Astoria
The world this story will take place in. It is divided in several Kingdoms: Avaria, Tukar, Ebrezia, Shearidal, Xatish, Tuphate Islands, Raneian, Qeria, Phedel, Pentis, Evustirus, Iworyn, Hokar, Cupis Islands, Vuihan.

Avaria
Avaria is the first world your character will set foot in. Avaria is the most thriving Kingdom as of this day and age which comes with jealousy and greed from other Kingdoms who want the same or want to bathe in their wealth without doing much for it. Avaria was established by one of the first heroes who ever came to these lands, also known as Yrt, the first true King of Astoria. Currently there are about 1.043.155 inhabitants which makes the Kingdom even more prestigious by its high population number. The Kingdom’s landscape is also worth to talk about! Astonishing aquatic wildlife, mellow rivers and never-ending fields of green are just a sliver of the beauty Avaria has to offer; which is why the country is popular among tourists. It is however filled with hills, with on the highest the capital is placed. It is somewhere in the middle of the country.

Avarian Flag
The flag is made up of 4 diagonal stripes in light gold and dark grey. Their emblem consists of a silhouette of the country under a meteor, but the emblem is only used on official flags and armour. The emblem stands for their heroism, their resolve and their past.

Yrt

The first true King of Astoria. He was a swordsman as well as a politician who managed to bring the people together and form a Kingdom which would last for many more centuries. Due to his wisdom spread onto others, Avaria started to thrive more and more, until other countries started to take on his example with their own personal touch. Due to him the lands actually started to look like true Kingdoms and not just some tribes spread over the world without any rules. He is also known for his fighting capabilities which was shown when he “banished” the evil monsters lurking everywhere, making this world just a little safer.

Magic
Magic is a common thing in Astoria. It is used in everyday life, mainly by magic infused runes that help improve the lives of the people. The most common one is the water purifying rune which takes the salt and filth out of the water plumbing, separating it into their respective “lines”. The magic people use is mainly elemental and enhancing magic. There are however exceptions where on cannot use magic at all, but makes use of the magic crystals and/or runes available.

Magic Level
Magic Levels are given to every single person walking on this planet. They will be imprinted on their Identity Stone (which works like a passport), it updates automatically due to the magic infused into the stone.

Races
There are many differences in race in this world, to sum it up, here are the ones you can encounter:

• Angels (extremely rare) (age span: 0-700)
• Demons (rare) (age span: 0-500)
• Dwarves (common) (age span: 0-160)
• Elves (common) (age span: 0-155)
• Fairies (rare) (age span: 0-55)
• Humans (common) (age span: 0-85)
• Dryads (rare) (age span: 0-800)
• Lizardfolk (common) (age span: 0-75)
• Nymphs (common) (air, forest, water) (age span: 0-100)
• Shades (extremely rare) (age span: 0-unknown)
• Orcs (common) (age span: 0-80)
• Beastmen (common) (age span: 0-85)
• Halflings (rare) (age span: depends on the combination)

Technology
The technology in Astoria is still very much resembling the Medieval ages, however there are some more advanced stuff around as well which are still up for improvement. They are for example: hot air balloons, magic guns (infused with runes but don’t always work as good if no good maintenance is done), some sort of electricity which runs on lightning magic runes, etc.

The Fallen
Those who have risen from the darkest corners of the planet, emerging slowly but surely from their hideouts and into the open. There have been cities that had already fallen into their grasp, known as the ruined cities which are filled to the brim with these fallen creatures. Most of them are monsters but some of them had taken on humanoid forms, some even whisper they were once human before but got taken over by their own greed, yet that statement was yet to be proven to be true.

Demon Lords
The demon lords are rumoured to be behind the Fallen, tricking them into the darkness of their own minds, engulfing them with chaotic ideas. They say that those who are more emotionally weak are more prone to fall into their grasp with almost no way out. Once you become a fallen there is no way to turn back that factor, so the only way to partially save them is to get them out of the shadowy pitfall placed inside of their minds. Only one person has managed to do this but their identity is still unknown. The demon lords also currently occupy their respective overtaken cities which are about 5 of them, but the number is still growing:

> Estis (Southern city of Evustirus) which has been taken over by Olrur
> Clartia (Eastern city of Evustirus) which has been taken over by Zulgoth
> Vulcan (Western city of Vuihan) which has been taken over by Oriun
> Prash (Eastern city of Pentis) which has been taken over by Dorog

Sernon

Sernon, current ruler of the fallen city Radah, is one of the demon lords. She is known for using enchanting types of magic, engulfing her in the pleasure of humans and other races alike. Luring them into her grasp with her devilish charm.

Olrur

Olrur, current ruler of the fallen city Estis, is one of the demon lords. He is known as the titan of the five demon lords, a great force to be reckoned with. Instead of persuading with words, he persuades with brute force, fearing those around them to succumb.

Zulgoth

Zulgoth, current ruler of the fallen city Clartia, is one of the demon lords. He is one of the first Fallen to make it to demon lord. His wicked mind makes it a pleasure for him to torture his victims with their fears (illusion magic) before they fall into the endless darkness. Those who were made a Fallen by Zulgoth are by far the most disturbing ones due to them having cracked before they succumbed.

Oriun

Oriun, current ruler of the fallen city Vulcan, is one of the demon lords. He is one of the nicer lords in words and actions. He always says that he doesn’t mean any harm, but only wants to make this world a better place. His strength is still unknown.

Dorog

Dorog, current ruler of the fallen city Prash, is one of the demon lords. He or she still has to be seen with the naked eye as none had ever been able to return after seeing their true identity. Master of shadows, it is rumoured that they are the leader of the demon lords.

The King

Draco is the name of the current king of Avaria. He is quite the gentle giant (he’s human) but terrifying when leading the army forces, which lead to the surrounding Kingdoms to both admire and fear his ruling.

Aurae

She is the very first Saved Fallen. Her appearance is still unknown as she had been a traveller before she became a fallen, hence why not many people would be able to recognise the name and the face together. And even if they did, they only managed to give vague descriptions which weren’t always true, some just made it up to make themselves look more… interesting. Aurae is also the one who helped some Fallen get back to reality though there aren’t many as she tries to avoid conflict/combat unless necessary.
