Name: Darth Nox

Universe: Star Wars

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Powers:

The Force

Very skilled with Force Lightning, Force Deflection, Force Walking, Telekinesis (able to stop a lightsaber attack and bringing a Dark Council Member on his knees), able to sense ghosts and bind them, Force Storm, Force Drain, Sith Magic and very strong willed, able to resist the Dread Masters and the dominating abilities of the Sith Emperor himself.

Darth Nox is also skilled in lightsaber combat, able to use both single bladed lightsabers and saberstaffs.

Backstory:

Darth Nox was a slave when he was found Force sensitive. He was sent to the Korriban Academy to be trained as a Sith Inquisitor, or to his doom. He had to compete with several other acolytes to the death. During his final trials, he freed the Deshade Khem Val who attacked him. However, Nox won and the Deshade was bound to serve him.

He was later taken as Aprentice by Darth Zash and did several missions for her, including killing the cyborg Sith named Darth Skotia. He also found several Sith artifacts for her. But at the end, she betrayed him and Nox killed Zash, but she was trapped in the Deshade. Nox was confronted by Kallig and was granted the title of Sith Lord.

Nox was confronted by Darth Thanaton who sent him to a tomb, where he confronted an angered Sith Spirit. Fortunately, Kallig interfered and sent Nox away. Nox came back after learning the ability of Force Walking and bound the ghost. He consumed several other spirits, but his power was starting to consume him and he needed a way to stop his body from being consumed by his power. After he found a way to reconstruct his body, the Sith Lord was contacted by Grand Moff Pyron, who offered him an opportunity to build up a powerbase with the construction of the then recent cancelled Silencer porject. He finished the project and found a way to contain the ghosts, however he was confronted by Thanton to a Kaggath. Nox won, but Thanaton fled, breaking the rules of the Kaggath. Nox and Thanaton faced one more time in the Chambers of the Dark Council, in which Thanton was defeated and killed. Nox was from then on called Darth Nox and head of the Pyramid of Ancient Knowledge.
Relation:(Optional)

Others: Is it possible to use his powerbase in the RP if Nox is accepted?

Name: Raul Tejada

Age: 234

Gender: Male

Race: Ghoul

Universe: Fallout New Vegas

Alignment: Neutral

Weapons: Raul's .44 magnum revolver

Raul's lead pipe

Powers: Radiation resistant

Backstory:

Born in 2047, Raul has had a long and storied history. Before the Great War, Raul grew up on Hidalgo Ranch just outside of Mexico city. He was a marksman and mechanic, both of which occasionally got him in trouble with the law. During the war, the ranch he lived on was spared from atomic destruction due to being located in a remote area. Raul also witnessed Mr. House's missile defense system protecting most of Las Vegas from an impressive amount of distance. Soon, the ranch was beset by refugees seeking food and shelter. The Tejada family was as accommodating as they could be, but the amount of refugees was too much for them to handle. Raul's father was forced to turn down any more unfortunates seeking help, due to their resources becoming scarce. At one point, Raul and his father even had to drive off the remaining refugees, as things became violent. Later that night, about two dozen men returned and set fire to the ranch house, barring the doors from the outside to prevent any escape. Raul awoke to the smell of smoke and was able to sneak himself and his sister, out a window, receiving burns across his body in the process. The rest of his family, consisting of his mother, father, grandmother, two brothers, and two sisters, perished in the flames. As they escaped, a few of the men pursued them. Raul killed the pursuers, and left the rest to live, since he did not want to throw away his life in revenge; he still had a sister to take care of.

Dejected, Raul has wandered west to the Mojave Wasteland. He swore to himself that he was done with the gunslinging life, since he is starting to feel his age. While there, he stumbled upon the signal of the Black Mountain Radio and started listening to it to pass time. One day, he lost the signal being transmitted and decided to have a look. He ended up meeting a nightkin named Tabitha, the radio's broadcaster and supreme ruler of Black Mountain. Raul fulfilled his purpose and fixed the radio's transmitter, but much to his dismay, Tabitha decided to keep him; after all, he couldn't disagree with a super mutant twice his size. Raul was then turned into Black Mountain's handyman, fixing toasters and things the super mutants wanted fixed. He has also been tasked with the repair of Rhonda, Tabitha's robot and best friend, in which he has been unsuccessful. To guarantee his cooperation, Raul is imprisoned in a building near the mountain's broadcast station to which he later claims he was held against his will for years.

