Personality | Won Jae is the person you can come to for advice. Not because he gives brilliant advice, but because he's an excellent listener. He could listen to you for hours and always find a way to respond. He feels if he doesn't listen, he'd damage the person in someway, or they'd end up dropping him when he needs them the most.

Easily he assumes his friends hate him when they don't reply, or when he thinks they're "talking" about him. It puts him in this mood where he's constantly down. Staring into space, and questioning his existence. If someone talks about him, does that mean his friends will turn on him? If the provides enough evidence that he's a terrible person, they'd they definitely hate him, right? You could consider this part of him to be self conscious, as that's how it comes off.

Some people may label Won Jae as selfish... Mainly it's his teammates because he refuses to share a large amount of food (cookies tbh) that could clearly feed everyone. He's well aware that he's radiating with selfishness when he refuses to share, but even then he doesn't care. He made for himself and only for himself... So why should he share? Even with people he gets a little selfish, but of course he'd never express that.

Biography | Won Jae has been swimming since he was young, Taking classes since he was three, due to his mother's infatuation swimming. She wished her eldest son to be like her, and take part in swimming. It was kind of like those pageant mother type situations, but a little more tammer. No extreme spray tan or cake faced makeup. Sure, she pushed him to do his best, but never forced him to keep swimming.

Like his mother it was almost natural for him to swim. Believing he was merman when he was five really increased his love for swimming. After many swim classes he joined the competitive swim team. Of course, it was a lot harder, leaving him extremely stressed on some days. He began to doubt his abilities... Even considering leaving the team. Thankfully he moved forth and continued on. Slamming through the college swimming club auditions, he made it onto the team in no time.

Maybe it's because of his hard work, support of his teammates or because of his love for swimming. Whatever it may be, he's still thriving and loving it.

  A cold demeanor will meet you when you first see Eric, but the truth is, he's one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.   When Eric was young, he lived in Los Angeles, living there until the day he turned 17 and got a scholarship for a school in Korea. Eric had fun in America until he turned 13. The memory still haunts him to this day. Eric was coming home from school when he was involved in a hit and run accident. He was walking across the street when a large truck turned the corner and slammed into him, sending the little boy flying into the pavement. The driver kept going and an hour later the boy was found, barely conscious. Eric was brought to the hospital with broken ribs and a broken leg. When he woke up, he tried to speak, trying to call for his mother but his voice just wouldn't work and the doctor told him his vocal chords had faced severe trauma, and he wouldn't be able to speak again. Eric cried for days, even after he left the hospital. He couldn't speak, couldn't voice his opinions without writing them down or signing first.
  Eric became depressed, by the age of 14. He was picked on and bullied because of his inability to speak. He often locked himself in his room, only too be told by his mother, "At least you've still got your handsome face."
  
  That didn't help. His parents signed him up for clubs, trying to get him to be more social and out there, and that's how he fell in love with swimming. When he was 17, they moved to Korea. He faced a lot of bullying, for being "a handsome male with no voice". Eric started to work out constantly. He started to buff himself up, and his attitude completely changed his senior year. Eric stopped smiling, always giving off a cold demeanor so people would leave him alone.
  
  At 18, he was sent a letter, in invitation to join a school, a school where he could continue his love for swimming. He was hesitant, of course, why would they want a mute kid? But he gave in nonetheless.

Mark may seem shy and quiet at first glance, but honestly, he's a very energetic person. His friends describe him as a puppy, because he loves to be loud and annoying and curious all the time. His favorite jokes are the ones that are so lame you have no choice to laugh at them, so you'll probably hear a new one from him everyday. Mark is very sweet and trusting, even to people he doesn't know, which is why he's able to make new friends so easily. Biography
When Markus was born, his mom was a teenager who didn't understand responsibilities, and his dad wanted nothing to do with either of them. Based on those two factors alone, Mark's life already started on the wrong path. When his mom was still around, he never once got to meet his dad, in fact, he was banned from even bringing him up. Apparently he was an asshole who didn't deserve any of her respect. But without him there, Mark's dad still had an impact on his life. His mom constantly thought about him, and because of this she was constantly angry. Eventually, this anger turned into sadness, which then grew into depression. And when Mark was 7 years old, she took her life. That took a lot out of a 7 year old boy, finding his mother unresponsive on a bathroom floor, and that led to him being put into the system. For 3 years, Mark was in and out of the system, jumping from house to house and looking for his forever family. He almost found one a few times, but something always went wrong. Until one amazing day when the family he was staying with, the Kim family, decided to take him in. He was ecstatic, of course, because he really liked the Kims and they were the perfect family to have. Two loving parents, an older sister, and a cute dog who adored him. Mark was happy, really really happy, because he found a family who wanted him and cherished his existence. For some reason, even in the system, Mark kept his cheery personality and hopeful attitude, and it pulled through in the end. In fact, he had so much energy that his parents forced him to join an after school club. After many different options (chess, basketball, dancing), swimming was the thing that appealed to Mark the most, and stuck with him through the years.

