PWER crumbling under the pressure of the HC attacking force the year being 2070AD - 2080AD, HC using corruption tactics making PWER turn on its self. Many generals and higher rankings falling into HC hands HC making break throughs in the AI field deploying many more unique AI's and many break throughs in the mutation field, the last of PWER's fighting forces gathered up at the lunar base. Earth laying in ruins due to nuclear war. HC relentlessly attacked the Lunar base sparing no one. The innocent people lost during that fire fight was in great numbers and only a few mere handfuls of PWER agents remain from armies of them.

Vorris later mutating him struggling to remain alive , so he decided to convert his body to nanoparticles and making himself become a AI, his mind now inhabiting the cold, metal confines of the Super computer. HC managing to push Hexus Corp out of earth, Hexus corp hiding on the lunar station due to HC capturing the space station before hand to secure the orbital laser prototype. Hexus began desperately putting all important personal in life preservation pods blasting them out into space, leaving the rest on the lunar base to be slaughtered.

HC moving onward discovering Kepler soon organizing a colonization ignoring the native madoorins.

This group then setting up a defensive position whilst managing to communicate with traders getting supplies and help, HC Decided to move on after discovering the Aimasians in the Solurios System communication being a failure with the Aimasians, HC coming back to see ROK and GP pushing the front line , they performed several AI strikes on GPs head quarters whilst planting a few spies in ROKs ranks letting ROK and GP believe they had the upper hand simply laying dormant stocking HC forces.
ROK, Republic Of Kepler
Kepler being in the KAL Solar system and named after Johannes Kepler in 2098 AD
The KAL Solar System contains Three Planets. Kepler, Demerios and Marciano. Demetrios and Marciano being the size of Mars and closet to the sun being terrestrial planets as well but Kepler being the only terrestrial that is inhabited. Kepler has two moons the largest being ARY-1 and the second moon being ARY-2. ARY-1 being a barren frozen rock, rich in materials and ARY-2 being a frozen over ocean containing massive amounts of water The water on ARY-2 being high in salt being undrinkable unless treated. The surface of Kepler being mostly water 3/5ths of the planet being water and Kepler having one super land mass and a few islands scattered all over Kepler, i.e Pangea Earth. ARY-2 shares a ROK and CC joint operation base.
Keplers weather is usually calm and stormless, the Ecosystem on Kepler being a tropical jungle all over the super land mass. The wildlife consisting of Reptiles and Amphibians. All lifeforms taking traits after them lacking all hair. There is six major cities in Kepler. Vivo, Feros, Amo, Obiun, Gallows and Monolith . The ROK Government is a Democracy where the population elects a president, popular vote being what determines the election winner meaning the power is in the people. Each president gains a four year term and is able to run two times, This being similar to the American government. There are three branches of power the president, the people and the council, the power being divided equally. The economy is a purely capitalist economy, with aiding people giving them what they need, instead of giving everyone who receives government aid the same thing, this program greatly helping people get employed.
Due to mass production of weapons, ammo , vehicles and such the economy being rather strong on the market. There is six branches in the ROK Military, Arial Defense, Coastal Defense, Waterbound Defense, Inland Defense, White ducks and Black Rabbits. ROK's Planet Defense being ' Harbinger Artillery' , technically massive coil guns that fire a projectile that's a mile large at extremely high speeds of mach 10. ROK's Forces mainly using ballistic weapons over energy weapons like plasma and lasers.
The ROK only using one highly unique energy weapon albeit quite rarely due to how hard it is to produce, ' Eraser ' technology, it projecting a mass of energy powerful enough to convert it to another form of matter basically near instant vaporized into ' carbon matter ''. Larger versions of the B17 Eraser Pistol are around, B17 Eraser Spear, .250 Machete orbital weapon, .343 Cleaver orbital weapon, .454 Axe orbital weapon, .500 Sledgehammer. They all have been greatly effective in defending against attacks and getting the job done in war. The sledgehammer being the largest carrier mounted weapon, it projects enough energy to destroy matter on contact on a massive scale causing a nuclear explosion . . This being the deadliest weapon in the ROK arsenal
GP, Genepop
Assembled by ROK's government to create a elite task force, all agents going by a unit number and being OMEGA or SS mutants. They're often equipped with the best of ROK's armory, being sent into combat situations that require flawless skill and efficiency. GP Agents are often depicted as men and women with a death wish in propaganda and media.
CC, Chrome Corp.
A corporation devoted to helping ROK in it's secondary mission to contain mutants and such. They've received heavy funding from GP and ROK and have used this to create AI soldiers with exotic ballistic firearms, however despite this, CC has only 150 combat units at the ready, the units are good at doing their job but there have been very few reports of them getting stomped before they even aim their gun.
Black Band Grifters Merchants
Being a small yet powerful group of black market traders, often selling exotic weapons and materials and illegal goods if all sorts. Such as ammunition, weapons, drugs, radioactive substances and more, them often hiding everywhere in plan sight ready to sell their wares. The group has remained on Mars and defended quite well against the likes of HC and ROK due to having settled in long before they arrived and in a much better state than their last opponents.