Name: Dark Matter

Age: ???

Gender: Male

Race: Dark Matter

Universe: Kirby

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Weapons: Naught but his blade when in Swordsman form. Technically it's part of his body, which means that it's nigh impossible to take it away from him, but that's inconsequential.

Powers: In his Swordsman form Dark Matter can fire sword beams with each slash, as well as create balls of Dark Energy that are quite powerful and fly straight at his opponent upon creation. He can also deflect any projectile attack with each swing, as his sword will never break. In ball form he is even more powerful, being capable of firing huge lasers of Dark Energy from his single eye as well as EXTREMELY powerful balls of dark energy, and possessing lesser beings. Whenever Dark Matter is possessing a weaker being, they gain a giant eyeball somewhere on their body, as well as strange powers. By beating up or killing the possessed being Dark Matter is expelled, which causes him no harm. Oh, and he also defies gravity completely, allowing himself to float around anywhere he wants at great speeds. Cutting him to pieces is also not really an option, as the only weapon capable of dealing major wounds that are more than a tiny scratch or small cut in one hit to him is the Rainbow Sword.

Backstory: Not much is known about Dark Matter, other than that he is the second most powerful of his kind. The leader of his kind, 0, sent him to Popstar to take it over originally. He possessed King Dedede, and almost managed to succeed, but Kirby managed to beat King Dedede and expel him, leading to a long and arduous battle between the two. In the end Dark Matter was defeated and forced to retreat from Dreamland. Then, 0 sent him once again, and almost the exact same events occurred, this time with Dark Matter battling Kirby in his ball form. Dark Matter lost, and Kirby took on and defeated his master 0. Of course, 0 wasn't gone for good, and he sent Dark Matter and his minions to take over a planet known as Ripple Star. They almost succeeded, but Kirby interfered once again after a fairy known as Ribbon enlisted his help. Dark Matter didn't even get involved in the battle this time, instead allowing his masses of minions to take over everything possible and attempt to stop Kirby. They all failed, and Kirby managed to kill 0 once and for all. Now Dark Matter leads the rest of his race as his minions, with ambitions to bring death, dismay, and despair to everything in his path.

Others: Commands other weaker members as his species as his minions in the absence of his master, 0. They have no powers on their own, but can possess other weaker beings just like Dark Matter, as well as self replicate, allowing them to take over whole armies. Masses of mini dark matters are capable of possessing powerful but weak willed beings, as well as non-sentient machinery.

  • White Walker conversion: The Night's King can turn a human baby into a White Walker by pressing the tip of his finger to the baby's cheek. The child's skin will begin to pale and its eyes will turn the same blue as the other White Walkers.
  • Raising Wights: The Night's King can raise corpses as wights or the undead. He doesn't require physical contact to do so, and can raise hundreds of wights at a single time with a mere raise of his arms.
  • Superior strength: Although he has not been observed engaging in single combat, the Night's King presumably has the same enhanced strength that other White Walkers exhibit.
  • Weapon shattering: the Night's King's touch can presumably shatter regular metal weapons, as with most White Walkers.

Backstory:

The Night’s King lived during the Age of Heroes, not long after the Wall was complete. He was a fearless warrior, who was named the thirteenth Lord Commander of the Night's Watch. Later he fell in love with a woman “with skin as white as the moon and eyes like blue stars”, he chased her and loved her though “her skin was cold as ice,” and when he gave his seed to her he gave his soul as well. He brought her back to the Nightfort and after the unholy union, he declared himself king and her his queen, and ruled the Nightfort as his own castle for thirteen years.

During the dark years of his reign, horrific atrocities were committed, of which tales are still told in the North. It was not until Brandon the Breaker; the King in the North, and Joramin; King Beyond-the-Wall, joined forces that the Night’s King was brought down and the Night’s Watch freed. After his fall, when it was discovered that he had been sacrificing to the White Walkers, all records of him were destroyed and his very name was forbidden.