BIOGRAPHY
Yuko was the only child and lived with her father since she was a baby, and never meet her mother. When Yuko was ten, her father relocated them to South Korea in hopes to better their current situation which wasn't the greatest. That's when her father meets Yeo Da Bin, and the two quickly became engaged and at the age of twelve had a stepmom and a baby brother. From there Yuko finally was allowed into public schooling and her father was able to create a small business cafe and which Yuko now part times at.

Yuko was judged when she started attending public school and often got into fights with other kids when she was pushed too far. She, however, had a very tiny group of friends, and when she was fifteen went on a boating trip with them. On the way home, she had tripped and fallen overboard, breaking her ankle and she hadn't known how to swim. She nearly drowning and gained a phobia of water. She refused to go back to school, instead, her father homeschooled her again until she was 19. Where he put her into a new school.

She immediately joined the dance club/team. However, she didn't like the environment she was forced into as she viewed it as stressful, she dropped halfway through the year and it wasn't until a friend (don't know who yet.) recommended the swim club, obviously she was very reluctant to join, but in the end she did join to help get over her fear of water. Which she did, however she won't swim in the sea or anything. Just pools.

Biography

Ever since Riku was a child, he was interested in the arts. As soon as he could stand on two feet without falling, Riku was taking dance lessons and less than a year later, Riku was taking voice lessons and piano lessons. This was during the time when both of Riku's parents were around, both of them very successful doctors. As such, even at a young age, Riku was pressured to do well in school.

However, right before the birth of his youngest siblings, two twin brothers, when Riku was 8, his father left his family behind for a younger woman. As you'd expect, Riku was the one affected most by this. As his mother worked, Riku had to start taking care of his siblings and himself while his mother was gone. Fortunately, this led to Riku's love for cooking as well, which he became good at the more he did it.

Once he turned 15, he started attending a high school for the arts, majoring in voice. This was also the place where he first started swimming, starting out bad but eventually becoming better at it. Fortunately, he had a work ethic good enough to not only take care of his siblings and be on the swim team, but also hold down a part time job at a restaurant and excel in school. At the end of high school, he graduated at the top of his class and was given a scholarship to the university of his choice, which is the one he's still attending to this day. He was also promoted to sous chef at the restaurant he worked at.

Once he started going to university, he was told to keep his scholarship, he'd have to join a sport or club. So, Riku's first step was to see if they had a swim team, which they fortunately did. Riku has stayed on the team ever since and has been a dedicated member for 2 years, this being the start of his third year.

Biography: Born in North Korea but her family to an army officer father and school teacher mother. Her father was deployed close to the border with the south and was exposed to western lifestyle. He became disillusioned with the north Korean regime and soon defect to the south. Soo Jin was barely a five years old at the time when her father and mother attempted the escape and despite many near misses they managed to get into the south. However their problems didn't end there as on arrival the family was arrested and her father was separated from Soo Jin and her mother. They were kept in confinement for a a couple of weeks before the Nah family was released. Her father made a deal with the South Koreans though he never said what.