AH Mutant
Advance Human, this mutation branch is the weaker more primitive mutation series, granting slight enhancements and near ' Super Powers '.
SS Mutants
Super Soldier, this mutation branch is more advance and still in use due to processing rate, Granting the ideal ' superpowers ' from strength to speed and regeneration. Having a 95% Success rate to achieve A-S Series Mutants, with ease, this mutation series still gaining advancements and prototype genetic improvements.
OMEGA Mutants.
OMEGAS, The Genetic material is completely alien to all living life we know of, granting extremely powerful abilities though extreme hardship and Trial and error, with a 1.3% chance of mutating to at least an A, And a 0.7% chance of achieving S-SSS and a 98% Chance to either Die or mutate to a F Series.
OX OMEGA Organism,
The only thing even remotely related to the OMEGA Genetic material, this being a highly unique and adaptive organism that can be parasitic. Only seeming to infect OMEGA's it acting like a fungus of sorts being hiveminded.
F Series.
The F series are unknown . The mutated from human to monster, being not what the corpus seeks to achieve to get, some reports proven F series mutants have easily dealt with SSS Series, due to the F Series being unknown they all are feral, uncontrollable.
Prototype X01 Substance.
A artificial substance made to counter OMEGAs, The substance targeting the DNA within the chromosomes destroying it triggering a accelerated degeneration effect on the subject.

Behemoths
Amutation variant that is extremely rare due to the subject growing nearly 10x. Their size and gaining a great amount of physical strength and enhanced reflexes and some cases, speed.
Regeneratives
A mutation variant where the subject, gains extremely powerful healing abilities able to regrow whole limbs in moments and even a whole body in some cases.
Vampiric
A mutation variant that only is able to consume the genetic material of their fellow mutants. This variant only happening in OMEGAs with the Vampiric gaining enhanced speed and sometimes even being able to take minor abilities from their fellow mutants, although minor, if they get their hands on more of this specific material, it will become stronger. Some vampiric's have been noted to take out OMEGAs with ease
Enhanced
A mutation variant granting the subject enhanced abilities, such as strength, stamina, speed.
Hybrids
A Mutation variant that has the traits, of two or sometimes even more mutation variants, This can happen with all but with Vampiric, Hybrids are common in Higher Series Mutants.