Washington's mental/physical resistance is incredibly significant compared to most other characters in the series, in which he is able to come out (seemingly) unscathed from grave and traumatic situations that would leave others mentally and/or physically destroyed. Despite being seen as the most capable member of the Reds and Blues, Wash's survival "skills" are either out of the use of his equipment, others rescuing him, or pure luck. He has so far survived:

- Nearly getting incinerated

- Almost falling to his death, were it not for the assistance of Freelancer Agent Texas

- Dodging a falling Warthog

- A nuke detonation

- Almost getting run over by a Warthog

- Self-destruction of his A.I., Epsilon, while still in his head (Would've caused a normal person to go insane, and even then, Wash does not have the best mental health.)

- A brief gunfight with Agent Wyoming, and Agent York's armour detonating with him in the vicinity

- Getting shot in the back

- Getting struck twice by the Meta's Brute Shot blade

- A gunshot wound to the shoulder

- Getting hit by a speeding Warthog

- Being in the middle of a powerful explosion

- Another explosion, same as above

- A spaceship crash, leaving him as one of the survivors

- A direct hit from a railgun

- The UNSC Tartarus crushing into the Purge.

Skills

Washington has shown to have formidable combat ability. A battle rifle is Washington's symbol on the Freelancer leader board and he has shown unmatched skill with it, being able to draw and fire it with his left hand faster than the Meta could lift his Brute Shot. He also appears to be adept at using knives, as seen when he greatly injured Meta with Tex's combat knife in the same episode as well as in Great Destroyers, where he easily dodges Felix's throwing knives, even catching one mid-air and using it to great effect against Locus. When the situation calls for it, Washington is also quite skilled at infiltration tactics, being able to sneak into Freelancer Command (Heavily defended facility). Washington seems to be adept at hand to hand combat, as was seen in his fight against Agent Texas in Revelation, as he was able to trade several blows with her before being knocked back. During Season 12, Wash fights a vicious duel with Felix, utilising his battle rifle's skills to disarm Felix of the latter's DMR, and when Felix closes to melee range, he again uses his battle rifle and hand-to-hand combat skills to block Felix's attempts to stab him with a knife, demonstrating exceptional reflex time. Furthermore, in Season 13, Wash holds his own against both Felix and Locus in one-on-one fights, holding the upper hand against Felix for the majority of their fight and even taking Locus by surprise. He has also shown to be highly adaptive, and is a quick thinker.

Backstory

Freelancer Agent Washington, also known as Recovery One, Prisoner 619-B, real name David, or simply Wash for short, is the one of the main protagonists in the Webseries Red vs. Blue. He used to act as a Recovery Agent for Project Freelancer, recovering the artificial constructs and equipment of dying Freelancers. Read full backstory here: Washington

Relation: Unknown

Others: Seems to have bad luck with cars and falling off cliffs.

Backstory

At some point before 2077, Tavern served in the U.S. Army during theSino-American War in the 2nd Battalion 108th Infantry Regiment. During the war, he married Nora and retired from the army after their son Shaun was born. On the morning of October 23, 2077, Tavern was preparing for an event at the Veteran's Hall in Concord when a Vault-Tec representative approaches the family and approves them for admittance into Vault 111.

Mere moments later, a news bulletin warns of an imminent nuclear attack, which forces Tavern, Nora, and Shaun to rush to the vault prior to a nuclear bomb detonating nearby. After entering the vault, the family, along with all of the other admitted residents, are placed in cryo-sleep.

Roughly 150 years later, in 2227, Tavern and his spouse are reawakened by two seen unknown individuals and one off-screen, who open the spouse's cryogenic tube with the intent of kidnapping Shaun. Though conscious, the Tavern is trapped in their tube and are powerless to do anything but watch his spouse being shot and their child abducted. Tavern is re-frozen, awakening in 2287 and escaping the cryogenic tube. Learning that he is the sole survivor of Vault 111, Tavern emerges from the Vault and vows to avenge his spouse's death and locate Shaun.

The rest of canon is history.

Tavern would later become the new Minutemen General, Brotherhood of Steel Paladin, and Piper's boyfriend. Eventually after several months of searching, he finds out that Shaun is the Director of the Institute, an organisation that takes FOR SCIENCE! way too seriously. So he shot him in the head. Also, he blew up the Institute mostly for the lols, and the Minutemen Ending seemed like the best way to end the game.

Relation: Nora, Tavern's wife, who died within thirty minutes of starting the game. What a stupid bitch. Shaun, Tavern's son and Director of the Institute. Shot in the face for being a whiny asshole.