The deal allowed the Nah to start a new life and gain South Korean citizenship. Her father started a new career as a chef and her mother became a teacher after qualifying as one once more. Their north Korean heritage was not unknown and the family faces a little discrimination though lived a happy life. Soo Jin initially had few friends in school because of it growing up, becoming shy and introverted, she watched a lot of films to pass the time which produced an interest in acting a drama. Concerned at her introverted nature, her parents sighed her up to the swim team off the school her mother was working in. She disliked he idea at first but gradually grew to love it and from it made her first and best friends, she became more open and sociable because of it. Grown up she kept on the swimming but her passion was always drama and made several attempt at acting having some minor successes in adverts and a couple of pit parts. She is still undeterred knowing she could go far.

personality: ever since he was young, sungjoo has been very independent. practically raising himself, for most of his life, he struggled to find his place in the world. the journey he took to get where he is now, left him with a scar in his heart and a past that may as well haunt him forever, but to him it was worth it. he could finally express himself as a happy and bright person. underneath that bright smile, however, lays a broken heart and he rarely vocalizes his negative feelings. if you were to watch him closely, then it's possible for you to catch the pained expression he makes when he thinks no one is looking. it's not like he's wearing a fake smile though. his upbeat and laid-back attitude is his true self, but he let's a little sadness slip past the walls every once in a while. sungjoo doesn't make a habit of relying on other people. whether it's physically or emotionally, he doesn't ask other people for help, not even the people that's closest to him. he is a completely different person than how he was as a teenager, but there was one thing that stuck from that one harsh point in his life, and that is to never cry or show any weakness in any way.

outside the pool, sungjoo is a somewhat energetic man. he'll scream as much as he wants, say whatever he wants, and hug as many people and anyone he wants to. letting his eccentric tendencies run free, he typically clings onto anyone he finds endearing(which is basically everyone), but he understands that there are people that don't want to be hugged or kissed by a complete stranger. yes, his habit of touching people has lead to him being questioned on his sexuality and some finding it odd he would give kisses to people he wasn't in a relationship with, but he didn't care. all he cared about was if he was being the best jeon sungjoo he can be. how he saw himself was what was most important to him, not the opinion of people he never talked to before, but when it comes to his loved ones, then that's a different story. he's not going to just sit still and watch as his friends get picked on or badmouthed about. sungjoo will stand strongly for what he believes is right, even if it means the world will hate him for it.

when sungjoo get's in the water, it's like someone turned off his happy switch. during practice, the happy go lucky sungjoo is quickly replaced by the serious captain sungjoo. having a passion for swimming, he holds himself and his teammates at a high standard, wanting them to be the best swimming team they could possibly be. he is quick to target members who are slacking off, knowing that they could do better. sungjoo is as strict as he is observant. constantly watching for mistakes and improvements, if you need advice on your swimming then he's probably the second best choice to ask after the coach of course. he may seem like a devil captain, but he is strict because he cares. he wants to push his teammates and himself to the limit of their capabilities, but never push them so far that they would pass out from exhaustion.

biography: with his parents working all the time, and having an older brother that was ten years older than him, sungjoo spent most of his childhood alone and friendless. it wasn’t because he was mean or boring, it was because he used up all his free time to study. during breaks he would stay in his classroom with the teacher, and study, while the other children would go out to the playground. even when they would invite to play after school, sungjoo would refuse and immediately go home to study once again. at some point, the other kids just got tired of asking and left him to his workbooks. even though he was just a child, he wanted to learn as much as he can, and he was often the top of his grade.

sungjoo tried desperately to use academics to gain the attention of his parents. his father was a pediatric oncologist and his mother owned and ran a day care center. because of their work, they often neglected both him and his older brother, sejun. sungjoo honestly believed he had to fight the other children, not physically of course, for his parents love. sadly, not even his perfect scores would make his parents bat an eyelash at him. it didn’t help that sejun was also the perfect child. he was intelligent, athletic, and had many friends. sungjoo wanted to become everything his brother was. he even took up swimming just like his brother did and to no surprise, he excelled at the sport. he loved being in the water and the thrill of swimming as fast as he could.

as sungjoo got older, he was constantly frustrated over the fact that his parents paid zero attention to him. he saw himself as an almost perfect copy of his brother, and yet his parents still did not care for him. he finally snapped when his parents had decided to go to sejun’s college graduation instead of his middle school one. while the other students were taking pictures with their friends and families, sungjoo stood alone in front of the school waiting for his aunt to come take him home.