Locations
Earth
A barren wasteland once home to millions of people, still stained with the crimes of HC and PWER, still soaked with pain and blood and the tears of those that once lived here as people. Old houses left in ruins are all that remain on the scorched radiated soil of what used to be cities. Over time the plant life in the wilderness that remained either died or mutated due to the high presences of radiation. Those that mutated overcame it in fact, cleansing it from the soil and air, yet the plant life overgrown the area easily making massive jungles with humongous trees and abnormal mutated animal life that originated for Earth's ocean life. Cities of sky scrapers and homes, in ruins now home to trees, plants and wild animals. Still PWER corpse walkers and HC abandoned robotics units roam, abandoned, worn and still locked in combat even 60 years later.
Looking at from space, it's orbit is filled with destroyed carriers, old space trash and more, this makes it a hard challenge to land crafts on to the planets surface due to the garbage. From it's outer orbit however, Earth is visible from this distance, along with the moon. It's strange to think that this planet used to be called home.
As for the moon it was the final stand of PWER to place on the lunar base against HC, it remains littered with the bodies that have been so wrongfully betrayed and deceived, HC occupation is still within the abandoned lunar base that is now in ruins, only due to the units having been abandoned.
Kepler
Kepler's wilderness consists of large jungle swamps and humid jungles, filled to the brim with exotic life being an alien planet to us. It's civilization is a beauty to behold, Monolith visible from miles due to being a massive capital building and named after the capital city, multiple advanced cities stay within and build in this jungle planet, yet strangely a high military presences is always near.
The LHA-638 Space station orbits constantly , as a security method of keeping those unwanted out having many check points scattered along orbit and always patrolled by heavy carriers armed to the teeth twenty four seven. Those who are far away from the jungle planet, just past it's moons aswell, can see the clear and gorgeous Kepler. A single super continent much like prehistoric earth does, it still mostly oceans.
ARY-1 is a frozen and barren moon, used a joint containment facility for both GP, ROK and Chrome Corp, used to contain those who would escape even in Kepler or ship prison.
ARY-2 is a mineral rich moon, several mining colonies are established along its surface, the moon is rich in minerals of all sort and radioactive materials which have great value as they did on Earth. It has it's own water, but it is frozen and unsafe to drink until boiled.
Mars
Barren freezing cold red martian dirt from miles to see, HC scrap and Black band grifter scrap also lying around strangely among the martian hills. It mixes confusion, alertness yet also beauty in the scrap laying about. Travelling further, there is civilization about on Mars. Home to the Mars People's Republic, a small and hardly noticed band of people often considered irrelevant, there for neglected when a military occupation is amongst them, but often supplied by the Black Band Grifters who claim to be their protectors in a sense.
Mars orbit is filled from junked crafts from outer space engagements between ROK, HC And Black Band Grifters often in fights for land yet Black Band Grifters remain victorious having set up on Mars and prepared long before them. However, it's outer orbit is nothing but a barren void of empty space.
Venus
A empty sense of vagueness haunts this region, hardly anything visible from even in it's outer orbit, yet the presences of trading ships constantly going in and out of Pluto and it's station in it's inner orbit is welcoming almost.
On the surface, it is barren and devoid of life. It's more favored for mining but no company would send a man down onto Venus. An Old Aimasian fossilized ship lays accompanied by many HC AI units and a entire fleet of carriers in rubble. It's strange to thing what could've happened but to some, it's obvious.
Talos
Filled with the wreckage of ships that have been torn, crushed and maimed, there's a reason why nobody goes to Talos. Even in it's outer orbit, it sends warnings to you. The inner orbit is clear from the strange and seemingly sickly planet, there being a massive series of landmasses scattered about and water, it's as if the planets one big marsh.
On the surface, there is only two things. The living forest and the marshes. The living forest that lives and breaths, sounds like something of fantasy but it's simply just one giant living being, the presences of a blue pulsating slime within this exotic alien forest is strange. As for the marshes, they are strange alien marshes, foggy and humid always and constantly silent, no one has actually set foot here other than the Aimasians.

And to clear things up. No, this isn't a geo-political RP. You will have to create your own character and actually explore the lands of The War Pact yourself. I did design this in mind of a larger group. It's going to be pretty hard to do any of this with only three people. OMEGAS, The Genetic material is completely alien to all living life we know of, granting extremely powerful abilities though extreme hardship and Trial and error, with a 1.3% chance of mutating to at least an A, And a 0.7% chance of achieving S-SSS and a 98% Chance to either Die or mutate to a F Series.
OX OMEGA Organism,
The only thing even remotely related to the OMEGA Genetic material, this being a highly unique and adaptive organism that can be parasitic. Only seeming to infect OMEGA's it acting like a fungus of sorts being hiveminded.
F Series.
The F series are unknown . The mutated from human to monster, being not what the corpus seeks to achieve to get, some reports proven F series mutants have easily dealt with SSS Series, due to the F Series being unknown they all are feral, uncontrollable.
Prototype X01 Substance.
A artificial substance made to counter OMEGAs, The substance targeting the DNA within the chromosomes destroying it triggering a accelerated degeneration effect on the subject.
Mutation Variants
Behemoths
Amutation variant that is extremely rare due to the subject growing nearly 10x. Their size and gaining a great amount of physical strength and enhanced reflexes and some cases, speed.
Regeneratives
A mutation variant where the subject, gains extremely powerful healing abilities able to regrow whole limbs in moments and even a whole body in some cases.
Vampiric
A mutation variant that only is able to consume the genetic material of their fellow mutants. This variant only happening in OMEGAs with the Vampiric gaining enhanced speed and sometimes even being able to take minor abilities from their fellow mutants, although minor, if they get their hands on more of this specific material, it will become stronger. Some vampiric's have been noted to take out OMEGAs with ease
Enhanced
A mutation variant granting the subject enhanced abilities, such as strength, stamina, speed.
Hybrids
A Mutation variant that has the traits, of two or sometimes even more mutation variants, This can happen with all but with Vampiric, Hybrids are common in Higher Series Mutants.