Others: Currently wears full heavy polymer combat armour with the exception of his left arm, which is medium. Wears clean army fatigues underneath, and a blue hard hat. Took out the Pillars of the Community, then went back and killed the second leader. Stripped and piled the bodies outside and blew them up, then sold their stuff for caps Likes hoarding pipe weapons for some reason.

Tavern basically represents me playing Fallout 4, which is why he'll occasionally complain about game mechanics, and break the fourth wall.

Tyber Zann also has a personal stealth generator (in-game ability)

Powers: None

Backstory:

Tyber Zann was born on Anaxes in 34 BBY, and first worked in the family firm Zann Remanufacturing, which specialized in refitting outdated Old Republic and Imperial Military hardware for civilian use. He became bored with the linear business, and started running illicit sabaccgames and book-making, which he found to provide the excitement and revenue that he sought.[1]

In order to arm his gambling ring's enforcers, Zann attempted to steal an arms shipment from one the company's warehouses. The security forces caught him and reported the attempted theft to his father, who as punishment, arranged for him to be enrolled as a cadet in the Imperial Academy of Carida.[1]

Operating out of the Academy, Zann established a new smuggling ring - the Zann Consortium. The facility's lax security made it simple for him to steal Imperial weaponry and smuggle it off-world, to his partner Urai Fen, who sold them on theblack market. A top performer, Zann used the credentials this granted him to get on training missions where he could form a network of contacts for the smuggling trade. The operation became one the largest in the galaxy, and he started to evoke the attention of more powerful criminals, namely Jabba the Hutt. Jabba coordinated a plan to catch Zann during a smuggling run shortly before his graduation. Fortunately for Tyber, Urai intercepted transmissions between Imperial authorities about the plot. Although he was able to avoid any prosecution, Zann was forced to leave the Academy in contempt.[1]

Despite his misgivings, Zann perceived that to continue building the Zann Consortium he would need to forge an alliance with Jabba. Subsequently he began running smuggling operations for the Hutt in exchange for vehicles and vessels, while also concealing assets from the fellow Crime Lord.[1] Zann never intended this arrangement to be permanent, and after a year he had gained word that Jabba had spent nearly half his wealth on a unique artifact, though Tyber did not know anything of its origins.[2]

The Zann Consortium was still small, and Zann intended to establish communications with a black market on Nal Hutta, though first he needed to show them an example of his capabilities, and develop a reputation that the Consortium was a force-to-be-reckoned with. After being informed by one of his soldiers that the MandalorianSupreme Strategist was traveling to the Hutt space station above Mandalore, Zann seized the opportunity. Traveling to Mandalore, the Consortium flotilla destroyed the V-wing escort sent to prepare for the strategist's arrival. Shortly afterwards, the strategist arrived, though the Consortium ambushed him. During the battle, the strategist's engines were destroyed, his ship was boarded, and he was taken prisoner. Zann assigned one of his defilersto establish communications with the black market, and Urai was sent to buy disruptor technology for the Consortium'smercenaries.[2]

Zann's agents decoded a message from an Imperial outpost on Felucia that authorized Jabba to land on the planet's surface. Recognizing that the Hutt intended to sell the artifact to the Empire, Zann lead a taskforce along with Urai and several squads of mercenaries to steal the artifact before the transaction could be made. Posing as Hutt Cartel forces, the Imperial fleet commander was convinced, though hesitantly, that the group were arriving separately from the main group to safeguard the artifact. The taskforce, aboard a TZ-86 transport located a clearing in the dense foliage and landed there. Ordering Alpha Squad to scout ahead and make sure that their path to the Hutt landing site was clear, Zann watched as they perished to Felucian spore plants. Fortunately for the remainder, they had brought a repulsorliftF9-TZ Transport, which Zann ordered his troops to unload, and to deploy a Mobile Defense Unit with a rocket pod, lest somebody stumble across the landing site. The group proceeded to ride the transport as far as they could, but thick vegetation obstructed their path, so they had to traverse the rest by foot. The taskforce came into conflict with Cartel forces along the way, although they failed to avert the Consortium's advance. Leaving the troops behind, Zann and Urai utilized their personal cloaking devices to bypass the anti-infantry turrets and reach where the artifact was being held. Urai uncloaked and killed the Hutt mercenaries guarding the artifact, and Zann ordered him to take the relic and meet him at the rendezvous point. Just after the cloaked Urai left, Tyber was apprehended by Stormtroopers, which Zann defeated, though many more Imperial forces arrived immediately afterwards. Outnumbered, Zann let them take him into custody, but vowed that they wouldn't hold him for long.[2]

While Zann rotted away in the spice mines of Kessel, Urai Fen waited for the time Zann had set for his escape. By starting a riot on Kessel and hiring the crew ofMillennium Falcon to pick him up, Zann made his escape, narrowly avoiding execution from a bounty hunter hired by Jabba.

