico.

->Blood and Gore:
Perfect for the ghoul life-style, she's known for making a bloody mess of her kills. Not only eating her fill but then proceeding to flay, gut, skin, or even just decimate the bodies of her victims to an almost recognizable form. She didn't care about what others saw this as, merely she enjoyed the sensation she gained from it.. the feeling of flesh parting to her will, reshaping it to her command. Though this isn't restricted to other people's blood, if she's bleeding it's like you injected her with an overdose of adrenaline. Of course she crashes from this high shortly after.

->Jack the Ripper:
She can't help but to take interest in a fellow artist, the serial killer was someone she could truly admire. The way that he had taken such minimal caution and yet still got out with beautifully displayed subjects was something breathtaking to her. However this fueled a competitive side from her, she strove to make her 'art' better than he ever could have dreamed. She sought to make her meals into a masterpiece, and Jack had led her down the right path.

->Music:
Honestly there's no real backstory as to why, she just enjoys music. No genre of choice either if she's being completely honest to herself and others.

->Origami
This was something her mother used to do, Origami cranes mainly. However she was taught how to make an origami flower sometime in her youth, she has since learned numerous different techniques and is arguably better than her mother ever was. Typically she leaves an origami lotus atop her victims bodies, as if to show a calling card. This was seen as bad taste however so she stopped doing so about a year ago, and instead just folded origami as little gifts or a pass-time.

Dislikes:
<-Stuffed Animals:
Stuffed animals are cuddly and sweet, but they cut too easily. Their stuffing doesn't give satisfaction when it pours free from the gash she makes in them. Overall stuffed animals are insufficient as a mere toy of surgery and can be used as only kindling or a sleeping companion.

<-The CCG:
Like any sensible ghoul she has a bad taste left in her mouth from the name CCG alone. The organization that seeks out their kind just for wanting to survive, honestly it's sickening that the obviously inferior humans are trying their hand at eradicating the ghouls. She'd kill all of them if given the chance, but that's not how the world works sadly. You kill one and more will come, you kill two and soon enough you have an infestation of the 'peacekeepers'.

<-Kakuja's:
No specific grudge against those who do happen to harbor a kakuja in their body, however she dislikes what comes with it. Physically she sees it as beauty, a refinement of ones own body, however. She knows that it was created from betraying the Ghouls, if a person is willing to eat another of their own kind they're either a sicko, or they were in a bad situation.

<-"Ma'am":
The phrase "Ma'am" is something she absolutely hates! It causes her skin to crawl any time it's heard. If you adress her with it she will act in one of two ways. Way one, she will entirely ignore you and pretend that you never said a thing to her. Method two, she'll correct you quickly and then listen to whatever you think is important enough to interrupt her busy time thinking.

<-Gelatin:
If you had to think of the jiggliest food in the word, what would you say? Gelatin, Right! So gelatin is jiggly and bouncy and holds an odd texture. Akuro dislikes it because she thinks the damn thing is taunting her. Looking at Gelatin sway and shake as it does acts almost like a challenge for her, what's worse is that when you cut it nothing spills from it and it just remains the same as always. The food product itself frustrates her to no end and she doesn't even know why it feels like this, she just knows.

Fears:
* Needles (Trypanophobia):
Though incapable of having these enter her skin, she still has a fear of them. Seeing many different clips of people having them inserted into them was a terrifying experience in itself. She had even watched televised footage of some human scientist inserting one into the eye of a ghoul and piercing it, since then she's been wary of any doctors office within a ten-block radius of her locale. If she sees a needle, whether it be medical or for illegal purposes, she tends to have a minor panic attack and will either lash out or flee from it. Sometimes going as far as to hide behind the nearest person in order to escape her "Assaulter."

Bio:
Ever since she can remember Akuro has been told by many outlets that ghouls were bad, they were monsters, they were evil. Her parents told her not to listen to those words, not to worry about what they said. So she pushed them down, pushed them away from her memories. That was easy enough for anyone to do. All was fine with her blending into society, she made a few ghoul friends and they hung out together. She grew up nicely despite the oddities she thought up.

Consuming humans was never an issue as her parents always handled that with or for her. Her father was an S-class ghoul, he went by the name "Corkscrew" likely because of how his kakuja appeared to people. Her mother was a B-class ghoul so she was merely scoffed at. That was the case when she'd gotten home, her mother had fled and her father had been captured by the doves. They'd broken in while she was finishing school for the day. The memories resurfaced as she looked at the struggle which had went down, the blood which had been shed.

She lived on through middle-school and finished that, around the time she entered high-school she had gained an identity for herself among the CCG. As in she had killed and that was known. Her victims, though they weren't well-known always had such an elegance to the atrocities she had committed to the bodies. Slashing, Skinning, so many other grotesque ways she'd left them. However she rarely was known for mercy on them, in a territory she'd met some ghoul who decided to combat her over a fresh kill she'd gotten. He spoke of some place known as Eden, it interested her to say the least. The ghoul escaped with his life and now she considers visiting this little shop.