Locations
Earth
A barren wasteland once home to millions of people, still stained with the crimes of HC and PWER, still soaked with pain and blood and the tears of those that once lived here as people. Old houses left in ruins are all that remain on the scorched radiated soil of what used to be cities. Over time the plant life in the wilderness that remained either died or mutated due to the high presences of radiation. Those that mutated overcame it in fact, cleansing it from the soil and air, yet the plant life overgrown the area easily making massive jungles with humongous trees and abnormal mutated animal life that originated for Earth's ocean life. Cities of sky scrapers and homes, in ruins now home to trees, plants and wild animals. Still PWER corpse walkers and HC abandoned robotics units roam, abandoned, worn and still locked in combat even 60 years later.
Looking at from space, it's orbit is filled with destroyed carriers, old space trash and more, this makes it a hard challenge to land crafts on to the planets surface due to the garbage. From it's outer orbit however, Earth is visible from this distance, along with the moon. It's strange to think that this planet used to be called home.
As for the moon it was the final stand of PWER to place on the lunar base against HC, it remains littered with the bodies that have been so wrongfully betrayed and deceived, HC occupation is still within the abandoned lunar base that is now in ruins, only due to the units having been abandoned.
Kepler
Kepler's wilderness consists of large jungle swamps and humid jungles, filled to the brim with exotic life being an alien planet to us. It's civilization is a beauty to behold, Monolith visible from miles due to being a massive capital building and named after the capital city, multiple advanced cities stay within and build in this jungle planet, yet strangely a high military presences is always near.
The LHA-638 Space station orbits constantly , as a security method of keeping those unwanted out having many check points scattered along orbit and always patrolled by heavy carriers armed to the teeth twenty four seven. Those who are far away from the jungle planet, just past it's moons aswell, can see the clear and gorgeous Kepler. A single super continent much like prehistoric earth does, it still mostly oceans.
ARY-1 is a frozen and barren moon, used a joint containment facility for both GP, ROK and Chrome Corp, used to contain those who would escape even in Kepler or ship prison.
ARY-2 is a mineral rich moon, several mining colonies are established along its surface, the moon is rich in minerals of all sort and radioactive materials which have great value as they did on Earth. It has it's own water, but it is frozen and unsafe to drink until boiled.
Mars
Barren freezing cold red martian dirt from miles to see, HC scrap and Black band grifter scrap also lying around strangely among the martian hills. It mixes confusion, alertness yet also beauty in the scrap laying about. Travelling further, there is civilization about on Mars. Home to the Mars People's Republic, a small and hardly noticed band of people often considered irrelevant, there for neglected when a military occupation is amongst them, but often supplied by the Black Band Grifters who claim to be their protectors in a sense.
Mars orbit is filled from junked crafts from outer space engagements between ROK, HC And Black Band Grifters often in fights for land yet Black Band Grifters remain victorious having set up on Mars and prepared long before them. However, it's outer orbit is nothing but a barren void of empty space.
Venus
A empty sense of vagueness haunts this region, hardly anything visible from even in it's outer orbit, yet the presences of trading ships constantly going in and out of Pluto and it's station in it's inner orbit is welcoming almost.
On the surface, it is barren and devoid of life. It's more favored for mining but no company would send a man down onto Venus. An Old Aimasian fossilized ship lays accompanied by many HC AI units and a entire fleet of carriers in rubble. It's strange to thing what could've happened but to some, it's obvious.
Talos
Filled with the wreckage of ships that have been torn, crushed and maimed, there's a reason why nobody goes to Talos. Even in it's outer orbit, it sends warnings to you. The inner orbit is clear from the strange and seemingly sickly planet, there being a massive series of landmasses scattered about and water, it's as if the planets one big marsh.
On the surface, there is only two things. The living forest and the marshes. The living forest that lives and breaths, sounds like something of fantasy but it's simply just one giant living being, the presences of a blue pulsating slime within this exotic alien forest is strange. As for the marshes, they are strange alien marshes, foggy and humid always and constantly silent, no one has actually set foot here other than the Aimasians.

Also, if you have ideas for mutations, please do tell me! I'd be willing to add them if I feel it fits in with the setting.
And to clear things up. No, this isn't a geo-political RP. You will have to create your own character and actually explore the lands of The War Pact yourself. I did design this in mind of a larger group. It's going to be pretty hard to do any of this with only three people. If you want to RP some characters mentioned in lore, I'd also be happy to allow you.