After his return to freedom, Zann, along with his closest companion Urai Fen, gradually reestablished the Consortium as a power to be reckoned with from their headquarters on Ryloth. Among other things, the criminal organization would offer protection to worlds affected by the Galactic Civil War, having built up a sizable military force.

Lieutenant Izbela Saarrj of the Imperial Security Bureau wrote a report on his activities around 0 ABY, mentioning his use of spies to study the Star Dreadnought Eclipse, the first Eclipse-class dreadnought, while it underwent construction.[3]The Eclipse was armed with an axial-super laser and was larger than any star destroyer created prior.

Zann also made a treaty with Jabba the Hutt stating that he would not operate on Hutt worlds after a battle on Hypori. He was allowed to keep Saleucami and Hypori as a condition of the treaty.

He used his extensive crime network to influence the warring factions of the Galactic Civil War, siphon their credits, and sabotage their operations when necessary. During the course of his ascent to power, his forces fought against both factions of the war. He had his ownflagship, an Aggressor-class destroyer named Merciless, for his navy. When fighting, he would sometimes make use of his own personal cloaking device that rendered him invisible.

Zann was also intent on discovering the mysteries of the ancient Sith holocron, stolen from Jabba while he was making a deal with the Galactic Empire on Felucia. He employed a Nightsister, Silri, whom he freed on Dathomir in order to have her decipher the Sith artifact. Though she knew of the artifact's true importance, she withheld information from Tyber causing them to quarrel verbally on several occasions. After the battle of Dathomir, Tyber was contacted by Admiral Thrawn who warned him about his behavior and actions.

After the Empire seized control of Bespin, Prince Xizor contacted Tyber Zann and offered him a job to steal Tibanna Gas from the Bespin refinery which they would split in half. In exchange, Xizor would arrange a meeting with the Emperor or one of his representatives to whom Tyber could sell the Sith Artifact. Tyber and Urai knew this was a trap and knew that Xizor's rival Darth Vader controlled Bespin. Tyber and Urai Fen hired IG-88 to plant evidence to frame Xizor and the Black Sun. Later on, a stormtrooper reported to Vader and told him that they had evidence that suggested that the Black Sun stole the Tibanna Gas. Vader later killed Xizor partly because of this robbery of Bespin.

After Tyber, Urai, and IG-88 raided tibanna gas from Bespin, Xizor of Black Sun provided Tyber with a contact in theEmpire, to whom he would sell the Sith Artifact. The negotiation was a trap. Grand Admiral Thrawn's fleet engaged Tyber's; the Merciless was first revealed in the battle. During the battle Bossk stole the Sith Artifact from Zann and gave it to Thrawn, who then fled in the Star Destroyer Admonitor, leaving the remaining ships to their fates. After defeating the remaining Imperial fleet, Tyber returned to Ryloth.

After he and Silri had a "misunderstanding" over the information of the Sith Artifact, Tyber promised to have every Nightsister on Dathomir annihilated if she lied or withheld information again. He also made clear that his associate and friend, Urai Fen, would kill Silri if any attempt was made on Zann's life (as he mentioned to Tyber quite frequently).

Tyber, Urai, and Silri raided the Emperor's archive at Coruscant after they put a tracer on the Sith Artifact. Tyber stole the Emperor's passkey to get on the Eclipse and Silri reclaimed the Sith Artifact.

Their last known action involved taking over the Eclipse in 4 ABY in order to gain information on the Emperor's vaults, during the Battle for the Eclipse. Zann proceeded to steal billions of credits, technical data, and many priceless works of art from EmperorPalpatine's personal vault network, thus ensuring that he has enough resources to spread the Consortium throughout the galaxy. After his theft, Tyber decided to abandon the Eclipse as it would be a "target even the Rebels could not miss." He also decided to allow the Rebel Alliance to form their New Republic, seeing it as a chance to "own a senator." The Eclipse was later recovered by Imperial forces, who continued its construction.