he thought that there was no point in trying to be like his brother anymore. it got him no where and at that moment he unfortunately realized that he didn’t even knew who he was anymore. he lost his place in the world by trying to copy someone else and he became afraid of never being able to find himself. hitting his rebellious stage when he entered high school, he no longer cared about school and he even quit swimming, although there were times he stared longingly as he watched the schools swim team practice. he started to hang out with the wrong crowd, constantly getting into fights, skipping school, and staying out all night. it was an escape from his reality and it released all the pent-up frustrations he had about his life.

at 18, it was his last year as a high schooler. soon he had to be thrown out in the real world and at that point he had no desire to go to college. it was a miracle that he managed to make it that far with his mediocre grades and his lack of attendance. if he put in the effort, he could have been at the top of the school, but he just didn’t care anymore. it was unfortunate that his luck had ran out. he was told he had to repeat a year and there was nothing he could do to change that. of course that meant nothing to sungjoo. another year of getting student discounts on things and getting to play around, it didn’t sound bad to him.

that summer he had to go to summer school, a place where he was around other peers like him. troublemakers that got held back a year for a number of reasons, unable to mature and just were not ready for the harsh realities of the world. although he hated it, he was forced to go by sejun, who had made sure his brother was going to school by driving him to and from school. little did sungjoo know that a certain teacher was going to change his life.

a knew and quite young female teacher was hired into the school, and she oversaw sungjoo’s summer class. yes, it sounds a little cliché, but she paid the most attention to sungjoo. no matter how much he refused to take part in class, do homework, and study, she never gave up on him. needless to say, her endless meddling got under his skin and after a while, he couldn’t get her out of his head. because of her, sungjoo started to better in the class and taking more interest in school. she even got him to start swimming again. the attention she gave him, was something sungjoo wanted his whole life and after finally receiving some, he couldn’t let go of it.

the following year, he changed himself, wanting to resemble a figure that would be worthy enough to date her. he started to think about what kind of person would be the most attractive to her. at first, all his underclassmen were still afraid of him and talked behind his back, but sungjoo didn’t let that get to him. after finding his rhythm, he became the top student in the school, joined the swimming team, and made many new friends, although there were still rumors swirling around the school, that didn’t stop him from becoming one of the most popular boys at the school.

it was hard at first, sungjoo felt awkward trying to sound cheerful and talkative, when he was used to being quiet. his once natural blank face was replaced with a constant smile that soon became more natural to him. he grew to like the changes he made to his attitude and now it’s become like second nature to him. for once in his life, he felt happy and he didn’t get that by seeking out the approval of anyone else. it was out of love, but he changed himself to become a better person and it almost worked out for him. if only she had reciprocated his feelings. she rejected him when he confessed to her after his graduation.

sungjoo once again felt lost, but this time it was a little different. he changed himself for her, but he didn’t felt empty inside or lost sight of who he was. although he was feeling depressed, he didn’t become a blank canvas like before. this new version of sung joo had become natural for and well, let’s just say he was extremely happy that he finally was able to figure out who he was. putting his past behind him, sungjoo decided to become an elementary school teacher. when he was tutoring one of the children at his moms daycare center, something swelled up inside his heart as he watched the child smile after figuring out how to solve a math problem thanks to him. he just felt so much pride as he watched the child continue to do better in school under his tutelage.

when he started college, sungjoo’s bright personality was a big hit for his peers and in his freshman year he joined the swimming team. although there were some bad rumors floating around about the team, sungjoo didn’t really consider it much, since it didn’t really affect his relationships with his peers. he was still well liked by most. it wasn’t until he became captain of the team in his sophomore year did things start to change. he knew that there were people that talked about his teammates behind his back, but as the rumors escalated they were starting to be spread right in front of him. even if they were his friends, that didn’t mean they could badmouth about his team to his face, besides his teammates were his friends too.

of course, all the rumors his supposed “friends” were spewing were false. it didn’t matter how much sungjoo tried to tell them that everything they said was untrue, people were going to believe whatever they want. he couldn’t take it anymore when they started to badmouth about his closest friend on the team. sungjoo lost his temper and punched the guy straight in the face. it didn’t escalate to a blown out fight, but as he was held back by his other friends, he yelled at the top of his lungs and lectured the guy who laid on the floor of the classroom. sungjoo managed to get away with it with just a slap on the wrist, but the next day, no one went near him out of fear. someone had leaked out information about his delinquent years in high school and well, the rumors spread like wildfire. some were true, and some were not, but most of it was exaggerated.

in a matter of a few days, sungjoo lost most of his friends. he felt bad for adding fuel to the fire and probably creating more bad rumors about the team because of his actions, but he didn’t completely regret it. if his friends were going to turn on him like that just because of some stupid rumors, then they weren’t really his friends to begin with and he didn’t want to have that kind of people in his life. on the plus side, he thought if everyone saw him as a scary delinquent then maybe they wouldn’t openly pick on his team too much since they would be too afraid to anger him.