- Appearance -
Looks like the faceclaim(s) most of the time. Has tattoos across her back, a notable one being a large seraph, mirrored vertically in demon form.

- Personality -
The first time you meet her, Hanae will likely seem like the kindest person you’ve ever met. She’s very caring in almost a maternal fashion, being quick to comfort those that need it and mend broken ties. While rather outspoken, she oftentimes doesn't talk about herself, instead choosing to ask questions about others and reacting appropriately. Always with a smile on her face, this makes her a rather easy person to approach. However, sometimes Hanae will lose the smile and get a blank look in her eyes. While rare, during these times she tends to tune out completely, as if suddenly the wall or the window view has become very interesting. It takes her a moment to come back to reality, and when she does she apologizes and continues as if nothing happened.

Her more serious side comes from when she's protecting something that she values, such as Eden, her friends, her belongings, etc. A quick thinker, you'd hardly be able to tell that she's someone who loses focus in the world constantly. Hanae makes decisions efficiently and without hesitation, choosing them with her own ideas in mind.

Hanae has excellent control over her kagune, to the point where sometimes she's been able to trick people into thinking she has something other than a ukaku. But most of the time, if she has to engage in full combat she'll use the form on the cover faceclaim. It shift and coalesces almost like a gas, being able to move about as smoothly and rapidly. Like most ukaku, she can launch RC shards, but her specialty is in being able to launch RC bolts and use her kagune as a generator.

He’s AT MOST schizoid but even then it’s a stretch because he’s in an atypical situation. His the predator that’s being hunted so he’s hiding his identity to humans AKA good actor.

But nonetheless, my character is only a draft. The personality is hard to describe in words because it just seems very... white on black... if after I refine, it still doesnt please you, i’ll write up a demo post of his personality and from there see where it leads lmfao.

His character is almost entirely based on Mr.Robot anyways. I know it works out very nicely (in shows) but to be determined through writing ;)

Appearance:
Akira has pale skin and light brown (pinkish) hair that he slicks back while he's working. He often dresses professionally when at a clinical setting where he spends most of his day---a white lab coat over a blue dress shirt and brown slacks. The tie changes depending on his mood. Even in a casual setting, Akira likes to keep to a certain standard when it comes to his appearance. He rarely wears jeans if given a choice. When going out as a ghoul, Akira dons a black plague doctor mask--with typical beak-like features--, a long trench coat, a tall hat, and gloves

Personality:
To patients, Akira is a kind, sympathetic doctor who is always willing to help those injured or diseased. To nurses, Akira is a strict, yet fair superior who knows how to draw the line between playful and professional. To his fiance, Akira is a good, hard working man.

That is the mask Akira Horiyama donned in order to survive in human society. However, the truth is he lacks empathy for others. He just fakes it very well. At the core of Akira's being is a selfish person. His number one priority is his own survival and his own interests. He mostly sees humans and ghouls from a clinical perspective. He doesn't pity people. Nor does he judge them, since he doesn't care enough to.

That's not to say he's incapable of feeling or directing emotions towards others. Anger. Jealousy. Disgust. Maybe even lust or possessiveness. However, it's all self-focused and kept under a lid unless it benefits him in some way. He feels little to no guilt about lying if it's to his own benefit. At the same time, Akira can speak with little to no consideration for others if being considerate doesn't benefit him.

Akira is observant, likes imitating others, and adapts well to change. He is self-disciplined and has incredible willpower--enough to work with human bodies and not go on a hunger rampage. He rarely acts on his actual emotions. Given how long he's built and kept up his persona, one could almost call him determined. Akira is passive aggressive. However, if prodded enough times, the beast within will emerge.

Akira is a prideful individual, especially in regards to his skills as a medical professional. He will treat people that come to his clinic (both humans and ghouls) not because he cares for them, but because not being able to do so is failure on his part. When presented to with a difficult medical problem Akira cannot help but try to solve it and can get a little bit stubborn if he doesn't get his way. Akira prides himself on his talents. He saves more lives as a doctor than he takes away as ghoul. However, it isn't as if Akira hates humans. Hating one's own food is a waste of time and detrimental to one's own survival.

Finally, Akira is a sadist. He likes tricking others and causing them emotional harm. He enjoys surgery and the act of cutting people up more often than he lets on.

Bio:
Ever since he was first abandoned by his ghoul parents and dropped into an orphanage, Akira has watched humans. He watched how they interacted, how they ate, how they thought, and strove to imitate them. It was about survival. However, it was also about fitting in--about trying to belong. Yet Akira couldn't consume human food and gagged up anything he ate. The matron took offense to that and Akira was often punished for not wanting to eat. Her dislike of him spread to the other children at the orphanage as well. From a young age, Akira had to learn to survive on his own. He had to dig up corpses if he wanted to eat. He had to learn to use his kagune if he wanted to hunt. He had to keep the fact that he was a ghoul a secret if he wanted to survive.

