(Wears a long sleeve thick winter like coat with black and gold lining, that also in a style of a vest that opens up into hidden pockets, tightening around the shoulders that has pointed outward shoulder pads that has two strange symbols on both, and also two four inch spikes connected close together just over his shoulders, and two spikes at the end of the shoulder pads.

A long white cape that reaches to his feet, the drawing on the cape was nothing but clouds and a red lightening bolt, all of it was in line with silver and gold, the cape itself is made out of an very durable thread that cannot be torn or burnt, and also this cape has a long slit across shoulder to shoulder that gives easy access to his primary weapon.
Then an wrist attachment that can connect to the sword for easy access for both hands.

Pitch black mask that covers his entire face other then eyeholes.
Thick cargo pants that was also thick, but tight around the ankles.
Specialized steel toe boots designed for 0 vibration of silent stepping and quick movement, while hanging on two straps in place is his sword, the straps are connected around his body like an "X" from over his shoulders and under his armpits to his chest, and mid section of his back that his sword can be taken off easily, or placed back on.

Biography;
Zexal has been traveling around the world since coming from the future of his own world (Voltiahavos) 4,000 years before his own future into a different world not like his own, when his own world that raging storms is known to always happen, and very high gravity that can crush an average creature, but over centuries his kind have adapted to their home world, learning to control the elements of storms and adapting to the gravity, making the storm dragons the fastest ever existed, but off world making them extremely faster then ever.
Zexal was raised by the king of his world, and as a prince, learned the ways of his origins, but one day he overheard of a traitorous foe that planned to travel back in time four thousand years to kill zexals great grandfather before he was born, so zexal got scared and ran off to seek help, knowing his father wouldn't be able to stop whoever this was.
As he traveled, he ran into a assassin clan and asked for help, when the elder assassin learned of what he spoke of, to the elder, so he took him in and teached the ways of the Silent Storm assassins, after the years went by when zexal grew in age as an adult dragon, the elder thought that he was ready to leave and start his journey, so he gave him the clans clothing, mask and the legendary sword of storms, for which zexal was ready to put a stop to the foe and traveled back to the castle and when zexal found out that the unknown enemy was actually ready to travel through a strange portal, and when he entered, he followed behind, and as he knew it, he ended up off world and into another.
Many years later from learning where he was, he also found the unknown assassin, and killed him before he had the chance to stop the fate of his own existence, soon after he vowed to never let any harm come to his legacy and will fight for what is right, and also learned that he was stuck in the past, and could not figure out how he can get back to his own present time line..