Min-ah is an air-headed sweetheart. She may look intimidating or irritable by her straight face but she is more than the opposite. Biography ➳

Min Ah had been born into a family of retired athletes and sports coaches. So from the get-go she was practically destined to play in some sort of sport. Her mother had played tennis and her father coached a local soccer team.

For what seemed like most of her life, she wasn't interested in playing in sports. Frankly, she was quite disgusted of the thought of even moving her body, surprisingly. Her parents were devastated knowing that their one and only daughter didn't take after them or showed any interest in what they did for a living.

When she was around the age of 12, she was at the beach with her family and a few family friends. Like on most summer days, the waves were crashing against the nearby rocks and ending at the beach's shoreline. She never really knew how to swim, but she went into the ocean anyway, wanting to have fun and not pass out from the heat.

After a while of swimming by the shore, her curiosity took over and she eventually started going deeper in. She attempted to float in the ocean with the water at her ears. Eventually the waves had taken the small girl away and carried her farther from the beach and her instinct was to scream. She was submerged under the water, and she tried her best to hold her breath.

Fortunately, not long after, two long arms and legs went after her and rescued her from the dangerous waters. When brought to the beach, she was carried to her family. She woke up to see her parents bent over her, her mother praying and crying, and her father with his hands holding a firm grip on her upper arms. She coughed up water and tried her best to breathe. Oddly enough, when she thought about it, the time she was under the water was a bit relaxing even if it was only for such a short time. At the point in her life was when she decided to take an interest in swimming.

After that day, she began watching videos and tutorials on how to swim and people swimming on the beach. She would close her bedroom door, and on her downtime she would attempt to copy the movements of the people in the videos.

She had previously asked her mom if she could take swimming lessons, but ever since that day at the beach, her mom was hesitant. She didn't want something to happen to her daughter.

Eventually though when Min Ah came into high school, she joined her school's swimming team with permission from her father. He too, was scared like her mother, but he wanted to see her do what she loved.

Years later, she's a college student and joined the swimming team. She had always hoped that her parents were proud of her now. Her grades hardly ever showed something to brag about. And she still wonders what her mom thinks of her.

At first glance, Jun Ho is a bit of an unapproachable figure. Unapproachable that he seems to do very little to put himself out there. He is the background man, the one who doesn't sticks out. He is in no way reserved, on the contrary, he speaks his mind. One might think he lacks commitment, but you'll never know for sure, because not even his brother can tell where his motivations lie.

He’s often seen with a nonchalant expression and speaks in a monotone voice, unless you’re close enough to him to recognise the emotions behind his words. If you want the truth, and nothing but the truth, his straightforward and sometimes blunt words may be what you're looking for. This air of detachment always remains consistent, with exceptions being when he decides to throw in a snarky sarcastic quip or challenge his opponents.

This makes Jun Ho a cool headed character, capable of deductive thinking. There are subtle things that he is able to catch on to. He always listens, he always watches, and he's always aware even when he is occupied by other things. This heavily observant demeanour cultivated during the early days of his lonely childhood, when he had nothing to do while everyone else moves on without him. He looks on.

Realistic in his perspective, Jun Ho takes pride in his rational problem solving. He is very organised, and would prepare spare equipment to swim meets, content to share with anyone who needs it. His urge to be helpful has been influenced on him by his brother, as he stops to aid someone with fallen papers or hold the door to the room if there's someone behind. Oddly, he doesn't seem too comfortable admitting this.

TLDR; He's your logic man, who would be happy to help you, whether by providing his observational insight or him straight up telling you how to get your shit together. He generally level headed, which is the same for his voice but there's always a sprinkle of sarcasm here and there.