Personality:

Zann was cold, methodical, ambitious, and ruthless, and had an arrogant streak, as evidenced by his steadfast confidence in himself. He liked to be in complete control of things and was also quite cunning. He was a criminal mastermind, a tactical genius, and adept at using most weapons of war. He could hold a grudge on people and would not let it go until he made them pay. Zann also seemed quite confident in his abilities, making his leadership abilities very powerful.[2] Zann's cruelty was expressed during the Felucia theft, when his scouts in Alpha Squad were killed by native spores, he expressed no sense of dismay or sadness, but said the ship would be a little bit lighter when they left the planet.

Despite these negatives traits, Tyber had a sense of humor, albeit a rather rude one, as seen throughout the Campaign towards Urai, such as when he asked Urai whether he had trained to be a Jedi during his absence. He was a long time ally of Urai Fen, who was possibly his only real friend, and the two were known to call each other by their first names. He however cared very little for those who served him as soldiers and would kill those who disobeyed him even if their actions actually gained him something. He was also very tolerant of Silri's actions compared to Urai, who often wanted to kill her. Tyber kept her around and she even managed to grow on him.

Bill Cipher

"Who is this handsome creature?"
bill_cipher_by_ligeias_ghost-d800si8.jpg

Name: Bill Cipher

Age: older then The Milky Way

Gender: Male

Race: Dream Demon

Universe: Gravity falls

Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Weapons: Cane, Nightmares, manipulation, mindscape powers

Powers: (Spoilers here down)

Bill's abilities are focused around the mind and mental manipulation. He's described as a "dream demon" and displays some of the characteristics of a demon including creating contracts with his summoner. When he is summoned, he appears to put everyone and anyone observing into a trance-like dream. The effect is that the world seems to turn colorless, and he can manipulate the surrounding environment however he likes, as demonstrated by pulling out and returning a deer's teeth. The people observing are unaware they've fallen asleep until Bill leaves and then they realize their eyes have been closed during his whole meeting. Bill can enter people's minds through their dreams. Once inside a mind, he can manipulate anything, including his shape and form and changing the landscape. He can communicate with his summoner like a video call, using his body as a window. In fact, he can use his whole body as a projector and display images.

Once inside of a mind he can also easily pluck information from any others who are also inside and bring those ideas and images to life. The conjured images seem to take a life of their own such as the case with Xyler and Craz.

Bill is also at least close to omniscient. He knows "lots of things," including the truth of many well-known conspiracies as well as future events, such as the destruction of the Gideon-bot and that Gideon Gleeful would go to prison. To supplement this ability, Bill is able to see things from the eyes of any image of himself. This is why he is pictured throughout the show.

Bill also has the ability to remove people's souls from their bodies and take possession of the body afterwards. The person who is removed from their body is stuck in a ghost-like form in the mindscape, unable to affect the rest of the world, unless they find a vessel. This vessel doesn't have to be a living thing, as Dipper, who was a victim of this, used Mabel's sock puppets to warn her. However his victim must be agree to Bill possessing them through a hand shake though Bill does not have to say exactly that he's going to possess said victim if sentient.

At first, Bill's abilities were limited to the mindscape, requiring him to possess someone to interact with the world. After smashing the interdimensional rift and creating a gateway from the Nightmare Realm, Bill can now exist in the physical world, along with his powers which were previously only limited to the mindscape.

In his physical form, Bill can now utilize his abilities at full power in the real world. He is virtually omnipotent as he can now do anything that would seem impossible, including bringing inanimate objects to life and turning normal people into statues. His abilities in his physical form includes Apportation, Matter Manipulation, Mind Control, Reality Warping, Inter-universal travel, Time Manipulation, Dream Manipulation, Clairvoyance, Cross-universal awareness(is capable of viewing different realities), Innate Capability, Illusion Manipulation, Intangibility, Laser manipulation, Levitation, Molecular Manipulation , Nightmare Inducement, Possession, Precognition, Pyrokinesis, Size shifting, Telekinesis, Telepathy, Madness Inducement(can create bubbles that can induce madness into whatever it touches), Regeneration, Fourth Wall Awareness (is aware of the real world and can "see" us), Soul Removal (Did this when he possessed Dipper's body) and Resistance to reality warping and space-time manipulation. Bill is perhaps the most powerful villain in the show. He even surpasses Time Baby's own power, as he disintegrated Time Baby in "Weirdmageddon I".

