Basic settings are New York City, the big apple in the year 1987. The infamous Perio Family rules a major corner stone of the underworld there. With ties all along europe. The family is in competition with other families to see who can rule the city, with the foundations built on poor people and thugs fighting to make a living, while the top resides the boss. Besides the infighting and the war with the other families, the city is torn on the police's involvement, and if maybe the police are doing more harm than good.