WHO HE IS

Jun Ho was born on January 23, the newest addition to the Choi family. He was the intelligent and logical driven compensation of his more emotionally motivated brother. While Ji Hwan was the sociable charmer who laughs off his average grades, Jun Ho excelled naturally and is consistently at the top of his class.

He was selectively mute as a child, and as such, he would be a ripe target for kids looking for trouble. And for most of his life, Ji Hwan wouldn't always be there to pose as protective big brother and Jun Ho developed habits to support himself independently against the system of school. A glare that would bore into the back of his tormentors head, something would induce hesitance.

It wasn't until primary school that he got his first proper friend, a girl named Soo Mi, and the only one who bothered to say hi to him. Soo Mi was a loud and brash academic underachiever, an inquisitive spirit that only sought after the good things in the world. She found an interest at Jun Ho's silence, only nodding or shaking his head and offer short answers where need be. Coincidentally, they lived nearby so the would walk to school together and visit on weekends for playdates.

She was the one who encouraged him to the swim team after his brother merely introduced it. She was big-boned sportswoman, with features that many other of their classmates consider unattractive. And for that, she was bullied or scorned for. Jun Ho defended her best he could which only prove to bond them closer and pull him out of his shell. You could spot them carrying a pillow from class to class and sleep with them afterwards. This friendship continue to grow, as does his love for swimming.

But things got worse for her in their high school years. Jun Ho continues to grow as an individual, his social circle extending beyond the swim team to his classmates with the help of his brother's reputation, though he remains stubbornly faithful to Soo Mi. Her condition deteriorates as she performs mediocrely in her education. And he is in no place to comfort her because he can't relate and she would lash out.

'What would you know about how I feel?! You have everything I don't. You're everything I'm not.'

They look down on Soo Mi. And at one point, when he turned 15, they all looked up to her, before they watched her fall.

It took awhile for him to understand that there was nothing he could've possibly done. That there were variables he wasn't aware of; the lack of a father figure and a grandmother who also committed suicide to not burden the family. That Soo Mi's death wasn't his responsibility. Jun Ho went through self-therapy online. He misses her dearly, and began a deep hatred for society. When given the choice to apply for university, Jun Ho follows in Ji Hwan's footsteps instead of aiming higher. And he is satisfied with that. He's looking to study a law major and a psychology minor to pursue a career in criminology or a future as a counselor for people like Soo Mi.

Have you ever wanted a big brother who is always the playful annoyance? Someone who loves you but can’t help himself to stop telling all your bizarre teenage phases or showing those cringy childhood photos? The one who immediately perks up at the thought that you may like someone then continue to bother you until you fess up? And you look up to him because he’s popular and charming? That’s Ji Hwan.

He is upbeat and often good natured, teasing his peers till their face turns red or they stutter when they tell him to shut up. Ji Hwan jokes around, maybe too much for some. There’s always a constant smile on his face and his laugh is infectious enough to even break Jun Ho on its best moments. But most aren’t able to take him seriously with such a carefree attitude. He isn't one to bother about what other people thinks about him, and insults barely gives away any effect to his self-esteem considering that he's been endearingly called idiot by his younger counterpart.

Upon closer inspection, he shares some strong traits with his brother, to no surprise. He has the same air of self assurance as well as the compassion he originally influenced. But, he somehow has sharp observing skills, but he pretends he doesn't know any better.

At his core, Ji Hwan is passionate about what he does. He loves with the mightiest of his ability and would always strive to give his 110% on every occasion that requires his efforts. He is a determinator who doesn't know when to stop or give up, nor does he care about the risks of disappointment. Because he knows he can bounce back.

WHO HE IS

Ji Hwan is born May 28 and the oldest son to the Choi family. He is the heart, the sentimental who is a natural at charming people with his kind and simple nature.

He was a sweet little boy who managed befriend even the most difficult of people at the start of a young age. He could get along with anyone, from children to the old grandparents on public transit. The whole class was basically his friend group and he has a process method on how he would handle this massive onslaught of people by setting up a mental schedule of jumping from different tables every week or so. The people around him only energised his hyperactive social traits. They would go out together, all thirty to forty of them spending time in malls and karaokes.