Then one day, Akira was adopted by the Horiyamas--a wealthy couple that owned a chain of hospitals in Japan. Akira's life took a different turn. He was given the best clothes and the best education (I won't say food because all human food tastes the same to him). Akira didn't intend to repeat what happened with the matron. He learned to fake eat very well. He studied hard to please his human parents...delving into human physiology so he could become the doctor they wanted him to be. However, it was also for himself. As a ghoul, Akira always had an interest in the human body. He wanted to know what made them so tasty. What about the human body made it edible to ghouls...and how to reproduce that.

After graduating medical school at the age of 23, Akira Horiyama went to work at one of his parent's hospitals for a couple of years before opening a clinic of his own. Naturally, he still eats as a ghoul. Bodies go disappearing from hospital morgues from time to time, amputated body parts don't go to waste, etc. However, Akira Horiyama acts cautiously. Rarely does he eats his own patients unless they are terminally ill. He preserves body parts donated to science and eats conservatively lest he gets caught. He even goes as far as to treat CCG officers if it means his cover won't be blown. Given that he's spent most of his life among humans, Akira feels no particular loyalty to his race.

Strengths:
Expansive medical expertise, observant, cautious, meticulous/detail-oriented, determined.

Weaknesses:
Lacks empathy for others, prideful, passive aggressive, holds grudges.

Kagune/Quinque:
Koukaku. Akira's kagune is red in color and can take the form of a sword, a shield, or clawed gloves around his arms.

Akira can detach his kagune. He also has extensive knowledge of the human body and the ghoul body, so he knows the procedure to transplant kagunes to humans. He is also fairly strong since he's practiced carrying around his kagune for most of his life.

Nishihara Kiro seems to come from a well-off family, although his actual origins are quite uncertain, as he claims he has amnesia. His memories seem to begin the day after we found him in critical condition on streets, collateral damage having been done to all extremities and his face. Extensive surgical operations have guaranteed that he has maintained his original appearance, however his apparent lack of memories is still being investigated and experimented on. Regardless, Nishihara Kiro still retains considerable latent combat abilities, rivaling a First Class Investigator in field work upon being discharged from the medical ward. Of his own volition, he chose to go through the academy, and is now one of our top Associate Special Class Investigators. Recently, after a stint of training several other investigators, and producing quite high-caliber results, Nishihara Kiro has been assigned to oversee the newly created Squad 36. Having handpicked a majority of its members, the new squad has shown promise in the field. While currently lacking the prowess and experience required of a Special Class Investigator, we have high hopes for Nishihara Kiro.

Unless he is an actor of significant skill, Nishihara Kiro's personality is completely open to us as he has nothing to conceal it with, considering he is lacking his memories. He is someone who definitely cares about his subordinates, putting his utmost faith in those around him and refusing to see someone's negative side until it is demonstrated to him clearly. This trait seems to stem from a deeply optimistic attitude, regardless of the situation. Nishihara Kiro has a natural leading disposition in combat, being collected and calm, but very stern, in making decisions and actions. He has an unfortunate self-sacrificing tendency which is, regarding his combat abilities, actually quite a boon in accomplishing missions, however this very tendency is what will likely prevent him from being an excellent tactician. When not in the field, peers have described him as being rather distant, yet quite accepting and understanding when talked to.

Considering his personality, Nishihara Kiro enjoys teaching, something that he is also very good at. He also seems to enjoy reading, running through simulations, learning, and a solid cup of tea. Those around him have also reported a liking towards spicy foods.

<Dislikes>
Nishihara Kiro fortunately harbors a dislike for ghouls, after seeing what one did to a subordinate of his. Other dislikes appear to be loud personalities, arguments, eating too fast, and oddly Cochlea and Operculum.

<Fears>
According to some analysis, his biggest fear is likely losing a subordinate when he clearly could have done something to avoid it, especially if he could have intervened to save them.

Summary
<Strengths>
While his appearance may throw some off, Nishihara Kiro is extraordinarily fast, being able to dodge or parry attacks from rinkaku and even ukaku ghouls. And as one might expect from such speed, his skill with his quinque is quite natural, every move almost looking like instinct rather than conscious choice. Not lacking in the strength department either, he can strike quite hard with his quinque, although he doesn't hit quite as hard as someone who's more specialized in pure physical strength.

Nishihara Kiro has some stamina issues, due to his incredible speed and reflexes. Long fights are not his forte, and so he instead chooses his engagements, making sure to plan around his weakness. He also reports having a form of epilepsy, occasionally causing severe headaches and loss of senses, rarely even seizures.

<Quinque>
Hecate is but one of his quinques from the countless ghouls Nishihara Kiro has eliminated, but he states that it is his favorite. A quinque developed from a rinkaku/koukaku kagune, it is extremely mobile but durable, being able to withstand a force upwards of 90000 psi. It has small channels which take in and expel air, depending on the motion of the blade. The blade itself can heat up to approx. 3905 degrees Celsius in short bursts, the hilt being completely insulated.