As powerful as Bill seems, he does have limitations. While Bill is able to haunt dreams as he pleases, it requires a deal in order for him to enter someone's conscious mind. The prophecy of the zodiac explained that if ten individuals gathered in a circle, they would be able to stop him, but this would not come true if they broke the chain. Upon entering the physical world, Bill is exposed to unpleasant bodily sensations including pain. He initially regards these things as "hilarious", but after prolonged periods of time, it takes a heavy toll on him while possessing Dipper's body, or when he must stop to regenerate his eye in "Weirdmageddon III". In the mindscape. Bill's own ego proves to be his most fatal flaw.

Backstory:

Trillions of years prior to the events of the series, Bill originated from the 2nd Dimension. However, Bill despises living in that dimension, describing it as a "flat world with flat minds and flat ideas." He favored chaos and destruction over anything else, and made it his mission to spread it as far as it could go.

Bill "liberated" his dimension by taking to a higher plane of existence, the 3rd Dimension. He has no corporeal form, so he could only access the minds of the dimension's beings. He came to learn of a prophecy that stated he could bring his chaos into the alternate universe, and Bill manipulated countless humans over the eons to find a way into the Third Dimension as a physical being to "liberate" that dimension as well.

When he was caught, he was banished to the Nightmare Realm. Among his targets were Natives who lived in what would become a town called Gravity Falls, Oregon. The people discovered that Bill was too dangerous and found a way to temporarily defeat him using a zodiac with ten symbols. The people left behind a painting of their encounter with the demon, including how to summon him, and more importantly, a warning never to read it.

One day in the late twentieth century, a young man named Stanford Pines came to investigate a mysterious town in the same location where the Natives had encountered the demon. Ford discovered countless anomalies and secrets in Gravity Falls, but eventually hit a stumbling point and became desperate for more answers. Bill recognized that Ford's brilliant but cocky and insecure nature and near-friendless background made him an ideal pawn.

When Ford accidentally stumbled into a strange cave, he discovered the painting about a "being with answers." Desperate and naïve, Ford ignored the warnings and read the summoning inscription, but was confused when nothing happened. Later that day, while taking a nap, Bill entered the man's dreams. Bill deceived the man, telling him that he was a muse who chose one incredible person every hundred years to inspire. He told Ford that if he sided with Bill, they would unlock the greatest riddles in existence. Blinded by this flattery, Ford believed Bill to be a friend and agreed to the deal.

Ford seemed to idolize Bill and decorated his home with various images of him and a similar symbol, the Eye of Providence, which can be seen scattered across Gravity Falls. Once Cipher had tricked Ford into befriending him, he told him that to build a great machine which he claimed would create knowledge to benefit all mankind. However, when the time came to test it, one of Ford's human friends, Fiddleford McGucket, was sucked into the machine and discovered its true nature: a portal into Bill's world that would allow the demon to bring his chaos and destruction into their universe. Horrified and betrayed, Ford shut down the project and hid the instructions on how to operate it. Bill, however, could not be so easily deterred and has been patiently biding his time for the portal to reactivate.

Relation: N/A currently

Others:

Bill is an eccentric, insane, psychopathic, and physically irreverent demon who finds most things amusing (although no one is really sure why). He's outrageous and outlandish, as well as a quick talker and thinker. Though he may come across as simply annoying, he shouldn't be underestimated; for when he is angered, he's a force to be reckoned with as he will unleash his near-omnipotent powers on those unfortunate enough to make him angry.

Bill is not one who believes in rules. Instead, he follows his own selfish philosophy which means doing whatever he wants without care for the consequences. He thinks of laws and physics as senseless and displays an irresistible urge to break those rules down by causing absolute chaos however he can. The lives he ruins hold no merit to him and he finds amusement in tormenting and turning people's worlds upside-down. He also sees reality as an "illusion," and values its destruction.

