it's strategy over all
In the year 2020 humanity discovered a portal buried in the Antarctic ice sheet after global warming lead to the top of it appearing above the ice. that lead to another planet known as Eaden being discovered and colonized. Soon humanity spread to 50 more worlds of various types as each planet had 2 portals. One to the last world humans found and one to an undiscovered one. But at world 50 we descovered we were not alone. A humanoid feline race known as the Kat'ari had been destroying other races and taking there planets for eons now and seeing humans when compared to themselves thought it would be an easy assault. The Kat'ari are around 5-6 feet tall with males haveing two of there teeth sticking out like a saber tooth cat. They are stronger and faster then humans and have claws. They also had long left projectile weapons behind in favor of plasma based systems. Seeing the first human scouts who were unarmed and quickly cut down by the Kat'ari lead to the felines pouring into what humans knew as world 50... Only to meet the first real resistance they ever came across as a species. As even through humans were weaker and not as durable we had fought each other since before recorded history and we stubbornly held on like no other race had done before. Leading to the current stalemate at world 50 where the Kat'ari are now desperately clining to the last human city before the portal as the humans push viewing this conflict as the tipping point of the human race. You will lead your men to victory or death over your races enemy
