Not so far across the Sea of Ghosts is an island of rolling green hills and vast ancient forests, rich in resources, with the fertile lands most could only dream of. It is home to a fierce and proud people called The Druids, and they are unlike any enemy we have ever faced. These people are more monster than men who claim to live at one with their home and commune with spirits, and while many claim to have magic at their command, with these men I believe it. When we first arrived on the Emerald Shores a hundred years ago, we found a land more different than lands half a world away. A land so rich that gold dust glittered in the beach sands and diamonds shined in the rivers. These Druids didn't care though. They had no mines, no kingdom. Only tribes which wanted only to live in peace and knew little of war, so we thought. We killed their chieftains and claimed their island for ourselves, we thought they would kneel, we thought they would break, we were wrong. They are the most resilient enemy we have ever faced, kill one, and ten more take their place with bloody vengeance. How long can we truly hope to hold that place? The Druids will never stop.