When possessing Dipper's body, Bill is shown to be rather masochistic, hurting himself in various ways for the thrill of it, finding pain "hilarious." He seems to have little knowledge about the human body—specifically its physical limits. This comes back to harm him when he gains a physical form and endures pain when the Shack-tron rips out his eye, temporarily weakening him, or when Mabel spray-paints it shortly after.

Depth preception could use work but he can compensate.

(Couldn't find a good picture for this one.)

Name: Vent

Age: 14

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Universe: Megaman ZX

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Weapons: Depends on what biometal he's using. When non Megamerged with a Biometal he can wield any weapon given to him, but is otherwise defenseless.

Powers: Vent has the unique ability to "Megamerge" with Biometals, living metals that hold the sentient minds of rather remarkable reploids. These Biometals share the same personalities as their previously reploid counterparts, and very slightly influence Vent's personality, as well as giving him powers and weaponry. He can switch between Biometals instantly on the fly, making him quite the versatile fighter.

Biometal Model X holds the sentient mind of a famous reploid known as X, and allows Vent to utilize a Mega Buster with a charge shot as well as jump off of walls and move at speeds much faster than humanly possible and survive normally deadly attacks.

Biometal Model ZX holds a fusion of both the sentient minds of X and a famous reploid known as Zero. It gives Vent the same ability to jump off of walls, move at extremely fast speeds, and survive normally deadly attacks with ease, but also gives him increased dexterity and reflexes as well as a quite deadly Z-saber.

Biometal Model H holds the sentient mind of an ancient and solitary reploid known as Harpuia, allowing him to move at extremely fast speeds, and survive normally deadly attacks with ease, dash in the air, hover in the air and glide in the air, as well as giving him a wide range of sonic and electricity based attacks and the ability to analyze his enemies weak and strong points. It also gives him dual sabers.

Biometal Model F holds the sentient mind of the feisty and fiery reploid known as Fefnir, allowing him to survive many a normally deadly attack, punch straight through anything in his path with flaming fists, increases his physical strength through the roof, and gives him dual busters capable of firing fire bombs as well as regular buster shots, which he can adjust the path of before firing to allow for really crazy strange shot patterns.

Biometal Model P holds the sentient mind of the silent and reclusive reploid known as Phantom, allowing him to cling to walls and ceilings, or really just any solid object, with energy claws, move almost fast enough that he's invisible to the naked eye, throw energy knives and shurikens, and see his surroundings despite any obstructions. He can also detect enemies through walls and target them with energy kunai.

Biometal Model L is practically useless outside of water, and holds the sentient mind of Leviathan, the sadistic underwater reploid. It gives Vent an extreme resilience to most non electric attacks, a two sided staff, and ice based projectile attacks including a literal ice serpent that homes in on enemies. It also allows for great maneuverability and speed underwater.

Backstory:

(I'm lazy, so I'm just gonna copy this all off the wiki.)

Vent is the chosen one for Model X. Vent fights to retrieve the six Biometals and their codes, and to stop Serpent's Project Haven (which consisted in using the fear of Cyber-elves and people, by creating simulated Maverick attacks, and eventually use them as sacrifices to feed Model W. Along the way, he also was forced to relive his past when investigating a certain area, and upon learning that the Pseudoroid at the area was the same Maverick who attacked the theme park and orphaned him ten years prior, he stated that the Pseudoroid's story eased his conscience in regards to fighting him, as he now had absolutely nothing holding him back due to anger at the Pseudoroid's role in his being orphaned. Then, along with Vent's hatred, Model W would awaken completely and become the "Ultimate Mega Man"), ultimately his goal is to defeat Serpent and destroy Model W. After Vent defeats Model W and Serpent, he calls Serpent a Maverick, due to having played with the lives of many people, to feed Model W. Serpent, becoming angry, replies that it was Vent who impeded change and progress. Vent replies, telling Serpent that his concept of progress made a lot of people suffer, so he could not let him win. Serpent then declares Vent to be a fool, because the reason for which he fights is nothing more than preserving a hopeless world, and so long as humans have emotions, darkness would always hunt them; they are the true Mavericks. Disturbed, Vent watches the fall of Serpent's company, but is then given hope by Giro, as a Cyber-elf, and learns that he has the power to change the future and, as his last task as a transporter, is to guide the world to peace. Vent returns to the Guardians, forever thankful for Giro's words, aware that the world needs a Mega Man.
