It is the chanting of a ritual said to summon them, the Servants of the shadows. Many have tried to find these shadows. But like their name suggests they disappear when the light shines on them. They operate in secret only appearing to who matters....
The client,
The target,
And the boss.
The shadows stretch far and wide, only one person knows the exact reach. Let's just say they are confident in it...
Placing who they want where while taking what they want when.
But these are just the servants acting under orders, who is pulling the strings guiding these actions?
A single person.
"We have one accurate account of the summoning process. Two hundred gold, a telepathy stone, seven candles, and the chant. Light the candles laid out in a star shape with the coins inside holding the stone unleashing mana the client must whisper the chant over and over. By the time the candles fizzle out the gold is gone, and your plea is heard. The servants of the shadows will hear your request... These shadows are said to act out any crime or task, or die trying. They are said to have a foothold in all kingdoms, a source of income where ever business is dealt, but more impressive... a force that adheres to a standard. Only skilled individuals meet the requirements of a shadow. It's said that...
"One must bathe in sin before the hand of a shadow is offered to them..."

You would play as a individual scouted by a member of the shadows. This member wants to recruit you to a specialist team he is in need of.
Be that for your skills in combat, magic, slight of hand, intellect, good looks and charm, connections and status... This man wants what you have and if you meet his expectations you can expect a payment worthy of the job completed.
You aren't the hero of this story but cross the objectives off in its pages, and get paid for it.

Would like to have a variety of characters as opposed to many assassins who can stealth and strike amazing to kill someone quietly. We need honey pots and locksmiths, conmen and thugs... all sorts make the world turn.

Fantasy - Recuitment of the shadows-- character page
Below is the character sheet. I will post important characters here in a similar style but as I'm also controlling a number of npcs don't get sad if I only offer a picture and a name. Anything with brackets needs to be deleted it's just a general reminder is all...