He went through school somewhat rough around the edges, though helped time and time again by his fellow classmates who would tutor him weeks before the exam to help him pass. At one point during middle school he was so popular as class clown, that everyone decided to prank on him by electing him class president, but it was great help to Ji Hwan's academic status.

It was around this time that he started swimming. He felt giddy in the water, it was an alien sensation but it gave a glow of energy. He makes it into the team and begins practice. He told his brother about the tiring but enjoyable sets they did in the teams. Slowly but surely, he improves his times and ends up as captain all the way to high school. He's had a few girlfriends over the years, but none lasted that long. He soon graduates at 19 years old.

Now, how does a 23 year old end up as a sophomore you ask? Simple answer; Ji Hwan served his mandatory military time right after he graduated high school to avoid any distractions as well as to accompany Jun Ho as a lower grade so they could spend more time together. Despite those rigorous two years of his life, his childish and rather coy persona stayed with him.

He is currently in a Business major but he dreams of being an Olympic swimmer.

Yeong Won was born the only child of her model mother and voice coach father. Naturally, the family thought the young girl how to sing. By the age of eight, the child loved to sing and take pictures as much as her parents did. She however often found herself raising herself with the help of a hired caretaker. She taught herself to swim at a young age and started to do it in her free time when she bored her normal activities such as playing piano or being lectured by some tutor. She was sixteen when she was allowed into public school and she made friends quickly. Enjoying her new freedom, she started to take up more interest until she finally joined a swim club and made more friends even when some of her old turned their back on her. PERSONALITY
A nice girl. That's the line the most people use when describing Seong Ah. To be more in detail, I'll have to explain more, alright?
When describing Seong Ah for the first time, most people portray an easy going and benign girl, often seen with a warm aura and easy to approach. In other words, an affable person who is easy talk to, be around with and make friends with. To add to this aura of warmth and welcomeness, Seong Ah is also quite a content person, grateful for all that she has and often smiling towards the small things in life that make her happy.
Despite Seong Ah's benign attitude towards others, she's sort of introverted in a way. With a quiet and soft voice, she rarely is seen as screaming, often using what others would deem an "inside voice" or a whisper at its quietest. Because of this, some might overlook her or even step on her. However, this doesn't mean she is a pushover. Instead, Seong Ah is a calm person who is flexible and known when to be firm or yielding. In a sense, it gives her a sort of composed vibe to her, seeming put together and unruffled. However, as said before, Seong Ah is quite warm and welcoming, never faking it for the sake of friends or reputation.
On another trait of Seong Ah's,
she's known to be quite curious going as far as being missing for sometimes a few years ago, scaring her family and being reported missing once. The behavior is seen in her hobbies and habits to roam around, even if it is aimless with no certain direction.
In addition to her curiosity, Seong Ah is innocent & naïve, which is why she goes around aimlessly without being scared in the city. Because she has never experienced being catcalled or in the position of danger because of her small town background, she's sometimes not cautious of her surroundings in the city, where many people live and reside.
To add, Seong Ah is quite a girl, and not in a bad way. She's quite feminine, but not in the lady-like way you would imagine. She's girly in an ingenue-esque way, with a starry-eyed view of things which adds to her innocence.
Seong Ah is seen to be diligent and hardworking, a trait which has been passed down as a countryside farm girl who did a lot of work some kids of the city wouldn't even dare to do. Her hardworking temperament often comes with a great fruit of labor which she generously gives to those that she cares for, giving her the trait of generosity. Again because of her personality, she's often generous and caring with everyone.
On another subject, Seong Ah doesn't get annoyed that easily, but when she does it's often cute. Yes, its often not that bad and often gives off a cuteness about her which may or may not get her angrier, depending on the circumstance but she's generally there with a furrowed brow and a pout that gives anyone the urge to mess with her. Fortunately, the girl doesn't get angry often and is level-headed.
As for her sadness, she's often a liar when it comes to it. She often lies about feeling bad or being sad, she's often hiding it over a neutral emotion of hers. When does she let it out, it often lets out a weeping little girl who needs comfort from someone and nothing else. But all in all, Seong Ah is just a sunny and quiet girl, who is honestly a peach.

