And I also can't decide if some of the current actions are being done IC'ly or testing ooc'ly what consequences they'll actually get going against that.

Arii does a lot of things I find. incredibly inconvenient but that's the info they have and they made their choice and at that point I gotta be like "Okay you do you bud"
