Meet Sarah Kingsley, a 13-year-old girl who lives lower middle class and has a passion for literature. She's a bright young lady born to a runaway of a father and a housewife mother who remarried to a builder. She is the eldest of five children, all partially related to her or not at all. Sarah stands at 5'3" and weighs 157lbs, making her be on the chubbier side of things. Her eyes are a soft green and her hair is a dark brown with light streaks running throughout. Her typical attire consists of jeans and shirts along with any cute accessories she adds on. Sarah is a night owl and as such she doesn't get much sleep. This assists to her love of coffee, sweet, not bitter, which she typically has two cups of each day. She's rather fond of nature and its creatures, the wolf being her favorite of them all with its grace, fierceness, and loyalty. Seeing as she cannot own a wolf, Sarah has settled for a large dog instead. Sarah comes from a poor lineage that she's ashamed to speak of. Many in her family have died to their own stupidity and did unspeakable things to themselves. Sarah intends to be the first of her family to go beyond herself and seek out a worthwhile life.

Young Sarah is an intelligent and hopeful girl, who tries her best to see the optimistic side of things. She often doubts and even hates on herself though she will not show it, and rather focuses her energy on making others happy. Self-harm is something new to her, but the idea isn't. Her legs are riddled with cuts and scars from a hidden blade, slick with her blood of each night. Sarah is a rather introverted and awkward child who keeps her nose in books or mugs. Due to this, her friendships are severely lacking... no... their nonexistent. While she doesn't much mind being alone, she prefers to have a companion of some sort who she could at least speak to about serious matters. For now, though, it's only her dog. Sarah, as bright as she is, can be really airheaded and bad at picking up on hints. She somehow always overlooks things that are right in front of her face. Along with this, Sarah is also rather clumsy and has tendencies to run into solid objects. This relatively sweet girl has quite the snap to her and has been dubbed "Sassypants" by her teacher as such. While for the most part she goes with the flow and lets things unfold without her, Sarah no doubt has a spark within her that only a fool wouldn't be able to see. Her compassion and gentle nature make her a mother figure for many and so she acts as such, doing her best to fill the role.