On August 24th, 1998, Seong Ah was born to the Bok Family, consisting of her, her grandparents, her parents and one elder brother. All of her family members also owned something that most people would find out of place nowadays; they owned a peach orchard and farm. Now, Seong Ah wasn't born in Seoul or any major city to be specific, she was born in the small town of Jinju, In Gyeongsam part of Yeong-Ju. This town was known for its seemingly magical peaches for their vitamin and water properties as well as their sweet & sour taste as well as their floral smell.
Being part of the town, The Bok family had a farm and peach orchard that they worked on during harvesting season in the summer.
Because of the successful season, they had that summer of 97', They named her Seong Ah, but little did they know that she would be known for peaches.
Seong Ah was known as "Peach Girl" during elementary school for her homophone and homonym of a name, and it was a name that she didn't like at first as a small girl, but as she got older, she lived with the name, especially when she became infamous for something she did.
Most of her childhood is actually quite normal without any big events but as soon as she reached her late years of middle school, Seong Ah became a lot more mischevious and curious.
Seong Ah then went to an eye-opening field trip to Seoul one day and she had her bubble burst. Her world was so small, not knowing that the world wasn't only Jinju and that she could go anywhere when she became old enough, or even with her parents. Then, Seong Ah became curious about everywhere else and made a mistake around her second year of high school which led to her nickname.
Seong Ah went wandering with her best friend across several towns, going everywhere she could to absorb the spice of life she wanted to experience. She was gone for a day which wasn't as bad, but it soon became a worry after they couldn't find her.
Seong Ah's parents were hysterical and distressed after their daughter had become missing from home for more than a day.
Their police search went on for about 5 days before they had finally found her.
Seong Ah was found in a field wearing a peach costume and was sleeping on a bundle of hay. (Don't ask)
Her parents were glad that they found their daughter, but they were just as furious as glad.
Like a princess in a castle, they kept her only at home, with close surveillance and eyes all around for her location. In addition, Her parents continued to treat as a little girl well after the incident.
Seong Ah's mischievousness from puberty had then turned to angst, turning bitter and wanting to grow up rather than being tied down, which led to many risky decisions during her period of growing pains and puberty. From wanting to join the army to getting married to her high school sweetheart, Seong Ah struggled with self-identity after her parents kept her close and without a way of knowing what's it like in the outside world, leaving her only way out is to leave her parents.
At the tender age of eighteen and fresh out of high school, Seong Ah moved from Jinju to different towns, working cutting herself off from her parents and fending for herself. At the same time, she was earning money from doing small jobs and trying to be an honorable daughter, even if it cost an arm and a leg.
Seong Ah soon moved to Seoul and went to college shortly after her nineteenth birthday.
Now she's in a swimming club and is still trying to find her true identity, so yeah.

Gardening - Now that Seong Ah lives in the city, It's hard to see groves and farms anywhere because of the new environment and people. To keep in touch with her green thumb, Seong Ah has 3 plants, one herb, one fruit-bearing plant and a pot of flowers that she takes care of.

Exploring - Not like exploring the forest, but more like exploring the world and all the cities. Now that she finally is in the city, she explores the city when she has the time.

Partying - The music, the vibe, and the food. Seong Ah loves parties, whether it's chill or a big blowout. Her outgoing persona leaves her enthralled with parties. Ironically, Seong Ah doesn't hold alcohol well, which leads to her being dragged by some close friends.

Cooking - Cooking is a thing that she has picked up from when she was a child, especially in her countryside home. From baking to tasty dishes and even jams, this girl knows to make about everything dealing with food.

FEARS
Thunder - This fear is weird for someone as old as Seong Ah, but she has it. The fear isn't that serious, but she does get a bit scared of thunder which she often tries to hide.

Spiders - Seong Ah has a bad fear of spiders and will shriek whenever she sees one. Because she was bitten by one as a young girl, she's scared of them, even the most harmless ones

Seong Ah is exactly 161 cm [5'3] and she often wishes she was a bit taller

She weighs a simple 59 kg [125 lbs] and doesn't plan to diet, but some of Seong Ah's friends think she should lose 4 - 10 kg [8 - 22 lbs]

She naturally has dark midnight brown hair but has recently been talking about dying her hair.

Seong Ah's eye color is a dark brown color, that can seem a grey-brown in certain lightings.
