For hundreds of thousands of years, humankind have advanced through the stars. Long gone are the days when earth buzzed with excitement when our kind landed upon our first foreign planet. In fact, long gone are the days when anyone has been able to live upon the home world of the first humans. Some in the past might have looked upon humans and saw bright eyed wanderers, but after happening upon the ruins of an ancient alien civilization and acquiring technology beyond their time, humans advanced thousands of years beyond their time in technology. Humankind became an all consuming power in the universe. Wherever they tread kingdoms of the extraterrestrial either bend the knee and join them, or they are trampled upon and are forced into an unwinnable war.
With travel through the stars and wars with countless worlds or peoples, the human race is bound to encounter criminals and parasites throughout the galaxy, both feral and intelligent. In an effort to contain threats and dangers to human and integrated alien society, a world-class ship is created with the sole purpose of locking away the dangerous and the bloodthirsty. This ship has become known as UNDERHAUL. As a world-class ship, it is nearly as large as a planet an has yet, to date, to have all of its cells completely occupied.
Of course, as with all things, the ship had its flaws, and a limit to how long it could maintain itself and fulfill its purpose. In what could only be known as a fatal error in procedure, a release protocol is engaged, releasing all prisoners and contained alien species within the facility. Chains were breaking for the incarcerated and the fires of danger were lit beneath security for Underhaul. Though for all creatures within this prison, their lives were surely about to become a living hell, and everyone must do what they can to survive.
Situational Report
The story begins within sector 1,227 of prisoner habitation. Cell doors begin sliding open and prisoners of every race imaginable begin pouring into the halls. Although they had earned their freedom out of pure luck, only a small portion would survive. As individuals realize their situation, they turn upon each other, bloodying the halls in what can only be described as an unbridled massacre. Prisoner and security, neither were safe from what is to come, and it's up to everyone to find who they can work with to endure the nightmare to come.

Futuristic prison survival roleplay! Characters are only limited by your imagination, but it is preferred that they be capable of speech. You may be anything and anyone. Your characters history is your to decide (What they were or did before they came to Underhaul.) Your character can even be security or staff! Medical, engineering, etc. All players will either work together within the story or eventually come together within the rp experience. The ultimate goal is for your characters to escape! Situational events will play out throughout the story that you must survive!
